I sanjay detroja owner of terreno number plate gj3hk7111. I have given my car in service on 15/8/2018. My car problems are ac water is falling inside the car on both side was told by me but it was not solved and second problem their was no sound coming from back side wheel and after service sound started. Again i have given my car in service for above both service on28/8/18. They have given me bill for change the parts of wheel sound and the bill amount is12500 approx. That i don’t want to pay.
Resion for not paying amount is that i have given my car in service on 15/8/18, on that day why they didn’t get that fault. If they have told me that fault i was agree to pay amount. You can search my old service record i have change the parts and paid amount which was told to me by mechanics.
If service in company workshop is done in this way only, then their is what difference in local service and company service. Comany workshop is taking 5 times more money then local garage workshop. We are paying this much amount only for driving our car faultless and without sacre.

I bought Go+ MH20DV7240 and due the my car general maintenance service since last six months but your Aurangabad Maharashtra service center is closed. We continuously follow up with your customers care but till not complete the my car service.

Please look into this and do the needful.

      I buy a car from M/S Mohan motors traders pvt ltd. Kharagpur Branch. Dated on - 29/05/2018. We are paid installment properly but we are not use the car due to the Traffic police hares for no number plate. They promise within 1 month provide us the number plate & original documents also. But till date they are not provide us number & RC book also. So u are requested please advise what to do in this situation. I already complain consumer care. They said that i send a written complaint to the Nissan. My complain no 866805.

        Dear concern,

        I own a micra active petrol 2016 model
        Just completed 2yrs and gave my vehicle for service in your kottayam showroom kerala. My vehicle just cross 30000kms. For changing spare parts they charged 3900 but for changing the same they charged labour 3900 total 8000 rs including tax. Seeing the invoice i wonder that for 4000 spare parts and 4000 servicecharge.
        I found its very high labour charge comparing to other showrooms. Please do the needful.

Malhotr se karaya fir ham 27.7.2018 ko workshop par fir visit ki car ready ti fir office me jane par hamari file ko table par deka jisme v. K. Malhotra ke place par other server v. K. Pal ka naam likha ta maine file me wrong sarvear ka naam likha hai maine unhe watch karaya too bodyshop ke logo ne hamse kaha ki v. K. Pal hi aap ke sarvear hai our unke eak agent se car ki finel photos karake car dedi phir hamne payment ki jab bill ki baat ki too hamse kaha gya ki computer me problems hai pir hame pro forma invoice par stamp karke diya. Bodyshop ke manager vikramjeet singh or service advijar's ne meri email id li our kha ki computer thik hote hi bill mail kar denge. Car jab mili usdin ka deat 27.7.2018. Ti tab se aaj tak date 31.7.2018. Tak kaisare calls kiye massage kiya phir bhi koi calls ko pick nahi ki nahi koi massage ki replying ki nahi bill send ki. Our nahi insurance company ko bill send ki. Please sir... I am very herted so i'm go to court.

            I have a complaints from Nissan in general. let me go in points and in brief:
            1- my car is Nissan Sentra 2016. 33 K KM
            2- i faced a sudden strange behavior. went to local distributor: Elsab3. they identified the problem that "Dynamo" is malfunctioning. also they identified that it is under warranty
            3- however; they told me that this spare part is not available, this was 22-Jul. and the due date to receive is 15-Aug tentatively
            4- i complained; how to wait all this time, asked for temporary option with no response.
            5- i contacted Nissan Egypt to ask for this spare part and its availability in any other distributor; simply they told me "we do not know" you need to search by yourself
            6- back to Elsab3 asking for something; they told me to try with Nissan factory.
            7- now : my car is under warranty, no spare part available and all refused to take the responsibility
            8- it is clear how Nissan image affected. i participated in some social groups interested in Nissan cars owners and asked for help. they advised me to contact you.

            before creating a legal complaints according to the Egyptian lows or using the power of social media; i need to know if you can help in my case.

            Customer care numbers of Aircondioner manufacturing companies have proved futile. Now the system of customer care is to hoodwink customers . Its a call centre who transfers or does not to the corporates who escape being dragged to the consumer court while harrassement sue to defective peosuct or service is not attended to .Its almost creating a loophole in the welfare law.

            The engineers or officers in service sectors ought to be from the company that manufactures products/provides for the services they have charged a price for.

            Consumer Courts and the ministry seriously needs to look into this additional hierarchy of call centres which is the cause of cases piling in consumer courts.

              Dear sir,

              Your kind attention is drawn to my mail addressed to customer care where in i had pointed out faults to my above referred car. At the outset i carried the car at your jupiter wheels (P) ltd. Near hero honda chowk, gurgaon since the car was not propelled by self. They replaced two relays and handed back the car to me. On the same day in the evening when i lighted the head lights i noticed that the head light and key less entry were not functioning. I had to go again at your service center on 11/06/2018. They rectified the head lights and replaced a few fuses. After that on 22/06/2018 i went to the service center for getting checked the brakes. They replaced the brake oil and changed one wheel cylinder. The same day i had to go with my family to aligarh. On the way when i reached at noida the brake paddle failed. However i drove the car slowly and reached khurja (Up). There i got checked the brakes from the local mechanic and hence the car brought back and again carried to your service center. There the car was kept several days since the car could not be started. Ultimately they checked the brakes and replaced one more relay and handed over the car to me on 06/07/2018. The car is giving the same trouble and is still lying at your center. Therefrom i have been communicated by telephone that wind screen of the car was replaced in 2015 at sterling nissan, sec-18, gurgaon. The lacuna left in the replacement and water is penetrating from there which is perhaps causing damage to eps and relays. I wonder that by reckless attitude of your service center i am being harassed and my medical profession is being jeopardise. I request you to please bring the car in proper working condition at your cost and also let me know specifically as to who is responsible for carelessness.

                I purchased Nissan Terrano from Shahwar Nissan Kastur Ba road Bangalore.
                During the vehicle purchase team has promised to give rs 39000 Music system with GPS. I got it intalled after 3 month of vehicle purchase, later when i checked the price it was rs15000. and there was some issue with the system so nissan team had to change the system for 3 times.

                Now the GPS is not working, unable to play Videos and if i use Bluetooth to for calling opposite person will not be able to listen to the voice. i have raised complaint regarding this but Nissan team is unable to solve this Issue.
                when ask the team they are pointing at each other and am not raising this issue now, am facing this since beginning but nobody responded properly.

                Dear Nissan Team, Am not begging anything from your house or from your pocket, my only concern is give proper solution for the problem am facing.

                There is issue on gear shift as well but team has asked me to get the vehicle for service. hope this will get resolved in service center itself.

                My kind request to all the customers please don't buy Nissan vehicles rather buy Renault vehicles

                Nissan & Datsun showroom located at Bhubaneswar, orissa not providing good services during free services of vehicles. They are know only one thing washing of cars. Other things like break, engine, body tight, AC etc are not repair by them. Please it will better if all these things are maintain during free service. Thank you.

                  My vehicle # KA05 MQ 4543.

                  I have registered a complaint a year back on Engine shuting off while driving, Surya Nissan who is the service agent, asked me to change the battery, which i did & still the problem persisted.

                  I had to face a serious situation on a highway, when the Engine stopped & lost control of vehicle & HTV were stopped behind my vehicle, I was lucky to have not met with accident.

                  I complained again to Surya Nissan, they too the vehicle & adviced to change the Spark plug & to the surprise, they did not have stock of it & it took over a week to replace.

                  After replacing the Spark plug, the problem increased as told by Nissan Engineers.

                  Nissan asked me for permission to verify the Engine for problem & told that this is a very rare problem & they have not encountered such issues & shared reports on the test they did.

                  Even after the above, they were not able to identify & then they requested me to permit them to open the Engine Head, which i gave.

                  Its been 3 weeks, i have still not got the vehicle back or any supportive vehicle as standby.

                  Nissan is not bothered to take this seriously. I am fed up with the Nissan as a brand & its service in India.

                  Pls. help me in resolving this .

                    I have purchased a Nissan Terrano XED from BINOD CAR WORLD PVT LTD, NH37, GUWAHATI, ASSAM-781034 on 26-June-18, which is registered in my name Mr. Pallav Jyoti Choudhury. The vehicle registration number is AS-01-DS-7606

                    I had taken the delivery from BINOD CAR WORLD PVT LTD on 26-June-2018 evening. From day one I am experiencing problems with the car. The following are the series of events post-delivery in chronological order –

                    1. From day one I was not comfortable with the vehicle but couldn’t figure out the exact problem as I didn’t drive much on that day say about only 10 kms, though the car had run 34 kms prior to delivery. I drove mostly within the city for the next couple of days.

                    2. On 12th July 2018 I decided to go out of station for a drive of about 200kms. To my utter disbelief the vehicle shut down itself in running condition after about 150kms. As a result the brakes and steering control stopped working while I’m in the middle of the highway at 90Kmph. Somehow I managed to control the vehicle and bring it to standstill. The road side assistance took nearly 3 hours to arrive even though the towing destination was 30mins away from the breakdown location.

                    3. On 13th July 2018, I visited BINOD CAR WORLD PVT LTD service center to figure out what is wrong with the 18 days old new car. The Service Manager ( Mr. Amitava Nandi ) assured me that there is nothing wrong, as the ON BOARD DIAGNOSTIC system doesn’t show any malfunction and everything seem to be in order and asked me to take away the car. However upon insisting he agreed for a long test drive with technicians onboard. During that test drive of around 40kms, the vehicle again showed problematic indication regarding abnormal pickup and RED WARNING LIGHT MALFUNCTION was glowing along with beeping sound at times. I asked Mr AMITAVA NANDI to properly inspect the vehicle as the problem is still present.

                    4. On 14th July 2018, I went to the service center again to take stock of the situation. Mr NANDI assured me that there is nothing wrong as the system diagnosis is showing everything normal. I came back home with the car after that.

                    5. On 15th July 2018, I again went out with my family for an outing. Barely 30kms later the vehicle again broke down and I lost control of steering and braking system. A 16 wheeler truck narrowly missed hitting my car thus escaping a major life threatening accident. The pathetic roadside assistance took 4hour30mins to reach my location which was 30kms away from towing destination.

                    6. On 16th July 2018, I again visited the service center and upon inquiring found that they still have no idea what is wrong with the car.

                    Now my concerns are

                    1) Did the sales manage (MR DIPANKAR DAS) KNOWINGLY/UNKNOWINGLY sold me a faulty vehicle.

                    2) Upon informing the service manager about the vehicle problem and breakdown situation, why did AMITAVA NANDI KNOWINGLY/INTENTIONALLY insisted that there is no problem in the vehicle without thorough checkup of the vehicle and gave back the car without rectification.

                    3) Why is the breakdown occurring repeatedly and putting me in “CONSTANT DANGER”.

                    4) Why did my 73 Yrs old FATHER (heart patient) and 5 Yrs old NIECE have to be stranded on a highway for 4 hours30mins in the blistering sun without even a bottle of water. My father was feeling physically uneasy after the long exposure to blistering sun and had to see a doctor. The trauma felt by the 5 Yr old Niece is also unacceptable.

                    As the the car did not give satisfactory performance due to inherent manufacturing defect and as a result, there were problems of engine breakdown and the car would also stop in between abruptly.

                    My life is in constant danger due to sudden shutdown of the vehicle during running condition at high speed as the steering and braking controls are completely lost.

                    Since multiple visits to the service center are not helping and me and my family is facing mental and physical harassment with a 18 days old car, I request you replace this faulty vehicle and allot me a new vehicle asap.

                        During my journey of MP, in running condition 40A fuse of radiator fan defused, car got heating. Now my car in the workshop of Nissan (Aster Nissan, Vadodara). They told me to buy new fan set, fuse...approx cost 7000/-.
                        Now I want to know, my car completed 3.6 yrs but running only 15000 Km . During this short distance is it possible to change these parts?
                        Are these of really low in quality ? Pls solve my problems as soon as possible.

                          I had a very bad experience about nissan customer service about car second free service faced at landmark nissan workshop, bawdhan, pune.. I took appointment for car service on sunday 1/07/2018 morning.. But when reached at workshop at 10-30 am actually they took my car at 1:30am even though there was only 4 number in front of my number..
                          I observed below few points about workshop..
                          1) shortage of technicians
                          2) technicians works with mobile head phones put in ear..
                          3) no supervisory control
                          4) no any customer relationship manager assigned to me
                          4) car service period longer than actual
                          5) poor technical abilities of staff..

                          I think please take this points on priority.. And revert to my queries on

                            Sir,
                            I am mrs. Darly joseph, wife of an ex-serviceman.
                            It is with utter disappointment that i write to you about purchasing a car nissan datsun redi go, invoice no: nikmlnuv18/ 00097, on 29 may, 2018 from pinnacke, kuttoor branch at thiruvalla, pathanamthitta. I wouldn’t have bought the car if not for your lucrative advertisement about slashing 50% on bank loans for the car purchase in the newspaper malyalamanorama on 29th may 2018 publishing the advertisement and page16, from 9.49% to 5%.
                            Immediately, i placed a call to your manager at pinnacke thiruvalla; phone-[protected] who quoted exactly as the advertisement. I was happy and enthralled that i went ahead with booking your car. Your company provided the car on 2nd june, 2018. But, that’s not all, the people who gave the car from your branch offered the vehicle without any papers. I thought it was strange and fishy for a reputed brand to behave unprofessionally, so tried contacting the same people from your brand repeatedly in the first week of june. Unfortunately, no one picked my calls or notified me of the delay/ unprofessional absence. Finally, i got the bills and papers on 11th june.
                            Upon receiving the loan details, i contacted the bank who declined any offer of 50% slash in the discount for car loans from your brand. They are shocked by your agency representatives behaviour too. Needless to say, your showroom manager has been absolutely unresponsive to me after the delivery of the car.
                            Two days before understanding their mistakes your agency has “some how” (Even though it will not rectify my financial loss) they wanted to settle the matter by giving me genuine accessories, i have agreed to avoid my mental stress. But there also they were not sincere and they have cheated me with duplicate accessories. Moreover, till today your agency could not give me a valid document of my payment of the vehicle and bill of accessories... I feel ashamed of your reputed company holding such an irresponsible persons... Yesterday i had a telephone call to your manager called mr. Arvind, ph no. [protected] manager of pinnacle, kollam regional manager. He promised me to contact and inform me about further developments regarding my complaints. But today evening when i have called he rejected my call. Can this kind of persons increase the credibility of such a reputed company like nissan??? I am astonished!!!
                            I had a good reputation about your company and i have recommended many of my friends... But now i am force to share my face book friends and all other colleagues

                                I own a nissan terrano xv for the past 4 years and had taken it for servicing yesterday to kaysons nissan service centre, siliguri. After my spares were changed and all necessary faults fixes my bill amounted to inr 73, 899/-. I wanted to pay by cheque or debit card but to my utter surprise the accounts team informed me that they accept only cash. They don't accept cheque or card, nd when i asked why they told me that this is company policy. I don't know of any other establishmemt which has these policies except you and i think this is illegal too. They told me that if i pay by card then i will have to bear 2% commission on the bill amount, i agreed to pay the 2% but i requested that they should have the same written on the bill, which they flatly denied. I was compelled to borrow such a huge amount in cash from a relative and left me embarrassed, deceived and humiliated. I have been such a loyal customer to nissan and hold the car in high regard, but this cheating and scamster mentality of your service center and company i am being forced to switch to an alternative, toyota, has great service. To top it all off, after paying in cash while i drove home at night due to delays in the service time, the car broke down as the rear right wheel had its brake fluid leaking and i was forced to ground the car and continue the harrowing night. This is i felt a scam in the end and i regret owing a nissan terrano xv.

                                  1. I have Nissan Terrano 2014 make model. Few days back I had a breakdown of vehicle for which I called road side assist service. A service guy from maruti service came saying 'I am designated ' road side assistant person. And did nit have toeing vehicle. Finally I had to arrange toeing vehicle of my own to nearby showroom.
                                  2. After giving the vehicle for service I was told that the fuel pump is damaged so it needs replacement. Since last 8 days vehicle is in show room and still the service man says nissan does not have fuel pump acrosa all India nissan service and they have to procure it some how. And this will take may be 1 month.
                                  I am cursing the day I baught Nissan car. The service is hopeless. I am completely crippled without car my day to day business is getting affected. Why a company like yours sells cars when you guys cant provide service for cars.
                                  Nissan is hopeless.
                                  In future I am sure anybody in my contact I will not allow to buy Nissan.
                                  I will hang a big banner in my shop not to buy Nissan Vehicle.

                                    I am pravin rakshe, i have purchase nissan sunny xl (Color night shade) (Mh46 ad2125) in april 2016, i facing so many problems in my car,

                                    Below are the problems which i am facing sice purchasing of car.

                                    1) left side door color is dull within 6 month
                                    2) driver sit lower rods & metal color is vanished within year
                                    3) they have register my car as nissan terreno in register office
                                    4) they have given me 2015 manufacturing car for more than 10, 50, 000/- (Approx. Ten lac fifty thousand)
                                    5) abs & ebd not working, when i stop car suddenly or urgently car tires get skating on road.

                                    I have register this complaint in december 2016 but still they have not clear, now.

                                      My nissan micra 2016 model met with an accident and hence approached nissan ida uppal service station and i had insurance of oriental bank with zero dip facility, but nissan said this would not be eligible for cashless n needs to go for reimbursement n i have accepted but after delivery of vehicle its been two months i did not get my money back and nissan is not bothered to follow up with oriental and is not closing the complaint till now and the person who was involved was shiva and later i escalated the issue to sk tanveer, but even then there was no response from oriental and nor nissan is bothered to settle it, the claim was registered on april 2nd 2018 and the surveyor was t samba shiva rao and today is 9 th june and its almost 2 months and i'm waiting for help. And this is showing how customer centric is nissan w. R. T its customers.
