Dear sir,
I am ajit surana from vrindavan agencies murud, district latur. I am associated with your company for many years but for the first time i am facing such difficulty.
On 12th march 2020 I had bought neelkamal cushioned chairs at NLC rate of RS.1290/- from Rahi communication latur. I have paid RS 7740/- for 6 chairs, But I received the chairs without cushions while I ordered the cushioned chairs.
When I asked the distributor about this he said we told you while speaking that the price of both is same. But He replaced the chair of RS 1290/- with the chair of RS 913/-.He has sent me the RS 913/- chair instead of RS1290/-
At first he didn't even acknowledge it.
When I asked the distributor for the price list he gave me the price list of year 2018.when I saw manufacturing date on the chair so it was 2017, and the chair was in very bad condition. When I sent him the price list of march 2020, then he accepted that the price is high. After that on, , 13th july 2020 Mr.yogendra the owner of Rahi communication, latur. Messaged me which I attached with this mail.
still i haven't got the credit note yet I didn't even get the receipt of my bill. 8 days ago I placed my new order and then He told me you credit of RS 150/-deposited with us. I asked him how the credit of Rs150/- was deposited? The other day he messaged and said your RS 1452/- credit is Credited.When I asked how the credit of RS 1452/- credited. He didn't answer..
I want to ask you If the company gives the dealer the item of RS 913/- instead of RS 1290/-So at what rate the dealer sells to the customer. Has your company given the right to the distributor to sell the dealer at a higher rate? Those chairs are not on sale yet You tell me at what rate should I sell that to the customer? And the rate that the distributor has put is correct?
The distributor is lying. I hope you understand my problem and solve it.

I had earlier complained against the distributor (Mr yogendra the owner of rahi communication latur).I also sent the details of my problem to the ASM of pune branch Mr. Rahul. So you can ask him, he can explain my problem to you more efficiently.
With the previous mail which I had sent you on 24 october 2021 I gave you proof of the distributors chats. In which he said that "You have received a wrong order from my side", but now he's saying " According to your order, I ordered the good from the company. The order the distributor has delivered I didn't order that and neither is it worth selling. After my previous complaint the distributor also contacted me, and returned my credit but my customer is waiting for the order. first you send me my valid stock if you can't send, send me refund of my order amount
So, my request is that the company should check whether the distributor had placed my order or not. All the details of my order I will mentioned in my previous mail.
If the distributor is cheating with the dealers then what would he do with the retail customers?
I have attached some shots with this mail which I shared with rahul saxena . I hope the company will take immediate action on my problem and solve it.
