With great regret I have to inform you that recently I sent my Nissan Terrano for service and am not happy with it. I faced many problems while getting my car serviced. The people responsible for the service were not polite. They did not took care of the car, they cut the wiring of the car so as to show that I have hindered with the car and were about to finish its warranty. They also humiliated my driver, kept him waiting for hours. They were not efficient with their work and did not assemble the parts of the car as before. This has caused trust issues between you and me and I don't think that I will again deal with you for any car. I am sorry to say but your company did not stand to the mark.

    On 8th November delivered Nissan sunny vehicle KA-51MF 2832 for service at Surya Nissan hosur road .10th I made payment
    1.they change the battarry and they put old battarry which is not belong to me
    2.they change Stepney and put duplicate one
    3.they are not done proper wash also
    4.worst in customer service

      I have purchase a car nissan active xv safety from royece auto hub pvt. ltd. show room in borivali (west) mumbai. with cng fitted from show room and i have paid rs. 60000.00 for the cng kid
      Now the problem is that every know then my car stop suddenly and again and again i have to start and also i can’t run my car beyond 80 kilometer /hrs speed. show room people tell me to go cng work shop and cng work shop people tell you have to complain to show room. i do not know what to do please see this problem is solve as soon as possible as i am losing my business.

        Respected Sir,
        It is submitted that I am Krishan Singh, costumer of your prestige NISSAN car making Company. I had purchased Nissan Micra XV Safety Car bearing No.GJ01 RE on 06.03.2014. I have never used spare wheel which was provided by the Company with the Car. Just before 2 months, my car got punctured first time after purchase and I was shocked to see that spare wheel has manufacturing defect. Then I contacted your authorised service centre i.e., Central Nissan, Ahmedabad and they have accepted that it is manufacturing defect but they are unable to replace the said wheel as the Car is more than 2 years old and it is not under warranty. As per my view, when a Company provides manufacturing defected piece, it is Company’s duty to replace such part. It is shameless that Company has refused my claim. Kindly provide your reply to proceed further. Nissan which is reputed brand is providing such bad service or we may call it as a fraud by the Company.

        Sir, Please refer to trail mail. I had handed-over that defective wheel with rim to your authorised service centre i.e., Central Nissan, Ahmedabad on 20.05.216 to Mr. Jignesh (Mobile No.9099905744) for solving problem of defective tier but you could not change my tier .In return your executive committed that they will provide discount in other works in my car next time of an amount of Rs.3000/-against defect. On 06.05.2017, I went to the said service station to enquire about the status of defective wheel and for bringing my Stepney and I came to know that they have lost it. For the same, they have given an excuse that previous manager(Mr.Jignesh) has left the job and he is the only person who is aware of the whereabouts of the wheel. Later on they showed me an old wheel which was lying in the service centre and asked me to accept this. I have never seen such a great service. Now I can understand that why Nissan is not successful in India. It seems that your service centres are like joker in a circus of Nissan. I salute Maruti and Hyundai for their services. I request you to look into the matter and reply as soon as possible. I will never suggest any of my friends/relatives to purchase Nissan Vehicles.

          This is to bring to your notice about the very bad dealer service to existing Nissan customers by Shirin Nissan, Aurangabad (Maharashtra) on Tuesday 25th Oct 2016.

          I am an existing customer to Nissan. Have bought Nissan Micra (manual) 4 years back through Shirin Nissan. I very much believe in your brand and loved the car so much, that I had decided to get my fourth car as Micra Nissan top end as well. I had approached Shirin Nissan dealer for sevicing and requested service Nissan car .

          Now this is where the actual issue happened. I was told to Mr. Sandip Mehtre, Sattar, gawai and pasha on their mobile as well as landline
          MY VEHICLE NO. MH 26 AF 2817
          1) Since the vehicle was in custody of dealer since last 15 days

          2) The car estimate given at the time of opening job card was rs. 5000 and
          then he told rs. 1, 00, 000 ( one lakh ) i asked for which part he charged so much amount he replied the circut was damaged. he will take 5 days then after 5 days my driver approached, then he say the circut was ok, the crane shaft was damaged, i request to change cranne shaft he said the value of crane shaft is rs. 950/-
          3) After changed the crane shaft again my driver gone there the distance between nanded to aurangabad is aroung 600 km updown.
          On friday 21st oct my brother visited nissan shirin the concern person said everything is O K . only water servicing is pending, and will be done on monday, my brother asked only water servicing will happens on next day also i.e. on saturday. He said NO NO NO this is Diwali Season they had no time for water servicing also .
          4) After this I send driver again Monday 24th Oct 2016 he said the battery is weak then the starter kit was damaged. the exclator kit also damaged the expenses was rs.35, 000/- and rs.10000/- respectively the distance between nanded to aurangabad is aroung 600 km updown.

          In short, the dealer is cheating and given false statments and orally quotations, and demanding time to spare parts which is not with him gaurantee any fixed amount was not seen in their workshop

          I would like to put this question to Nissan Company, what is then the meaning job card but will be given the rates at time o to time ?

          Why was this not conveyed to customer at time of Car servicing by dealer?

          There was no courtesy shown towards existing customers. They were not even bothered they were going to loose and existing customer.

          So inshort Nissan representative Dealers Shiirin Nissan) were not bothered that a customer who already has a Nissan .They did accept their mistake of not communicating properly.But I have refused to accept their apology. This is not the way to treat customers.

          I was so much believer of Nissan brand before this bitter experience, but I guess seeing this pre sales behaviour of Shrin Nissan, I am afraid to even think what can be the post sales issues. If Nissan brand really respects and is concerned about their existing customers who are more than willing to invest more in their company than going to other brands, hopefully they will surely give a look over to the issue happened above and give me a clarification why was I bothered by the salesperson to urgently book, and then being cheated with statements saying we cannot fix the rate for you, you have to pay whatever price at time of delivery. Why give fake deals
          and then go back on the deals?

          I sincerely regret giving up on other same segment competitor brand offers, and choosing Nissan once again due to a good experience 4 years back.Today I have left Shirin Nissan showroom with a bitter taste in my mouth, and unfortunately have to spread the word around about thinking twice before taking any deals or booking cars with Nissan company inShirin Nissan Aurangabad, though the issue lies with dealer and not the company.

          but hope Nissan does value its existing customers and not overlook existing customer bad experiences with dealers.Customers also do have sentimental reasons when buying a car and not only investment purposes. If company and dealers do not respect this fact, they should not claim on good customer service then.

          I have lost a wonderful car gift planned for myself for my birthday due to bad dealer services.Awaiting a positive feedback from Nissan.

            Sir.

            I own nissan micra (Dci) which has done about 96000 km.

            During last service at chandrani nissan work shop in first week of october 2016, we were advise to change time belt kit completely, or else chance of engine seizure are very high, for which agreed but later during the day we were informed that kit is not available in stock and would take 7-10 days to come.
            After my repeated approach kit is still not available and same thing we are hearing almost every day, it would take another 3-4 days.

            Please advise who be responsible if my car’s engine is seized.

            We expect much better service than this.

            I purchased terrano 2years ago. Drived only 35000kms . . Power steering not working & have to replace it. Issue was informed to showroom 2 weeks ago & till now they have not responded!!

              I bought a Datsun GO T car from NISSAN showroom in Sector-3 Noida.
              At the time of booking they provided a breakup of total amount in the booking form. So I paid what they asked.
              But When I received all the documents and bills, I found a huge difference in total amount.
              It was a Rs. 26000 difference in ex-showroom price, Rs. 1299 in RTO/Registration charges, Rs. 7550 in insurance, which sums up to Rs. 34849.
              When I asked to refund the extra amount paid, they simply refused. They told me that they charged what they told me earlier. When I asked to provide the bills, they failed to provide the same.
              It is clearly a fraud, I am not asking for a discount but asking for bills for whatever I paid. So, It is clearly a cheating.
              Another thing is delay in RC,
              I booked the car on 22 Aug 2016 and after loan approval and other formalities I finally got the car delivery on 27 Aug 2016 and paid the remaining amount on the same day. I have receipts of whatever I paid.
              They provided the RC on 19 Oct 2016, in almost 2 months, I was promised and assured that the Registration Certificate(RC) of the car would be provided to me within 15 days.

                Respected sir,

                Our car nissan terrano which we bought on 5 january 2015. Sir the ac in our car was not working properly. So we took the car to the showroom of nissan at aurangabad. On 4 october 2016 till today means on 22 october the showroom is not giving the car. When asked so they are saying we are not getting the main problem. And talking rudely. The warrenty is not still over still they are asking for the money. Sir please look in our matter as fast as you can. Please sir.

                  This is to inform you that i have purchased DATSUN GO+ From your Dealer JAIMALHAR NISSAN, Ahmedangar on 10.09.2016. As per their Quotation
                  Full payment was made on the time of purchase by RTGS But as per terms & Condition they have not still provided Accessories & also not providing me relevant RTO Papers. When i requested for the papers & Accessories they do not give any proper response to me. The concern person gave me a phone no to contact them but they are not receiving my calls & now seems they have diverted my call as when i call it say call is diverted. similarly their land line no. is also out of order. it is not possible for me to go to the dealer as i live 125 KM away from the Ahmednagar.

                  Due to this i am facing lot of problem with RTO checking on the way.
                  The concern dealer persons not give proper answer & doing chit chating.
                  I am under mental harassment condition due to this now it seems that i have taken a wrong decision to buy your car. This kind of response from your dealer may affect your future business.

                  Please look into the matter on priority basis.
                  Seeking for immediate response. Other wise i have to look for other option to solve my problem.

                    On 11 June 2014… i purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (keizen Nissan, Nissan Terrano, 2014 model, reg. Dl1cs127.). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because noise from engine early morning start, poor service, and main thing is that one and half year old car all gates got junked from lock side. I already mentioned the photos…
                    Last week i, e. 10/10/2016 Monday my car got serviced cost around ₹10000. They charged labour 6500 and parts 2500…. They had done normal service…

                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by end of this month, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                      To Whosoever Concerned,

                      This is to bring to your notice about the very bad dealer service to existing Nissan customers by Shiv Nissan Dealers (Pune) on Sunday 9th Oct 2016.

                      I am an existing customer to Nissan. Have bought Nissan Sunny(manual) 4 years back through Oxford Nissan. I very much believe in your brand and loved the car so much, that I had decided to get my second car as Sunny Nissan CVT top end as well. I had approached Shiv Nissan dealer for the same and requested a Test Drive.I was also very much impressed with Nissan Terrano, but since it did not have automatic version, so i opted for waiting for automatic version to launch, meanwhile I will be buying Nissan Sunny CVT (please note an existing customer was interested in buying 2 more Nissan cars).The test drive was satisfactory and the salesperson gave good information about both the cars.

                      Now I already had a Maruti Swift vehicle which I wanted to exchange. Also I had very clearly mentioned to the salesperson that I want the car delivery on 15th Dec

                      2016, which happens to be my birthday, so Nissan Sunny CVT was going to be a sentimental gift to myself on that day. They had no issues on the delivery date. The sales person mentioned that on 4th Oct new offers will be launched by Nissan and he will get back to me about the best offer possible. He informed me about the offer soon which was 45000Rs exchange bonus + 25000Rs insurance cover + corporate discount. Then he himself suggested that he will come home to do the valuation of my Maruti Swift car. He did come promptly as said and gave me a valuation of 1.4L Rs for the car and asked us to book as soon as possible before the company offer expires. I was also checking on same segment cars from other competitor companies too. But the sales person was persistantly contacting me to book the car in 2-3 days, else offer will expire. Being a believer in Nissan brand as was an existing customer, I decided to go ahead and book Nissan Sunny CVT and take the offer over the other brands.I was given the estimate of 12.77L for the car.

                      Now this is where the actual issue happened. I was told to come on priority and do advance booking to save the offer. They very well knew the delivery date was on 15th Dec and not before that. They had themselves initiated car valuation and given a quote of 1.4L. I went to showroom with my documents, filled in the form and gave details. Also signed an advance cheque.All formalities were done. After I signed the cheque, the salesperson suddenly started with disclaimers saying

                      1) Since the delivery of the car is on 15th Dec, so the offer exchange bonus will not be applicable at that time (i.e 45000 Rs). It will be taken whatever is given on

                      15th Dec.(what was the point of pre booking then? )
                      2) The car estimate given at the time of booking i.e 12.77L will not be gauranteed at time of delivery, whatever company rates come at 15th Dec, that rate will be

                      applied.(what was the point of pre booking then? )
                      3) The valuation given for Maruti Swift i.e 1.4L will not be gauranteed, whatever market rate will be given at time of 15th Dec, will be applicable.(what was the point of pre booking then? )

                      In short, the dealer just went back on all the offer deals given, and did not gaurantee any fixed amount I was shown which brought me to the showroom.

                      I would like to put this question to Nissan Company, what is then the meaning of booking a car with your company in advance if we are not going to get the rates at the time of booking, but will be given the rates at time of delivery? I did not agree with this and asked them why was I then pursued to book on priority just now in October, when they were not at all ready to guarantee and give me the rate at which i was booking my car. They actually argued with me saying either take the car delivery immediately (overlooking customer sentiments of having the car on birthday) or forget the deal as will depend on Nissan company deal at time of delivery and market rates.

                      Why was this not conveyed to customer at time of Car valuation / Test Drive by dealer? I would have then taken the other offers of competitor companies and not opted for Nissan offers in first place if this was the issue. It was told to me after signing the advance cheque amount in showroom.There was no courtesy shown towards existing customers. They were not even bothered they were going to loose and existing customer. I took back my cheque and cancelled the booking. I am now doubting to even wait for Nissan Terrano Automatic Launch, which I had planned to purchase once launched.

                      So inshort Nissan representative Dealers (Shiv Nissan) were not bothered that a customer who already has a Nissan Sunny, is going to buy another Nissan Sunny and later Nissan Terrano, but were very much interested in playing blame games between their colleagues saying due to them we were not given a clear idea that the rate will change on 15th Dec.They did accept their mistake of not communicating properly.But I have refused to accept their apology. This is not the way to treat customers.

                      There were 4 people involved, including managers, who came to me to say sorry for incorrect information, and showing me the door politely when I asked them what is the meaning of "Booking" a car means if you cannot guarantee me the price at the date I am booking on.There were no alternative offers given to me to retain customer.

                      I was so much believer of Nissan brand before this bitter experience, but I guess seeing this pre sales behaviour of Shiv Nissan, I am afraid to even think what can be the post sales issues. If Nissan brand really respects and is concerned about their existing customers who are more than willing to invest more in their company than going to other brands, hopefully they will surely give a look over to the issue happened above and give me a clarification why was I bothered by the salesperson to urgently book, and then being cheated with statements saying we cannot fix the rate for you, you have to pay whatever price at time of delivery.                         What kind service which u provide? I have given my car for service but last two month they have not delivery the car. I had spoken with mr. Rajeev he is gm of zeddex nissan he said to me he will deliver my car within day but still they have not deliver the car my car no. Is dl 1 ct 4274. All are fake i thought i had made big mistake to buy nissan product

                          I purchased a Nissan Micra in 2013 from EVM Motors, Kochi. The car was registered in the name of Ms. Sylvania Niyas, my relative, at Tripumithura with Reg N0. KL 39 F 2777. The vehicle was transferred to my name at Thrissur in 2015.
                          On completion of 25000 KM one tyre was giving constant trouble by way of puncture. So I decided to change it & use the spare tyre.
                          To my surprise I found that all the four tyres are of the size. 15 inches radius, but the spare tyre is only 14 inches.I contacted the dealer, M/S Pinnacle Nissan, Thrissur, who informed me that it is the standard practice of company, that the spare tyre is meant to take you up to the next service point only.
                          Few questions:
                          World over why most Car Manufacturers are giving the identical tyre as Spare.
                          If you don't have a service point nearby will you not be risking the security & damaging all the other tyres.Since you insist on uniformity in all tyres, alignment, balancing etc
                          Te spare tyre since not used remains idle, gets brittle & peels off in 4-5 years.
                          It is a National waste that the unused tyre with full thread is thrown into garbage after 5-7 years.
                          What prevents NIssan from giving a standard tyre as Spare.

                          Sir/madam, my nissan sunny car I brought from EVM NISSAN Calicut, after one month my vehicle Ac cooling very low, I told the complaint to nissan . He Check three time. But I did't get the good result

                            Hello,

                            I got my nissan micra serviced from neo nissan noida sector 63. Till now i have not received my bill for the service, i was told by mr. Rahul that there is a system problem will mail you the bill on 23rd september the day i have got the service done, today i have called him as a reminder but have not received my bill yet... Also i am not satisfied with the service as well there is no smoothness after the service in engine noise, i paid 5200 approx for some synthetic engine oil... May they have not changed the oil as per commitment. Kindly help me on the above mentioned issues...

                            Sorry will get my services done outside nissan official stores if such service issue occur at neo nissan sector 63 noida.

                            Thanks and hoping for solution to my problem... Please get my car again checked if the service is done properly or not...

                              This letter is regards with my car Nissan X-Trail and I am expecting positive response from your side, who believed in your brand so much wherein many of my close ones were referring me to go for a Toyota Fortuner or a Ford Endeavour under this segment but I chose a Nissan X-Trail overall of them, but after experiencing your service personally somewhere I regret my decision to choose a Nissan wherein im trying to take back my words REGRET by looking towards a positive and helpful feedback from your end .

                              Sir I wasn’t expecting that even inspite visiting your authorised service centre multiple times and also inspite maintaining my vehicle time to time at your authorised service centre would land me into such a deep problem, my car has come across such a bad situation wherein your own company trained people cannot give me an intact problem . Even though they being your authorised staff they cant come across the problem with my vehicle .
                              I had visited your various authorised service centres located in Mumbai named as Kamala Nissan at Kurla West, & Ritu Nissan at Saki Naka, Andrei East .
                              I had purchased Nissan X-Trail in 2010 for my personal use and had it regularly maintained time to time at your authorised service centre till date . Suddenly my car was causing me trouble while running resulting in a limitation to the speed not exceeding beyond 90 kmph and also jerking while gear shifting . As I came across to this problem I reported it to the service people and they undertook the car for diagnosing the problem . After keeping the car under observation for almost more than a week they said that there is a need for Engine Oil change which I had allowed them to go for it, further after the engine oil change the problem faced was not solved at all and they had contacted me to come and check the car . Wherein they lifted the car over the ramp and showed to me, there was a leakage from auto transmission converter oil seal .
                              Since I loved my car, and I was maintaining it at the authorised regularly time to time I had to trust your people and was following their instructions and was paying them whatever they were asking for, further also I agreed to them to go for the change of the oil seal of auto transmission converter to which they wilfully replied to me that “ sir we do not have the spare parts of this automatic transmission gearbox neither we have any oil to refill it, this entire automatic transmission gearbox unit needs to be completely replaced with a brand new one “ .
                              I was shocked and wondering that an international worldwide accepted brand like Nissan is providing such a poor quality product which gives up at just 90, 000 kilometres, and moreover does not provide the spare parts and service needed.
                              I am expecting positive response from your side, who believed in your brand so much wherein many of my close ones were referring me to go for a Toyota Fortuner or a Ford Endeavour under this segment but I chose a Nissan X-Trail overall of them, but after experiencing your service personally somewhere I regret my decision to choose a Nissan wherein im trying to take back my words REGRET by looking towards a positive and helpful feedback from your end .

                                The vehicle was imported by myself through a supply company base in japan.

                                I performed a checking of vehicle from associated motorways (private) limited (amw) which is the authorized agency for nissan vehicles in sri lanka at the odometer reading of 975 km. the certificate issued by amw is attached herein for your kind information.
                                I used the vehicle over last 11 month without any problem and the current odometer reading is 21, 000 km and also performed services with intervals of around 5000 km. the last service performed at 21000 km on 27/08/2016 and replace air cleaner filter and ac cabin filter as well.
                                A week ago i found an indicator of (!) on the panel board and i produced the vehicle to amw for investigation.
                                According to amw technical engineer the problem identified as “pressure control solenoid b “with a strange noise from the gearbox. diagnostic report is attached. the technical advice from the agent was “to replace the gearbox “and estimated cost given is around rs. (sri lankan rupees) 3, 000, 000 (20, 300 usd).
                                I came to know that same problem was reported from few other vehicles of the same make. as such please be kind enough to study and research weather this is an inherent problem with the make?
                                I imported this vehicle with my own funds around rs. 8, 000, 000 (54, 794 usd) including all taxes. out of which i obtain a bank loan of rs. 6, 500, 000 (44, 520 usd) to fund the finance which is i am paying in monthly installment of rupees 127, 000 (870 usd) per month.

                                I found financial difficulties in replacing the gearbox as advice by the amw engineer. and also, i have no opportunities to replace the gearbox from amw as i imported the vehicle by my own.
                                I seek your kind support to replace the gearbox of my vehicle because i am unable find required funds. i am very loyal costumer to nisan vehicles and using the brand from 2001. i have used nissan caravan, nissan fb-15 car prior to this vehicle. further i always promoted nissan brands among all my friends and colleagues. still i am very loyal to nissan vehicles.
                                Hope that you will be favorably considered my request and kindly extend your helping hand to overcome the problem i face in replacing the gearbox of my vehicle. it will be a magnanimous help to manage my life without facing financial difficulties.

                                My self too bought a Nissan X TRAIL in 2016 and it was zero milage by the time i bought it from a known agent .
                                From the very first day i drove i got the noise and when i complain they were not aware what it is and hood winked me saying it is normal in Hybrid when they switch from battery to engine . I have no issue as such as yet but noise is annoying . How ever i was made to understand that many cars almost in every car in the island has this problem after certain mileage . Which means its factory default . AMW the agent is giving a blind eye and NISSAN corporation taking the advanatage of their utter ignorance . Mind you Toyota has an issue when they introduce the Hybrid Prius in USA and i can still recall that TOYOTA recalled almost 40000 cars from USA .

                                As per the NISSAN agent in Sri Lanka it is a manufacturer defect and still wonder why they do not take any action against the NISSAN corporation in Japan or ask them to replace the faulty gear box with a new one free of charge . How can we get about this .? There are about 6000 cars of this nature . Do we have to blow this in to the Media and see Nissan brand get tarnish in due course with the X TRAIL and other sub brands of it's and to see consumers lose their trust on the brand .

                                AMW's daylight robbery!

                                I am Rasith Gunaratna from Sri Lanka.

                                I purchased a Nissan 2016 X Trail Brand New Hybrid T32 vehicle; VIN – JN1 TENT 32Z 00000 85 / Engine: MR20 829306B from your dealer AMW (Associated Motorways (PVT) Limited on 11 July 2016 at a price of Sri Lankan Rupees 11, 500, 000.00 US$ 77, 666.66.
                                At the driven mileage of 10, 662km there was a warning message as “"HV SYSTEM WARM UP – PLEASE WAIT IN PARK”"

                                I contacted the Nissan agent; AMW in Sri Lanka; and they asked me to send the vehicle to their service centre as soon as possible. I was on a family reunion tour for 07 days but I had to cancel last three nights and handover the vehicle to AMW for repairing.I handed over the vehicle at 11, 066km for the repairing.

                                After three days AMW called me and said the vehicle needs to replace with anew CVT and they will import it from NISSAN motor Co. Japan and fix within 03 weeks.
                                However, they did not mention or inform me regarding the technical issue. I found the error codes from one of my friends working at the same company.

                                The error codes were; P0775, P0776 - OBD-II - Pressure Control Solenoid B Performance / Malfunction

                                AMW did not send or disclose any details regarding the technical errors even if I requested it for several times. As the customer I have the right to know what issue was there in the CVT of a NISSAN brand new vehicle.

                                After four weeks of time they send me a courtesy vehicle but I lost my business and personal life due to the unavailability of my vehicle for four weeks.

                                AMW contacted me on 13 June, 2017 and requested to collect my vehicle and return the courtesy vehicle but, they still do not provide me the technical details or scanned reports of the error caused by the Nissan Brand New X Trail. They also do not provide me the details for replaced Brand New NISSAN CVT which they imported from Japan. (They have only given me a serial number 3ZX3D-Y[protected]

                                As a NISSAN brand loyal customer I have the right to know about my vehicle, itÂ’s failures, itÂ’s newly replaced CVTÂ’s details in black and white. As a customer do you agree and accept this after-sales service from a world reputed vehicle manufacturer and it's national dealer?

                                I have lost my trust on my x trail, NISSAN brand as well as Nissan Motor Company in Japan as well as the dealer in Sri Lanka.

                                In japan Nissan issued a recall for Xtrail cvt on 10.09.2015 and it is regarding the cvt gearbox software issue that triggers warning light.                                 I purchased a Mussan x trail in 2016 and had the issue with the gear box and sterling aftercare from whome i had the warranty said they will replace my gear box but never did & later they repaired it. The previous noise is no more but another two strange noise is coming. Sterling is not doing anything about it

                                I am from Australia and I owned a 2013 Nissan Pulsar ( Known as Nissan Sylphy in Sri Lanka ). I had this car for over a year and I encountered an issue with the gearbox. It was not a known issue to me before I purchased the vehicle, however, few months later came across this. I had to replace the gearbox at a cost of 2300 AUD ( SLR 255 000 ) which was not that bad. In my opinion, we consumers should all be aware of this new CVT gearbox of Nissan is faulty, irrespective of which model you buy and across the globe people face issues. Its highly recommended to avoid Nissan at all cost since the gearboxes issued at this point in time are not up to its standards.

                                I am planning to buy a Nissan X Trail T32 - 2016 Model.
                                It has done just under 30, 000KMs and it a Japanese Domestic model (Not imported by the Agent - AMW)
                                I am not sure if I should buy this vehicle as this gear box issue seams a big problem.

                                Can someone please advice.

                                      I am a existing customer of a Terrano vehicle .I purchased vehicle on 1 st January 2014 from Far East Nissan . I joined in your free check up camp on 29 th aug.2016 at Far east nissan Tinsukia . Last April 2016 i observed right side front door lock problem and complaint attended by the dealer technician.

                                        Myself prasad pallival bought new nissan terrano on 2nd aug 2016 (Car registration no : mh 05 cv 2719), i am residing at badlapur east, dist - thane, state – maharashtra

                                        After getting the delivery i covered the vehicle with a cover to protect it from rain. After i removed the cover i noticed discoloration (Attached pics). I immediately contacted ritu nissan thane from where i had purchased the vehicle. I was informed that due to use of aftermarket cover there has been discoloration and cannot be covered in warranty.

                                        As a customer who has spent more than 11 lakh rupees. On the vehicle it is absolutely unacceptable that a simple body cover can damage the color of the vehicle which undergoes serious testing for years.
