I am Surbhi S Meena resident of parnasree green, kolkata. I am an old customer from your store. I bought NISSAN MICRA XL car number WB02AJ9240 special edition on 28th July 2016. The sales person Mr. Prakash was guiding me regarding all the car features and insurance policies. We asked him for bumper to bumper insurance, but he made papers for normal insurance and doesn't feel needful to inform us. Later we find out that the insurance is a normal insurance and he is giving excuses that he forget to inform and made a normal insurance. The way he is treating casually is not acceptable and when we were in the process of purchasing the car he was not even getting in touch, we were used to call everyday to know the updates.     This is Ikrar Khan contact no [protected] owner of Nissan Sunny MH01 BT 6277 submitted my car for repair on 6th June 2016 around 11am at Andheri saki naka and such a bad experience in terms of service as well as timely repair, there are big promises given about timely repair and it took 3 months for the service centre to repair the car that to my car is a tourist car.

    which is solely for business purpose and bill was for amount 243000 approx. meanwhile i was continously contacting the team for good and efficient work to be done i contacted anil patwa body shop advisor as he was taking care of the entire car details all my car papers were handed over car to anil, he confessed that he forgot to hand over paper to kansara insurance surveyor and thats why there was a delay i still coperated and said take time but i want car done properly we spoke to chetan manager and he was very rude and completely unprofessional and not fit to be the manager as he was doing nothing after we complaint and was laughing and gigling with anil when he was narrating the issue and enjoying as we were suffering due inefficiency of your staff who are not working just sitting and warming chair as they have such a lazy manager who is just eating and enjoying gifts from customers and taking it home after all the hassles car was delivered on 31st August around 5:30pm when we were called at 10am in the morning as car is ready we reached by 1: 30pm and we see car was completely dirty from exterior as well as interior we complaint to chetan and thats the time they started cleaning the car we had to tell them upfront that seats are dirty still handles, sunflap were completely dirty and we were charged 2200 for interior cleaning and 2500 for polishing and after all the pains we took the home we come to car is not repaired properly wheel alignment is charged though but not done the panel on which tyres are terribly tilted due to which new tyre that we have placed is scrubbed badly, when we went there nobody was listening untill I started screaming as we were left unattended then the car was checked and it was confirmed that things were not done and rather than being apologetic chetan was talking rudely no resolution provided giving false information not helpfull than i spoke to Ratna customer service who was helpfull but she cannot do her work as Manager is only the Damager he sid will take 7 working days for it to resolve i want an answer as why it was not resolved in 3 months who will pay my CAR'S EMI and then he said he will spare it from a new car and get it done by sunday there is a leakage in the engine which was also neglected when questioned them about the neglegance Chetan started blaming as we had banged the car i am extremely dissatisfied by services provided i am complaining these issues to consumer court as we are facing so many issues with ritu nissan saki naka and we will also post on all social network site about the inconvienience we are facing.
    no one was there to help us, car was on business and we had to call it back as even the drivers life was in danger, we lost business and many more and when someone asked chetan what happened he was laughing and saying "same thing that happens always "which shows how customer is treated at your service centre .

    if you want i have all the details pics mails recording with all associates, that your team is at fault i need my compensation as well as work to be done by sunday as comitted.

    Hopefully we will receive a prompt reply with my answers.

    Bad smell had produced from the car because of cluch . when we apply cluch bad smell had produced & there is a bad noise when we apply brake date=6/9/16

      My steering had little bit problem in right turn I take for service centre and been told wire cut by mice and they repair it, again after 30 km totally steering been jammed, when I contacted been told that entire steering set is damaged and need to replace by paying 60 k .
      Previously were charged for English be mounting of Rs 45k, and not given replaceable kit, when asked they given when shown in private workshop they told is ok, and they taken 15 days .now they are asking for minimum 10 days and 60k, plz take seriously in matter otherwise it make compel us go for consumer forum, and these are spoliing your market credibility which every automobile industries comitt for services .

        Dear sir,
        I personally drop the car to jkg nissan dehradun a micra car no uk07as7355 in the name of my wife smt nishi jain on 11.08.2016 for servicing and some other problems, after checking for 3 hours, they made the estimates and agreed by us for rs 21000.00, initially they check the starting problem and check the sbm, and with the help of computer they ok the sbm and ask to replace two no item for rs 4000.00 which i agree, initially mr rahul singh told us about sbm that this may be damaged, i told them that please check it because i am a retire person i can not afford this one but please check it, i wait there for three hours and finally they said that it has been checked and sbm is ok, only we have to change two parts which will cost you rs 4000, 00 i agree to that and finally i accept rs 21000.00 and they took my sign on job card with the assurance that the bill will not exceed rs 21000.00 which was i agreed.
        On 13.08.2016 mr rahul singh phoned me and inform me that your car is ready and then on 14.08.2016 i went there to take delivery but car was not started at all, their mechanic told me that your front glass is leaking, but i told them that it was not leaking, he told me that might be it leaked in high pressure water to check the leakage and in the process might be the water reaches the sbm, you please go and mr ashwani, the dealing mechanic (Most probably) today not coming because his children is ill, and mr rahul singh told me that i will inform you when the car will be ready, and today i. E on 23.08.2014 i ring him but he does pik the phone, and then i call mr sachin in jkg nissan and he connect me to mr rahul singh, and he told me that his senior will talk to you, and then mr vikrant phone me and told me that your sbm and some ipdm is damaged and it will be replaced,
        I request you that i should not be penalise for the jkg nissan wrong doing and my car should be made ok within rs 21000.00 which were agreed between us.
        Am without car for the last 12 days, i can not perform my work without car for which your company is totally responsible.
        Thanks and hoping to clear my car without delay. I enclose the job card.

          This mail is to express my deep regret and dis-appointment with the service provided by a nissan authorized dealer – excelsior automobiles pvt ltd – mangalore 575 013. I had surrendered my vehicle (Evalia xv diesel) on 16.08.2016 since it had covered 98000 km. After 3 days of constant follow-ups and numerous calls i had to take back my vehicle (18.08.2016) in the very same condition i had given it.

          Along with this I was handed a very hefty bill (Copy attached) for no reason. I would have been glad to pay even more if at least the vehicle was given as wash or service. This was not the case. The tissue & toffee wraps remained as it is, on the seat. Any laymen could guess that the vehicle was not even touched. A/C was not functioning and its status remains the same which clearly indicates no part or spare was changed. Fuel status was drained on collecting the vehicle and the meter showed an additional 60km of travel . 238 km shown at the time of handover to service representative Mr. James
          My concerns can be summarized as follows which can be justified by the photos I had taken after service. (See attachment)
           No cleaning or internal housekeeping done on the vehicle
           A/C remains dis-functional
           Hand/Foot brake status remains unchanged
           Consumables, Engine oil and harness are claimed to be replaced, but no sign of this on the performance of the vehicle.
           No proper response through phone or on the site
           Atleast break also not udjusted.
          On raising my concern with the dealer, his reply was as follows. A/C parts would be available with them in time for the next service but I had to pay for it now since it was already billed. Fuel was consumed during trial ride. Finally when I pressed the matter further he refused to pick my call and rudely told me to raise a complaint with any department and that he was least bothered.
          I sincerely believe Nissan to be a top grade organization but it is such degraded third-party service centers which spoil your repute.
          A prompt response in this regard would be highly appreciated.

            I have owned a datsun go which was met with an accident on monday (15th aug'16) and for repair i parked a car at nissan authorised workshop gangal, jammu. Insurer surveyor visited car and has already taken photos and completed the formalities. However, yet no work started by the said workshop on my car as already 3-4 days passed and now they are asking me that they have not front shade mirror with them and will taken almost 10 days whereas when i parked car in workshop they confirmed me that they have all parts even they check it in store room with me regarding mirror and all.

            This is my 3rd complaint against them but still no improvement seen in their services. Really upset my mind and i'm rethinking why should i opt for nissan/datsun brand where after sales of services is too poor. Even my cousin bro thinking of buying new car - datsun go+/redi go but will ask him to not buy this brand car as after sales service is too poor even after registered a complaint.
            I'm requesting you to pls ask them to improve the services in terms of quality and timely fast service or change the dealership for servicing so that customers like me don't go away from such good brand as i'm driving car from last 3 years and very happy with it but wen come on services it lead me to unhappy.

            Again requesting you to take urgent step and don't let me loose the hope.

              I have send my vehicle Nissan micra regd. No.UP 80 BV 229 for general service.they charged me Rs. 6000/- same service done by sumedha motors in 4000/- .they charged Rs 2800 + 550 for some oil change whereas at gwalior rthey charged only 740Rs.they have also manuplated my vehivle reading they have written 51000 kms whereas my last service done on 53000kms.when i have contacted GM work regarding complain he told me that nothing can be done.you can go for legal .now I am sending you legal notice for cheating .

                Hi sir,

                With ample respect i'm writing this mail to all of you. My name is chand shanu and i'm from a low middle class family. I've recently got married and staying 1200 km away from my home and old parents due to my job. I didn't even dream about the toughest circumstances that i'm currently facing due to bluff masters sitting in nissan's showroom. I've been cheated by nissan and it's staffs. Let me explain it.

                I've booked a datson go t car for commercial purpose from nissan showroom located in safdarjung and made the complete payment of around 5, 20, 000 (5 lakh and 20 thousands) on 27/06/2016 and i've been told by the staff names jitendra and anil dubey that it'll take maximum a week and your car will be at your door step. However, it's been more then 50 days and i've received nothing except lies and lies from nissan's staffs. My salary is very limited and i'm staying here with my wife so it's not possible for me to pay emi's of my car without making it run for commercial use.

                Everyday, i've to make 10-15 calls and i've to beg for the delivery after making complete payments however, they don't bother since they've received the complete payments. For you all it's a simple and a small issue but for me it's a big issue because i don't earn black money or under table and i'm unable to survive with limited salary that's the reason i've invested all my savings to purchase a small commercial vehicle to improve my lifestyle.

                Today water crossed my head and a staff named anil dubey threatened me and he told me that do whatever you want to do, you can go to chief minister, prime minister, delhi police, ceo of nissan and director of nissan and no one can do anything as i'm the boss of this showroom and i don't give damn to anyone. It was more strange to me and i was little shocked that is he the man i talked to when i visited the showroom and made the complete payments?

                I've waited too long with immense patience, however now i started suffering badly since i'm unable to pay emi's and my cibil has started going down. May i please know is there anyone in nissan who is accountable for this? I don't like cheating people and that's the reason i feel bad when people cheated me. This is my first and last investment with nissan and i'll also move to the court if required since i've been badly assaulted by nissan and it'd staffs. It's really hard to trust anyone this days and i'm stupid that i trust people easily. I'll put this all over the social media and if required i'll also share the same with my friends in new channels.

                I humbly request you all to please look into this and sort it out for me else i'll do something unexpected to myself and you all will be responsible for the same. I've no choice left now so please please please look into it get it sorted asap. For this i'll be highly obliged to you all. Hope for your kind cooperation. Jai hind!

                    I am going to buy a car [Datsun Radi Go, Variant T(O)] from Binod Nissan, Guwahati (a unit of Binod Nissaan Car World Private ltd. An amount of Rs.3, 28, 077.00, which is the ex-show room price of the car, is given to the dealer on 12/8/2016.

                    Now the dealer is forcing me to buy a Kit, which contains seat covers etc. for Rs.6250.00 and to take the extended warranty for Rs.6955.00. But I don't want to buy such type of things.

                    So, you are requested to look after the matter. In this connection, I want to mention that the behavior of the dealer to a customer is very poor.

                      Im not satisfied by your product

                      I got a manufacturing defected product form your company by your authorised dealer in "bhopal madhya pradesh India- ranjeet nissan ". They sold me a car which has manufacturing defects but they refused to accept, later on they accepted their mistake that they sold a manufacturing defect.(and they too sold me a 1 year old product)

                      Now

                      Problems faced by me from the first day i bought your car:

                      Milage : 9.8km/l company claimed :19.01km/l
                      Clutch pedals are too hard nd tight
                      That my knee got swallon.
                      Whn i told all these problems to the service centre they first regret to accept the problems after some days they told me about my car which was a manufacturing defects.. so they changed my clutch pedal but im not getting a good average till now..

                      I visited your service stations 2 to 4 times a weak regularly many times

                      Im a regular customer of many company

                      I have many car(toyota innova crysta zx, mahindra xuv w 10, tata tiago xz, maruti -swift and wagonr) i just want my car to get replaced soon or make my car as good as your company clamed to be..

                      Otherwise i have to take your company to consumer forum..

                      So, its my request to take action regarding this as soon as possible..

                        I went to the dealership to ask about lowering my payment.I did not have a Nissan product but I was inquiring about a certified used Nissan.When I arrived the salesman did not even show me the car I inquired about. He proceded to show me new cars tha I did not want . aaaall I wanted to do was get an quote if it would be possible.All he had to do was get the finance manager to tell me before he tried to sell me something I did not want.I I spent 3 hours there for something that cikould have taken 15 minutes.

                          I am booked a Datsun Nissan as 29.05.2016.


                          I have submitted the demand draft of Rs. 5, 11, 100/- of Punjab & Sindh Bank for the same. Also I have submitted Rs. 5, 000/- as registration charge. (copy enclosed)


                          After waiting of more than two month for the delivery of the said car I didn't get the confirmation from your company.


                          Further due to Non-availability of CNG I have cancelled the booking of the said car model from your company.


                          I would like to request you to kindly refund the said amount with interest as per rule.

And there is also no response from the company as well. I registered for complaints also but there has been no communication from their side..the booking amount worth Rs. 5000/-..

                              Hi i have purchased a new datsuj go plus from rng nissan showroom kanpur on 22 march 2016. The car was purchased on the name of sister miss shaiphali singh.
                              At that time there was an offer by dealer that if i book a car before 15 march i will get a 2 gram gold coin.
                              I booked the same on 12 march by neft 5000/- rs.
                              At the time of delievery he told me that i will recieve the coin at home after one month.
                              But now when its more than 4 months i didnt received it yet..!
                              And the dealer is not picking the phone..!
                              Pls sort this problem.!
                              And He also promised at the time of delievery that he will provide the service facilty in my hometown jhansi.

                                I got my Micra serviced from unity Nissan near bhwana road it was normal service but the bill charges was very high they charged me 11000 rupees for a normal service the Complaints which I told them was not rectified the explanation for those given by them was very unusual they told the parts has to be replaced without telling me the reason my car was not giving mileage it was giving only 14 to 15 kilometre per litre even this small problem was not solved in fact I have to give my car t h r i c e to these people to get my work done but still problem remains same these people are cheaters recently washer colour and give it back to you doing nothing in it please beware before taking your car to Unity Nissan..

                                  The dealer in andhra pradesh, vijayawada, lucky nissan is giving very worst and deadly delayed service. My car nissan evalia met with a accident on last may 02 2016, immediately i handed over my vehicle to the showroom till this day the work isn't started, when we asked about it they were telling silly reasons that spares were not available, and ordered for it like that irresponsible answering, please do some favor and arrange my vehicle as early as possible.

                                    We own your Nissan Terrano and are highly disappointed with the services provided by your dealer in kota.
                                    They don't even have a person who can repair the car.
                                    It's been 10 days and they are unable to provide service.
                                    If this is the kind of service expected from a company like Nissan we would have never purchased your car.
                                    Highly disappointed by the company and the dealer.
                                    Kindly give us the number and details of higher authorities to complain against your product and the dealer.
                                    Regretting the decision to buy your brand.

                                      My nissan micra petrol mid option joined me just 4 months ago ..just after 1500 km it had a her king in 3 and 5 th gear so I gone nearest nissan service centre in nagercoil one of executive driven my car for 5 km and said it's a small complaint in cletch and it could be cleared in first service but shocking is that after my first service nissan gave a bill of 33000 rs and said I had driven 10000 km by keeping my leg on cletch so it's burned out...I have already 2 four wheelers and I start driving 8 years back...I gone to nissan just after a long study about its uncomparble performance in motor field and now I really feeling guilty for choosing such a company who gave nearly 10 percent of vehicle cost in first service I am a normal earning teen ager I can't afford such a huge amount either I need to get warranty or I don't want this car anymore ...service centre people are not helping in any way and they simply treating us like we are borrowing money from them...as a normal customer of nissan how can I get justice...as a lawyer by profession I have decided to go consumer court for cheating me by not explain about the complaint at my first visit on 1500 km to service centre...I am expecting a positive reply from respected nissan authority ...I can't pay any amount for this complaint at any cost

                                        I have booked datsun redi go by paying rs.5000/- as booking amount from your local dealer lucky automotives pvt. Ltd., nellore. Andhra pradesh. The dealer is collecting rs,.6900/- towards logistics charges, which he is not supposed to collect apart from this the dealer is insisting me to take insurance from the insurance provided suggested by him only. The option of taking insurance is the prerogative of the consumer and the dealer should not insist the customer to take insurance policy from a particular insurer only.
                                        Kindly advise your dealer to desist from such unethical practice and redress my grievance at the earliest to enable me to take delivery of the vehicle.
