I bought my Nissan Terrano from EVM Nissan Kochi on[protected]. The year of manufacture of this vehicle was 2014.

I suppose to get two year of manufacture warranty from Nissan Motors which suppose to end on[protected].

When I called the dealer ship they are claiming that the dealership raised a bill of sale for another customer on (18/7/2014) and that date is on the Nissan system as date of sale. So the car is not in the warranty of two year period and I am also not eligible for an extended warranty.

Date of delivery in my RC book is[protected] and the registration is on 19-06-15.

    I have purchased a Nissan Micra car in 2011 may but few days back front axle has broken and car was stopped on road we claimed insurance but those people came and said it was not an accident and it was due to rusting so you have to look after never I have seen such problem from any other car ANY CAR HAS A LIFE OF MINIMUM 10 YEARS BUT I HAVE NOT YWT COMPLETED 6 YEARS you have to look after ot as soon as possible

      I am very disjointed of the level of irresponsibility and neglect that the service center repetitive in Egypt (Modern Motors) I went to the service center with my Qashqai I bought after the Nissan sunny to perform the 60, 000 maintenance and I was shocked with the result of my foolish trust in Nissan.
      I spent 8 hours waiting for them to code a remote fob and while the closing time of the service center they informed me that the car won’t start and they have removed the code of the main control and it won’t start and I have to leave it after I was informed it will only take 10 minutes to get the spare fob.
      I am financially impacted due to this unexpected action of the service center by at least 50k EGP, my son who is 3 years old who got a flue due to the cold weather for 8 hours.
      I rest my case in your hand to have a solution for my issue as if Saturday my car is not running after taking all electrical parts out which I didn’t accept I will take legal actions with your respective action and I need your solution for the financial impact as I was forced to leave the car at the service center and I had to fulfill my responsibilities.worth mentioning that for today not a single update on my beaked car as a result o[censored]nqualified service engineer.please make sure that this doesn't continue before your reputation is ruined as for the fourth day i am without a car and i will start taking legal actions and will purplish this on all type of media, hope if you are not the concerned to guide me how to make my voice reach the top management that i have faith they wont accept such an attitude from their re-presenters in Egypt.

        To-day on 13th jan/2017 at 9.30 a. M i have handed over my nissan micra active car for servicing at vinod nissan. As discussed with a service boy who is from accessories depptt. I asked him to fit a few accessories like rain guard, side beam, two speakers in back doors, one aux cable and a steering cover but he has fitted only steering cover and nothing else. Apart from that the service adviser also supposed to resolved few of my cars issue but he is also didn't do the same and an unofficial unbilled amount was charging from mw but refused. Moreover they are charged from me servicing charge as per 50k slab though my car has run only 21000 k. M and it was my 5th servicing.. I raised the issue to service manager but he was trying to convinced me asking that they charged as per no of servicing not on km.. Finally they prepared a bill amounting rs.3655 on changing engine oil, washing carand fitting steering cover.
        So, i'm quite unhappy with the service levels of the dealer and few of the employees of the dealer. I think they are working here for earning extra money from the customers by the name of car servicing..
        So, i request the component authority if you are getting my point to take necessary action against such type of employees of your service center.

          Hello,

          My name is Umesh Shetty a Nissan Terrano owner wants to raise a complaint regarding a member Mr. Harjeet from your team of Shiv Nissan Showroom in Baner, Pune. Firstly my car had faced an accident due to which i towed my car to Shiv Nissan on 06/09/16 and Mr. Harjeet lied to me that the insurance company was closed but it wasn't, infact your service mechanics were on holidays those days so they kept my vehicle for a week unnecessarily. After i mailed to Nissan customer care they called me the next day to come to showroom to clear the doubts. Still i give a sign on your paper claiming that i was not aware about the major issues as Harjeet told me to do so. Then Mr.Harjeet estimated my car approximately 1, 200, 000 lakhs but my insurance RDR was 819, 000 due to which he claimed my car as total loss. But my car wasn't a total loss car as i verified it through a mechanic and the car could be repaired but it was too late as i had submitted all the documents to the insurance company to transfer my vehicle. In the middle of all this when i visited the Service Center they had removed all the accessories and bolts and screws from the car. They even removed the AC vents and music player, vipers and various accessories from my car. After all this Mr. Harjeet who is a fraud and who takes comission fees for selling such total loss cars is expecting to pay the gate pass fee from my side. I am not going to pay the fees whatever it takes. If necessary i would raise a complaint in Police Station regarding this issue and will go till court if needed as i have got pictures of the parts which were removed as a proof. When your company's name would get spoiled at that time you will realize. Never expected such a service from your team. Would never buy or going to recommend any other person to buy a car from your company.

            I am sundara lakshmanan and I baught a new Datsun go car in dindigul showroom this 30th January 2016. I am facing frequent problem in air conditioning on the earlier stage and its been serviced two times. Again I have a same complaint. Still the vehicle is not serviced.               Respected sir/madam,
              I am bipin nirmal. My friend purchased a car 10 days ago from the nissan dealer (Ritu nissan) located in andheri (W). The sales person in the showroom "kishore" had promised to deliver tax receipt after two days of purchase of vehicle, but even after 10 days they have failed to do so. On calling the sales person kishore repeated number of times, he speaks in very unethical and rude way telling "you do whatever you want to do.. Call police or do fir... I dont have tax receipt" and therby denying me to give tax receipt. This is not the way of talking to customer.. Not expected from company like nissan. According to kishore, they still have not received tax receipt. This is very disgusting. Please help me in getting tax receipt as soon as possible. Its urgent.

                  Dear Mr. Indrajit Ghosh,

                  We are in receipt of your above letter regarding the issue with our Vehicle Nissan Terrano WB02AF4520.

                  This is the 2nd time in the same year that my vehicle has gone to your workshop for faulty engine parts. In May 2016, you had kept my vehicle in your workshop for more than two months where the engine was also dismantled completely due to leakage in Engine Oil. That time too we had made a complaint that this vehicle is defective and we were assured no problem will come after the service.

                  But to our surprise, within 3 months of receiving the vehicle after setting up new engine, the same problem has occurred where there is leakage of Engine Oil. We are now being told by you that there is a problem with the Turbo Charger. Why was this issue not looked into when you kept our vehicle for more than 2 months from May to July, 2016. This is completely not acceptable and now we are sure that you have given us a Faulty and Defective vehicle from your dealership.

                  We are being completely harassed with this vehicle and your dealership and the the faulty parts of this horrible brand called Nissan that we have no choice but to leave the vehicle at your dealership unless we speak to the heads of Nissan India personally.

                  We are being forced to again take the matter up legally and this time we will not settle the matter out of the consumer courts. We are sick and tired of the harassment. All we want is a healthy vehicle which your are not being able to assure.

                  Since this is the 2nd time in the same year with faulty engine parts, there is no guarantee that again no problem will come in the next few months. This is a defective car so please replace the car immediately as we not not collect this car from your workshop.

                    Yesterday incident f mine was about to a death mystery fr me and my family...
                    The problem start from the morning..
                    When i was going fr office...i wanted to start my car...but it doesn't...due to battery fr empty...
                    I didn't get the point on this...how did the battery comes down without any reason...because i used to go office on daily routine with my very same car...
                    Well...i somehow manage to start it by push start..
                    After that...i have to go to a funeral...during the journey...the car started behaving like a [censored]..
                    Firstly...The steering became quite jamm...after that the car accidently stopped in the mid f the highway...it about to be colided frm the back side by the car comming behind me...somehow he managed to stop his car...
                    After that i was Trying to start the car but the car is not starting by either by the push button system or by PPP ush start...
                    And the steering was totally locked...
                    I was still standing in the mid f highway along with my family...
                    Somehow we manage to be came aside..
                    Still the car was nt able to start...and the steering locked as well..
                    Why NISSAN made AUTOMATIC cars when you cant have efficient technology for these..
                    After that i called NISSAN ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE... THEY CAME after 2HOURS...till then i was standing on d highway with my family...
                    When roadside assistant came..they said steering has been locked up...so we have to toe the car either to the Nissan workshop to the my resident..
                    The car doors are locked up...n it was not opening by either of any keys...both the keys are not working still...
                    Just tell me d reason fr all those [censored] thing happens...???
                    And
                    There was some born problems involved in the car...
                    First,
                    As whenever we try to apply breaks on an average speed...stuck sound came from the entire break system...

                    Second,
                    Sometimes they keys are not working...both the keys...they cn only unlocked the doors...but they cant able to start the engine..
                    The key indicator is shown even when the key is inside...

                    Third,
                    Whenever the car got jummped in a pits...the wiper itself cme down to second stage...and start wiping...

                    Kindly please forward my complaint's...
                    I have been stucked after buying NISSAN...
                    Please Forward my complaints to the service service centre also..
                    It has been a week...still i didnot got a single call from your company...

                      The way, procedure and priority of the Staff of Pramukh Nissan of Surat, Gujarat is very very poor.
                      The persons who come to drop their vehicle for service are made to wait for nnecessarily long time.
                      Instead of attending the case on first come first basis, customers who are known personally or those who push their way are attended first.
                      One person comes for inspection, break, asks another to prepare estatimate, break, so on it goes.
                      It take at least 45 minutes from an person to drop a vehicle which should be looked at.

                        I am V.Ramachandran owner of vehicle No. TN 18 U 5303 Nissan Sunny XL (petrol). I approached the Nissan service centre ambattur chennai last month for less AC cooling, at that time the service representative checked the AC gas volume in my car and it was 350. He mentioned that the correct volume of AC gas available in my car. Hence he said there is no need to top up and just bowed the AC condenser and said now the AC will function well.

                        On 21st Nov’16 again I approached the same service center for the same problem. I asked the service representative to check the AC gas volume in my car, He checked and said that 350 is the available and said no need to top up ac gas and there is no leak.

                        At the time of delivery he handed over the bill for Rs.1014/- for gas top up of 50ml charge of Rs.152 and Labour charge 750 plus tax.totalling Rs1014.
                        a) He has not informed/intimated on gas topup of 50ml.
                        b) He didn't mentioned/intimated about labour charge to me.

                        At time of delivery I asked the representative to check the AC gas. It was shocking that it was only 265ml where as it should be 400.
                        So, without top up they have charged me of Rs.1014/- and also taken 135ml of gas from my car ac.

                        Regarding this I spoke to the GM and SM, but no one gave me correct explanation. I also complained customer care twice but no response received.
                        Below is the compliant reference no C[protected] (dt 21/11/2016).

                        I am expecting proper explanation and wavier of the charge (Rs. 1014/1) paid by me.

                          Sir i would like to bring in your notice i m Chandan Kumar and i bought a Terrano (UP14DA4257 / chassis No-MDHHSNAW5G2027610 ) from Neo Nissan Noida on 15 september 2016 but i am facing many problem details are given below:
                          1- Neo Nissan Noida did fake commitment from me they told me different price on booking time and the time of delievery the price was different that time.

                          2- when i bought terrano there was head light fuse in my car and when i complained again and again from my executive suman choudhary she didn't give me any appropriate response.

                          3- Sir/ Mam when i went for first serivce (1000 KM) at Neo Nissan I dont know what they did in car, My terrano engine was started making voice loudly after 1st service

                          4- and sir/mam i left my car to insurance claim for back side bumper but sir they did my terrano ABS and indicater destoryed and my new terrano silencer throwing white smoke.

                          sir my experiance is very bad with terrano at Neo Nissan Noida and i m really pissed out sir I stucked please sort out my all problem asap otherwise i will not believe on nissan ever and will not give any good feedback ever.

                            I purchased datsun go car from Excelsior nissan show room, kuloor, Mangalore, Karnataka 2016dec, the customer executive gave us commitment of 5000 Rs offer (corprate off), later after paying full amount and after delevry they said its fake commitment given by executive .
                            this showroom ppl trained how to fool people..not only me there r so many ppl out thr ...even they r cheated showroom ppl... many time I went t show t speak regarding this. its waste of time, I think everyone r involed in this scam, !!!######be carefull

                              I have a nissan terrane petrol since last 3 years. Right from purchase, i have been complaining about the raised rpm and vehicle moving forward without the accelerator being used. Every time i was told that it will be better soon. Once they changed the accelerator also.
                              Now since last few days, its become too much risky to drive the vehicle so i sent it to shivnissan in pune for repair.
                              My car is with them since last 15 days and they have replaced almost most parts with expenses reaching upto 30 thousands. And still they haven't corrected the problem.
                              The answers i get from them are of just wasting the time. I am really fed up with this problem.
                              I may be compeleld to seek a legal way now. My laywer has already visited the servicing station. I have requested them to give me final answer because its a lot of inconvenience to me and my family now.
                              I'm very serious about taking this step because of the mental stress i have gone through.
                              Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                With great regret I have to inform you that recently I sent my Nissan Terrano for service and am not happy with it. I faced many problems while getting my car serviced. The people responsible for the service were not polite. They did not took care of the car, they cut the wiring of the car so as to show that I have hindered with the car and were about to finish its warranty. They also humiliated my driver, kept him waiting for hours. They were not efficient with their work and did not assemble the parts of the car as before. This has caused trust issues between you and me and I don't think that I will again deal with you for any car. I am sorry to say but your company did not stand to the mark.

                                  On 8th November delivered Nissan sunny vehicle KA-51MF 2832 for service at Surya Nissan hosur road .10th I made payment
                                  1.they change the battarry and they put old battarry which is not belong to me
                                  2.they change Stepney and put duplicate one
                                  3.they are not done proper wash also
                                  4.worst in customer service

                                  There is no response in spares in Trichy pla Nizzan my vehicle no TN 45 bf 3839 past two days it was in ideal due to no availability of spares ( diesel hose ) kindly take this issue and shot out immediately if not I will take this issue to media

                                    I have purchase a car nissan active xv safety from royece auto hub pvt. ltd. show room in borivali (west) mumbai. with cng fitted from show room and i have paid rs. 60000.00 for the cng kid
                                    Now the problem is that every know then my car stop suddenly and again and again i have to start and also i can’t run my car beyond 80 kilometer /hrs speed. show room people tell me to go cng work shop and cng work shop people tell you have to complain to show room. i do not know what to do please see this problem is solve as soon as possible as i am losing my business.

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      It is submitted that I am Krishan Singh, costumer of your prestige NISSAN car making Company. I had purchased Nissan Micra XV Safety Car bearing No.GJ01 RE on 06.03.2014. I have never used spare wheel which was provided by the Company with the Car. Just before 2 months, my car got punctured first time after purchase and I was shocked to see that spare wheel has manufacturing defect. Then I contacted your authorised service centre i.e., Central Nissan, Ahmedabad and they have accepted that it is manufacturing defect but they are unable to replace the said wheel as the Car is more than 2 years old and it is not under warranty. As per my view, when a Company provides manufacturing defected piece, it is Company’s duty to replace such part. It is shameless that Company has refused my claim. Kindly provide your reply to proceed further. Nissan which is reputed brand is providing such bad service or we may call it as a fraud by the Company.

                                      Sir, Please refer to trail mail. I had handed-over that defective wheel with rim to your authorised service centre i.e., Central Nissan, Ahmedabad on 20.05.216 to Mr. Jignesh (Mobile No.9099905744) for solving problem of defective tier but you could not change my tier .In return your executive committed that they will provide discount in other works in my car next time of an amount of Rs.3000/-against defect. On 06.05.2017, I went to the said service station to enquire about the status of defective wheel and for bringing my Stepney and I came to know that they have lost it. For the same, they have given an excuse that previous manager(Mr.Jignesh) has left the job and he is the only person who is aware of the whereabouts of the wheel. Later on they showed me an old wheel which was lying in the service centre and asked me to accept this. I have never seen such a great service. Now I can understand that why Nissan is not successful in India. It seems that your service centres are like joker in a circus of Nissan. I salute Maruti and Hyundai for their services. I request you to look into the matter and reply as soon as possible. I will never suggest any of my friends/relatives to purchase Nissan Vehicles.
