It is to inform that a Nilkamal Ortho Comfort Mattress has been purchased on 02.02.2021 from M/S Roy Enterprise Kanchrapara, West Bengal Pin - 743145 to use for back pain affected patients as per recommendations of doctors but it's spring/softness is not comfortable for a back pain patient. It has been purchased as per recommendation of M/S Roy Enterprise Kanchrapara because of the delar remarks was that it is a real orthopedic Mattress and it is good for Back Pain affected Patients and he has also been said that it is branded products don't worry take it without hesitation . During purchase it has been suppress that it is a Spring made Mattress and it's spring is not good for the above mentioned patient. It was requested to customer care of Nilkamal to send experts for removing its spring otherwise arrange to change a hardy mattress instead of existing mattress as soon as possible. In this connection several mail has been sent to furniture.[protected]@nilkamal.com on 10.02.2021, 12.02.2021, 15.02.2021, 20.02.2021 and 22.02.2021 s but no information has yet been received from your company nor any expart has been sent by your company to re-solve my problem. Hence once again requested to look into the matter and take all necessary steps to short out my problem. Matter may be treated as most urgent to help a Back Pain effected Patient.Your cooperation solicits the matter.

      Hello, I had booked a chair online and I received wrong chair. It's been a month and there is no resolution for wrong product received.

        I have purchased a vibrant mattress queen size in May 2018 from your local vendor in pune.

        The mattress contains springs and are off and bed shrinks on one side and we have had started to get back pains due to this.

          Cot purchased has fungus issues and i have complained about it to the customer care about a month back and even after multiple reminders the issue is unsolved.

          Would request you to look into it and sort it on priority.

            I purchased 2 mattress from Bed's nd Spread shop in Ramnagar South on Wednesday of size 75by36.But when I received mattress these mattress actual size is 74by36.So there is 1 inch gap.I have already raised the issue with shopkeeper and yesterday one person visited but he didn't understand and he justified that some gap may occur so you have to manage.
            I have talked to Mr Rajmohan from Neelkamal and he told that any senior will visit. But Noone visited.

            I request you to resolve the issue as early as possible because I have trust on neelkamal and I was using neelkamal from my childhood.

            So pls understand and resolve so that my trust not break.

              Had placed order on their website and while ordering they show dispatched by and delivered by date as anyone would expect within 5-10 days. But once you make the payment and place the order, your order will not be dispatched or delivered. you have to run pillar to post to contact people to get the status. this is a fraud company who just takes money with no stock of products. Save yourselves some mental peace by not ordering or buying their products.

                  We ordered Nilkamal Chair's on their website online and is been 2+ months, company has failed to deliver the product and no tracking details provided neither able to reach customer care nor they respond to my emails.. such a pathetic service by Nilkamal company. Please avoid buying their products online . I am still waiting for their response on my order and left blank with no info. Not sure when they are going to deliver the chairs.

                  I will wait for an update from Nilkamal or next will take it against company to consumers court. I can see lot's of same posts here about fraudulent work done by Nilkamal delaying delivery and ppl unable to reach customer support.

                      I was placed an order on 30th Oct as,
                      My order no.:[protected]_TDB10LPGR/BLU/IBK.
                      Now it's near 1 month over and I contacted 3 times with your customer service but still order not dispatch.

                      As my last call your customer service agent not even lesson my concern and he was disconnected the callin between the call.

                      I was never face this kind of the pathatic experience with any other online service provider.

                            I bought a Nilkamal chair a month ago and the product is damaged and has quality issues. I have been contact their customer service for over three weeks now and they are not providing a resolution for the problem. Every time I contact customer support I receive the same response of "we have sent the issue to the concerned team, we do not have any updates."

                            The customer service agents are very irresponsible and do not provide any updates on how and when the issue will be resolved, despite constantly following up with them for 3 weeks.

                                Hi Team,

                                We have ordered a office table and a chair through order no # 9095 on 7th of October but the product is still not yet delivered. We emailed the customer care multiple times on 13th Oct, 19th Oct and on 27th Oct but did not get any particular confirmation on when we will receive the product. Today we contacted the customer care they mentioned the particular products we oder are not in stock and they are not sure when it will get delivered. Its almost a month now and we are still not sure when we will get our product.
                                How can they say the product is not in stock, you can’t order if the product if it is out of stock. Need immediate support to get the product delivered.

                                    This is in reference to Queen Bed that we bought from @Home Inorbit Mall Malad West. Within 4 months the parts started popping out and when we checked there was no option to fix it back as the wood used is completely hollow from inside. even the plates on which the mattress is placed is completely changed its shape and might break anytime soon.

                                    We really didn't expect to get such shallow quality product from you.

                                    Due to covid situation we couldn't highlight it before so as soon we came to know the mall is operational we went and complained. Below are details.

                                      There has been severe infestation of fungus in the wardrobe and bed since we purchased it. This time we left home for some time and to utter shock when we returned it was full of fungus. Attaching a few pictures.

                                      The nilkamal dealer who we purchased this from has closed the shop and says he cannot help with it
