Nilkamal deliver faulty product to me. I email many times to customer support but no any action taken from support team. Unfortunately i had to go with faulty product and after frustration i am posting complaint here.
Later on i will go to twitter with useful tags.
Me and in my circle i will not recommend to go with nilkamal. Cello is way better and cheaper than nilkamal. Must go with cello.

I have attached my email screenshot. I am sure support team dont look towards clock and time is not precious for them.

We (Unimax Laboratories, Faridabad) purchased OW1111BLK model pellets from Nilkamal Ltd. about 2 months back. They are not of the same quality as supplied to us earlier. The pellets are unable to support the weight. We have informed Nilkamal's Faridabad office but they are trying to avoid the issue.

After that your person replay that your table delivered on 15 aug or 16 aug morning after that 17 aug evening telephonic communication phone call from our side at 5.40 we have intimate regarding cencellation of order and after mail received from your side with invaice of 15 aug with wrong name/ without confermation of name as we have made payment from our firm account
    So cencell our order and refund our amount

      Placed order in june, damaged product delivered (Door and key missing) on july 22.
      Further follow ups and emails, finally received the door today august 23rd. But the door is damaged too. Key still not delivered. Attaching the image of the replaced door, which is damaged aswell.

      Poor customer service. Still online, unable to receive proper solution.

      We want to return the product.

      Kindly process the same asap.

        Furniture department is the worst out @home. Inspite of so many complaints they couldn't do anything about static issue. The team handled our furniture with negligence when they had couple of visits. Inspite of reaching the so called manager directly explaining the reason for our new complaint... He said he would some one.. Days are passing but no news at all. If these people can't handle customers properly. What is the point in having customer care team or complaints team for this business or store. Worst experience ever. Seriously it's so embarrassing all this happens in india 😒😒

          I bought nilkamal gem mirror cabinet (Ivory) from amazon on 21 november 2016 order #[protected]; sold by cloudtail india pvt limited for rs. 1773

          This was installed in my parent's house in chennai mid december. This week the handle on the bottom of this cabinet broke off - as the doors are magnetic, this cabinet is essentially unusable

          I would like this to be replaced as the product is of very poor quality and design and does not deserve the 4 star rating on amazon which was why i had purchased it

          I've purchased a Nilkamal Dream 4 inch Queen Coir Mattres from Flipcart on 20th May 2017. After 10 days it feels like joint of broken pieces. It's uncomfortable to sleep now. I'm not using now. I complained in flipcart nobody is caring about my complaint. Please do needful.

            Dear Sir,
            I bought a storage rack for crockery and cutlery from your prestigious @home outlet of Mysore mall by paying an advance of Rs. 4000/-. Only the demo sample was available and no stock for immediate delivery. After ten days the item had arrived at bangalore and i was asked to pay the balance money of Rs. 15845/- at the Mysore Mall outlet counter of @home which I paid on 31st May. They said the item would be delivered on 01st June by evening. I had received the tax invoice copy also with the truck despatch details on 31st itself. I cancelled certain very important appointments for 1st evening from the afternoon and kept waiting at home till night. A call was received at about 7.30 pm that the vehicle has not left bangalore. Could they not have planned this b etter. The item was to come to my house today ie 2nd june and as of now 1.30 pm they said it will be delivered . That too my wife gave two repeated calls.
            Hope i receive the item today.
            this is not the first time. i earlier also had a bad experience with @home when i bought the tv show case from bangalore and was delivered with deficient BOM.

            hope you will look into it.

            Hi, i have purchased 3+2+1 sofa set in the year 2008. At the time of purchase we have been told that anything goes wrong it will be life time service, but from last 2 years on we are calling your koramangala office to repair our furniture but nothing ihas happend till now.worst service.

              We bought nilkamal plastic chair from RELIANCE AUNDH Pune. It broke within 1 month. We have asked Reliance Store manager, he refused to replace it. But the product guarentee was of 1 year. Very bad experience with Reliance Aundh staff and manager. Such a bad quality product from Nilkamal. Never buy Nilkamal products. Reliance services are very poor. WORST experience.

                Inspite of speaking regularly to all the managers in the store and following up.. I don't see any positive response from the @home store in madhapur.. They are so careless or least bothered about our issue.

                Inspite of allowing the store people to visit our home to check the problem so many times they just left our issue unaddressed. Very bad customer service. This company doesn't have any value for their customers.. I pray that no one should suffer like us. Seriously advise each and every one to better go to a different store rather than encouraging such money minded people.

                Till now none of the store guys have called us up.They are so careless and very bad customer service..they think managers are king of the stores not the people who manage the store to see that customers are happy with their service

                  This is regarding the sofa set what we bought from @home madhspur store. While we are sitting for couple of minutes as well we are experiencing lots of static from the set. We have addresssd the same to the store. They sent a person to check that. I have showed him in person how the static was. Inspite o[censored]nsafe conditions the store is taking lot of time to help me out with the issue. Saying that holidays, public holidays etc etc. Seriously here in india no one cares about others safety. Few companies here are just meant for profit making. The same issue has been reported to qa team and head office but no response i suppose. Please help us resolve this. I am sick of following up and hearing some excuse to postpone the matter.. Only excuse what i hear is we sold so many sofas but this is the first complaint blah blah.. Even we bought so many before this is the worst experience i am having 😔

                    We bought this an year ago and left immediately to Australia.We just came back and noticed that there is static flow from the sofa if we sit fir a while and touch anything even people.Getting a hard current shock.Reported the same with the service guys and they said that they would send someone but It now no body has come to check that.Called couple of times but didn't find any seriousness in this matter.Spent 75grand after 50% discount looks like there is no proper customer service.What is the point in buying such branded stores when there is no customer care.They are just bothered about money but not customer satisfaction.With this experience I have decided not to buy anything from this store if this is what we get from here.

                      We bought our nilkamal mattress, type flora 6 inch spring mattress size 75*60 inches in august 15 value approx 15k dealer name panchal furniture’s, bhandup, mumbai.

                      The mattress worked good for about first 2 months however, we started facing sagging issues by month february 2016 and later on it got worse and the springs can be felt on the mattress surface, by july 2016. The mattress needed to be flipped every 2 weeks to have optimum sleep. Later we were out of town for the next 3 odd months and the matter was unused, however post returning we still faced the same issue and needed to keep turning the mattress on regular basis. This mattress is not firm anymore and we can actually feel the spring of the mattress once we lie flat on it. Not good for health as this has triggered a terrible back ache - causes pain in lower back and leg cramping — this is not a matter of customer comfort. It is a matter of poor manufacturing and construction.

                      We have been facing this issue since quiet early days o[censored]sing this mattress and hence we contacted the nilkamal customer care center and called in for a person ashish to inspect the issue faced.

                      The person came in almost after 2-3 weeks for inspection after a continuous follow up by us and our dealer. On inspection he found out that the mattress did have some manufacturing fault and wasn’t upto the mark for daily utility. He took down the complaint and assured us that the mattress will be replaced once he submits our case to the management.

                      However it has been over 8 months now that there has been no contact from nilkamal and the defective mattress is still being used by us and has been triggering the back ache day to day!

                      The mattress is now gone bad to worse! From our part we’ve tried every bit to help ourselves by placing a 2.5 inch high density foam over the mattress, mending our bed by placing a wooden ply underneath the mattress to give it extra support!! It was suggested by the nilkamal inspection personnel and our dealer, but still the issue stands unresolved…attached are few pictures of sagging but the spring contact issue can only be experienced in person.

                      Awaiting for a response and hoping nilkamal will stand behind their product and replace / repair it for us considering customer satisfaction.

                        I have booked complete set of bedroom for marriage purpose as on date 20/march/2017 and we got promise to deliver it as on date 01/apr/2017 but today i. E 18/apr/2017 i am getting partial delivery of furniture. I ordered 2 three door wardrobe but they have only one display piece in stock and denying to provide that by saying that nilkamal penalty us for giving display piece.

                        Kindly help us in this case & allow the bareilly distributor to provide us at least one display piece in our unavoidable circumstances.

                          This is really very pathetic to inform you for your branded product., I have purchased a new model of Almira from your local distributer, near about 3months before, but the product is not only defective but also unusable. My humble request to you, plz solve my issue immediately.                             I Ordered a Sofa Cum Bed on 29 Jan 2017 Order No - 595264 and the delivery date for my 9 Feb 2017 and after several times of reminding to Mr Shoban - [protected], Rahul Katta - [protected], Dilip Reddy - [protected] that today is the last day of the delivery they listened to me and then the technician came to my house at 8 PM with Damaged Product, their service is pathetic customer has to remind that you have to deliver their product several times and the product is not upt to mark also. Worst packing they do for their product. Seriously wasting money shopping here better to go for Godrej Interio.

                            Please help me in getting my refund for this product/ Or take strict action against @Home sales/quality team.

                              Hi,

                              We had booked the Modern Kitchen fitting for our existing kitchen. They had committed 10-12 days max. They stopped the work in between (we have done the full payment also), now they are saying it will take another 15 days.
                              Already 14 days have gone by and our kitchen is non functional, any additional day is a serious pain.
                              Such poor delivery and fooling the consumer that too after taking the full payment, is not expected from a brand like Neelkamal.

                              I would urge the concerned the personnel to take note and try get things done as fast as possible.

                                We bought a nilkamal 575/2123 chairs(2) on 4/05/2014 from royal furniture in trichy. This chair legs are broken at last month and we didn't use this chair for a couple of years just last month we moved from Jaipur to trichy and started to use the chair and one chair legs got broken and another one back side legs are not in good conditions. So we requesting new chair.

                                  the furniture items purchased wide invoice no. [protected] dated 14.10.2015 and installed by your mechanic in january 2016 seem to be made of defective / poor quality material as we observe that yellowish powder is coming out of the wooden material as if some termite etc is damaging the wooden material. The matter was brought to the notice of your jammu office on 10/10/2016 who failed give a satisfactory reply and all my clothing materialkept in bed boxes is giving foul smell, . As such, all my items kept in the bed boxes / wardrobe have been taken out to avoid any further damage . I am a permanant customer of yours but getting no attention. Kindly replace the defective items without any further delay failing which i will be left with no other alternative than to knock at the doors of honourable court for redressal of my complaint.

                                    I purchased one Nilkamal 09 freedom mini shoe cabinet(Rust & Weather brown) from amazon india but after few days of delivery when I opened the package, the ctb attachment for attaching the panels of the shoe rack was missing.                                       I lodged a complain vide complain no[protected] about one month ago regarding two defective double beds purchased from your jabalpur showroom. The complain was received by some mr ramesh of your bombay head office and he assured me to change the entire strips of both of the beds. A person was sent by your jabalpur showroom to survey the beds. After surveying the bed he said that the strips used in the bed were not so strong as to hold the load and said that he would convey his survey report to head office. But sorry to say that untill today no corrective measures were taken by you. A day before yesterday once again i approached to your bombay head office where some mr rajat singh attended me and advised to e-mail you in this regard. Bill and order no is attatched below. Hope to have a quick action on my complain.

                                        I have a shoe rack bought 1.5 years back from gurgaon. I have moved to manipal in karnataka. While shifting the 'top' has been broken. The rest of the shoe rack is fine.
