I bought a car nissan from alissa agent in alkhobar saudi arabia and paid full amount in cash. When the car arrived one week later there were unacceptable scratches so we canceled the deal and requested a refund and this was on april 5 2017. Till now may 7 and they keep procrastinating and didnot get any refund. I need the money to buy another car ofcourse not from nissan but cant. No refund till now. I talked to many friends and colleagues about that and plan to carry a big movement about this in the social media.

    Last to last week i got service done from them first of all they didnt give me the original bill. They just gave me a hand written bill. Its been 2 yrs i lost my 3rd wheel cover nd i got new one from company when i got service done nd dat also fell off is dat the service you provide to ur customers. Really i am gonna sue u guys in consumer court for this. I m using nissan for last 10 yrs i was in australia nd there i was soo happy with nissan performance. But really i m soo disappointed dat i cant tell u,.. U can contact me on [protected]

      My car is indicating malfunctioning indication. I have given my car at joshi autozone chandigarh for service as well as to look into the malfunctioning error. The autozone authorities are not able to deal with the problem even after servising and other screening tests. They are repeatedly calling representatives from nissan, but noone has reported so far.

      It has been three weeks, my car is still at autozone and the problem has not been rectified nor any seriousness has been shown by the nissan authorities in this matter.

        Hi,

        On 19/03/2016 i purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because within 12 months and 15000km i got the wiring problem issue (Ml lamp replacement issue) so i handover my vehicle to surya nissan service station, electronic city road, bangalore (I purchased from this dealer) later analysis they said entire wiring need to be replaced, i was shocked and loosed all the interest over my terrano. It was my dream to buy suv type vehicle and after all analysis i purchased nissan product but this incident was totally disappointed me. Event after multiple service the problem is repeatedly coming on highways

        Now i am much worried about taking my vehicle on highways. And here is one of the biggest false quality statement from nissan "nissan aims to be a company trusted by its customers by addressing quality as a company-wide issue."
        Even reaching out to nissan customer care india doesn’t helped me. Totally they have cheated me by saying the no 1 quality vehicle. I request to all think before you buy nissan terrano because it is defiantly not suited for indian roads. Now i left with only one option that is consumer court. Hope there i will get some justice there.

            I purchase a T permit car from Ritu Nissan Thane in Oct'16, I was about to received Refund on Excise Duty but now they are denying to refund the amount.
            I purchased it through Laxmi Group (Vashi) who deals with Nissan directly, however, Laxmi group is also not aware of why there is no refund on Excise duty. When I asked the about the refund their executive Mr.Navin told me that they have stopped giving such refund, but while taking delivery Ritu Nissan had taken my signature on relevant Excise Document to get the Refund.

January 20th my car accident immediadly i am going to planissan showroom at trichy there workshop manager checking my car then give me to quatation rs.990000/ they will take one week time supervisor call to me your car complitly work finished then i have to pay for cash rs.35000/ 27 th january delivery mycar driving only 2000 or 2500 km but car indication meeter all red light is on immidiedly open front side no coolent oil when dry to put oil going to floor i call to pla nissan trichy no body responce i am waiting three hr onthe road then call to agash nissan thanjavur, topping car my self thanjavur agash nissan charge to me rs 58000/injurance side no acccepted pay for my self now i am go to court case my complaint is very nice vehicle nissan terrano but service worst so pls sir can you reply pls why they are doinglike this...?

              Nissan terrano. Worst experience among all cars I would have ever owned. It's in the ajmer RAJ NISSAN's service centre since 1 month. There's no positive response from the side of customer care. Car's steering got failed. Engine got failed n even the turbo got failed even they are making huge bills to pay for making this car a superman again. Full of misleadings since i've bought this car. Lowest engine quality, lowest turbo built in it, lowest pick up. N lowest consumer support. My car is in AJMER (RAJ NISSAN's) service centre since ONE MONTH.. still customer care persons say that give us permission to open the car n u'll be charged for all this. When there was a minir problem in the pipe down, they told us to change the TURBO and mentioned that turbo will b costing 42, 000 only and when they returned our car after 10 days they said we have changed your car's turbo n you have to pay rs72, 000. Still we paid and after one month theae problem occured and then they said turbo is fine there is a problem in ENGINE. U MUST THROW THE CAR(sell ur old dabba) it's 1, 00, 000km only. Is there no life after 1, 00, 000 km for nisaan terrano???

                What is happening in Ambattur service centre. Service staff asking customer to say sorry for there delay.

                Horribly rude service staff, don't know his name but his number is[protected].

                I order a part for my car on 25th of march 2017, after that calling and following up with then every day.
                Today they say parts came but we used for other cars. In rude manner arrogantly without any apology.

                Is this they way you treat your customers??

                  I have bee facing a problem regarding late delivery of nissan terano car.
                  When concacted to sbi, they told me that the amount has been given but when to nissan, they said they cannot give the car as amount has come from sbi.Mr vishal sonkar the body manager at nissan has illtreated me and i have not got any response from him regarding my complain.

                    Thank you for taking the time to read my email.
                    I bought nissan patrol 2015. From your dealer in kuwait. And since then i have been hearing a craking noise from the engine. I took the
                    car to albabtain dealer, from whom i got the car. And since then they could not find whats wrong with the car. And now they have my car for over 2 weeks and they did not find whats the problem with it nor where is this noise coming from. Now they took the car for the last time for a special examinations. Which was orderd by the middle east in dubai. I honestly had enough of this. They either replace my car or find me a resnoble solution. Or change the engine.

                      2 years before i.e. on 30-4-15. But till now it is not rectified. Our car sent to Lucky nissan

                      Service Center, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh three days ago.

                      Still there is no answer.

                      Immediately check and rectify our problem.

                        I have buyed nissan micra october 2016 one day before diwali there was assured gift from the company as a diwali offer...I did not received any scratch card at the time of purchase the neo nissan sector-3 the salesman told that there is some software problem...I have lodged complaint many time on nissan toll free number...Went to showroom to knwo about the status but there was no clear reply from the manager of the showroom nor from the nissan toll free number...It has been 7mnth of purchase i have been after the showroom people to keep me updating...Otherwise there is no call back or porper communication from showroom and nissan group

                            I have booked datsun go in nissan marvel dealer in namakkal on 12th march by giving token advance of rs 10000. And paid the full amount on 19th march.
                            Dealer promised me that he will give vehicle within 2days. After paying the amount they stopped calling me,
                            After many many follow ups i got the car delivered to me without registration on 2ndapril, that is after 15days of payment. And to register the car again i did many follow ups and finally they registered it on 11th april. Almost it took me one month to get the car.
                            I even did the compliant to nissan customer care but no use the didnt contact me back.
                            Still now there is not feedback taken from me regaring the purchase. Such a un professional company nisaan india and their dealers.
                            Very very junkest customer experience in buying their car. If i didnt get any responce for this as well then definitly i will take up this to next.

                            I worked for japanese company quest and i know the japan company response and value to customer but nissan india is really spoiling the brand name of nissan

                              I have given my nissan micra carTN09AL8569 for service & Insurance claim in chennai AVENUE NISSAN Guindyon monday 3/4/2017 .My service Advisor Mr.Vignesh&Sri Vidhya.THe complaint was to change the front Bumper And rear Bumper Which was promised to me delivery in 4 days Time on 6/4/2017.But they Failed To Deliver.Reason was spare parts not Available.As being a Financial year they say nissan store is closed.
                              When They Are Aware Of Spare Sparts Not Available Why They have Not Informed me On That, I would Have Given My Vehicle later When The Spare Parts Available.

                              Because Of This Everyday I need To Spend 1000 Rupees On Cab( Almost I have Spend 5000 Rupees On can in the last 6 days.Very Sad to know tht nissan company is not bothered about The Customer Pain, Still If Not Given Proper Reason I May be Forced To Take A legal action.

                              Kindly look at it and do the needfull.

                                I have buyed Nissan Terrano from zedex Nissan delhi, on 7th feb but since then I was facing problem in it, its head light beam was not working properly I had to get it repaired, then I found faulty glow lights on switch's of power windows and now after 2 months my power windows still don't work properly, they intermittently work and in emergency they don't come down if I had to back my car.. buying new Terrano and facing such problem is extremely giving bad name to Nissan and still I didn't get my things corrected even after multiple checks in company workshop.

                                  My vehicle AP 09 EQ 3457, was given for Ist service and the service was pathetic. I found that the seats were not cleaned properly, windsheld glass was not properly cleaned. I paid for teflon coating, where no clarity was given as only the exterior were done . I had no other go except to pay 3200 for the service.

                                  Nissan is a reputed brand and such unprofessional people are spoiling the name of nissan. Vehicle is very good, but i am worried with for furture services with the dealer . Think teh manufacturer will involve to put better service in place.

                                  Post serrvice a person called srikanth calls and enquires about their service standards. He says that he has to come home and interview for 2 hours but due to lack of time he says id the manufacturer calls, pl tell then that i have come home to take details. I asked him the details of Regionla customer care details which he is not aware of, flet he is reluctant to give .

                                  Sorry for the complaint but it pinches us so hard when we spend for the quality product and dont get service in return.

                                    This is to inform you that on 17.11.2013, I purchased Nissan Terrano XLD Model THP 110 PS, Chassis No MDHHSNA36DA001392 at RC Nissan Shalimar District Center Outer Ring Road New Delhi 110088. My vehicle registration no is DL8CZ 8618.
                                    On 19.03.2017 my vehicle starts showing electronic fault & toxic fume filter system warning lights, so I contacted the authorized workshop Unity Automobiles Pvt Ltd located at CN-35 Badali Bawna Road & immediately took my vehicle to their service center after examining it they recommended for ECM replacement (Copy of invoice enclosed) & give me estimate of seventy thousand approximately & one month time to arrange ECM. I was shocked & took my vehicle back without getting it repaired. So I decided to take second opinion from another work shop, I went to Sparsh Nissan Dawraka 110059 on 29.03.2017 (Copy of invoice enclosed) & they have recommended to replace diesel pump & wiring estimated eighty thousand approximately, I was greatly upset and extremely strained as the product quality is not up to your regular standards, otherwise In just 66500 KM, how can these parts need replacement. You also need to understand that, as a loyal & devoted customer of yours for years, I expect a certain quality in return for my hard earned money which I have spent in your product.
                                    I would appreciate it highly if you take immediate steps to resolve the problems. I am also enclosing copies of my records
                                    I shall look forward to your reply and seek an immediate resolution to my problem.

                                      My car no is DL 1 CS 8437 Nissan Terrano XL Petrol purchased in Jan’2015 registred in company name. The car was running smooth till Oct’2016 and first problem noticed was starting problem and changed Start Motor in Oct’2016 from Neo Nissan. Later in Jan’17 again starting problem and brought car to Kaizen Nissan Okhla and nothing was detected. Same problem came Feb’2017 and brought car to Kaizen Nissan and changed battery.

                                      Again starting problem can on 30 & 31 Mar’2017 and again rushed to Kaizen Nissan and they assume IC Wall is damaged. This part is NOT available in service station and I asked to get the same to change.

                                      I am really really scared to drive this car now and NOT confident this car will be running smoothly till the destination. Hence I request you to take this matter seriously and get it resolved. It seems this car has problem and request you to recall this vehicle.

                                        My vehicle no ka 10 m 3876, i have purchased nissan terrano on 2016 sept.
                                        Whit in 6 month i got problem of filter block, show room persons telling this is happened by water content in fuel, and replaced the filter but after 15 days same problem arise they telling the same answer,
                                        My question is we using the same fuel to our other vehicles like tata safari, mahindra utility, tractor and other vehicles, i did not seen any complaint on those vehicles except this nissan.

                                        More over i registered complaint for road assistance in the morning i got several phone calls, ultimately i got tow vehicle in 7pm, so i suffered very much.

                                        I am suggesting please dont go with nissan

                                        Nissan is a very good company and I am fan of nissan vehicles so I purchased micra in 2012 but after 2 year yellow key indication continued shows on deshboard and vehicle not starts. after 1 hours it starts easily.
                                        For above problem I have visited many nissan workshops but no one got problem till now thatswhy I am still in trouble.
