I bought a amaze 75"x70" nilkamal mattress on 20/09/2020 from pearl furniture and interiors kirti nagar delhi.
After 5 months this mattress creat problem. After using; this sinks down at edege and issue with the mattress is getting down and up's.It got pressed and loosen on side. I think this is very poor quality of mattress. Please check the complaint and replace the mattress as soon as possible.

    They promised me to provide the particular chair with specific color within two days but the did not call me and 10 days spend. Whenever i called, they always assured me but the workers wasted my time and i did not get the chairs on time as i had to gift it.
    besides above, the workers are not at all helpful infect behavior is quite rude and bad..
    I will never recommend anybody to buy anything from nilkaml furniture..

        On recent purchase of Dining table with four Chairs (Bahamas model),
        this defective but repaired chair has been provided from Chandan Ply
        & Particle Board Furniture Shop, Baishakhi Market, Lichubaga, Kanchrapara (Contact No.[protected]) with bill No.154 dt.20/06/2021.
        I have already talked with one of your Staff named Rupak (Contact No.[protected]) and sent him the required documents but no assurance got yet for 'Replacement'. Sir, this is my first interaction with you & your product; I hope you will act positively so that I can pronounce for you & your company also. Hence it is my request to you to please make an arrangement of replacement at the earliest.

        Repeatedly on 23/06/21, 29/06/21, 30/06/21, 07/07/21 & 22/07/21 I have requested (email) them to look into the matter seriously as from 23/06/21 still now I can not use the purchased item but no one has come over to check it or to replace it. The item Complaint ID — CC47418 of Nilkamal Furniture.

                Hi Team,

                I have ordered 1 Computer Table and 1 chair on 20th May, the Order ID is:[protected], but still now I have not received these items.

                When I called the Customer care on 03rd Jun, they said it will be delivered by the end of the Day, but I have not received, again I called them on 05th Jun, they said it will be delivered by the end of the Day, when I called them on 08th Jun, they said it will be delivered today.
                But I have not received the items yet, this is the false commitment I am getting. So, I lost the trust on your commitments and false communications.

                So please refund my amount immediately.

                  I placed an order on @home with nilkamal website more than a week back and they haven't provided any updates regarding that. Emailed and enquired in [protected]@at-home.co.in and got no response.
                  Called them and I was asked to wait for their call. Did not get the call.

                  can I get an update on whether or not will it ever be delivered to me?
                  The order number is 18773.
                  And also since your support number[protected] is never reachable make sure to at least reply in your email id provided.

                    I ordered nilkamal sofa cum bed in May21 and it was delivered to me on around 15t May21. We paid full amount on their website.

                    They have delivered entire bed with few of its component missing. Shipment was delivered in lockdowm.

                    Now they are saying tat the missing component will be delivered after lockdown which I dont know when the lockdown will get open. It's been now more than 2 weeks but I haven't received the missing component

                    If thw bed was delivered in lovkdown then why aren't they delivering missing component in lockdown.

                    Component missing- 6 bushes

                      One of the chairs i have ordered is broken... Complained a lot of time even did mails... But not getting any kind of response... Didn't expect this from such a brand... Very disappointing... Pls kindly replace it with a fresh piece...

                        Hello Team,

                        I had placed order for a computer trolley with Nilkamal on their website. Neither have they sent the product nor any update. I got an email saying product is on the way. When I called their customer care they said its still in warehouse.

                        They are fooling round and not providing the product. I also told them to cancel the product, that also they havent.

                          Order no.1395, when i placed order there is no provision visible for entering customer GST no. The very next day of order confirmation i contacted the customer care and informed about GST no details, in addition to that mail also sent. When i received the material customer GST no was not included. I have complained it to the customer thrice and repeated mails sent there was no response. Finally customer care executive informed me that the invoice can't be modified.
                          Useless lethargic customer care peoples, good for nothing. Better not to buy anything online from Nilkamal. Some how they manage to lineup good product models, they don't bother about retail customers.

                            I bought a Nilkamal crystal 2 door wardrobe on 27th January 2020, but I got the damaged product Since date-time Nilkamal customer care excused me in a various manner that it will replaced or returned but no one comes for this.
                            After more than one year Pick Up person picked up the product on 8th April 2021,
                            From date day I sent various mail to their concern team on their official mail but yet I do not get the refund, They all Nilkamal customer care wasted my time and money. Please help me to get my refund and compensation for wasting my time.

                              Have placed an order for executive chair on 16th feb2021 and cancelled it immediately. have sent multiple emails to the nilkamal inquiry with no response about the refund.I get varied responses every time I call the inquiries team...nor I get a status of my refund...

                                While Dismantling '4 Door Ignis Wardrobe' by Nilkamal employee Service person Damaged the 2 Back panels and said not installed properly at the time of delivery and fixing at starting.
                                Wardrobe is under warranty,
                                Please provide ignis Wardrobe unit replacement by Nilkamal Furniture.
                                For All kind of damages reason is byNilkamal service employee only.

                                  I am a very old and happy customer of this brand, I recently bought 2 plastic chairs from boisar Nilkamal store where 1 chair got broken only in 10 days, I requested to the store for replacement but he denied.
                                  I strongly believe Nilkamal products are very good and plastic chairs will not get broken in 10 days of basic use.

                                    Website: libra chair supplied is defective

                                    I have placed order 16.2.2021 for supply of "Libra High Office" and remitted full amoun of Rs.13, 3348 on 16.2.2021. I received consignment on 26.2.2021. Nilkamal appointed firm's technical operator viisited my residence on 27.2.21and tried to assemle chair. But holes in the arm rest are not matching with the holes(tapped holes) in the Seat so he could not assemble tje chair and repacked. From 27.2.2021 onwards I was contacting over phone and Email to Customer Care several times reqesting arrange to attend to the problem. Till date nothing is done. A big consignment is lying in my house from 27.2.2021 obstrucing free movement of family memebers.
                                    Customer Care personnel give. vague reply for all the Emails. No action is taken to resolve issue. Yesterday they sent a reply giving Complaint/Service Reqest No.30223709.
                                    Already 12 days passed from day of receipt of shipment of defective item.
                                    Kindly arrange immediately to supply new chair and take back the defective chair. Or else arrange to return the amount I paid.
