Today i tried to reach nissan customer care since today am, no reply yet.
Nissan etco service center in navi mumbai doesn't have break shoe and break pad in stock, they wants to hold the car for another 3 days due to this. What kind of service center is this?
In addition nissan service & accessories charges are higher than even fortuner.
For 60000km service your charge is 20000inr? Why?
No reply yet on below complaint from niisan yet, this is since i brought this car.

Why you need to install a poor quality projected head lamp which you are even know that will not last for longer period and can’t provide the brightness at night?
This is the way your sales team will be behaving to the customer? No integrity on what you are saying on face? The money which i’m paying doesn’t have any value? Are saying we will install any crap under nissan brand? Who has given you to do the license for this action?
Why did your workshop team has not returned me the original built in one bulb or whatever was there?
Are you expecting customer will spend 25k inr for led p lamp then this have to change it after one year due to the nonperformance?
Did you checked with your team on what they actually did? This is the way to replace the built in one to projected led lamp? As i know from your nissan work shop team that the way you done was wrong during the regular service time.
If you are on mu shoe how you will react after spending 15l?
Please check my terrano additional accessory bills vs your cost, i was checking the gps cost and p - led cost in other places and i really get shocked on your price on me.

Nissan Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
2. Front bumper changed but not fitted properly, towards the left head lamp there is a big gap.
3. The Micra name and logo damaged during painting and now replacement is charged. When the logo was damaged by your personal how can you charge me.
