Dear datsun
This is rajamanickam money from sathyamangalam. I have enquired about redigo car and the marvel nissan dealers spoke with me and they asked me to send the booking amount and without any test drive and without seen the car, due to nice conversation by the sales person i have transferred rs.5000 and due to family situation. I’m not interested to buy and many times i called the sales person, they are not responding properly and they saying we will send but this makes mental disturbances.
Kindly look into this and need my money back.

    My name is ayan chakraborty. I bought a datsun go car from mohan motor traders pvt. Ltd. I gave bank draft on 05/12/18. And rest of the amount on 31/12/2018. And got the delivery of the car on 28/01/2018. But when i saw the invoice there was rs.11000/- extra payment done.in which rs.4000/- for insurance and rs.7000/- for ex-showroom price. I told the dealership for refunding the excess amount but till date they are not returning the amount.

      1)in my case i put my car in insu. clam thare will be normal charges around[protected]. but hare exucutive told for Rs.5000. Why?
      2) in ac service some day before i told them thare is more issue u pls chack it propar, but after that thare is no warry abt clint. bas apna bill tagda hona chahoye...
      3) in my car starting issue is not solve at company service center, we solve at out said micanical ( local micanical).
      if any case services is propar than make a many more extra charges and bill amount is so high.

        Dear sir,

        I have bought a nissan terrano xl in march /april 2015. My car is registered in aurangabad town of maharashtra state in india & registration no. Is mh20 dj5193. I bought the car from shirin nissan, the authorized dealer in our town aurangabad. Whenever i had any requirement of servicing or any other advice i took the car to shirin nissan which was located in aurangabad & had delivered me the car.in 2018 one day for the work of servicing and for some irregularity in the functioning of ac, i went to shirin nissan as usual and came to know that the authorized station was closed by nissan company. It was also informed there that somebody else was taking over & may soon start the agency at the same premises. After enquiring few more times i was told it was not in operation still.

        Then i got servicing done outside and a couple of months before i came to know about the servicing camp of landmark nissan, pune at kankal auto, aurangabad. I immediately contacted kankal auto and on the mentioned saturday i gave my car for the examination of a/c problem by the authorized nissan team from landmark nissan. On inspection they could not find the cause of the problem and advised me to send the car to pune to landmark nissan service station situated near bavdhan, bangalore highway. I left my car there on 14/01/2019. Till today the car is with landmark nissan pune. They have sent me an estimate of replacement of cooling coil & engine harness & few other parts amounting to rs 27141/- including labour charges. It has been more than a week now that i have given them the cost approval to go ahead with the repairs, and yet they haven't confirmed to me that work has been completed. I am worried that my car is probably in incompetent hands.

        I had also taken the extended warranty which was to exist upto april 2019. Initially they had conveyed on telephonic discussion that major of the work can be covered under extended warranty. But now they have changed their stand. They say that the total bill amount is to be paid by me under 1) that the wiring was tampered at some outside service point 2) the kilometers covered by the vehicle are 83000. I have already given them the consent for carrying out the work, because my personal work is tremendously hampered in the last one month time & i have also spent more than rs 40, 000/-on rented car as i have a busy schedule being in construction business.

        Actually after using different cars of various makes, for the first time i went to choose nissan brand because of the world class repute, even after knowing that there is less service network of this company, because i believed that i had one authorised service station of the company in the town where i lived. Had that service station been there in aurangabad, there was neither the probability of going to other places for servicing nor exceeding the kilometers little bit above warranty limits.in fact i was also looking for any possibility from my side for the purchase of new coming kicks variant from nissan because leaving this unfortunate incidence, i had very good service from my car. Therefore i humbly request nissan organization to kindly look into this matter and the inconvenience caused to me without my self being at fault and please reimburse the legitimate expenses of this repair or pay directly to landmark nissan pune.

          Hi we have contacted cyprus nissan and it unfortunately it’s a joke!
          Send e-mail no acceptance of said e-mail i calls, will call back, people call u back no never! Call before commence works no! Ask if they can fix problem! Will call back no??
          They are only able to conduct services! Not fault finding mechanics?
          Date of first e-mail 5-2-19, no repley! Telephone 7th no acknolagment, spoke to mr. Marios about said problem after explaining said problem he said call u back 7th hmm still waiting now??
          Look if they will not accept and say ok then well!!?.
          Also my mistral is my working vecicle? My oppointment date? 27/02/19
          I have other problems with said but will await your response for this!

          This is not an acceptable responce??

            I was at yours showroom for servicing at yours latur and solapur service center but work not complete at every time due to no spare parts or no experts present at there
            Suspension problem not resolved
            Doors not working properly

            Internal fittings like internal cushion fitting is not good

              I have send my terrano 4 times in last one weak but dealear is unable to rectify my problem everytime he taken money and inform us this is the problem we identify and we have to replace.

              Today only i have send again and now he said he will keep the vehnical for 2 days and then inform me what will he can do for us.
              Sir, my vehicle no, gj05 jb 1838 and our dealer is parmukh nissan in surat.
              Sir, we are not expecting these type of service form nissan.

                Sir, maine car redi go (T) position limited 16/11/2018 ko liya hai hai. Jiska aage ka left side ki window ka shisha ka upper niche karne ka system kharab ho gaya. Pichale side ki khidki ander se nahi khul rahi hai. Phichali right side ki car back karne per light nahi chal rahi hai..
                Kya yahi car bans ker dete ho jis se customer sad rahe. Your a re company. I am very sad..

                  The seat belt of my car, nissan terrano, has not been working from past 2 yrs. Since then it has undergone 3 servicings. Service centre also couldn't do it, despite promising while handing over the car. Warranty expires next year, who will be responsible for this. Last servicing done at cresent nissan, gurgaon post which no feedback call has come. The behaviour of the staff was attrocious.

                    [protected], i met with a very high impact accident with my nissan sunny. I still cannot come out of trauma that my side (Driver side) airbags did not open, rather the other side did. The impact was majorly on my side and i could have faced terrible injuries but by gods grace i am fine.
                    I want to complaint for airbag not inflated.
                    This is a very serious issue and could take anyone's life. I have paid extra for the airbags while purchasing this car. But this is of no use as nissan failed to give rightly operational airbag.
                    I want compensation for this, i want my car to be repaired and will not pay anything from my side.
                    Insurance is already there.

                    Kindly look into this or i ll take this issue to consumer court. This is a very very serious matter.

                      Sir,

                      I am a proud owner of the micra nissan for the last 4 years in jaipur city.

                      But yeasterday my wife along with my kids was driving at a max speed of 30 in our colony and suddenly the air bag opended up and injured my wife very badly on her face and left ear. My family was lucky as she was in the neighbourfood colony. And she somehow mananged to stop the car.

                      This is a big defect in the car and can be fatel to anyones life.

                      Not axpected from nissan product.

                      This is a big fault on nissans part.

                      I want nissan to look into the matter and respond as i will take a full action sice my wife was hurt so bad and endagered her life and that of my kids.

                      Pls reslove the issue or else i will go to the consumer court as well

                        I bought datsun go plus car in the year 2015 dec 16th, now not yet completed 3 yrs and 38000kms but but three tyres damaged and one tyre busted whn i am in long drive from medchal to karimnagar.. I complained whn i bought this car the tyres was not branded and not good quality.. They show room managed said these tyres are from german technology they were branded internationally.. Now i am feeling sad by buying this car.. And also battery is also not working.. Almost within three years each every thing failed all parts one by one... I cheated by nissan datsun showroom management.. Even my loan also not yet completed but car was almost damaged..

                          Sir, basant upadhyay I'm very sorry to forward this letter of grievance on the ORIETENTAL NISSAN satana branch. I have given my car after it had met with a minor accident. The details are as below. Kindly do the needful. Name: Basnat upadhyay Car make: Datsun Redi go, silver, 2018.: MDHFBACDOJ 5821756 Complaints: - I have left the car at service station on 29th September 2018 after it had met with a minor mishap on the road. -The major complaint was that the car rediater is is not proper work I got it towed to the ORIETENTAL NISSAN satana next day morning. -The service advisor told me that the thange the rediator and front bamper and ect.. -The service advisor gave 15th octeber as the delivery date. -Everyday since 15th october 2018, I have been following up the service advisor by phone, and he was politely postponing the date of delivery. -After few days, I went to the service center myself to check up on the progress, SURPRISED TO FIND THAT NOT A SINGLE WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON THE Car. (This was one month after the due delivery date) -Every day since then, I was talking to the service manager, and he had been telling that the parts are in transit, and it will reach the next day. -10 such 'next days' have passed, and apparently, the parts are still in transit. -Last monday I have been to the service station and the manager made me talk to the spare parts manager. He was telling the same story, that the parts are in transit.So, I asked him to give me the transport company and LR details. I kindly request you to look into this issue, and make the necessary arrangements to deliver the car as soon as possible.If your company is not able to deliver the car, kindly return it in the same condition, so that I can give it in Datsun showroom. . I have waited for almost a month for the service station to replace a bumper. (If I'm correct, bumper is the basic part, and most readily available part for any car) Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. Talking to the people in the garage has irritated me and now I seek your intervention. Hope you can solve this issue in the next two days and get my car delivered. Thank you,

                            I'm jafar from salem. Owning nissan sunny xl diesel not more than 6months of age.in 2nd nov 2018 met with an accident and towed my car to vignesh nissan in pondy with the support of rsa. Today (3rd dec).. Till now none of my requesred works and concerns accomplished. Instead they are complaining about the parts delivery from nmipl, that they didn't get parts. But they had ordered parts on 24th of nov only. Why there is a delay of 22days.? They are dumb in this question. According to my assumption it should have reached them on 27th atleast. I can't take this kind of lethargic replies and also they are least brother to customer's complaints. Also for the past one week there is no response to my calls. Is this the way how a customer should dealt with? Or is this the way how a customer from renault nissan alliance should be dealt? For your kind information, i'm working in rnaipl only. I was very much fed up with nissan's sales and service. Even nissan enthusiastics are changing their minds to some other brands due to this kind of sluggish behaviour from dealership side. I would like to request the ceo of nmipl to take necessary actions against this. Even i don't care to file a legal complaint in consumer court.

                              My nissan terrano vehicle broke down (After piston failure) on november 10th at bangalore. It was towed away to m/s shahwar nissan on the same day and since then the vehicle is at shahwar nissan bangalore. I have been regularly following up with nissan customer care and i have registered my complaints twice without any resolution. Initially while estimating the work mr kamaruddin of m/s shahwar nissan informed that the work will take 7-10 days and approx cost will be rs 25, 000 to rs 30, 000. I gave the go ahead for the same. Repeatedly i have to follow up with nissan customer care to get an update for my car. After a week i contacted nissan customer care and they did a conference call with the customer care officer at shahwar nissan. She explained to me that it would take 15 days and there was one spare part (Key) which was out of stock and had to be shipped from a foreign country to bangalore and only then repair could take place. Initially it was 7-10 days, which then became 15 days and after the last concall it became 25 days. During this time the service center did not inform me that they have the provision to provide me with a loaner vehicle. After my first escalation of complaint then they offered to provide me with a loaner vehicle. This took 3-4 days as all loaner cars were on loan. Every time i am asking regarding the repair status of my car, but i get no answer to that. How is it that a nissan terrano vehice has a shortage of spare parts in a market like india? Cant a global company like nissan not know when a spare part ordered will reach a service center? Or is it that this spare part is no longer available and hence my car cannot be repaired at all??

                                I recently bought a new datsun redi-go amt on 11th oct in delhi from zedex nissan.

                                The car has been automatically stopping in the middle of the road with an engine light and then on opening the fuel cap and replacing it and waiting for a few minutes and pressing the pedal hard the car restarts.

                                I feel cheated by nissan for giving me a faulty car.

                                I'm not satisfied by the performance...

                                Purchased car from lakshmi nissan, hyderguda branch in the month of july 2018. Agreed deliverables still pending and no response from the dealer mr. Ramesh reddy ([protected])

                                Even provided fast tag also not in active. They are reluctant to answer to my calls, messages.

                                After lot of tries am able to reach them with different no. They said that they will resolve the same, but still not.

                                Already 5 months passed and no proper update/resolution.

                                  Totally disappointed of nissan/ datsun cars, i bought datsun redigo sportz 800cc model from ramani nissan, erode, tamilnadu, after 6 month usage i found fuel indicator not working properly, even i fill the tank, the indicator not shows the level of fuel instead it shows low fuel indication... For the first time nissan service replaced the pump at free of cost, again the problem gets repeated, from service they done a program but still i found the problem, i faced this issue 4 th time right now, service not show response, so i am totally disappointed of nissan / datsun cars.. Erode service team worst, every time they done program and told here after new program will be given from nissan head, i am lost hope about nissan cars, i am going to local mechanic to solve this issue... Good bye nissan

                                    Had a very bad experience with *ritu nissan showroom and service centre patilpada and wagale istate thane. It was a minor issue with music system and remote key. One guy from the sells showroom tried it but couldn't fix it. Then called somebody in the service center who tolled him to send me to the service center (6km away) and he said it will take just 2 minutes for him to solve the problem. When i reached there at the service center there were formalities and paper work of about 20 minutes. After that it passed more than 2 hours nobody was there to assist me, i tried with the reception but the lady there was very rude to assist.
                                    After doing all this the result was disgusting, as the service manager told me that they can't solve my problem today i have to leave my car there and have to pay all servicing charges.

                                    I advice not buy any nissan or datsun car.

                                      Within 2 years of car purchase i had battery issues. The company didn’t had battery at point of service hence they put a temporary battery. They never answered calls to give new battery. And now they are saying we can’t do anything as insurance expired. It’s not my fault that u didn’t had a battery during insurance time. And what time of car do you make that battery doesn’t work in 2 years with minimum car usage.!!
