My association with japan as researcher and professor is of more than 25 years. I have been an admirer of japanese technology and services. My daughter will graduate from nagoya university in automotive engineering and has been an intern in nissan company. On her recommendation, i bought nissan datson redigo sportz model (Reg. No. Br06ay 7029) on 27-feb-2017.
However, i am deeply disappointed by working culture of the service centre of goberdhan nissan, the authorized dealer of nissan datsun at muzaffarpur, india. This is more so as i know the highest level of working ethics of nissan company.
I met an accident on 2nd february, 2018 at munger, bihar. Though front of the vehicle is crushed, front axil is broken and left rim is twisted, but the air bag didn`t open. The vehicle was lifted by 24x7 service and delivered to the service centre of goberdhan nissan very next day, i. E., 3rd february, 2018. Though i was promised that it will be repaired in fifteen days, two months and one week has already passed and it is still under repairing process. I have been reminding the service centre almost twice a week. But it has fallen on deaf ears. I am very unhappy with this callous attitude.
At this stage, i don`t want to write to nissan hq in japan in the hope that proper action will be taken.
