not a complaint... i need some information and clarification

I hv booked nissan micra active top model (Xvs) but the logo behind the car is for middle model i. E xv model. Now how could i believe that i m buying the top model (Xvs). One thing regarding delivery, if i get four month old manufracture car, is there any problem? But during booking some one tell me that i will get one month old manufracture car. poor servicing

Nissan service center in sus, pashan has a very disappointing results. Each and every time customer has to wait for more than 8hrs. There is no express service facility for customers those are waiting at the service center. I had purchased nissan terrano from your dealer in jalandhar m/s. Dada motors on 6th of august 2014. Immediately at the time of taking delivery of vehicle during road test it was observed that while shifting the gear from ist gear to 2nd it was sticky and gear lever had to be pulled with force. complaint regarding 70000 km service

It is so unfortunate that my vehicle nissan terrano kl-07-cd-3300 given for the 70000 service. When we gave on 50000 service evm nissan cochin find a complaint on diesal pump. They have serviced and they told the comlaint being repaired. deny warranty service

I went for first servicing, whole day i waited there but they don't even ask for a single coffee. What i notice is that a person who comes to buy a new car or to pay insurances premium they are welcome with glass of water and coffee each half an hour but those who are waiting for free servicing they don't get. Being sitting in same customer lounge whether comes for free servicing or to buy new car all should be treated equally. Next time...

The service at shahwar nissan was pathetic. Here's the list of issues i had
1. I had to wait 30 minutes before someone was assigned although i had a prior appointment
2. Car was not returned - on 9th as promised. (They claimed some error in booking system due to which they couldn't start the service.)
3. Multiple delays on the return of vehicle on monday - 11th. Finally came at 20:30 hours - but card payment was not successful...
