Had a very bad experience with *ritu nissan showroom and service centre patilpada and wagale istate thane. It was a minor issue with music system and remote key. One guy from the sells showroom tried it but couldn't fix it. Then called somebody in the service center who tolled him to send me to the service center (6km away) and he said it will take just 2 minutes for him to solve the problem. When i reached there at the service center there were formalities and paper work of about 20 minutes. After that it passed more than 2 hours nobody was there to assist me, i tried with the reception but the lady there was very rude to assist.
After doing all this the result was disgusting, as the service manager told me that they can't solve my problem today i have to leave my car there and have to pay all servicing charges.

I advice not buy any nissan or datsun car.

    Within 2 years of car purchase i had battery issues. The company didn’t had battery at point of service hence they put a temporary battery. They never answered calls to give new battery. And now they are saying we can’t do anything as insurance expired. It’s not my fault that u didn’t had a battery during insurance time. And what time of car do you make that battery doesn’t work in 2 years with minimum car usage.!!

      Dear Team
      Due to kerala flood my brand new redigo kept at waterlogged area and got damaged. After inspection done from showroom they desided to repair this vehicle. After three month of time the showroom team informed me that the car can't repair and made it total loss. The worst thing was The showroom team (EVM Motors Malppuram) charged RS 5000 as dent work. Insurance company also settled the money only after reaching this intheir yard. The amount of RS 7000 was also charged recovery team from my side. My three month bank interest road tax everithing gone. Approximatly 1 lakh Rupees lost due to negligence from this Irresponocible ###.
      I never recommend anyone to purchase Datuson Vehicle and Iam planing to go legally against this cheating. Iam extream disatisfaction about EVM malappuram showroom. Never trust this showroom and also datuson too.

        My car number mh47ag2663 purchased from ritu nissan mira road. I have purchased the car in dussera 2018. I had asked for power window. Now its almost one month power window has not been given. I need compensation and need free power window to be installed and refund my 6000 rupees or let me take some action to it. Let me know if the issue can be resolved by 15/11/2018.

          I am the owner of a 2017 nissan micra which is due for 2nd labor free service and the only nissan authorized service center in nasik, maharashtra has been shut down. Your customer service is asking me to drive to nearby service centers either in pune or thane or aurangabad that are atleast 500 kms back and forth journey for me from nashik. I need some urgent solution to this because i have been told that my warranty will be void if not serviced on time and at a nissan authorized dealer. Can you help? I need a full refund of the expenses that i will incur while travelling to these cities to service my nissan micra.

            I buy a nissan qashqai 2018 and went to make the car services of 10, 000 kilometers when the car service figured out a factory defect related to oil leaking in the car division. All of the car services team asked me to repair the issue by soldering the iron of the leakage part.
            It seams to me very disappointed to get a new car with a factor problem and i must repair it although it’s still new.
            Sorry for being angry and seems annoying as i’m very frustrated from a company like nissan that ask me to repair a new car with a defafect from their side.

              I have given my car for repair on 1st october 2018 at neo nissan sector 63 noida. And the service advisor was ashish. He said he will deliver me my car by 28th. I requested him that there is a function at my home and i will thankful if he can give me back my car by 18th october, which he did not. As per him airbag was not available for 2 weeks he kept me on waiting. On 23rd he called me up and said your car is ready come and collect it. When i was about to reach workshop just a km behind he call me up and said i can not give you car as it is not yet ready. I will deliver it to your home tomorrow. I said ok as i reached i will make the payment you deliver it at my home, my brother in law will be available he will take the delivery. He said ok. Next day he did not deliver the car. Then i called him through out the day he every time said i am arranging driver but he did not deliver the car. Next day some how he deliver me the car but it was dent at new bumper for which nissan charged me. Steering alignment was not done, clutch was not working properly, battery was changed with old one. When i put all this to nissan portal he came to my office to check the car and said ok a new car is also like this only you came to showroom i will show you. Anyways somehow he took back my car for repairing and not denying to give back car and saying i should have not given back your car. And now he is asking for money to give back my car whereas he already claim to insurance for all damages. Without informing changed my battery and now saying give money for battery which he has put in my car. Even if the battery was not fit to install he should have claim it to insurance and put up a new one. Now the condition is neither the gm of workshop is picking up the phone nor crm and the service advisor is not worth to talk about. When i check with the crm about the price of new battery she asked for rs.5200, and just now i checked with exid showroom battery cost is only rs.3600

                They changed my original battery n put old one. Put old bumper and charged for new one. Even front side navigator door was damaged which is not repaired. Also kept my car for 26 day saying airbag is not available. Then they said your car is ready come and collect it. When i was about to reach they called me and saying that there is a problem in the car can not deliver. After 2 days they delivered car at my home in my absence and when i came back from office i found all this problem in my car. When i visited the workshop i mentioned about the problems except battery because i have not checked it.

                  I am Jaydip Nakrani I am nissan user since 2011
                  I have nissan sunny XL model
                  There were only 2 problems in my car yesterday dated - 25th October I have book pickup & drop service to central nissan dealer from my home,

                  1. Today morning they picked up my car but at 11.30, I have already given the time at 9-9.30 am
                  2. I got a call from workshop at 12.30 pm about the problems they discribe me about AC problem
                  & Mr. Chirag told me that you will get a call from our side within 1-2 hours about the final esteemet
                  3. I have called him at 4-4.30 pm about the update & they were totally cluless about the problems & esteemet
                  4. I have call to workshop & chiragbhai approx 5-6 time, finally I got esteemet after long waiting.
                  5. Its a 7.45 pm still they don't have driver for drop my car to my home
                  6. AT 7.45 pm I have call to customer care[protected] & I explain about the whole things
                  customer care executive tentalised me and answered with very wrong attitute, I think nissan the giant company don't train to their executives
                  that how to make a way or become a bridge between customer & workshop

                  CUSTOMER CARE CENTER IS JUST A FORMALITY FROM THE COMPANY SIDE (This is my opinion)

                  Today I felt very bad after happen this problem from the company
                  after paying the money why should I bothered ?
                  I can adjust very well with this situation not an issue but
                  why they can not inform me well in advance?
                  It's my mistake that I have put my car to this company workshop
                  Now onwards I will never ever put or buy any nissan or datsun car in future
                  I will be take care for it.

                  Thanks for read this compain & Don't be sorry because this is INDIA & people are become very used to with this type of situations

                    I Recived my car back after service but the complaints that i told before they took for service are still there. And they had damaged my nissan terrano 110 xv (KL-38-E-599)throttle after service and at the time found they had replaced it from other car came for service and cheated another nissan Customer .🤷🏻‍♂️
                    We give car to authorised Nissan service center for doing works for getting warranty and perfection. I have some painting and denting work on my car and i gave to nissan Service center. They quote a huge amount and i accept it. But at the time of delivery after 26 days it was as how, we do works in local Garage s with out any perfection. I asked the manager of painting section ‘why it is like this ‘ he told me that, it is our limit of perfection . U cant expect more.☹️ . Now they are holding my service booklet and warranty and extended warranty book with service section. They are not returning it back to me . I maked calls more than 10 times to service advicer and crm . Still no response. They told me they ll call back after cheacking. Yet i didn’t received any call back.. This all poor behaviour happened from EVM nissan kottayam. So Costmers don’t be cheated from EVM nissan kottayam, kerala

                      I want to bring in your knowledge about the torcher i am facing from nissan agency (Aba nissan) situated in kaithal district haryana, service of my car sunny registered number, hr07v-2101, from their authorized service center of nissan kurukshetra, as the service completed, i faced lot of troubles from the car, i registered complaint for the same in their service center, and as per their investigation they found one of the part called turbo is failed so new part needs to be replaced, we said ok, kindly proceed with replacement, as the car is under warranty, agency started making excusesd since they wanted to refrain for replacement the part and till now my car is in their service center and it's been going to be a month and they are not replacing pat of my car and keep giving us execuses and today they metioned that we need to bear expenses after holding my car about a month, sir request you to please take strong action against them and advice me what else i can do to take legal action against them

                        I have purchased a datsun redigo 6 months back. Total kms driven is only 1500 kms. One week back when i was on my way to my clinic suddenly i got a petrol smell and found a major leakage in fuel pipe and immediately stopped the vehicle and complained and vehicle had to be towed to shahwar nissan service center nandidurga road, bangalore. This vehicle is under warranty, but i was told that since this is rubber pipe and bitten by rat, there is no warranty. When i inspected the pipe i dont see any sign of rat bite. I had to pay cost of fuel pipe rs 690, eventhogh it was under warranty.

                        Now today after a week again fuel leakage started and my vehicle had to be towed away again and same explanation of rat bite and again i was billed for rs 926. I dont agree with the explanation this time too.

                        I have a swift/scoprpio/swift which are parked in the same space, i dont agree this is a rat bite. My question is why does nissan is having such a delicate quality of fuel pipe??? This is very risky and dangerous since fire can catch at any point to engine.

                        My car is becoming a joke in my community, since towed 2 times now.

                        My vehicle number is ka02-mn3715.

                          9 years ago I had financed a Kia Rio from Nissan of Bellevue and at which time my contract was submitted incorrectly. I contacted the financial company that Nissan has assigned to handle my contract - since I was to through the used dealer side due to my low credit score. I had not had the vehicle a month and they "Lobel Financial", had my car repoed. When explaining to them that my contract was submitted with wrong information, they was rude and said that I had to pay in full the whole amount. So I just let it go. I have since purchased another Nissan with no problem up until now. My question is are you still allowing Lobel Financial provide Auto Loan with the intent that they go around reopping cars after a months time or evening filing garnishments against your customers after 10 years.

                            Poor service from evm nissan kottayam. They are pending the warranty work to next time. Service adviser‘s are also not interested to hear the complaints of the car.
                            Painting and denting works are doing 2, 3 times because of poor quality. Car number is kl.38. E.599.. And the body parts of car started rusting within a year after purchase. But the evm nissan is saying that it is not there problem. And the wort replay from crm is „nissan cars will rust in one year. It is because of climate of our contry. „🤭they are telling that the warranty of the car also not cover for this problem.

                              Hi Team Nissan,
                              This is to bring to your notice the poor quality of service done by Pinnacle nissan palakkad and poor quality of the dor locking system.
                              I am an owner of Nisan Terrano and after every service we always suspected that the technicians did not do their job well but this time our doubts were confirmed.
                              1) Soon after service while on a trip to bangalore door locking system got jammed for no reason and with great difficulty it was rectified by our driver.
                              Again today the door was jammed in palakkad for no reason and when we called the centre they were reluctant to send a technician saying that he was busy elsewhere and we struggled with the locking system and somehow it worked.
                              2) Soon after the current service the hazard lights did not work and is still not functional.
                              3)Radio had an issue too after the service but we were busy so did not complain till all this happened today.
                              Still many other issues from the beginning i.e 2 years back when we bought the car.

                                Iwas purchase a car datsun go from gandhi nissan at nagpur my car no mh-49 at 1686, car is not giving the millage when i go service centre they told me that after seond servcies the millage will be increse. But after second services company millage is 20 km per liter. The avrage is down now my car is giving the millage 9.4 per liter. Three time i go to service centre for millage they told me that you have to full the tank. And we are not giving the millage in city. Now want can i do. My car is taxi permit.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I purchased nissan ready go of silver color in october 2016. But in a very short span of time, the colors of the vehicle are getting faded. A lot of separate lines are appearing in full metallic part of the vehicle, while plastic/fiber part of the vehicle is in original color. The parking of the vehicle is also in the covered space in last 2 years. I have shown the vehicle in your kanpur authorized service center but no proper reply for this defect was given by them. Now its been difficult to take the vehicle outside on road because everyone is asking about the problem, causing a bad name to the brand. Please provide the reason along with the solution to this problem so that issue can be resolved at the earliest.

                                    I purchased a redigo a car from naharlagun arunachal pradesh on 2017. But due to official issues i got transfer to guwahati assam. But from the time of transfer i am facing problem on my car servicing. At here are a dealer of nissan namely binod nissan which i have been requesting for servicing since a long time which they are not capable to give me an appointment. It was given me the information before purchased the car as datshun will give me the service at home also whenever i need. But it is showing completely opposite now infact binod nissan can cannot provide a driver also to pick up my car for servicing. Whenever i requested them to send a driver they make an excuse as driver not available.. What is this?? However i have to go a long way on wednessday and i requested them for servicing on tuesday but they are not able to do this also. So please suggest me whre should i go? Should i go to consumer forums for those service issues?

                                      Worst worst worst. This is 4th time, i got my car back after 10 days unrepaired, this service center people are just looting the customers, billing huge amount for normal maintenance, never means never their advisors check the car job card before sending back to customers. They are only interested in money. They are cheaters. Don't ever send the any car for any type of servicing to ritu nissan thane.
                                      Mr. Pandurang and many are the worst service advisors employed at ritu nissan service center thane

                                        Recently i purchased nissan sunny in nellore, which is located in andhrapradesh. It is very sad to know after i purchased they closed showroom and also service center. So now the service center is in tirupathi which is very far from nellore. So i have to waste my time for fullday. If i know this before i would not have purchased it. It is not only for me and also the people who purchased ur nissan cars in mellor. So kindly arrange one nissan service center in nellore.
