Hi,

I have recently purchased a table from your good company (Invoice Number [protected]). The front left leg of same seems to be cracked and broken, probably I didn't notice the same earlier while installation was done or it could be due to damaged product delivery. I tried approaching your good customer care for last several weeks but could not get through, hence trying to reach you via email now. Humbly request for replacement of defective table or solution of the issue at the soonest.

      Ordered two wardrobe of same type. Received the product which do not match with the product shown on the website. It is of different shade and mirror was missing on one of the wardrobe. After raising the complaint with customer care, they are not returning the product. Attaching the images of the website and the product which got delivered. Clearly it is visible that the product is different but they are not accepting it. Also attached the invoice. How come if you arw selling product online and do not have return policy. Please dont cheat with customers. I brought the product because of the brand Nilkamal. But there is no difference with local vendours

      Order Id :23032. I have already mailed to furniture.[protected]@nilkamal.com. And no action has been taken.
      Please return the product on priority. I am finding differences with the product which has been delivered.
      1) Shades are different. In the website, picture is in light shade and the delivered one has the dark shade
      2) I have ordered the same product of 2 quantities, One has the mirror and the other does not have have
      3) The one which have the mirror is longer than what has been shown in the website picture

      Since day one I am highlighting that the product delivered is different and this has not been resolved. If the product which you have delivered is the same, how there are three differences.
      I brought the furniture because of the trust with the brand but now I am regretting it. My experience is worse than the local vendor. I should have ordered it from a local shop, they would have taken care of all of this.

      Please let me know whom I can escalate it. Also I am going to raise consumer complaints if the product is not returned.

      Attaching again the pictures of the wardrobe which has been delivered and what has been shown on the website. I seriously feel cheated. Every online purchase has a return and refund policy .

        I bought CHR-2160 model chair for Rupees 650 yesterday (19-Sep-21), and its one side of leg got broken after sitting continuous for 1 hour with my weight of 70Kg. The product sturdiness and durability is extremely worst. If you cant deliver proper quality then please don't fool us with your false advertisement.

          I have purchased this Admire Mid back chair black of price Rs. 5700/- on 3rd September 2021 from this store "Nilkamal Furniture Ideas
          Gupta Square, Wireless More, Kalyani Express Way, East Rabindrapally P.S. Titagarh, Barrackpore, West Bengal". When it was delivered at our house, on that day itself, I found one of the wheel to be coming out, I informed the manager . When I asked him to send the mechanic, rather than helping me, He asked me to bring the chair . This manager is very unprofessional and non-cooperative .Then again today I found another two wheels coming out. These guys are sending defective articles

            Hi,
            We have purchased recliner in mysuru @home but they have sent damaged product, we returned it but again they have sent damaged and worst recliner(it's been eaten by rats and internal frame is shaking ), we have purchased in April 28th, its been 5 months still they have not resolved our problem and they don't even pick the call and respond properly and they have not yet confirmed when they will replace it, I have mailed the complient today at [protected]@at-home.com and I have attached the photos of product in mail, please go through it, Look it the photo its been eaten and even therads are gone, please resolve it ASAP because we book it on April even till date its not solved and we didn't get any update from nilkamal, I couldn't add the photos here because It shows file is above 32 mb but it's only 2mb but I have attached in mail go through it

              In have Purchased a Nilkamal Mirror cabinet from store in February 2021, and I am unable to trace the bill. The Manufacturing date mentioned on the box is 11/2020. The Mirror have uprooted from the cabinet and I have kept the mirror, cabinet and Original Box safely. As the product is under one year warranty for Manufacturing defect. It is requested to rectify the same by applying suitable adhesive through your representative.

                I have purchased this cupboard around 10 months ago. And till now I have call nilkamal more than five time for repair. So disappointed with the product. As a band, Nilkamal should not sell this kind of cheap products that can not take weight of few cloths. My cupboard can not ever fulfill its purpose to be a cupboard and hold my cloths. Literally the repair person said that please put some cloths in suitcase. I’m so frustrated with this product. I need a proper solution. I cannot afford to get this cupboard fixed in Every 2 months. We don’t have that much of time or nor money. If you see pictures that m going to attached in this complaint than you can understand what I m talking about. We don’t have that much cloths that this cupboard can not take. Please look into my case. If this will be final result that m not able to trust Nilkamal again. Looking for your reply.

                  Respected sir or madam i have ordered almarah with order no.[protected], god delivered 28/08/21 and today its 1/9.21 4 days passed non of any person called me for assembly on very next day i requested customer care person to arrange for assembly but still no one has reached me, kindly tell what to do should i return it back or should i wait,

                      As I have bought the nilkamal branded chairs for my home use, but due to its poor quality, I won't able take its advantage for further use.

                      Hence it is broken from the hand rest, so I requested all the executives of the organization. Kindly replace the chair and trying to get the new one as soon as possible

                            I did a big mistake of purchasing an office chair from nilkamal online shop
                            The horror starts:
                            Horror 1: order is shipped but tracking details are blank, I had to call their customer service to get the tracking details
                            Horror 2: order delivered and I called them to place a assemble request which is claimed to be done within 5 days as per their great website, the great lady from customer service to whom I told it’s an assemble request updated the status as already assembled
                            Horror 3: I got frustrated of waiting for assembly of product, called their customer care to know that the status of order is assembled, so assemble horror is going to start again and they took a fresh assemble request.
                            From that day I am calling them everyday and all I get is we have escalated your request and assembly will be done within 2 to 3 days, many 2 to 3 days have passed since then
                            After getting tired I thought of getting assembly done from my end but more horror to the story they didn’t provide either a manual or nuts and bolts

                            Now I am stuck with their useless chair and my money lost

                            I demand full refund of my money plus 10000 extra for wasting my time and money.

                                  I have purchased a double cot on flipkart
                                  Order Id: OD[protected]

                                  Invoice No: FAA7GO[protected]
                                  On Flipkart.
                                  In the first day itself, Due to the creaking sound from the cot, I called the service center, they availed me a technician. The technician turned up. He turned out to be incompetent and took all the accessories attributed at the time of delivery and my complaint went unnoticed. Upon frequent requests again for return, another technician was assigned. He used accessories of cheap qualities other than the one provided by the company and fixed the problem for the time being. The jerking and creaking sound still persists, the screw has been loosening since the last technician fixed it with some local accessories.
                                  I contacted the technician again, he replied he was having no company screws left. It has become unbearable to sleep in the cot.
                                  Am under warrant coverage.
                                  Kindly replace the cot.
                                  Or I will be seeking remedy in consumer court which would be time consuming for both o[censored]s.
                                  Kindly put this complaint higher up the priority and do the necessary.

                                        I bought a amaze 75"x70" nilkamal mattress on 20/09/2020 from pearl furniture and interiors kirti nagar delhi.
                                        After 5 months this mattress creat problem. After using; this sinks down at edege and issue with the mattress is getting down and up's.It got pressed and loosen on side. I think this is very poor quality of mattress. Please check the complaint and replace the mattress as soon as possible.
