I bought three chair from dmart Bhayander west 29/09/19 I have heard a lot of your company's chair every people appreciate about your chair but In my house when I sit on chair & I Felt down from one chair his legs are bend.i complaint in dmart but I I got no proper answer

    I have purchase a product with flipkart nilkamal sofa after installation done and it's not properly done i am facing a promblem screws not properly tighted. So i have called to inform but the way i have treated its shows the company reputation. Note: still no no no revert to me for my query. If any one sincerely address my promblem i am very much thanking you that person. Pls find attached file for ur reference. Flipkart with nilkamal cheating the customer and playing with customer blood earnings money... Please address the concern. This should not any one here after.

      I bought one nilkamal sofa set..which just completed one year and the one part of the sofa has been broken in two peices. I am very disappointed with the company which has been in the market for it's good products. They have heard about my complaints but even after that company is charging for every single part which has been broken. This is what nilkamal is within a year it showed its quality. Company is more concerned about their policy not about the costumers who are unhappy. We buy products blindly trusting brands but I request all people to buy nilkamal after thinking ten times.

          I taken 4 chairs on 15th august 2019 in metro cash and carry after 2 to 3 days, it gets damaged like breaking in middle parts of the product, i think this problem happened by air bubble mark in mouldings part. Please taken care of the product and don't uder mark the product brand. I want to explain and bring it to your notice what happened exactly.

            Fabric started to wobble in one week of time, contacted store but store proposed reversal of money as coupons, which i am not comfortable since what will i buy worth of 40k in store in one year.
            As its a Fabric sofa, it would not be okay to live with the wobbling.

              Safa quality is very poor, facing issues in 5 months only. Shopkeeper has given wrong information regarding quality of product and now this becomes useless for me.
              I had been user of neelkamal product but this experience in high worth product changed my perceptions. Still hoping that positive responses from neelkamal team. When i bought the confert was good but after some time facing issues even in arm stand.

                We bought 2 storage boxes from vanita ice exhibition, kochi india.
                Dealer name goodwill marketing.

                They delivered boxes after 4 days with damaged handles. We have called them multiple times and below were their replies,
                1. Will send men to check and repair the boxes. No one came at the address for repairing. No response for days.
                2. After some days, we called again they said they will replace but there is no stock. We asked them not to replace, take the damaged boxes and give us back the money. No response for days.
                3. After some days we called them again, they threatened to record the call and denied giving any refund. They said they will only replace not refund because they have the stock now.

                Nilkamal is a high standard company and this is the service you provide?

But there is no response. They don't respond to mail/ phone either. Nilkamal must share the tracking details of shipment and deliver the item asap.

                    I visited your sahibabad, ghaziabad store at 2nd october 2019, i've purchased 1set of curtain (Pair of 2).
                    When i went there for replacement of curtains, the person who were showing me that piece, he was misbehaving in front of his manager (Mr. Gautam).
                    And after that i had raised a complaint to mr. Wasim sheikh, he did nothing. No one is there for dealing these kind of problems

                      Order for a Plastic 4 chester drawer is placed on August 14th 2019 with an assured delivery of 10 days with the order number 2014. No one has delivered the product till date and not even responding to the emails nor calls when trying to recach them.                         On 24th July I have ordered and made full payments for two wardrobes
                        from Koparkhairane, sector 11. However, the products were delivered next week. I bought the wardrobes from Nilkamal thinking that its a good brand. But to my surprise it was my biggest mistake that I have done. Everyday I see the wardrobes and regret my decision to purchase the wardrobes from #nilkamal.

                        Installation was not done properly, as there were gaps between the doors. The locks are of no use. After few days the drawer base just came down. I had called and complaints the Koparkhairane shop and they arranged the executives, but nothing was helping.

                        Executives have taken pictures and said that they will launch complaints to the company, no idea what is the status of all those complaints.

                          I shrikant paturkar from nagpur i have purchased an dinning table from your one of the branch of manish nagar since 2 years and it has got damaged two stands of it got removed then i called for the service to make it up the service man came and did it but then also it hasn't worked now also it is coming out. It hasnt worked anymore and i have purchased about 2 lacs of furniture they are also not proper the quality is so low we would think to purchase again.

                            I am gautam das in west bengal durgapur. Your company gm in durgapur (Mr panchadew giri) finalise your duplex in bidhan nager durgapur west bengal at rs 3500000 (Thirty five lack) & recive 51000 chaque no 652333 draw at allahabad bank (Fifty one thousand) as a token money. After that his representative told me advence rs 1200000 (Twelve lack) without any receipts and balance agreement amount 2300000 (Twenty three lack) full payment completed after four months (When this popert is under to adda) outher wise total mony will be forfited. I object this agreement because this is gov leasing poperty. So four month is not enough. Thay have dyny to give the property & return my check after 70ty days.

                            I request you please give me completely your proposal outher wise i go to consumer court because your gm agreement copy is not to as per law and unjustified.

                              I have buy a sofe set of neel kamal in 2018 from bagaria furniture, ramgarh, jharkhand. When i had purchase this sofa set i get assured by the shop owner that i get 5 years warranty for upper materials but after few months the upper martial cracks automatically and cracked has been developed in all the sofa set. Now i want to repair this sofa set or replaced. I have contacted the dealer but problem in not solved

                                I got @home by Nilkamal Nation Solid Wood Bed with a one year warranty on their product. It's broken in one month after a lite use. And they are guranting no after sales service as even after writing number of emails they are too busy provide the claim of warranty. Cheat and shameless. They were claiming it was tested under eight guidelines. If this kind of fraud and fake promises are made to attract people to buy a looser product it's none less then cheating business. This kind of activities should be taken action against and penalised. If this is how these cheats are trading very soon they will earn in billions but consumers get a big fat zero.

                                I want my money back if you provide this fake ply filled with straw. Stop cheating you cheats.

                                After raising the complaint to this Consumer Forum, Nilkamal just sent me a email stating they will replace the damaged part in 7-8 days. Since then no one from their company got in touch with me regarding the delivery of the part. This is simply going over my patience level now. It's a prepaid order and I've already invested my money on it. What's the reason now for such a double standard low grade after sales service. How long consumers in India have to suffer like this. This can't be the standard of dealing with customers. I'm claiming something which is due. Now will they compensate me for this intended delay . They should be fined.

                                  I bought a king size cot from @home just after using it for 1week with only one occupant, the cot wodden plank has cracked open. After raising a complaint, i've waited for 10days but didn't receive any replacement or atleast any status update. Customer care number is just for display purpose, noone picks the call and there is no followup also.
                                  Worst quality cot!
                                  Worst service!!
                                  Worst customer care service!!!
                                  I will never recommend anyone to go their fancy stores and get fooled by their glitz and glamor.

                                    Purchased a 6 chair set of dining tabel and double bed, at Noida but there is issue in product, I have raised complaint many times, executive visits and go without any conclusion and resolution, every time they said he will repair but nobody come after that now it's 5 month still we complaint over calls but no solution I found, request you kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                        I had purchased nilkamal furniture (1 cupboard, one dressing table, one king size bed, 2 side tables and one mattress) from one of the store in ahmedabad. But now after 3 years, the laminate of all the products have been peeled off and the bed is of such poor quality that my baby jumped on bed and it broke from one side and screws came out after breaking the wood.
