I purchased my datsun car from ritu nissan. The car was sold to me saying that the warranty of a commercial car with dealer (Ritu) fixed cng is 1 year or 40000kms whichever is earlier.in the very first month of delivery, the car broke-down because of battery issue. Post which the car broke-down for around 5 different times at different locations. Every such time i sent my car to their authorised workshop for checking purpose, the reply i got everytime is that the problem is solved now and it will not happen again. Today again my car brokedown, i went to their workshop and got fed-up with this repetitive issues and hence i asked them to replace the battery. Now they say that the car warranty is only for 1 year or 20000kms whichever is earlier. My current odometer reading is 37000. To confirm this i tried calling their sales showrooms as a new prospective customer who wants to buy a car from them, i asked them to share the warranty details of car, they said at present the warranty is 1 year or 20000kms whichever is earlier, i cross-questioned (Dummy question) them by saying that my friend who gave me ur reference and who have purchased datsun car from you 1 year ago got warranty of 1 year 40000kms. Then they said that the warranty policy has changed 6 months ago and that the earlier warranty was for 40000kms and now the warranty is for 20000kms. I called their different showrooms and spoke with 3 of their senior sales executive in the same way, the reply was same from all. To be on a safer side - i had put my call on recording before talking with them on warranty details. I have all 3 call recordings with me which proves the warranty policy has been 6 months ago and that tje earlier warranty was for 40000kms and now it is 20000kms. I even fought with their ritu nissan thane showroom general manager from whom i had purchased the car, but then he denied replying. It is clear cheating from ritu nissan... And that they are pure fraudaters

One should never buy any car from this dealer.

    Dear sir/madam,
    This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased nissan sunny cvt from ritu nissan andheri 1 and half months back and was promised by the sales person raj shah that i will be given door visor along with the car it has been a long time and still i have not received the same and when ever i contact them they just say it will take 2 days, 5 days and now they are saying it will take 1 month and are just making excuses

    I am attaching the document signed by the sales person raj shah as a proof

    Request you to kindly help me in getting the part

    My wife bought Nissan sunny 2016 and she had an accident while she drove at 80 km/hour. The car overturned 3 times without any reason. We ask for compensation where the car was new. We were told that Nissan has too many accident and we keep all our legal rights against our injuries and car damages.

      The decision to buy a nissan redi go had been very painful. Within a drive of 10k km, there have been multiple problems like ac not working, brake issue, paddle issue etc.
      Moreover the quality of service is pathetic and service teams are not bothered about customer concerns at all, even the escalation to gm service got wasted.
      After escalation to nissan customer care, service center written apology letter for formality sake and no actions even after that.
      I am fed up with nissan and it seems to be worst choice to buy a nissan car. Actually you should take back your car and refund my money, as it is almost impossible to deal with service people with so many issues in product.

        I purchased a go+ from rajashree cars in ahmedabad on 06/jan 2016

        Recently, my battery is gone and when i sent it to the workshop, they kept the car for 2 days and then told me that i need to buy a battery. I believe this is nonsense as the car is just 18 months old and the battery is already dead.

        They asked me to pay 4500 which i found absurd and asked them to return the car.

        They soiled the interior of my car and gave it back dusty. When i questioned it, they told me that they will take it back, wash it and send it again. For every trip they eat away 3 blocks of my fuel. How idiotic is that!

        Now, today they called me on my cell phone and i was away from it. Please find attached the screenshot of the calls, they called me from different numbers.

        I am planning to approach police and get a formal complaint registered against nissan for harassing the customer.

          Today i tried to reach nissan customer care since today am, no reply yet.

          Nissan etco service center in navi mumbai doesn't have break shoe and break pad in stock, they wants to hold the car for another 3 days due to this. What kind of service center is this?

          In addition nissan service & accessories charges are higher than even fortuner.

          For 60000km service your charge is 20000inr? Why?

          No reply yet on below complaint from niisan yet, this is since i brought this car.

          Why you need to install a poor quality projected head lamp which you are even know that will not last for longer period and can’t provide the brightness at night?
          This is the way your sales team will be behaving to the customer? No integrity on what you are saying on face? The money which i’m paying doesn’t have any value? Are saying we will install any crap under nissan brand? Who has given you to do the license for this action?
          Why did your workshop team has not returned me the original built in one bulb or whatever was there?
          Are you expecting customer will spend 25k inr for led p lamp then this have to change it after one year due to the nonperformance?
          Did you checked with your team on what they actually did? This is the way to replace the built in one to projected led lamp? As i know from your nissan work shop team that the way you done was wrong during the regular service time.

          If you are on mu shoe how you will react after spending 15l?
          Please check my terrano additional accessory bills vs your cost, i was checking the gps cost and p - led cost in other places and i really get shocked on your price on me.

            I, rajesh hansaria from guwahati, assam, an owner of datsun redi go (Sports edition) facing a savior braking problem in my car. This is not the 1st time i am complaining regarding this. My car has already been checked at on this same problem 5 to 6 times in 11months. Because of this problem i have a faced a small accident by banging a bike an a busy road of guwahati and by cars bumper is also got damaged. I am also facing acceleration problem in car as the pickup of it is very slow.

            I request you to repair my car or provide me a new proper car. This is seriously ridiculous, same complain is being filed once in every single month. And no proper action is taken regarding the same.

            This was my first and last time ever i have gone for a datsun car. Experiencing the worst service from the company.

            1. The paint is not satisfactory. Not like professional, company work.
            2. Front bumper changed but not fitted properly, towards the left head lamp there is a big gap.
            3. The Micra name and logo damaged during painting and now replacement is charged. When the logo was damaged by your personal how can you charge me.

              Today prior to appointment on cell no. [protected] i went at joshi auto, plot no. 33, industrial area, chandigarh-160002 at sharp 9:00 am. There i sit for 10 m no one bother to ask for what i m here. Than i call on appointment taken no, swati pickup the call and told sa are in meeting will attend within 5 min. Than after 15 m sa (Rahul) came and than my process start. I repeatedly told him that my main problem is to rectify the flap which is falling.
              I got sms that 5:10 pm your vehicle is ready. I reached by 6 pm seen that my repeatedly told job was not done. When i shout on them they again shift my veh at service center and rectified. But as i taken out side the service center i noticed that my ac is not working. I told repeatedly almost 10 times on [protected] but call not picked. I am furious about the quality of service.

                I hv booked nissan micra active top model (Xvs) but the logo behind the car is for middle model i. E xv model. Now how could i believe that i m buying the top model (Xvs). One thing regarding delivery, if i get four month old manufracture car, is there any problem? But during booking some one tell me that i will get one month old manufracture car. Pls kindly inform me as early as possible because according to ur answer i will go for nissan micra active.

                  Nissan service center in sus, pashan has a very disappointing results. Each and every time customer has to wait for more than 8hrs. There is no express service facility for customers those are waiting at the service center. The fact is that nissan has only one service center in pune and they are failed to facilitate the existing customer. They charge you very high with no results. Car will not show any performance improvements even after spending so much. It is clearly a waste of money as well as time. Nissan should come up with some management skills and should deliver the serviced vehicle on the committed time with good service work.

                    I had purchased nissan terrano from your dealer in jalandhar m/s. Dada motors on 6th of august 2014. Immediately at the time of taking delivery of vehicle during road test it was observed that while shifting the gear from ist gear to 2nd it was sticky and gear lever had to be pulled with force. The sales manager told that it will be smooth after initial running in period. I operated that vehicle with same defect till 1st service was due. Again it was brought into the notice of dealer but same reply was given to me that after some more running it will be alright. Since this dealer was not helpful i approached the patialal dealer and requested him to highlight the issue to nissan engineers at chandigarh. During the visit of engineer to m/s. K. L. Nissan vehicle was road tested by engineer and service manager and it was accepted by them that to address the complaint synchro pack 1st and 2nd gear to be replaced. I didn't get any information from dealer whether the parts required had been arranged or not.
                    I again approached dada motors jalandhar but till date no action has been initiated by dealer for resolving the complaint. I had got the warranty extended through k. L. Nissan and is valid till 06.08.2018. I really fail to understand as to why dealers adopt delay tactics and avoid resolving the complaints instantaneously. Once the warranty period is over they will ask for payment. My complaint is already registered there in dms with both the dealers.
                    I would request nissan head office to intervene and advise dada motors jalandhar to immediately attend the complaint otherwise i shall approach the consumer court. Details of my vehicle are as under:

                      On aug 20th i given my vehicle for an accident repair.
                      I need to bring you below points.
                      -service adviser contacted me after a week-
                      -my complaints and repair they are not carried out properly.
                      -the communication also not proper
                      - accident repair also not carried out
                      -one fog lamp is not working
                      - service repair they are not carried out

                      Only the bill they given properly for the payment...! & not even explain the cost things

But today i contacted, said that you will get your car after 4more days because your claim do is not received or either you can get your car by paying full repair amount...

                          Dear sir

                          It is so unfortunate that my vehicle nissan terrano kl-07-cd-3300 given for the 70000 service. When we gave on 50000 service evm nissan cochin find a complaint on diesal pump. They have serviced and they told the comlaint being repaired. It is so unfortunate that the vehicle got stucked in 2 times and the vechile is being towed to the service centre get it repaired and given back. Again the complaint came the car was on 70000 km. We indicated the same problem to the service eng there after servicing the same they told the diesal pump to be replaced since the vehicle in warranty after 7 days the dealer inform us that the replacement of the pump cannot be replaced because of absence of one service at 40000km

                          Sir my vechile being serviced at evm on all ocassions i took the extended warrenty to maintain my vechile in a perfect mode
                          . I kindly request you to replace the same under extended warrenty beacuse my vechile is in idle situation kept in my home. Please do the needful immeditialy with in 5 days if not we may force to put legal action againist nissan motor corp and we will put this to the media. Hope you do the needful

I purchased a vehicle for your kaithal showroom aba nissan on 01.09.2017 vehicle name redi go t. We are not satisfied with your company. Your general manager is behaving rude behaviour. We pay all the payement of the car. The general manager says abusing word and say that give 5000 rs extra. For car registration certificatice. If you dont give money we dont give you car registration document. The general manager demanded extra money. He misquided me. When i purchased the car and give all the payement the general manager says abusing word. And when i go to showroom says pls come next day. Please take strict action against you general manager. Please give me my registration certificate. They dont give me the temporary no. Also due to extra demanded money by general manager

There is a complaint regarding repair of meter foult so i have submitt a car before mehsana (Gujarat) agency and i have paid the amount of reparing but after repairing no foult was shortout so i have put my car again to mehsana agency at 4 times and one time at ahmedabad as per instruction of mehsana agency but no problem was shourtout again i have put my car before mehsana agency 22nd september 2017 but no problem was shourtout so i am facing so many problem without my car today your mehsana agency told that meter is in foult sir since long 4 time i have put my car for find out the foult of my car the mehsana agency never told me regarding me meter foult and today date:[protected] they told me regarding change of meter sir i have put up my car for reparing there was no foult in meter and now mehsana told me regarding foult of meter so kindly do needful regarding my complain meter foult
                              My car no:gj -02 bd 4140 i am using this car since five years so i am regular custormer of this company and i have never put my car expect company agency so kindly do needful for my car

                                I had sent my nissan micra car having regn. No dl9caa3044 for servicing mainly for oil leakage to baltic motors pvt. Ltd gp-11 sector-18, gurgaon-1 for servicing on 18/07/2017. I received back on 20/07/2017 after making payment of rs. 42490/-. I had to sent it back on 20/07/2017 because oil leakage was still there and again received it back on 27/07/2017 after pay rs. 4200/- (Both bill copies attached) again the oil leakage was there, so during first week of aug 2017 vehicle was sent back and again repaired for the same problem free of cost.
                                After this the car has started giving the following problems:-
                                1. Engine starting problem
                                2. Engine noise has increased there is a very odd sound coming from the engine
                                3. Kpl of the car has gone down
                                4. There is increase of pollution level omitted by the engine which can be confirmed from the previous pollution certificate.
                                Request look into the matter and instruct baltic motors gurgaon to rectify the above said problems at the earliest.

                                  I had purchased june 2016 manufactured datsun go in july 2017 from etco nissan, new mumbai, registered under kalyan rto mh 05 dk 0090 yet not permitted for tourist permit with car run of 970 km.
                                  While on term purchase i had disclose sales person that my rto registration, insurance, and fitting of other accessories may be carried out by other outside party wherein they assured me the warranty delivered by company on petrol variant only.
                                  10th july 2017 purchased datsungo model (Etco nissan) mfg 2016 underwent breakdown on
                                  17/9/2017 vide complaint x[protected] and towed to nearby authorized dealers service center (Ritu nissan) were they say inspection and detection job shall only be carried out on chargeable job basis as the cng fitted cars of outside party are denied to serve and locate defect now towed to other garrage within warranty period. During the road side assistance the mechanic investigated defective fuel transmission of petrol motor with battery drain and ecm defects.

                                  I have assured to pay charges only of defects exist in cng kit only yet now car has been towed to other garrage within warranty period.

                                  Its absurd of denial promises of warranty period service and fooling of consumers.

                                  You are requested to look in to matter genuinely and make out way as i m bearing unduly for the failure of dealers services. 🙏

                                      Dear sir, i booked datsun (Nissan india pvt. Ltd.) go plus t model with rs.5100 on 21/10/2016 in my brother's name nitin agarwal at atmaram motors pvt. Ltd. With the understanding that they will deliver the vehicle by 28/10/2016 on finance but they didn't talk to any banker with the fraudlous intention to forfeit my down payment. Gm operation of company called me on 28/10/2016 to pay full amount towards vehicle in cash which i was unable to pay as it was a big amount and thus cancelled my booking and after my several calls and mails they registered my complaint on 13/12/2016 with id c[protected] but did not take any action on it. All this was done with malafide intention of tax evasion as they were demanding hard cash and the nissan india management is involved in all this malpractices. This type of fraudlous activities are harassment to genuine customers and causes financial losses to them. Pls help me in getting my money. Thanking you

                                        I have nissan micra active, it was damaged due to rain water came into my apartment cellar. I brought my car to laksmi nissan service center, kukatpally, hyderabad. They rejected to service, instead they suggested to scrap the new vehicle. They offered rs.70, 000 for desel micra car make 2014. Spare parts were not available in the market. Whenever my car went for service they estimate rs.2000 after service they will sent the bill for 7, 000 to 8, 000.
                                        Nissan Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
