Moved the cot to Kengeri in Bangalore from mandya and contacting coustomer care as well area manager in mandya via phone and to manager in Bangalore via mail for appointment of fixing the cot. So far it's been 3months after shifting can't get it fixed.

      Nilkamal Order No 33972 Nilkamal Carlos 4 Seater Dining Set

      The order was placed on 27th March 2022 through https://www.nilkamalfurniture.com/

      Initially the shipment was wrongly sent and delivered to a different state, upon raising a complaint, they retrieve the shipment and redirected to my correct given address.

      I was in touch with Nilkamal through many webchat as well as in emails, also i was in touch with blue dart express courier.

      15th Apr 2022 i received the shipment in an total damaged condition, whereas i raised the query to the Blue Dart courier, they requested to communicate with the shipper.

      Also the courier not submitted the shipper invoice or delivery note.

      I have sent a detailed email to Nilkamal requesting the same model and brand new dining set to my given address without any single scratch or damage.

      If Nilkamal not able to supply the same model dining set, i need my full money back along with the compensation.

      Expecting a solution in this forum.

          We have purchased Nilkamal spring mattress from Badangpet Srilakshmi store. From day 1 we are facing issues with springs, having severe back issues due to the springs. Nikamal representative Srikanth has come twice and checked the mattress. Even he said he could see the springs are hard and the issue we are facing internally alot. He said until the mattress is in damaged state or sagging state, your team will not replace the mattress.

          As we are facing alot of issues with spring and we also asked to exchange it to foam and if there is any remaining additional charge on it, we will pay for it. But your team is not at all supporting as we are facing issue with your product and it is not in a damaged condition and is in warranty. Very very worst experience with your team and very worst customer service and product. Your customer is facing lot of issues with your product and you people are not at all bothering on it.

          We need exchange of mattress from spring to foam. Please take immediate action on it.

            Complaint about irresponsiveness of nilkamal authorised dealer for lounger sofa set defect

            Dear Sirs,

            I Purchased Nilkamal lounger sofa in Bhopal from your dealer Woodwing furnitures, Kolar Road Bhopal on 31.10.2021.

            After 4 months o[censored]se, I found a major internal defect. On contacting NILKAMAL Customer care, they asked me to contact the dealer as will be attended by them only. They can not help in this regard. While contacting WOODWING FURNITURE, Bhopal they asked me to lodge a Complaint on Whatsapp...

            I have purchased the chair in the first week of march from Ramdev home appliances, Munnekollala,

            Bengaluru. On the second day itself hand rest came off while adjusting the height. Both hand rests are not functioning properly and Its effecting my work adversely.

            I raised complaint to the dealers and after 6 days 14th March Rakesh HN +91-[protected] contacted me and sent a guy to my home. He examined my chair and said its faulty. Then he said he will raise a ticket for hand rest replacement and handed over the task to a guy named Rakshit (ASM) +91 [protected]. He called me and asked details about my chair.

            After that no response from them and no update also. its been 3.5 weeks since I purchased the product and not one day I was satisfied and my work getting effected and I am having back pain as well. Either replace my full chair or give me complete refund. You have sent me a worst 2nd grade product, this is not acceptable at all.

              I took 200 crates in February 2021 but Damaged 97 crates in 3 months. merchant spent 7 months on complaining. Now the dealer says report to the company then he change the crate, the dealer's name is Srinath Hardware Pandharpur please help us..

                The cot is not sturdy..shakes too much even while sitting and getting up. Big design flaw..the ground support is given to headboard instead of bed base. Need extra support legs to base..else please take back the product for refund or exchange for other wooden cot.

                  Hi I'm a dealer of nilkamal and I have order for a pallets one week before we have placed the order and we have paid the amount fully for thirty pallets and we have assured for the delivery on saturday but due to some issue they have said on Sunday morning they have confirmed due to some issue it was only 20 what they could give and they have asked to come by 2pm from 2pm the sales person Sathya is not picking the call and we were waiting at hosur plantation what kind of service you people provide as we travel from such a long place with vehicle.

                            Fungus all over tv unit. When purchased the issue happened within 4 months and then company replaced whole unit. Now the new one us have same fungus issue and it is almost a year.

                            Company mentioned this is a rear case and it will not come back again. They also mentioned that none of their customers get this. But we have got it on the second piece they have replace with.

                            They do not have a proper customer support. Store person who sold the tc unit had left the job and now new manager do not understand the whole issue. Now he says he can only get the technician to our home to check on that.

                            Technician had come and he mentioned he raised a complaint be this diwali and then no reply. I kept calling him but he said all are busy with diwali and asked me to wait for another week.

                            After waiting he gave a contact number and I tried calling that person but he never picked.

                                I Purchased 4 Chairs today evening on 14th November 2021 from your store VR Enterprises in Hyderabad, after reaching home I noticed product is defective, it looks like holes/ open space at bottom is cut manually so it got several cuts at many places, even the open space is not having even 20% finishing. it looks like defective pieces has been manipulated manually & Sold..

                                Selling cheap quality furniture, Now denying with support

                                I bought a Nilkamal TV unit from Flipkart a few months back. Now, last week I put my TV on it, within just a few days I noticed TV unit started bending down to center and drawers that were opening/closing easily have also stopped working.
                                Nilkamal is continuously denying support and even most of the time they didn't respond to query....

                                Dear sir,
                                I am ajit surana from vrindavan agencies murud, district latur. I am associated with your company for many years but for the first time i am facing such difficulty.
                                On 12th march 2020 I had bought neelkamal cushioned chairs at NLC rate of RS.1290/- from Rahi communication latur. I have paid RS 7740/- for 6 chairs, But I received the chairs without cushions while I ordered the cushioned chairs.
                                When I asked the distributor about this he said we told you while speaking that the price of both is same. But He replaced the chair of RS 1290/- with the chair of RS 913/-.He has sent me the RS 913/- chair instead of RS1290/-
                                At first he didn't even acknowledge it.
                                When I asked the distributor for the price list he gave me the price list of year 2018.when I saw manufacturing date on the chair so it was 2017, and the chair was in very bad condition. When I sent him the price list of march 2020, then he accepted that the price is high. After that on, , 13th july 2020 Mr.yogendra the owner of Rahi communication, latur. Messaged me which I attached with this mail.
                                still i haven't got the credit note yet I didn't even get the receipt of my bill. 8 days ago I placed my new order and then He told me you credit of RS 150/-deposited with us. I asked him how the credit of Rs150/- was deposited? The other day he messaged and said your RS 1452/- credit is Credited.When I asked how the credit of RS 1452/- credited. He didn't answer..
                                I want to ask you If the company gives the dealer the item of RS 913/- instead of RS 1290/-So at what rate the dealer sells to the customer. Has your company given the right to the distributor to sell the dealer at a higher rate? Those chairs are not on sale yet You tell me at what rate should I sell that to the customer? And the rate that the distributor has put is correct?
                                The distributor is lying. I hope you understand my problem and solve it.

                                I had earlier complained against the distributor (Mr yogendra the owner of rahi communication latur).I also sent the details of my problem to the ASM of pune branch Mr. Rahul. So you can ask him, he can explain my problem to you more efficiently.
                                With the previous mail which I had sent you on 24 october 2021 I gave you proof of the distributors chats. In which he said that "You have received a wrong order from my side", but now he's saying " According to your order, I ordered the good from the company. The order the distributor has delivered I didn't order that and neither is it worth selling. After my previous complaint the distributor also contacted me, and returned my credit but my customer is waiting for the order. first you send me my valid stock if you can't send, send me refund of my order amount
                                So, my request is that the company should check whether the distributor had placed my order or not. All the details of my order I will mentioned in my previous mail.
                                If the distributor is cheating with the dealers then what would he do with the retail customers?
                                I have attached some shots with this mail which I shared with rahul saxena . I hope the company will take immediate action on my problem and solve it.

                                  2. That at the time of making the purchase, it was specifically instructed regarding the size of the mattress as it is a matter of common prudence and knowledge that every buyer while making the purchase of mattress has certain size requirement.

                                  3. That, it was specifically instructed you that the mattress size should be be 6 X 3 cm. That, at the time of making the purchase, it was specifically assured on your part that the delivery of the mattress would be according to the size specification.

                                  4. That, unfortunately, when the mattress’s were delivered that was of the size 6.25 X 3 cm, due to which my brother is facing difficulties in using the same and the substantial amount he used for purchase of the mattress is being wasted.

                                  5. That, my bother numerous times contacted you to remove the defect but the response on your side was very much unsatisfactory and appalling and you categorically refused to rectify the defect on your part which amounts to deficiency of service and unethical conduct on your part.
