I am pravin rakshe, i have purchase nissan sunny xl (Color night shade) (Mh46 ad2125) in april 2016, i facing so many problems in my car,

Below are the problems which i am facing sice purchasing of car.

1) left side door color is dull within 6 month
2) driver sit lower rods & metal color is vanished within year
3) they have register my car as nissan terreno in register office
4) they have given me 2015 manufacturing car for more than 10, 50, 000/- (Approx. Ten lac fifty thousand)
5) abs & ebd not working, when i stop car suddenly or urgently car tires get skating on road.

I have register this complaint in december 2016 but still they have not clear, now.

    My nissan micra 2016 model met with an accident and hence approached nissan ida uppal service station and i had insurance of oriental bank with zero dip facility, but nissan said this would not be eligible for cashless n needs to go for reimbursement n i have accepted but after delivery of vehicle its been two months i did not get my money back and nissan is not bothered to follow up with oriental and is not closing the complaint till now and the person who was involved was shiva and later i escalated the issue to sk tanveer, but even then there was no response from oriental and nor nissan is bothered to settle it, the claim was registered on april 2nd 2018 and the surveyor was t samba shiva rao and today is 9 th june and its almost 2 months and i'm waiting for help. And this is showing how customer centric is nissan w. R. T its customers.

      I will purchase a terrano sports 17/05/2018 from CRESENT NISSAN (BALTIC MOTORS PVT.LTD.). Sector-14. Gurgaon (Haryana ) INDIA they will say me this is our sports model but deliver me a duplicate terrano sports. & then there is complaint in BUMPER FITTING is loose FENDER FITTING is not ok DOOR GRIPPING is loose for one side ROOF RAIL IS BREAK then I will go to the SHOWROOM & complaint it MR ARUN TIWARI GM SALES OF CRECENT NISSAN say these are company fitting problem I WILL COMPLAINT IT ON COMPANY COSTUMOR CARE MAIL ON 29/05/2018 then MR VIVEK RAJPUT & MR ANKUR from NISSAN Custmorcare team says sir this is not sports modal you can modify it I will say sir my fault is GOOD FAITH ON A BRAND NISSAN your dealer says this is sports model i can faith on him .IF YOU CARE OF YOUR CUSTUMOR THEN PLEASE CONTACT ME .

        Sir, i brought a datsun go plus in dec, 2015. After few months all tyres were blast.. Then i gave a written complain latter to the manager of the tinsukia dealer (Workshop). He told me that he would take necessary action of the matter.. But i haven't get the tyres yet... One day he called me to get the tyres.. When i arrived the dealer he ignored me... Plz plz sir take a necessary action of my complain and the manager sir..

          I would like to file a complaint for nissan service center in kuwait alrai branch. I did the car service of my nissan patrol 2014 on may 20, 2018 and during this service the battery was replacement and after 10 days on may 30, 2018 the battery was dead and i had to jump start my car. When i took the car to the service center they refused to replace that battery even though it covered under the warranty they also have no trust to customers. I did not file a commercial fraud complaint yet to ministry of commerce. However, i am waiting to your response first since i trust nissan to resolve this issue and instruct local dealer to respect customers and solve this issue.

            Then he was charge 1200 rs extra because wheel alignment required this point not maintained in job sheet
            Also date of parched to till date notice problem average problem & sum other problem not solve.
            This is your standard practice to all customers
            I m very very de satisfying this type product & your servise.

              I have purchased a new micra active xv on 11.11.2016, but on 06.05.2018 before 2 years i have experience starting problem, i have call the road assistance service they check and send my car to anant nissan showroom where i purchased it, after that i have experience horrible service they don't tell my vehicle status till 2 days after i call they told me that my vehicle battery discharged and not taking charge, though it is in warranty period still i have to change the battery for last 7 seven days i have travelling by my bike even though i have purchased a new car that's really pathetic.

                This is to be informed to you that, my Nissan Sunny Registration number GJ-25 J-2203 which I put for service at Central Nissan, Ahmedabad is not working properly. This is 3rd time in a month when I am complaining officials for the same. I put my car 3 times at service point in this 30 days only. But, rather than improving my car is going to hell. Oil leakage in massive amout has started, Fog lamps, Reverse camera, and Reverse sensor has stopped working. The head light height adjusting motor from my car has been stolen from service point.

                After so many troubles in this 30 days only, now I have decided to knock the Consumer Forum doors. I want to claim same amount as my Car IDV price as per my car's insurance policy which is 5, 20, 000 ONLY. I would like to tell you that, I have paid 1, 00, 000 rupeese for repairing my car at Central Nissan. Now I want to submit an official case against Central Nissan, Ahmedabad.

                For your reference I am attaching the pictures of oil leakege from my car and the copy of bill that I have paid at Central Nissan.

                Please consider it on a serious note. And please do something other than cheating with people. Because in our country cars are not only the vehicle for people, but it's like a family member for them. I hope my this step will put a hard slap on your and your service point's face.

                  Last weekend i gave my car for service in jubilant nissan service center - chennai. I am totally disappointed with the faculties. No proper response, no proper intimations. They charged for some spares parts but even those spares was not fixed properly. Lately i noticed and asked them, they simply replied sorry i forgot to fix that. Today i am regretting for choosing nissan.
                  I request nissan to take action on this. Please keep the employee attentive and proactive.

                    I bought a datsun redi go a model car on 13/04/18 from mohon motors, kolkata, mintu park showroom. But i submit my rupees for commercial offer letter sep, 2017. When i visited their showroom they told me then can make the offer letter within one month. After that i got offer letter february 2018. And got the car april 13. But till now i did not get my registration date and permanent number.
                    I want permanent solution within monday 29/04/18. Otherwise nissan motors will responsible for return my money fully or pay the monthly instalment of the car.

                      Lost the key of nissan micra and the dealer is asking for 175000.. So they are trying to exploit customers.. I would request someone here to help me out by getting a rellacemwnt key for my car as i cant pay 175000 for a new key.. Or else i will have to sue nissa india. The dealer bere say you need to change the steering lock and ecb and all. But imi said i want to change my key and tjey it is not possible to get a new key without changing all of this thing.. How can i pay 175000 for just getting a replacemwnt for key

                          I am gaurav, i bought redi go car on 19-03-18 from faizabad road lucknow, they did not provide me number plate till now, and continuously making me fool that they will arrange, i am not getting what is making so late to provide me number plate, even staff of there is very disappointing
                          I would like to mention name - ravindra singh (Sales exe), he is behaving like he sold me car now his duty is over,
                          Customer care associate - swasti is much more irritating staff there, she is not clear at any point
                          There is one more staff vinod, who just tried to make me calm not tried to solve me problems
                          I am seriously tired with this company now and with this worst experience with dream nissan, its my 1st car with nissan and will be last one with this company.

                            I am proud owner of nissan sunny. Xld. Tn72 bh 8453 and it was purchased six month back. On the day of 21 april 2018 i took the car to jeevan nissan service centre for first service on their request. On 23rd aril morning i get back the car with total dissatisfaction.1, one unit diesel missing (5. Liter) 2, water wash not properly done.3, told as first free service but they charged for cleaning and alliegnment.4, servicing details not properly explained. Customer friendly totally missing. Over all they failed to get customer satisfaction in this sercice. Nissan sunny car is thebest but service is the worst. So i will be forced to select some other dealer for further service...

                              My name is r. B. S. Manian. I am an owner of nisan micra automatic, purchased from nisan marikaar, trivandrum on nov 2016. Car is on my wife's name smitha. V. S. Vehicle no is kl 01. Bz 7333.

                              I would like to lodge my grievance against the service and warranty related issues experienced with the dealer on 14/04/18.

                              The car was sent for periodic service, when i went to collect it back, they said that both the rear side shock - absorbers and the battery were defective. They had replaced the shock-absorbers and the battery replacement was on going. Since my car on warranty period, they said nothing to be paid. The battery which used for replacement was not a charged one, so i took my car with the old battery and went to the dealer again on 17/04/18 for battery replacement as per their requirement. On that time, they changed their word that i have to pay half of the battery cost.

                              This micra has been purchased one and a half year back, only crossed 15, 000 km and only used in the city limit of trivandrum.
                              Its a wonder that both the shock-absorbers and the battery fail in such a short period in a carefully handled car. If these things fails with in this short period, nissan has to take the responsibility and why should i pay?

                              The answer from the dealer in case of battery was not satisfactory. As per them, the battery installed is from hitachi, which is not a good one and recently been replaced by other manufacture.in that case, nisan has to bare the cost of the new battery in my case.

                              Regarding shock-absorbers, i have suspicion whether they have been really replaced or not.

                              I have two other cars, one honda city and an innova for the last 8 years in which, never experienced such issue.

                              Please look in to this matter and expecting positive feedback soon.

                                1. Executive told me your car is ready.
                                He gives me delivery that time ac filter and coolent is not installed by him.
                                When i get back to my home that time he called and told me your car is incomplete
                                2. After services so many problem faced me. Car is vibrate and noisy. I think time and money both are west.

                                  I have given my terra no on sunday morning for service. They have promised me to provide the vehicle by monday evening. High beam light on my car is not working and second service is schedule. Once i reach the workshop at 5 pm they waited me for around 2:30 hr to provide the car. And even the car was not cleaned as expected. When i checked high beam is working or not. Then i found the issue is not resolved. His is 3rd time when i face this type of issue after servicing the vehicleh this is 3rd time when i face this type of issue after servicing the vehicle and the issue did not get resolved.

                                    we have bought three cars from Dehradun showroom, all Nissan Terranos in aug 2014, we were very happy with the earlier services but a very recent incident has opened our eyes as to how pathetic the services have becom e.Just yeterday thre was a problem with my car and i got a ticketing nu NIS[protected] and again i got another ticekting nu today NIS[protected].
                                    My car engine stopped 6 km away from the Dehradun Nissan workshop and i called the local dealer at 10 am approx i was told that an engineer will come and if the car could be started then he will bring it, the mechanic checked and said that it needs to be towed and he will inform, after one hour we got a call from another number who said that there two pickup vans are busy so that they will arrange for some other van from Roorkee city, i again called the tollfree nu and told them it was entirely stupidity that the Roorkee city was 75 km from dehradun and my car was itself in the dehradun city and it was only 6 km from the showroom, in the meantime i got call from Nissan Customer care stating Rs 18 per km will be charged for towing i agreed .
                                    Finally after 5 hours i was told that a private pickup crane will come and he will charge Rs2200 to this i objected but the lady at the dealer office +91-[protected] said that they were helpless .

                                    Still countless calls and nervewrecking hours in this scorching sun i am forced to write this complaint, its so unfortunate that even after buying such costly cars (10 Lcas plus) the customer care and the dealers are totally trying to fleece money from stuck up customers.
                                    The point is that if the agaencey exixts in Dehrasdun then as per rules they need to have their own pickup vans fro which they can of course charge as per other company like Maruti, Toyota etc but they seem to be a totally lousy bunch of inhumane people not knowing what customer is .
                                    Kindly urgently treat this complainbt as a eyeopener towards the customer

                                    care you need to give, only selling of vehicles is not enough .
                                    I am also in the meantime thinking of suing these incompetent dealers plus company for the mental agony they have caused .

                                      Dear nissan company of japan after greeting my name is noran mahmoud-my email / [protected]@yahoo.com _ my phone no is [protected] my car is nissan qushqai model 2013-chassis no /2775637 _ motor no /234986 i went to nissan united group (Al darasa) in egypt to make the service of the car 120 km on 28/3/2018 and change the brake linings and when i receive the car i hear a sound in the brake linings then i return to united group again on 1/4/2018 and they inform me that the problem was in the brake lining cover and they fix the problem and i recive the car again and after 1 day the problem appeared again and i return to the same maintenance center on 4/4/2018 and they say they didnot hear the sound of brake linings unless i was recording the sound on my phone and the maintenance technician hear the sound and convince that there is a problem and they changed the brake linings again and i recive the car after 2 days i hear the same sound of the brake linings and i return back to the same maintenance center today 22/4/2018 for the 4th time and they inform me that i don't have a problem and there is no sound appears although i hearer the sound and they have nothing to do i can record the sound on my phone as a prove and return back to them and when i called the customer service of nisan egypt they inform me that they have nothing to do and i can check with another maintenance center to prove the sound and i think that it is the worst after sales service that i must leave my work for 4 times to make the maintenance for my car and still there is the same problem, i need a solution and the record on my phone exist any time and the maintenance recipient attached.

                                        We are not aware any thing you and dealer confirmation till now after writing assurance confirmation about black - color, manufacturing month march 2018 (Sunny nissan xv cvt) or manufacturing month december 2017 with separate special deal (Sunny nissan xv cvt). But no conclusion updated till today & time 18 april at 5.16 pm. Presently i am seating in unity nissan salimarbagh new delhi. Automatically cancelled my booking from today.
