My self neel kamal, i booked ready go car from urja nissan put. Ltd saguna more patna, i paid 10000 rs as booking amount. They have told me to deliver the car on 26/052017 but due to not ready of paper they did not deliver the car, they told me to wait for two days and called me on 29/05 to deliver the car but again they told me the paper work is not ready so can't hand over car. I told ok plz cancel the order and refund my money but they didn't refund my money up till now. I want refund my money. So plz help me.

      I've had problems with the car from the time i bought it and have made several complaints car is unsafe stalling out when coming to a stop nissan won't admit there is a problem new engine new transmission new pumps several times bad blow twice a year for the past three years center console had to be replace link in shifter numerous recalls not right i guess one o[censored]s must die for this problem to get any attention

        Team nissan,

        Sub: non opening of air bags, failure of steering and brakes

        On 17th of may i purchased a nissan sunny xv diesel (Reg no : rj 03 ca 9405) chasis no: mdhbdan17h4600700 from nidhi kamal auto udaipur.

        Yesterday on 27th july 2017 we met an accident during landslide and the car went out of control. Both the steering and brakes were non functional, which resulted in front collusion with the crash barrios on nh 27 at around 20:15 hrs. The front part of the car got entirely damaged leading to some minor injuries to my daughter in law, my son and my 4 year old grandson.

        My issue with nissan manufacturers is that even after a collusion of such high intensity none of the airbags opened nor the steering control was there which otherwise could have led to some fatal injuries to my family. This overrules the safety claims made by nissan.

        We are a loyal customers of nissan as this our second back to back purchase of nissan sunny.

        As suggested by nissan customer care the car is transported to nidhi kamal udaipur showroom/workshop. A complete checkup of the same is advised.

        It is my humble submission that since the car failed in performance of a vital feature hence we are apprehensive of its safety features.

        We sincerely request for complete compensation of the same.

          I check nissan car before 2 month of surat showroom and executive explain all future and confirm me for token amount before i finalaise car and he say if you not punchers nissan car in my show room i refund token amount return to you within a week. Now i continues ly follow up to executive and he say every day i will call you and give check. But still not given check and give reason for every day. So please help me for refund amount

            This is an issue regarding my terrano vehicle! Ive gave my vehicle for service at vibrant nissan gachibowli due to starting problem.. The management said that the part is not available and have to make an order which has to be come from france. And it takes 25days for the completion of work.. But they took almost 2months to complete the work that too incomplete door work... So i had to hire a cab for these one and half month, so what should i do now?

              The car was bought in 2015 and it turned out that it has a manufacturing defect in the gearbox and the dealer and the factory is evading responsibility, i want final solving of this problem, i'm suffering with the car for since two years.
              Agent al-issa says that the factory has a guarantee on the car 60 thousand kilos only, but i have the papers prove that the guarantee 100 thousand and therefore the agent wants to evade the problem in the name of the factory because of gear box problem which is repeated continuously.
              The gearbox has been breakdown twice during 19 months

                Hi team,

                This is regarding the issue with the clutch plate of my nissan micra brought in 2016 november register under the name gajendra singh waldia.

                Car was brought in nov 2016 and its been only 6 months and such a issue is not acceptable. Car dealer in pal nissan haldwani and they are asking for the amount of 13500 including labour charges. The car has a warranty of 2 yrs and still they are charging this much amount.

                Kindly get this issue resolve asap.

                  Dear sir,
                  The pending issues existing in my vehicle nissan sunny xv diesel special edition mh12kj* are:
                  1. Wheel noise (Existing from the time of purchase from your showroom, a manufacturing defect for which even nissan team had worked on and gave us an assurance)
                  2. Gear shifting (Existing from the time of purchase from your showroom, a manufacturing defect for which even nissan team had worked on and gave us an assurance) (I. E. Sometime gear gets stuck during gear shift. Pumping and pressing the clutch does not help. This can occur at any time and between any gear)
                  3. Dicky soft close not working (Incomplete vehicle accident claim work)
                  4. Paint job not done properly. 2 different color shades used. (Incomplete vehicle accident claim work)
                  5. Battery unclean and shows liquid oozing out (Seen immediately after servicing the vehicle at shiv nissan recently)
                  6. Wiper water lid in very bad shape (Seen immediately after servicing the vehicle at shiv nissan recently)
                  7. Ac - new issue. Didn't exist before. We immediately informed nissan. (Ac sucks outside air even though kept in inner air rotation mode) (Seen immediately after servicing the vehicle at shiv nissan recently)
                  8. Engine area have unnecessary items such as plastic bag, cloth piece tied, etc
                  9. Mil shown in cluster area within a 7 days of car servicing at shiv nissan
                  Majority of the issues have not been resolved and have been piling up. We have not spent lakhs of rupees on nissan for a vehicle with manufacturing defect. If you check the records, you will see that for every issue, my vehicle is kept in the service centre for months be it insurance or servicing. The most annoying part is still when the vehicle is delivered without solving any of the issues and infact with new issues, which did not exist earlier.
                  We had given the car for servicing just before a long vehicle trip to leh ladakh, which is at high altitude and an area where no nissan centre is present. Inspite of requesting the service centre again and again, the vehicle servicing was not done properly, we were stuck up half way in no man's land with family. The pressure of all tyres was 50 the time of deliver. Engine area had plastic polythene near it. Battery liquid seems to be oozing out. Wiper water lid was in a very bad shape. Still when we somehow managed to reach leh, the vehicle started showing mil. We have been continuously informing mr abhay, at nissan customer care about all the issues.
                  During our 2nd last servicing at shiv nissan, just before diwali in 2016 we had informed the service advisor about vehicle pulling issue besides the other issues. The service advisor told us that shockupser will have to be changed (Which was a critical issue as we mostly drive on highways). He sent us a message for with cost estimate and approval to start the work. But when we informed them that the vehicle is in extended warranty period, he told us that he would need to take an approval from nissan which takes 2-3 days. We waited and this excuse went on and on. Then after a month, we received a call saying that the vehicle is ready and asked us to come and receive it. Luckily when i just happened to reconfirm whether all problems have been addressed, we found out that they haven't changed the parts. Finally, we complained at the nissan customer care and found out that they had not even raised any such concern about our vehicle and approvals happen very quickly. The explanation which shiv nissan people gave are that it’s quite minor and doesn't need to be changed. Then what exactly were they doing with my vehicle for 1 month?? And this means that parts only need to be changed if vehicle is out of warranty? Wait till your vehicle crosses warranty, emerges into a more critical issue so that they can mint more money. Again in dec 29 we gave the vehicle for car accident claim, and they delivered the vehicle to us in 2nd week of feb, with incomplete work. We wonder if they keep our vehicle at their centre for their own personal use.
                  Through our experience, we see all this as more of a huge racket by shiv nissan and the nissan company where they purposefully do not solve issues and create new ones so that the moment the vehicle crosses warranty period, they can charge heavily for it as ultimately will be forced to go to them as this is the only service centre of nissan in pune.
                  We have purchased this vehicle for personal use and not for personal use of shiv nissan service centre.
                  We are fed up of leaving the vehicle again and again with the service centre shiv nissan with no resolution.
                  Nissan company seems to be a fraud company, totally not bothered as even after so many instances, they do not take any action against such centres. We bought this vehicle because we thought that nissan is a very genuine company. We have now realised that we are being cheated by nissan.
                  Hope nissan will take it seriously to resolve the above issue which is a manufacturing defect.
                  If the company can’t resolve the issue kindly replace the vehicle.

                    This complain is regarding the poor performance of my nissan micra. My vehicle number uk05 b 6292 registered under name of gajendra singh waldia brought from pal nissan haldwani.

                    November 2016 i brought the car and within 1yr the clutch of the car is auto damage. And they have made the bill 14000 including labor charges.in the warranty period if they will ask for labour charge then warranty period has no meaning. Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                      Hello, i am shikha soni, i buy detson redigo on 28 april, from anand nishan indore mp, but deelar anand nishan services very tired class and poor, in this showroom sales girl abhilasha goswami is very proudi and thair service is very bed, after sales this sales girl behavior is opposite, in day of purchase she did not give insurance paper, and after that i request her to sand insurance paper, at that time she ask me, power is not available after that imiditly i go to showrom the electric power was on in showroom, after that wait 1 hour she talk to me and to give insurance hardcopy in next 1 hour, she waist my 3 hour, second thing is after purchase 2.5 month my registration is not received, they take 3000rupy commission for registration process, she hold my registration process in 1 month after purchase, they do not response, i am call atlest 10 time they recive call and talk but they no done my work, some times i request to email my insurance paper but they don't mail, anand nishan services very poor and thired class and spacialy sales person work not good, till date i have not received my registration, i am very tains, i think, l purchase car from anand nishan is my big mistake pls help

                      I got my car Nissan Micra Dl6cj8811 serviced by Kaizen Nissan on 13-jul 2017. Primary issues listed to service advisor itself were not done. Furthermore, there are several issues arising due to lack of quality in service done.

                        I have purchased a datson go (T) from your company dealer titan motocorp ranchi, bearing registration no. - jh 01 ck 3712 and chasis no-mdhz6aadoh1034724
                        I had sent my car for the first servicing to the titan motocorp service center. When the car returned from servicing. I found that there are much water stains on the full body. Window glass, front view glass, rear view glass are affected. On the same day i have shown it to the sales officer and fired a complain against it to the service center crm and service manager. Then they replied that in the next service we will solve your problem. When i sent my car to the second service they refused to solve the problem and said go and get it serviced by outside shops because we only do servicing of engine. You also get it washed and polished outside. When i got it washed and polished by outside shop, the water stains were still there.

                        It's almost two months from the date of complaint and no action has been taken yet.

                        So i hereby requesting you to take necessary steps in this regard and take action against the dealer.

                          Hello, what do you think should be the condition at which air bags should be opened? I am attaching pictures of my damaged car after an head on collision two days back. Still recovering from the impact with which steering hit my chest. Had to go through multiple tests to ensure that i did not have an internal bleeding. Terribly traumatized, more from the fact that i can not henceforth be sure that the air bags are reliable and can save you from the impact. Not sure if i can drive in future with the confidence.

                          Two of the four pictures show condition of my vehicle. One shows the front seats with dashboard, where air bags are still intact. Last picture shows the speedometer reading at the impact (Since meter has stopped after the impact). Speedometer shows 35km at the impact; logically the actual speed might have been even higher as it will take some seconds before speedometer takes the impact and gets stuck.

                          My question is why did airbags not open? What is the minimum speed and other conditions at which airbags should get deployed? Pictures show condition of my car. Did this situation not warrant for this safety measure to be deployed? Can i at all trust the vehicle i am using for its reliability towards deployment of air bags during such accident?

                          The vehicle is currently at ritu nissan servce center, at thane, maharashtra

                            I am indian state of gujarat district surendranagar my massage & complain given below.
                            My self maheshkumar parmar from gujarat surendranagar, i have purchased nissan redi go on oct29th 2016 registratin no is gj-13ab5189 my nisan car engine has been damaged due to oil filter broken i have not drive after fan was damege accident with tree and troing the car at service center. I am facing the problem with my datson redi go oct2016 model. Since my car is warranty of one year but service station authority of anhmedabad - narol told me that your engine damage service not covered in our service station but i have nisan car purchased less than one year before and my warranty period is continue i. Am very happy with the vehicle. But very sorry to say that the warranty period service is very bed. Many times i have requites for free engine service but i am very disappointed with their service. Kindly you are requested to recommended my new car engine service free of charge at your central nissan service center narol ahmedabad as soon as possible.

                            28 june 2017 car is in central nissan service station ahmedabad.

                            Till date haven't solution of above reference to consumer complain against nissan co. india. I want to service in warranty period but my warranty period not expired tii date & less than 1 year purchased car.I very sad & bed service after put the car 1 month on 28th july.its very bed Sad for custmer service from group nisaan & datson india.

                              Don't expect a resolution from nissan usa. Spoke twice to someone out of nissan usa about my problem. Going to keep sending emails to as many contacts i can find in japan corporate also. No one seems to be understanding what i'm saying. I bought my new truck with a factory defect. The dealer even told me it was a factory defect. Both times that nissan usa contacted me it was a mary. She says the same thing like she is reading from a pre-written response. This vehicle had a factory defect. So its not new. If i was to have just returned it you wouldn't had given me the truck price so why would i have to pay a new truck price? The dealer tried to help me out but i want corporate nissan to reach and make this right. This is poor customer service. Someone needs to step up here. I will keep sending complaints as much as needed. Up to you.

                                I have been using nissan terrano since last 3yrs.
                                What i have experienced is that its service is too worst.
                                Clumsy staff in smart city like faridabad also.
                                Service charges is too high as compare to other brands available in the market.
                                Suggestion (If anyone wants to go for nissan please avoid otherwise be ready to curse them later)

                                  I was travelling to my home town varanasi from delhi, near kanpur i meet with an accident, i was hit from behind by a truck, subsequently i hit another truck in front of me, this took place dated 09.06.2017, and the airbags did not deploy, i am trying to contact nissan india, though mail, phone and twitter, no response what so ever.

                                  Car is at rng nissan, kanpur and already declared, beyond repair, have a look at the picture and advice, is it not worth opening the air bags.

                                    I have fix an appointment for first service in zeddex nissan sahibabad and send the car 7.30 am till 2pm there is no satisfactory answer. Sometime they are not in seat sometime go for lunch my whole day waste for only 1000km service. Really i have done mistake to purchase nissan car.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have purchased one Nissan Sunny XV Car from your dealer at Dhanbad Jharkhand during Feb'2015(registration Date 12/02/2015, Car No JH10AS8257).The running of the Car is not yet 10000(Ten thousand) Km . After several request & complain for Air conditioning functioning etc. the Car was picked up by authorised dealer "Amresh Nissan" on 08/06/2017 and delivered on same day after service.
                                      Still the Air conditioning of the Car is not functioning properly I have made first complain on 30/06/2017 with Dealer for the repairing .The office of the Dealer had informed that due to GST constrained the service cannot be done on 01/07/2017 and I wait till one week. After several persuasion they Pick up my car on 11/07/2017 for necessary repairing. On 13/07/2017 Office of dealer is informing that DUE to GST the necessary repair cannot be done and I request them to return the Car.
                                      I request necessary action from your end immediately.
                                      Nissan Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Due to engine oil sump damage of my car(Datsun redi go) on 25/5/2017 I handoverd my car to lucky Nissan on the same day.After 18days they handoverd it in the workshop on 12/6/2017.Then they said that the crank bearings were damaged and took nearly 25days(which is a big delay) to deliver my car..try to rectify such delays in providing services.

                                        Today on 4th of july’17, i had visited to roshan nissan (E-5a, malviya industrial area, malviya nagar, jaipur 302017).
                                        With problem of ac is not cooling in nissan terrano hr26 ct 2852 (I. E fuse fault), car is under warranty and when i asked for component & labor to be part of warranty as per warranty manual mr vikram (Service advisor) address my query to mr. Deepak meena (Service manager) who is busy in call in front o[censored]s for 20 minutes (Call was not formal) while we are sitting in front, i also placed my query to him and for every simple question he suggest to call customer care (After waiting 20 min what i got talk to customer care).
                                        He not even say us that part is under warranty or not else suggest further he start neglecting us (Communication skill was poor, hope i am not at place of fish market at least as customer so much attention i deserve).
                                        After that i pay the amount of service which is actual rs 390 (Including tax) and they put estimate of rs 1890 (I. E only for fuse (286) change+labor (1604), i asked for escalation but mr g. P vashist (Gm) is not present today other staff and customer cross check and afterwards i pay actual amount which is not supposed to be pay because my car is only 1 year old with running of 15000 km and changed component is nissan warranty part (For asking about bill they say we will mail you and we ask for paper bill they put blank paper and mark there seal and received amount-i understand that gst is not updated in server but at least paper bill should be printed for such issues in future)

                                        I want strict action againt on mr deepak meena for following reasons
                                        * unprofessional behavior (Very bad attitude).
                                        * communication skill (Misbehaving).
                                        * kill gossiping with others while customer waiting in front for his response.
                                        * not attentive to query (As his job).

                                        Hope its not my fault as i choose nissan, i would be highly grateful if you could look into the matter
