I paid a booking amount of rs.5000/- for datsun redigo 18/11/17. After few days i decided not to buy that car as automatic option was not available. I did not pay any downpayment or have made any commitment later. But the sales executive tusshar started to make an issue that he had fit all the accessories and i have to buy the car or pay for the accessories. I said i will not buy the car and submitted a letter for refund of my booking amount on 29/11/17 which had to be delivered in 7 days but they wantedly delaying it. Please help me to solve this issue and prevent the malpractice of this fraudulent company from other citizens of our country.

    Hi i have a nissan x trail hybrid 2016 model, i bought through an agent in sri lanka which carries 2 years warranty from kobe, the milage was very low as after around 5000 kms i heard a noise and the jeep started giving jerks and it was nearly impossible to drive in the traffic roads, i complained and sent 3 times to the garage at each instance they kept the vehicle for 7 days and sent it back to me saying it was repaired, now i am fed u with their services and excuses and hoping to take legal action against them in order to get it properly repaired

      Till today 05-dec-2017 i have not received original tourist permit of my car.
      When asked for the same, i came to know the original tourist permit is missed place by either dealer or rto person.

        I purchased aterrano vehilce on 01.01.2014. But till date 3 nos defective hazardous switch replaced by dealer on warranty. I also taken 1 year extended warrenty. Now i observed that same problem comes in hazardous switch. If same problem comes frequently how many nos of switch to be replaced in future? So i request you to solve the problem in my warrenty period.

          I've had to replace both inside door handles on my 2013 nissan altima s.
          I've asked one of the local service department technicians to see if this was a common wear and tear item for my type of vehicle and he didn't think that it was. I don't have small kid but i do have passengers from time to time and i can't seem to understand why i had to replace the inside door handles on both sides in the front. Nisan should investigate the issue to see if the parts for my vehicle type may have been component part or small springs issues/recalls which prevent the handle from no longer working.

            Dear concern
            There was a problem in my terrano xvd thp pre/reg no. Pb10es3900
            & i visited dada motors g. T. Road, dhandari kalan, ludhiana, punjab, india - 141003 on 20/11/2017. My service advisor was ram lal. The company scan and look out all parts. They assure me the problem is detected & after 3-4 hours they again assure me that problem is solved and after that they drive my car as a try without me and after try they again assure me that the problem of my vehicle is properly solved out and charged me repair cost rs 17101.80 with extra charges. The total bill is rs. 19893. But still my vehicle shows same problem & i feel that they cheated me.

                It's mingmar dorjee sherpa, buyed a nissan terrano 110 psi, engine no mdhhsna36db002250, on 30 dec 2013. After that due some business work i moved to siliguri west bengal, and i did my service in siliguri at nissan mla auto india pvt. Ltd. Ltd. Till second service my car was ok at 18758km after 19194km i had injector problem from hear service center diagnosis injector two time and replaced 1 injector in 19195km and charged me 13115 rs, and service center told me now onwards there will be no problem at all and told me it was due to fuel and i ask which fuel is best for me they had no answer on this. Now its around 22000 km same problem has come and nissan mla auto india pvt. Ltd has shut down one its new service center has opened recently they told me your 1 injector has a problem so i ask how can it be that problem coming again and again in 1particullar thing it has to be a manufacture problem. I really don't understand what's going on this company and i m not satisfied with my car due poor injector manufacture problem and i m ashamed to say is it a really nissan car. Please look forward what can it be done to this injector its a car problem so you have to find a solution for it for batter results in coming days to extend your company.                 no MDHHSNA36DB002250, engine no D032225 on 30 Dec 2013.at guwahati
                assam from binod nissan .After that due to some business

                  I had changed injector at 19195km on 14/02/2017 at mla auto india pvt. Ltd siliguri. Now again its a same problem on 21742km. This car i thought all parts from nissan when i open wheel i see renault company most of the parts if i had known before i wouldn't buy this car, i m very upset with your product injector you have bought a car for indian people so you need to think indian road and fuel quality. I think you have manufacture problem on injector why don't you agree on that, it cant be every time fuel problem instead finding a solution you cant blame people, please sir look forward instead hiding the problem and need to solve this problem as soon as possible.                     I was facing gear stuck issue in my terrano, and got it repaired under warranty from surya nissan bangalore, even after part replacement issue not resolved the very next day informed to service center again they asked me to leave the vehicle for the same, but this time they kept vehicle for 10 days while the time of taking delivery took a road test, it was a surprise the steering was not working it was completely hard also when i hit 60kmph vehicle was going out of control (Vibration, vobling) also break pedle was stucking in between. Note this test drive was taking along with service engineer.

                    Later i got to know this was a manufacture defect in all teraano 85ps.
                    Nissan india is this how u sell ur car in other counties without any quality check?

                    I want my vehicle issue has to be resolved, if not i will share this in all social media platform not to buy nissan terrano vehicle

                    Today one of the worst experience that ever had from kannur manumatic nissan.THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBILE FOR EXTRA WARRANTY AND WHEN I TRY TO CLAIM IT THEY ARE TELLING THAT YOU MISSED SERVICE PERIOD, SO YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBILE, ACTUALLY NISSAN IS A VERY GOOD BRAND, BUT SOME SERVICE CENTERS TRYING TO MAKE IT WRONG.

                      I had given my terrano for engine timing belt repairs at ritu nissan, andheri, mumbai on 9th october 2017. Car stereo was working fine. They kept my car in the service centre for more than 2 weeks for non avaibility of spare parts, without giving me a replacement vehicle. When the car was finally given back to me the stereo was not working because somebody had tampered with the code. They asked me to get back the vehicle to sort out the problem. Now they are asking me to replace the whole stereo as they cannot unlock it. This is ridiculous. The stereo costs rs.27000/- i refuse to pay a single penny as it was not my fault. My vehicle has been with them for a week now. Pathetic backup service by nissan. I will highly recommend my friends not to buy nissan vehicles as they are not having a good backup service centres. Disgusting.

                        I send my nissan terreno (Up80 de 0054) for servicing @ roshan nissan jaipur they not resolved issue properly as raised by me before servicing & its happening again & again, & also they have not seen vehicle cleanness before delivering the vehicle to me, they only focus on how we can increase vehicle service cost. I have not seen such type of irregularity in other company service centers.

                        I bought Qashqai from NUR Otomotiv in Duzce/Turkey at the 19800 km on 20 Oct. of 2016. I went to service for other case last week and mechanic said that "There is not maintenance of 15000 km of this vehicle". When I learnt this case, I called to other Autoreized service in Turkey for cross check. They validated this mistake. Help me

                          Dears,

                          I have a problem with nissan egypt as can’t find spare parts, i had car accident since 2 weeks since then maintenance center and nissan company didn’t feed me back if spare parts are available or not. It is not the first time to experience such bad service

                          I really want to escalate the issue as i don’t expect that from respectable company like nissan

                          I am really disappointed and need to fix my car asap

                            I purchased nissan sunny from royce auto hub pvt ltd borivali west. Their sales person mayuri patani is unprofessional. Once u pay them for the car they will stop answering your call and will start ignoring you.
                            When i took the deliver to the car they didn’t provide me any documents with the car. The tax invoice & insurance was provided to me after 10 days of the deliver. That all it was incorrect. The insurance was of reliance company and when i verify with reliance customer care they don’t have any details of the policy number that was given to me by royce auto. So the insurance policy provided to me is fake. When i ask them to cancel the so called fake policy and refund my money back they are not responding to me.
                            Pre delivery inspection was never done on the car. The pdi form shown to us was fake. As all the pdi check list was ticked but never checked by the work shop.
                            All the work is pending with the car and they have ask me to send the car back to work shop provided when the parts that need to be replace is available.
                            Pathetic service given to us and we are regretting why we purchased the car.
                            I would suggest everyone never to buy any car from nissan specially royce auto hub pvt ltd.

                              Dear sir

                              I would like to bring your notice my horrifying experience with excelsior nissan, mangaluru, karnataka.

                              As a proud owner of nissan terrano (Ka 21 me 123), i have had a great experience with the vehicle so far. However, early september, i started to feel a noise in the engine, which i reported to the dealer. I was informed that the problem was due to tensioner and the same has been repaired during service. Noise problem got solved.

                              Later on after a few days, the vehicle broke down as i was travelling, and the vehicle had to be towed to the dealer's workshop at mangaluru. You can imagine, the quality of service done at your workshop by this incident. I realised that the engine pulley had come out.

                              However, my experience doesn't end here. The reason for this seizure of engine was due to the reason that a bolt was not fitted tight, which lead to the timing chain belt adjustment going for a toss. This meant that gear crankshaft, tensioner, intake valve, exhaust valve and the pulley got damage, utlimately leading to breakdown of the vehicle. The dealer realising that the error was from their side, waived off all labour charges and requested us to pay only for the spare parts for which i duly paid rs 27000.
                              On checking the vehicle, after paying the bill, i realised the sound still persisted in the engine. The dealer promised to recheck it (This after saying the servicing is over and vehicle is perfect) and deliver the vehicle at my home the next day.

                              The next evening, i was informed that the vehicle has been duly check and test drive was conducted and the vehicle is in perfect condistion and would be delivered by night. However, once the vehicle left the dealer's place and before reaching my home, i got a call saying that the vehicle is not able to go beyond 50kms and that there is some problem with the turbo. Since the next 2 days were holidays for deepavali, i was promised that the vehicle would get delivered after holidays.

                              Now after holiday, i was told that the engine turbo of the vehicle is at fault and has to be replaced. Further i was asked to pay around rs 1, 00, 000/-. I refused to give in to these illogical and illegal demands of the your dealer, excelsior nissan.

                              In the 3 years of my running the vehicle, i have never faced any problem with the engine or the turbo. How is it that all of a sudden this problem cropped up. Who is responsible for not fitting the the bolt tight enough resulting in ultimate damage to the vehicle. Is professionalism and customer care still at forefront at nissan india or we the customers are here to be taken for a ride and billed unendingly for no fault of ours.

                              I am bringing this to your notice, as i am planning to file a case at district consumer forum for gross negligence against your dealer and also make aware public in general, through a press conference, that one should be beware while dealing with nissan india, particularly with its dealer in mangaluru, excelsior nissan. I will wait for your response for a few days before doing so.

                                Dear ma’am/sir,

                                I purchased the nissan sunny car (Up16bl9089) from neo nissan private limited noida (Uttar pradesh, india) on 22nd march 2017. Since then, i am facing problems with the car as well as with the car dealer.

                                After one month, the car stopped functioning surprisingly, and i complained about the same to nissan’s dealer. The dealer changed the car’s battery, and apologized as well as promised that it will not happen again. This incidence occurred when the car was parked at my home.

                                Again, on 25th october 2017, my car stopped working unexpectedly at muzaffarnagar, a town in uttar pradesh which is at a distance of around 150kms from my home. I called the company’s customer care (Complaint no. 270196 and reference no for the interaction is c[protected] and c[protected]), and they sent a mechanic to muzaffarnagar. However, he was unable to operate on the car, in spite of his best efforts. Then, the company decided to drag my car to meerut, which is at a distance of 60kms from muzaffarnagar at nissan’s dealer center named gs nissan private limited.

                                Upon arrival, the company’s representative informed me that the car’s fuel pump is not working, and the part can only be delivered in one week (Minimum), and then only they can deliver the car. Why should i wait for one week for my car? The car was bought to assist me in helping my daily job, however half of my time is being devoted to taking care of it and calling customer care.

                                Since the very first incident, i was continuously asking the dealer about the car’s battery. However, he never gave me an answer for all the problems associated the nissan sunny car (Up16bl9089).

                                I want this defective car exchanged with a new one asap.

                                For your reference, i am attaching the nissan’s car form of certificate of registration india (Form 23), which is given by transport department of india. The car's chassis no: mdhbbn17f0300896; engine no: 781066d; and ran for around 8300 kms during my usage.

                                  They r giving very bad service, they are not service proper vehicle
                                  They r taking only money form costumes. Even not washing also

We got our car but manual book and car cover which they promised to provide us was still in pending. We are regularly visiting the showroom about accessories but there is no proper response.                                       I purchased my datsun car from ritu nissan. The car was sold to me saying that the warranty of a commercial car with dealer (Ritu) fixed cng is 1 year or 40000kms whichever is earlier.in the very first month of delivery, the car broke-down because of battery issue. Post which the car broke-down for around 5 different times at different locations. Every such time i sent my car to their authorised workshop for checking purpose, the reply i got everytime is that the problem is solved now and it will not happen again. Today again my car brokedown, i went to their workshop and got fed-up with this repetitive issues and hence i asked them to replace the battery. Now they say that the car warranty is only for 1 year or 20000kms whichever is earlier. My current odometer reading is 37000. To confirm this i tried calling their sales showrooms as a new prospective customer who wants to buy a car from them, i asked them to share the warranty details of car, they said at present the warranty is 1 year or 20000kms whichever is earlier, i cross-questioned (Dummy question) them by saying that my friend who gave me ur reference and who have purchased datsun car from you 1 year ago got warranty of 1 year 40000kms. Then they said that the warranty policy has changed 6 months ago and that the earlier warranty was for 40000kms and now the warranty is for 20000kms. I called their different showrooms and spoke with 3 of their senior sales executive in the same way, the reply was same from all. To be on a safer side - i had put my call on recording before talking with them on warranty details. I have all 3 call recordings with me which proves the warranty policy has been 6 months ago and that tje earlier warranty was for 40000kms and now it is 20000kms. I even fought with their ritu nissan thane showroom general manager from whom i had purchased the car, but then he denied replying. It is clear cheating from ritu nissan... And that they are pure fraudaters

                                      One should never buy any car from this dealer.

                                        To whomsoever it may concern
                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased nissan sunny cvt from ritu nissan andheri 1 and half months back and was promised by the sales person raj shah that i will be given door visor along with the car it has been a long time and still i have not received the same and when ever i contact them they just say it will take 2 days, 5 days and now they are saying it will take 1 month and are just making excuses

                                        I am attaching the document signed by the sales person raj shah as a proof

                                        Request you to kindly help me in getting the part

                                        The company called me and sent their representative with the part to fix it
                                        Nissan Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My wife bought Nissan sunny 2016 and she had an accident while she drove at 80 km/hour. The car overturned 3 times without any reason. We ask for compensation where the car was new. We were told that Nissan has too many accident and we keep all our legal rights against our injuries and car damages.
