Respected sir/madam,
Myself Pawan kumar wants to inform you that i had booked a car on 13th of March at your newdelhi showroom renault mayapuri and at the time of booking they committed me to give full refund and due to some of my financial reasons i have cancelled my booking and when I asked them for the refund they gave me 10th of April but nothing happened and again they gave me a new date as 14th of April after that today when i called them again they gave me a new date as 24th of april. So, i just want to request you to do the necessary enquiry and refund me as soon as possible because I am in urgent need of it. All the necessary documents are attatched below.

    As per discussion over phone & email ( Mr/Mrs customer care, Mr. Deepak & Mr. Lalit authorized person Unity Nissan with me continue from 16 April to till today 18 April 2018 & earlier no update about any delivery status till 16 April or any thing about Co lour black -Color, manufacturing month March 2018 ( Sunny Nissan XV CVT ) or manufacturing month December 2017 with separate special deal ( Sunny Nissan XV CVT ).But No conclusion updated till today & time 18 april at 5.16 PM.Presently I am seating in
    Unity Nissan salimarbagh New Delhi.If within 15 minutes not intimated me about today delivery status about chasis /engine details then automatically cancelled my booking from today. As per discussion/ writing booking status!!!

    Kindly, please read above my statement and take action properly writing /legally and booking cancelled with my side and return my earnest money with interest as soon as possible on priority basis today EOD!!!

Till now (19th april 2018) they have not recieved some parts, they says parts will come soon almost all the times. They have not matched the colour of the door and the front part of the car. Worst service quality and no customer satisfaction.

Showroom has denied for free repair and said it’s your fault. And need to pay it. The fault was not while giving the vehicle. Local inquiry says due to heavy tightening of bolt it might have occurred

          I faced many problem like engine failure, turbo failure
          Altinattor problem and so on
          But i paid for all and your company’s workers solved that problems one by one
          But now, they don’t have qualified technician because they opened my whole car but not solved push button problem which i faced
          From the last 6-7 months
          The button is not working properly
          I visited apporximately 20-30 times about this concern but they don’t have proper solution and i spent alot of money on button problem
          But there is no solution yet
          Today i am very frustrated and decided to write you about this problem

            We have purchased 2 cars from dada motors ludhiana (Punjab) 4 yrs back. Ie - nissan micra. Car we have purchased against our firm. My one of micra car gone throught accident on[protected]. It is within company since 45 days there is no repsonse from them we oure suffering to many problems due to not having car in house. My car is full insured with cashless policy from last 4 years. But the company is deaminding cash for the car. The manger of the compnay mr. Vikas said i[censored] want to compaint to higher authorities u can go no matter what harldy matters to me is this a way to speak to ur regular coustmer & prestigious costmer. (We have puchased one more car 3 months back againt firm too). How would i recommend some one else to buy from nissan. The car is being jst parked at serivce station nissan dada motors and since last 45 days we are daily fasing harrasament. If the problem is being solved then its very good otherwise i have to go the media how the comapny harrses the coustmer. The car detials as follows are -

              My association with japan as researcher and professor is of more than 25 years. I have been an admirer of japanese technology and services. My daughter will graduate from nagoya university in automotive engineering and has been an intern in nissan company. On her recommendation, i bought nissan datson redigo sportz model (Reg. No. Br06ay 7029) on 27-feb-2017.

              However, i am deeply disappointed by working culture of the service centre of goberdhan nissan, the authorized dealer of nissan datsun at muzaffarpur, india. This is more so as i know the highest level of working ethics of nissan company.

              I met an accident on 2nd february, 2018 at munger, bihar. Though front of the vehicle is crushed, front axil is broken and left rim is twisted, but the air bag didn`t open. The vehicle was lifted by 24x7 service and delivered to the service centre of goberdhan nissan very next day, i. E., 3rd february, 2018. Though i was promised that it will be repaired in fifteen days, two months and one week has already passed and it is still under repairing process. I have been reminding the service centre almost twice a week. But it has fallen on deaf ears. I am very unhappy with this callous attitude.

              At this stage, i don`t want to write to nissan hq in japan in the hope that proper action will be taken.

                I am owner of Datson ready go No HR-51BK 5444 purchased in sep 2016.
                3times the break issue has been raised by me but the problem is on its place from the very outset. In emergency or in slow race mode the break paddle becomes hard. Pressure does no being adopted by break paddles.

                Please clearly tell me without using the diplomatic or corporative word that the problem will be or will not be solved.

                  I brought a nissan terrano 4 years, a engine light, engine stop and heater light was glowing at 19000 kms at that time (nothing was changed under warranty at that time ) my car was towed by your service van and the same light was glowing at 38000 kms (nothing was changed under warranty even at that time)same vehicle was towed again . But today same light was glowing and now at 69900 kms service station saying that it is now out of warranty and asking for Rs 5000 advance payment to place order for that part which is around Rs 11000. My all free, paid and accidental all jobs are done my M/s Dada Motors at regular intervals and today being a loyal customer, I am getting this answer. Very poor service and poor knowledge . Kindly take this matter seriously or I have to go to consumer forum for the same
                  I just want to know why same part was not changed at first time ?

                    Service at zedex nissan workshop in sahibabad is becoming worst day by day. Since last 6 years i am sending my car micra dl11ca1566 diesel for service and body repair work. Every time the service or body repair work doesn't complete with quality in one go. I need to re-send my car for re-work. Memorizing the instances below from last six year
                    1. Body repair work - insurance claim for front side glass.
                    The broken glass repaired with a glass having scratches. Second time scratched glass repaired again with a scratched glass. Finally in third time i got a scratch less glass.
                    2. Service work - drycleaning not done with quality
                    Seat corners not cleaned. Drycleaning done but car was wet from inside and handed over to me in night during winters.
                    3. Body repair work - insurance claim for bonnet.
                    Bonnet was replaced but the margins at both side of bonnet was not equal. At the left side there was more margin between bonnet and side panel. For this correction i sent my car back to workshop thrice.
                    4. Service work - car didn't cleared pollution check (Jun 2017)
                    After service of the car last year, the very next day i went for pollution check. Pollution check of the car failed at two different centers of delhi. They reported that there is lot of hu in the smoke. I sent the car back to workshop and they reported that they don't have the required machinery to check pollution.
                    5. Body repair work - insurance claim for oil chamber (Mar 2018)
                    This is the latest incident happened last week. I sent car for oil chamber work and they took a week time to deliver the car back after oil chamber work. Along with body repair i asked them to do regular service of car. Within three day of the repair work, i sent the car back to workshop as still oil was leaking from the engine. As per them it was from another location. Don't know why it was not seen during car service. Secondly i got car dryclean and now when the car was returned the dashboard was dirty, black spots all near the push button, black spot and dirt all near the front door both sides, black spot on seat. While reporting this complaint to the customer representative ms. Anu i asked her to share the mobile number of general manager. She shared a number *0947 and told me gm name as veer. On calling this number i verified the name as veer and even asked him that he is the gm. He replied with yes. Today i have been told that gm name is anil sharma. The customer representative is fooling people over the call.

                    So, in short i will say that the staff and service in zedex nissan has deteriorated.

                      This is to inform you with utter anticipation that i had booked a nissan datsun redi go car from mohan motors traders pvt ltd of krinannagar road barasat on 17th november 2017 by paying booking money of rs 10000 and for offer letter extra rs 10000. The executive of the dealer mr soumit roychowdhury promised me to handover me the car on the 25th december 2017. I agreed and took a loan of rs 140000 from capital first for the initial down payment. The emi falls every month on 5th. Considering my handover is nearing i constantly called him by phone every time he said to wait as it will be handed over very soon. After that i realised it is already 25th december still i did not receive my car i pressured him to cancell my deal again he assured me that it will be handed over very soon. As my emi is getting debited every month and money getting reduced month by month.in this process i lost almost rs 25000 from my bank as emi of the capital first. Now on march he called me that offer letter is ready and i need to pay rest amount of the offer letter of rs 22000 which is beyond my capacity as i already lost my money of rs 25000 from his false promise.
                      Furthermore i am now being forced to pay my rest money in lumpsum otherwise my car which i got loan form the magma will not be handed over.

                      I request you to immediatly take action to relieve me from paying extra money of offer letter and i am not being allowed to take my offer letter hard copy from the showroom.

                      If this happens to me it may happens to many consumers worldwide. The mohan motors whom i already paid rs 10000+70000 as advance for the car the authority has not yet called me for further handling of my car.
                      Moreover i wanted to get latest 2018 version redico car but the executive is now denying that he wont deliver latest version of the car to me so please resolve the case asap other wise strong action will be waiting for the mohan motors.
                      The lead which i had received from auto portal where they had mentioned that rs 22000 accessory will be given with the car delivery along with amazon rs 5000 gift voucher.
                      So please stop fooling people with false promise do help people by honest work.

                        I purchased Nissan mixes xl model on fated 2-2-2018 from Malwa Carzone Pvt. Ltd. (Karnal)
                        As I have been charged Rs. 679836 for the car.
                        I am asking for invoice from the date I purchased car but no one was hearing on this.
                        I get invoice from my some sources from where I found that the invoice was of Rs 599000 only. Where as the loan amount which bank has dispersed is 629836 and 50000 was given by myself.
                        Out of which 30000 was given through net banking and 20000 cash.
                        This was a clear case of fraud which Nissan employees did with me. Now whenever I visit Nissan showroom they not even attend me.
                        I don’t know who will reimburse my amount back.
                        Sir I request you to plz take some immediate action on this because these types of activities will lose the faith of Custmer on Nissan.

                          I purchased a new datsun redi go as on 14 oct 2017. On 5th of feb 2018 i was travelling to aligarh on an occasion of my cousin marriage approx 7 pm on the way to the venue in aligarh my car was hit by a stone from below the engine and my car's chamber got damage and all oil leaked because of which my car's engine get seized. According to the terms and conditions insurer icici lombard rejected my claim stating that engine is not covered in policy. All this happened due to thin plastic chamber installed in car and no protection and cover is available there to protect it from a hit on roads. It is very common for a car hit by below side by a stone bounced by tyres or by big breakers on indian roads now i paid 70292 rs as a repairing cost of my four month old car 2500 kms driven
                          Now i am afraid of drive my car. Because if it is hit again it will cost me again 70 thousand. Datsun says they cant do anything now what will i do all datsun redi go are dangerous to people of india

                            As the driving comfort is not the same when the car is driven

                              1. Front door handle, driver side. The silver grey paint is gone and it is black colour now. Most used, the paint will not last there. Find a suitable alternative solution.
                              2. Ignition key, remote open/close buttons. The button disintegrated, you can see internal switch through the hole. Poor quality material used. Please take corrective action. My milage is 20, 000/-
                              3. Back seat door handle. The glass drive switches are activated when passenger rest the hand on the arm rest. Poor design. Relocate to avoid confusion.
                              4. The side indication green arrows are too small on the instrument panel and not noticeable during day time.

Insurance कराया था मेरे कार में क्लेम हुआ लगभग 4 महीने पूर्व क्लेम राशि लगभग 17000 लिया गया एजेंसी द्वारा रिलायंस से लेलिया गया तथा मुझे यह बताया गया कि आपके गाड़ी का पार्ट बदल दिया गया है आज दिनांक 03 मार्च 18 मेरे बदले गए पार्ट का रंग उखड गया तब मैंने एक गाड़ी के मेकेनिक से पता किया तो पता चला कि ये डेंट पेंट कर दिया गया है इसलिए इसका रंग उखड रहा है जिस साइड में गाड़ी डेमेज हुई थी केवल उसी साइड में रंग उखाड़ा है,
                                    अत: आप श्रीमान जी से नम्र निवेदन है कि मेरे गाड़ी के बदले गए पार्ट कि जांच कराकर मेरे प्रार्थना पत्र का निस्तारण करे आप कि कृपा रहेगी.
