Dear Mr. Indrajit Ghosh,
We are in receipt of your above letter regarding the issue with our Vehicle Nissan Terrano WB02AF4520.
This is the 2nd time in the same year that my vehicle has gone to your workshop for faulty engine parts. In May 2016, you had kept my vehicle in your workshop for more than two months where the engine was also dismantled completely due to leakage in Engine Oil. That time too we had made a complaint that this vehicle is defective and we were assured no problem will come after the service.
But to our surprise, within 3 months of receiving the vehicle after setting up new engine, the same problem has occurred where there is leakage of Engine Oil. We are now being told by you that there is a problem with the Turbo Charger. Why was this issue not looked into when you kept our vehicle for more than 2 months from May to July, 2016. This is completely not acceptable and now we are sure that you have given us a Faulty and Defective vehicle from your dealership.
We are being completely harassed with this vehicle and your dealership and the the faulty parts of this horrible brand called Nissan that we have no choice but to leave the vehicle at your dealership unless we speak to the heads of Nissan India personally.
We are being forced to again take the matter up legally and this time we will not settle the matter out of the consumer courts. We are sick and tired of the harassment. All we want is a healthy vehicle which your are not being able to assure.
Since this is the 2nd time in the same year with faulty engine parts, there is no guarantee that again no problem will come in the next few months. This is a defective car so please replace the car immediately as we not not collect this car from your workshop.
