Dear sir,

I have purchased one Nissan Sunny XV Car from your dealer at Dhanbad Jharkhand during Feb'2015(registration Date 12/02/2015, Car No JH10AS8257).The running of the Car is not yet 10000(Ten thousand) Km . After several request & complain for Air conditioning functioning etc. the Car was picked up by authorised dealer "Amresh Nissan" on 08/06/2017 and delivered on same day after service.
Still the Air conditioning of the Car is not functioning properly I have made first complain on 30/06/2017 with Dealer for the repairing .The office of the Dealer had informed that due to GST constrained the service cannot be done on 01/07/2017 and I wait till one week. After several persuasion they Pick up my car on 11/07/2017 for necessary repairing. On 13/07/2017 Office of dealer is informing that DUE to GST the necessary repair cannot be done and I request them to return the Car.
I request necessary action from your end immediately.

Due to engine oil sump damage of my car(Datsun redi go) on 25/5/2017 I handoverd my car to lucky Nissan on the same day.After 18days they handoverd it in the workshop on 12/6/2017.Then they said that the crank bearings were damaged and took nearly 25days(which is a big delay) to deliver my car..try to rectify such delays in providing services.

    Today on 4th of july’17, i had visited to roshan nissan (E-5a, malviya industrial area, malviya nagar, jaipur 302017).
    With problem of ac is not cooling in nissan terrano hr26 ct 2852 (I. E fuse fault), car is under warranty and when i asked for component & labor to be part of warranty as per warranty manual mr vikram (Service advisor) address my query to mr. Deepak meena (Service manager) who is busy in call in front o[censored]s for 20 minutes (Call was not formal) while we are sitting in front, i also placed my query to him and for every simple question he suggest to call customer care (After waiting 20 min what i got talk to customer care).
    He not even say us that part is under warranty or not else suggest further he start neglecting us (Communication skill was poor, hope i am not at place of fish market at least as customer so much attention i deserve).
    After that i pay the amount of service which is actual rs 390 (Including tax) and they put estimate of rs 1890 (I. E only for fuse (286) change+labor (1604), i asked for escalation but mr g. P vashist (Gm) is not present today other staff and customer cross check and afterwards i pay actual amount which is not supposed to be pay because my car is only 1 year old with running of 15000 km and changed component is nissan warranty part (For asking about bill they say we will mail you and we ask for paper bill they put blank paper and mark there seal and received amount-i understand that gst is not updated in server but at least paper bill should be printed for such issues in future)

    I want strict action againt on mr deepak meena for following reasons
    * unprofessional behavior (Very bad attitude).
    * communication skill (Misbehaving).
    * kill gossiping with others while customer waiting in front for his response.
    * not attentive to query (As his job).

    Hope its not my fault as i choose nissan, i would be highly grateful if you could look into the matter

      Nissan car quality are not upto expectation and the quality of the cars are worst. Even after sale service and responses including nissan customer care is pathetic. Why i am saying all the above is because most of the customers who bought the nissan cars are facing the same.
      I purchased nissan terrano after looking at different model cars/suvs just because i was impressed with the outside looks of terrano and the brand name of nissan.
      The vehicle was not gone through minimum quality check because in the new vehicle the auto lock was not working which was later rectified during the first service. I was happy that it was a small issue. But later too many issues started and i was surprised is it happening only with my car or it is for others too. I started enquiring with others who purchased nissan car and i was shocked to hear that almost all of them are facing the quality issues with their cars. After 6 months of my purchase, there started some annoying noise from the engine. When i brought it to the service advisor notice, charged me around rs. 2500/- to clean the injectors in the engine. But still the noise didn't come down. After 1 year of the purchased, the gear shift started to stuck. Again when brought to the notice of service advisor, they accepted there was an issue with the gears and changed them under warranty. Within an year, there are lot of noise coming from doors, roof etc. When informed to the service person, their statement is "nissan is not bmw or audi, such noise will come from the nissan cars". Now the major issue is, within 1 and half year, i noticed rust on all the doors and other parts of the car body. Even nano cars are manufactured with better quality and some 10 years old cars will not have rust formation but 1 or 2 years old nissan cars are having this issue. Hope we can understand what is the quality of the cars they are selling in india and cheating the customer by creating outer looks for the car just to attract the customer and increase the sale. I discussed with the service centre regarding the rust and they said they will take it up with nissan india. It is more than 5 months after informing them about the rust formation but still they didn't get back to me on the solution. Weekly i am calling the crm of the service centre, for 4 to 5 times they said we are following it up with nissan india but now they stopped answering my calls.
      Can someone suggest if we can file a case in consumer court against nissan. I have all the evidence written in the job card when i gave the vehicle for services. Very bad service from nissan. After writing the details to nissan customer care, they are least bother to contact me to find what is the issue and what resolution they want to provide.

        My name is ch v satyanarayana, i would like to take my personal nissan experience and the dealer behaviour of swatik nissan hubli,

        I am customer of nissan since long back, recently i buyed nissan car, in 2015, i have ac complaint in my car for starting i use to tell the same thing to dealer, they will do something and it work for 2 days, swastik nissan dealer worrest in serving to customer.

        Still the issue is there, i have contacted them for this problem for 5 times, but no responce, dealer behaviour is worrest to customer.

        I am not happy with nissan, which keep on creating problem like this.

          Please refer to trail mail.

          I had handed-over that defective wheel with rim to your authorised service centre i.e., Central Nissan, Ahmedabad on 20.05.216 to Mr. Jignesh (Mobile No.[protected]) for solving problem of defective tier but you could not change my tier .In return your executive committed that they will provide discount in other works in my car next time of an amount of Rs.3000/-against defect. On 06.05.2017, I went to the said service station to enquire about the status of defective wheel and for bringing my Stepney and I came to know that they have lost it. For the same, they have given an excuse that previous manager(Mr.Jignesh) has left the job and he is the only person who is aware of the whereabouts of the wheel.

          Later on they showed me an old wheel which was lying in the service centre and asked me to accept this. I have never seen such a great service. Now I can understand that why Nissan is not successful in India. It seems that your service centres are like joker in a circus of Nissan. I salute Maruti and Hyundai for their services.

          I request you to look into the matter and reply as soon as possible.

          I will never suggest any of my friends/relatives to purchase Nissan Vehicles.

            Sir/Madam,

            I have been coming to Shiv Nissan Service Center in Pune for the last three weeks. But every time I have to suffer at the hands of service center.

            1) first time I came on 25th June'2017. I came after calling at their reception as to whether should I come that day. The guy at the reception desk said that yes I can come. So I went there only to hear that I hadn't taken appointment before coming, hence my car couldn't be serviced. I talked to the senior person but he said he couldn't do anything about it. I took it in my stride and came back home.

            2) Next week again I went there after taking appointment and got my car serviced. When I went for a trial, I sensed the problem with alignment and accordingly sensitized them about it. So they repaired this problem and when I asked my advisor (Shri Mishra) for a trial run again, he said no need for it. Hence I came back satisfied. But when I came back, I saw that alignment problem was not yet looked into, headlights were not working, radio of the car was not working. So I again informed about this at the reception and again fixed an appointment.

            3) I went there again, only to find that no advisor was free. After an hour I got to meet my advisor. And when I asked about how much time is needed, he said it will tske evening.

            Mind you, The service centre is 20 km from my residence and it takes atleast an hour to reach there. I have been suffering all this bothering for no fault of mine for past three weeks.

              Dear Sir

              I am using micra active xv since April 2014 vehicle number is KL 11 AU 4734 I
              am very happy with the vehicle. But very sorry to say that the painting service is very pathetic. Many times I have painted from evm calicut but I am very disappointed with their service. Colour is not matching many more pinholes or bubbles very poor finishing etc. Overall very bad service from evm nissan.
              Nissan brand is a best brand and the vehicle also. Unfortunately the vehicle is not suitable for calicut customers only because of the service.

              This is the first time I've raised a complaint against the service. May be the company is not looking the after sale services otherwise the company is not giving the proper training to the technical staffs of dealer service points.

              Please go through my service records you can find that how many times I
              have painted my vehicle. Every time the service advisor gives a commitment at the time of delivery WE WILL PAINT THE DOOR AGAIN PLEASE GIVE US THE VEHICLE WHEN YOU ARE FREE.

              I am expecting a solution from Nissan's customer care

                My Nissan Sunny keys have broken for two times. Both the keys were broken in a span of 15 days time. There is problem with the design and manufacturing of these keys. Nissan replaces the key at cost. why should the customer pay for a defective design and manufacturing process? I have sent several reminders to customer care and no reply from them.

                  My vehicle no kl 7br 1800 hasbeen taken on a complaint of missing while running. The evm mechanic pointed that the calty converter has to replace and then only the problem has to assess. After the long 14 days over the part had re placed and the mechanic said the problem still alive and asked me to replace go plugs and sensor. Now the total cost accumulated rs 60000/. My micra was registered in 2012 april and i wonder the life of these parts fitted by the company. Is only four 5 years as said by your mechanic.
                  If you are not negotiating the above amount i will put flex placards on either side of my car and run in cochon. Iam an advertising company owner and have valid licenses from rto and cochin corporation and have flex printing unit, icold easily convert the vehicle with a negative caption of micra and nissan vehicles.                     We owned a Nissan Nissan terrano of Register No TN 72 BE 1406, On the name of Thangadurai, we book ed the car from Jeevan Nissan Tirunelveli which is located very far away from our place, but still as we brought the car for the name of Nissan, We totally purchased 4 nissan terrano from our place Sankarnagar, My family friend refer it but now we are highly dissapointed with the service by the person on the showroom, after the purchase they haven't called and inquired anything about car even if call for service they wont respond properly, right now we given our car for First service they said it will be delivered on the same date but still now there is no proper response from the show room, also while speaking to me the quoted a different amount for service and when my father ask the full details they could not explain the charged and then saying lower amount which is half of the amount said to me, Is that what you deal with customer who doesn't have any knowledge about car, I trusted your brand hence I go with the car, but the service and responses from Jeevan Nissan Tirunelveli make me worst feeling about buying this car, I asked them to order a center mirror replacement which they are saying will not claim on warranty and they keep delay on ordering new one, I asked to order it for before 8 months still they dont reply me properly, I write this email to you believing that you will take necessary steps for it, If You dont really care for Customer like me I will make sure I will post on this in all Social media Group related to Car and motor with proper hastag I can use the record voice and other details of the service person also, Since we are very much frustrated with your dealer i am saying this, Hope you will take need full action towards it

                      This is to bring to your notice that the two representatives Mr. George Hiwale & Mr. Pandurang appointed at the Thane waghle estate branch of yours is terrible to deal with. Their arrogance & rude nature is what a customer would never want.

                      My Datsun Vehicle that is just 3months old now was sent for servicing to the above service centre with a problem of leakage of rain water from all windows of the vehicle. At the first instance Mr. Pandurang mentioned that the water seepage is happening because of the carrier that has been installed & the same has to be removed. Then when I spoke to Mr. George Hiwale (GM) from the same service centre he said that due to the carrier the doors have bent slightly due to which this seepage is happening.

                      I then asked a solution for this & Mr. Pandurang clearly said that I do not have any solution to this issue.. 'Now this is pathetic!!!' How can a General Manager at that post simply say that he does not have a solution to the issue with the car. He said that I only am aware of my part of job & this is not his part of job. I then got furious & asked him that even if we remove this carrier will the seepage continue? Then he said no, it will stop then.

                      That was the exact solution that I needed.

                      I have an Ertiga & Celerio vehicle from Maruti & both of these have carriers installed on it. Prior to this also we had different vehicles, carriers were never a problem.
                      How can only Datsun vehicle have a problem with a carrier ???? Just because this was not a company fitted carrier??

                      Request revert on priority.

                        On 14.06.17 I was booked Datsun go anniversary edition at Rajeswari Nissan - erode, tamilnadu.on same day I was booked test drive in online.test drive came from Salem marvel Nissan.as they told Rajeswari Nissan licence was cancelled.so, over phone I cancel my booking on 15.06.17 and I booked same car at marvel Nissan.i gave written document to Rajeswari Nissan for refund of my booking amount rupees 5000 on 17.06.17.but still is not receive any positive feedback from Rajeswari Nissan.kindly look at this issue to resolve it as soon as possible.

                          I had purchased by nissan micra in 2011, which had a problem of humming noise in left side rear wheel. The reason was that the ball-bearing was not working properly and because of that the noise was coming. Initially when the problem came into notice concerned showroom/service centre at rajkot, gujarat was contacted and they replaced the ball bearing 2-3 times as the car was in warranty. It would work properly for 4-5 months and then again the same problem arises.

                          This time i gave my car servicing because of the humming sound, they serviced everything and then they are saying we cannot see your history as gst is being implemented so you'll have to pay for the ball-bearing. And now they are saying they will deliver my car on monday, but i had clarified in the morning itself that i need the car today itself and they committed for the same.

                          How come i have to pay for the issue that is continuing since i purchased the car. And everytime they change the bearing and say now the problem will be permanently solved. But everytime after 6-8 months this problem comes up. As according to mr. Yashpal at rajkot service centre of nissan, the system is currently unavailable for billing and viewing history due to gst so the same complaint will not be proccessed. But system is not available is not my problem.

                          Please do the needful.

                            My driver observed that my car 'NISSAN MICRA', registration number; OR 02 BW 5300, purchased in the year 2011, was emitting white smoke, while driving. He stopped the car & Immediately informed service center (SC) 'ANANTA NISSAN' Bhubaneswar about the same. The car was toed to the SC for servicing to rectify the problem of white smoke emission.

                            He was asked to pay Rs. 10, 000/- in advance and it was paid. The SC without informing me or my driver, changed the TURBO and told that it would address to the problem of white smoke emission. On inspection of the car by my driver in presence of the SC personnel, he found that despite changing TURBO ( as claimed by the SC) the car continued to emit white smoke!

                            Thus the problem remained unresolved and yet the SC demands Rs. 45, 000/- and insist that it be paid. Car is still in the station.

                            Now I am told that I must pay the amount of Rs. 45, 000/- as the cost of TURBO; give them permission in writing to open the Engine & be ready to pay minimum amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000/-. It is very strange that I am being asked to give in writing that they service my car!!

                            Please look in to the problem & ensure that I am not charged Rs. 45, 000/- for TURBO because it has not resolved the problem and that your SC staff takes the responsibility for fixing the fault and not seek my consent for the same.

                              The show room, s sales person sold me go plus car saying that this is new model go plus xv premium and took more money about 30 thousands rs. When i complaint for this show rooms send me extra accessories bills and told me extra rs is taken for accessories.
                              I pay 517434 rs. As ex show room price of t model
                              After i concerned on your site or customer care the t model ex show room price is about 489000 rs.
                              He said earlier that all the accessories which is used at quarries time with the model and told me that this is new model launched which is superior then go plus t model named go plus xv premium

                                I had purchased a redi go car in the month of december, 2016, which was delivered to me at datsun chandrani 's bt rd showroom. At the time of purchase, i had pointed out the inadequate service centres when i was told by purchase consultant mr. Saikat pal and manager of b. T. Rd showroom that customer would get promot service as well for any urgent repair at their door step. Company, without setting up different service centres at various places, a well equipped movable service van has been st up which is economical for the company and at the same time beneficial for the customer because customer would be service promptly at their door steps. I raised a doubt whether company is given assurance to convince the customer and the promise might not be kept by the company. I was told by mr. Saikat pal and manager that nissan, being a international renowned company could not deviate from what they promised.in case customer lodge a complaint, company administration will take serious steps against the staff at fault.
                                In practice, when "horn" of my car was out of order i was asked by mr. Indrajit ghosh to take my car with that defective horn to the b. T. Road showroom on any friday though the said showroom is far away from my residence.
                                Now 1st servicing is due and i gave to take my car to your tara tola workshop which is about one and half hour to two hours journey from my residence.
                                The smart card for my car has reportedly has arrived which i have been asked to collect from bt rd showroom which is far away from my residence.
                                Back seat is not being locked. Perhaps it can only be repaired at your work shop.
                                What was told at the time of sell the car all were false promise and now breach of a gentleman agreement caused harassment to a sr. Citizen like me. It is a mere cheating.
                                In view of above, please take appropriate action to avoid any harassment in future.

                                  I given my car(KA01AF8301) for service 2 months back(24/04/2017) I spoke several time with service advisor regarding service delay. Today I went to workshop(23/06/2017). Service people not taken my car to service and i went to manager cabin for discuss about service delay, SUDHARSHAN(manager) he treating badly and telling I am not promise a delivery date, and I requested him to take my car to service start work today and he's reacted rudely i know how to take, it will take time more 2 months or 5 months, I think he's not fit to Manager post who's treat customer like this, So I decided to rise Consumer Complaint against NISSAN Motors for my car finance compensate and apology from the Manager.

                                  IF I AM NOT GET PROPER REPLY FROM THIS WORST WORKSHOP. I LEGALY FILE CASE AGAINST NISSAN MOTORS AND WORKSHOP BECAUSE WHILE RISING REPAIR ORDER THEY NOT INFORMED ABOUT THEY DON'T HAVE FACILITY TO REPAIR MY CAR AND IT'S TOOK 5 MONTHS TO REPAIR.

                                    I would like to bring into your notice that there's a miss selling happen with me at vip road showroom by mr. Arpit srivastava and other staff members are trying to defend him.

                                    I bought a go + car on 22nd january 2017 from vip road showroom and at that time i also faced some problems from showroom employees now again i found that nissan's employee did mis-selling and unethical practices to sell the commodity to customer.

                                    When i talked about regarding this falls selling and ms shivangi (Crm executive) didn't ready to provide service (Anti rust coating) at patna location. According to her when i will visited lucknow she will provide me the service.

                                    If i will not come lucknow in next 3-4 months than what?? You will not provide me the service???
                                    Rain season also to be start and "anti rust" will prevent car from rusting, which was not provided from you.

                                    I need a solution in patna itself and i had already shared the patna nissan service center's contact no and some employee's too.

                                      Please i bought almera tino 2005 make.
                                      The atf is due for refill but i have no idea of the ideal type for the vehicle.

                                      Again i do here a cracking sound from the engine especially when revving ascending a hill. The fact is that non of my local garages have been able to identify the problem. Someone told me is the exhaust pipe connected to the engine while another said its the manifold issue. Just getting confused by the day.
                                      The fact that the car came without the owner manual it an additional problem.
                                      Please if you could upload the owners manual over my email will assist me alot.
                                      I love the car and would love to give it proper maintenance.
