This is with respect to complaint to be logged against Nissan.

Details as below:

I had booked Nissan Terrano top model on 12th Feb 2017 and we were committed by dealer delivery date of 19th Feb 2017. We needed this delivery on this date since 20th Feb 2017 was my birthday. Unfortunately we did not got delivery then we requested them to deliver on 24th Feb 2017 I.e., for mahashivrartri but unfortunately it was again not delivered on both the committed dates and in good day.

After that it was delivered on 03rd march 2017 in the night, during the period also there was no proper details given to us as well. Unfortunately 03rd March 2017 was not a good day for us since my lent(fasting for good Friday) started which gave me a mental setback. Also the committed average was 20 but average that we are getting is 13.

Apart from this major blunder is that the finishing of car is not proper and colour is getting faded which is not at all expected when you buy a car of such a big amount I.e., 17Lakh. Also there is no proper response from this dealer or cooperation.

This has also led impacting my corporate work badly involving time and money just because of this dealer and pathetic service of Nissan.

Hence I would like to file a case against Nissan for new car and compensation for all this blunder.

    To whomsoever concerned,

    I booked a Nissan Terrano with Etco Nissan on Feb 11, 2017 after doing my due diligence on the vehicle and getting a confirmation from the dealer that the car would be delivered within 7 working days from the date of loan disbursement. My loan was disbursed on 27th Feb and On the 2nd of March when I followed up, I was told by the dealer that Nissan bills cars only on the 8th of every month and I will have to wait. They did nothing to speed up or escalate the problem.
    This dealer also has listed prices that are a minimum of 40, 000 higher than any other dealer in the city of Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. When I highlighted this issue, I was asked to come and meet their GM/VP at their showroom in Navi Mumbai. After I reached there i was made to sit for an hour only to be told that the GM is very busy.

    Since I booked the car as an exchange, they took my old car on Feb 15. However Im stuck with neither the old car nor the new car spending almost 600 a day in taxi charges since Feb 14. My queries to the company goes unanswered. My loan repayment starts in 2 days and I have no car after being very categorically told there is no waiting period.

    Since i have bought the car which is about 3 years, the service centre of etco nissan has kept servicing my car with in peculiar fashion.whenever i send the car for service for a particular issue they send the car back with a new issue, i have to then send the carb back, this goes on for about 1_2 months.
    This time too this is ongoing, everytime the car is sent back newer and newer issues keep cropping up, the issues are so obvious that i am able to spot them within a minute and then i send the car back immediately.
    Nissan complaint centre has been useless in helping.
    I hope nissan india looks into this.

      I am Ehab Magdy and I bought a new n16 Nissan car in May 2014. The car still under warranty.

      I am facing a paint problem in my car The Paint is coming off and fading on the roof & the doors and during the 50000 km maintenance at Elsaba auto service center I complained from paint problem, they inform me its manufacturing defect related to paint as a result they toke photo the roof / doors and sent it to Nissan company . Nissan company replayed that they will repaint the roof and doors only !!! it will takes two weeks .
      I like my car & I trust in Nissan company but it’s not my main problem but actually it’s a manufacturing defect related to paint.
      The bad pant has been all over the car not only on the roof and doors so the car must get a full body paint because it’s manufacturing defect related to paint quality .
      As I think Nissan is a big brand name all over the world

          My sunny car was sent for repair to zedex nissan sahibabad on 23.02.2017 and I was to receive it back after repair on 27.02.2017. But till today 05.03.2017 at 12.25pm I am still being befooled and have not recd my vehicle. Sh. Anil Sharma GM was also conveyed the greivance today personally. It is very depressing that the service centre is making this inordinate delay and on every call they are taking excuse for five mins since morning. Please take care. Regards Kamal

              Very good Afternoon, Hope you are doing well. Forced to write the mail as the service at the Nissan centre was just a money making business ………service provided at SHIRIN Nissan service centre at Aurangabad.

              We have used the service centre few days back .Exacted dates are 7th Feb 2016 and the vehicle work got completed on 13th Feb 2016. For our vehicle Nissan Evalia, work was of gear box and suspension and the amount billed was of INR 44767/- and the same was paid without a delay once the work was done …As a normal procedure.
              Yesterday we are on date 18th Feb 2017. i.e 5 days passed (correct me if I am wrong in my calculations???) .

              Yesterday we have faced a gear breakdown for which we have paid 44767/-.When we called up Mr. Sandeep Matere the service advisor at SHIRIN NISSAN for the concern for the above subject he says that bring the car to Aurangabad. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE its not even in the condition to drive and the executive says to drive down 100kms from Shirdi to Aurangabad. how it is possible when the gear box had come out ..THINK THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED WELL. he was supposed give us the call back with the solutions but he never did and after repeated calling that guy did not bothered to answer a calls even once and he did not have a courtesy to answer the SMS. We don’t accept this kind of service from a BRAND CALL NISSAN. Today we called Mr. Sandeep that time he given me the answer he left a job you take Service manager number but the service Manager Mr. Shoeb also not pick up the phone. After the entire scenario when we consulted the Local mechanic in Shirdi (As your people were not responding) they have informed us the incident happens just because of the careless of your mechanic. Nut bolt which was supposed to be fitted and tighten they never bothered to check the work .. And due to which we have faced a problem…. Then for what you have charged us INR 44767/- just to bring our life in danger, will your service centre would have taken care if it was a life threatening situation…..I AM SURE U PEOPLE ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT YOUR SERVCIES AND CUSTOMER CARE.
              At least perform the work to perfection when it deals with someone life journeys……

              I have a business of travel & tours and being customer service industry I understand there areas where people make mistakes but what happened with us was sheer blunder…..

              We already send already send the complaint in our local base but no one is replayed me positively find below mail ID.

                This is to bring into your notice and support for the car booking for no :D-013492 DATSUN GO which was done in Sept 2016. And we deposited INR 5000 as booking amount with the dealer. We were told that the CNG registration are closed in DELHI and would get started from the next week onwards. We followed up and constantly tried to get a status but nothing happened and one fine day after 2 months they called me to confirm that the CNG registrations are now open and you can take your car now. I told them to cancel my booking under the booking file number D-013492 .
                I kept on contacting them they did not responded and then I started sending Emails they did not replied anyone of them. However, after suffering for 2 month more I finally manage to get an OK from them that our cheque is ready and we can collect it anytime.
                On 24th Feb 2017 Friday I along with my wife went to the dealer showroom where I got a cheque for INR 4000 instead of INR 5000. When I enquired they told me that as per the company policy we have deducted INR 1000 as a cancellation charge. However, the customer booking form which I received from them in Sept does not state any cancellation charges.
                I counter questioned them then they said we did a favour to you by not deducting INR 3000 since the dealer price list reflects a cancellation charge of INR 3000.
                As per my understanding, the only counter signed document by me as a customer and by the dealer is booking form which does not have a cancellation charge mentioned in it. Its only the new form launched in January 2017 states a cancellation charge of INR 1000.

                Moreover, when I asked for the escalation matrix the manager said I am the head and you can do whatever you want to, other colleague said the charges have been deducted and your money is gone.

                Their did not behaved in a proper way, I have video of how they spoke to us but not putting it online since I don't want anyone to loose their job.

                Their price list and the booking form shared with us in SEPT 2016 have 2 different stories to which they are not agreeing.

                If my booking form anywhere suggests that the cancellation charges are INR 1000 or even INR 5000, I would have not uttered a word.

                But now I request you to provide me INR 1000 to complete the refund amount or pass on the escalation matrix to raise this issue further.

                  My datsun go+ registered no: GJ 22 H 339 was met with accident, purchased 8 months ago at price of 520000 around. It has insurance cover of 455000(IDV). ICICI LOMBARD INSURANCE Claim number: MOTO6285778. Datsun team says that repairing estimation cost will be approx 850000 (8 lac 50 thousand) . So, insurance team has declined and declared that car will be under total loss and letter of total loss was sent on 23rd February 2017 against car was submitted in showroom on 23rd January 2017. Obviously insurance team will decline that because repair estimate cost is even more than new car purchase value. After that datsun team told to take out the damage car from their showroom that too by paying 12000 rs as a cost for preparing estimation cost quotation for insurance company.

                  Our complain is that how can repair cost will be more than the price of car? And also in any condition, why should we have to pay for the cost of estimate quotation preparation.

                  In any case if they refused to repair car, our loss will be more than 80000 rs. These loss even after we purchased nil depth car policy from ICICI (full insurance).

                  We want justice from car manufacturers who simply decline to repair or by giving repair cost estimate which is unrealistic.

                    Dear sir I have nissan sunny xv 2012 . From last six month the problem of ABS is coming out. When we start to riding the car . break does not work properly .but after the three or four km driving the ABS symbol in meter light is blown & breaking start the working on drum break but not work ABS breaking system . I am going to ambala showroom for repairing the the this problem . But they can not find the problem & say that the we need to change the whole system of ABS . & I am very disappointed bcs they say that the costing of its 80000₹ . When I am trying to taken the outer views about the ABS . So many mechanic say that ABS never stop working actually there just a sensor problem
                    So pls help me

                        We are having extended warranty total 3 years or 80, 000 KMS for our Terrano . We observed there is vibration problem and approached Lakshmi Nissan, Kukatpally.

                        But surprisingly, Lakshmi Nissan, Kukatpally people not at all responding to rectify the vibration problem.

                        Can we expect the corrective action even now ?

                        Or compelled to lodge a complaint to consumer forum aswell as arranging a press meet in this regard.

                          I Nirankul Jain from kanpur brought commercial Datsun Go 'T' car. i
                          paid full amount on[protected]. i have not received the permanet RC of the vehicle, RC is not been updated
                          with CNG kit, no bill of the ESS kit.
                          On excuse that there employee honey gulati left the job i was said the delivery date of car would be[protected] but the dealer delivered the car to me on
                          [protected] . so company made delay of 3 weeks for car delivery.
                          On next excuse because their Rto employee was ill for 5 days but magically he was ok the next day
                          so 8 days delay was made for intimation of insurance policy .
                          On excuse that their RTo employee has examsmini RC was getting expired on[protected] i said it to dealer on[protected]
                          but dealer is saying they will give RC to me on[protected] .
                          Only god knows their next excuse because the dealer is saying they will give me RC with Cng Kit on[protected].

                          i want to register my complaint against Nissan company for wasting 2 months and i cannot run the commercial car so i cannot make earning
                          as i have not received RC, RC with CNG kit as of today after almost 2 months of full payment. i have complaint 6 times at
                          company call center but there is no response from company or the local
                          dealer their Customer Manager Aman says its my fault that i bought the Datsun Car so now i can not complain about sales to them.

                            I have booked datsun go through ritu nissan which was situated in bhandup now I want to cancel the booking I have paid 11000 as booking amount they had told me that they will refund me remaining amount after deducting 1% I emailed them and constantly calling their person whose name is nikhil he is damn fraud and acts smart he is the person who had done my booking his number is [protected] while we called for test drive he came on the same day but for refund he is not ready to received the call since 10days I am calling his team leader he is giving another number and then manager is always busy in meeting please have control on your team ritu nissan my number is [protected] I want my refund

                              The Dealer GS Cars Services Pvt Ltd in Meerut Uttarpradesh is providing very unsatisfactory customer service support.
                              I handed over my car Nissan Terrano Reg No. UP15BP 8044 on 18th January morning & was promised to get it back on 22nd january.
                              But didnt get back on 22nd & was told to get the work finished on 23rd & will then deliver..
                              On 23rd, I talked to Mr. Rajeev in the company & was told that by evening my car will be sure ready..But I was shocked when Mr. Rajeev didnt even picked my phone in the evening & the car was so urgent for me, & I had already told this to him in the afternoon.
                              On 24th morning, I personally visited the service centre of GS Nissan & was shocked to see that the car was not even ready & a lot of work was pending...
                              When i talked to Mr. Rajeev regarding this, he gave me a ridiculous plea that the compressor was working & so he couldnt deliver the car..& also he talked in a very unprofessional & rough manner...
                              I really felt very bad & realised that its a very wrong decision to buy a Nissan car from Meerut...

                                On 9th august i took my car from the showroom it broke down on 11august i took the car to the showroom and the concern person was karan he repair the car and gave me again i am getting. The same problem with the vehicle is have given it the showroom now they r blaming on me that bcoz of me starter isn't working they want replace and they r asking for money though my car is in warranty so what should i do hope u spk to the senior people and let me no as soon as possible with has to be done next

                                  On 18th jan 2017 i visited Nissan showroom in Vijayawada for car Servicing; After all when it is done at the time of payment the staff told that there are extra charges(1 to 1.5%) on Debit card payment. Then i questioned that no other Automobile companies are charging like this then the staff replied "its an order from higher Authority we are not a part of this.If you have any queries you can raise a complaint"
                                  We are ready to pay the services that the company is providing.As government is encouraging cashless transactions whats the point in demanding extra charges on those.

                                  After that i enquired about the spare parts(Diesel Filter) they told the cost is around INR1800 which is double the price(only from 2014) before 2014 the cost is around INR700. As other brands are not charging this much.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      This is Mohan Kumar, I purchased evalia last 10 months back, we are facing so many problems, with out reaching the 24month or 50k km warranty period,
                                      I'm facing clutch problem, If we go to service center, they are asking 30k rupees for servicing, if we have warrant period why should we pay 30krs. We bought this vehicle in loan, I ride 34000km.
                                      We went and ask the manager in showroom nissan, marathahalli branch Bangalore.
                                      We are not get proper feedback from manger or even team.
                                      Please we trusted your company, but now I felt it's my foolishness. I requested to you please help me.

                                        Hi,
                                        My name is Amit Sharma and i bought Nissan Micra petrol in May'13; i have following complaints about After Sale Services of Nissan here in Jammu:
                                        1. Adequate Spares not available in Service center, twice i have suffered this from Nissan, from 2 months they aren't able to replace rear wheel bearing of my car.
                                        2. Car servicing is often done by under qualified technicians, sometimes even car washer do the servicing by merely oil & filter changing.I ddn't see their Wheel alignment & balancing equipment working once in my 3.5 years with Nissan. In my last service they fill Nissan engine oil(for diesel) in my petrol car on arguing the manager incharge in showing me the grade of both the oils(petrol & diesel) are same is said as justification.Even i was not given bill for servicing & oil.
