I own Nissan Kicks since last 8 months and it has run around 16 thousand KM and my car's only 2 tyres are wear out. When I escalated this matter to workshop after so much discussion they agreed to send tyres to apollo for inspection.
Post 3 days I received inspection report confirming tyre is wear out due to improper balancing and alignment, I had my first service done at 10k km and they rotated the tyres from front to back now at the time of service nissan did not informed or report me that tyre needs wheel alignment or Balancing.
I had a word with service manager in Ahmedabad Gujarat workshop and according to him they did inform me in written form and asked me to check the service report, I went ahead and checked the service report there were no recommendation for the same has been suggested.

Since tyres are wear out due to their improper inspection and ignorance instead asking me to pay the price for new tyres if I wish to have new tyre installed.

I followed up all the responsible stakeholders to resolve the matter but left with no luck.

    Hi,
    I booked a Nissan Magnite CVT XV premium varient from Nissan dealership at my hometown calicut, kerala on 25 January 2021 but the car has not been delivered yet. The dealership is saying that they have not received allotment for premium variets and it will be delivered only next year. When I checked at Nissan website track my car, it is showing delivery date as yet to be confirmed. I'm extremely disappointed with Nissan. Even after waiting for 8 months there is still no update on the delivery date and now I'm contemplating cancellation of my order.

        I purchased a nissan kicks from dada nissan and the warranty of the same is not over yet and the company does not provide any proper service and the issues i m facing under Warranty is not being resolved. With such type of service I won't suggest anyone to buy any product from nissan.

          Iam Dr basheer.My daughter Mrs Baseerath sulthana khanam has booked a nissan magnite turbo xl snow white at vibrant Nissan Gachibowli Hyderabad.The team leader of sales Mir Abbas ali khan at the time of booking has promised that the vehicle will be delivered inthe first week of June.Now it is the month of September and no delivery has taken place.I request Nissan motors to enquire with dealer why there is so much delay.I also request Nissan motors to allot me nissan magnite turbo xv pre as a compensation for the delay and for my loyalty. I expect a speedy responsible reply

                  I purchased car (Nissan Kicks) on 31/12/2020 having registration No. GJ 01 HV 8008. Earlier i made a complaint that there was issue of engine stoppage (defect) while in running condition. This issue occured only within 3 months from purchasing car i found may issues like draining of battery and vehicle showing wrong indication on display. The local dealer assured that the issue would be resolved.
                  Again few days back i saw three tyres being fixed by company having bubbles. These are manufacturing defects in the tyres and it seems that I have been delivered with old car lying idle in godown having issues like battery, engine display, and pathetic tyres fitted in wheels

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I booked a Nissan Magnite TURBO CVT XV PRE BLADE SILVER on 31st December 2020 from Raipur(CG) with the hope I will get the vehicle before 15th February 2021. After waiting for more than eight months, the status On your website displays Estimated Delivery month March 2022.

                    So far, I am not getting any information about its delivery status from the dealer. As I informed in my earlier mail, “I require the vehicle at the earliest because my Maruti 800 registration will expire soon, so I will not be able to use it for my daily office commuting”.

                    I hope you understand my problem and requirement of the vehicle and take up the matter from your office. The local dealer is not cooperating on my vehicle delivery issue. I hope Nissan will add one happy and new customer and make its brand image high.

                    I will be happy to receive a reply on this issue.

                      I had booked Magnite XV Blade Silver color on 29/12/2020. At the time of booking they told me that it will be delivered in march end. In the month of Feb I inquired about the delivery and they told me it will be delivered in the month end of April. In the month of April I went to the showroom and asked for the delivery date, they told me that it has been delayed till June end due to the covid. Two days back I tracked my delivery of the car. the tracker showed me delivery date 18/march/2022 ( 15 month waiting) when I booked my car in the month of Dec 2020.
                      I even send a mail to the customer care regarding the delivery date, they replied me saying that i need to contact the dealer (Vertex Nissan Gurgaon). I contacted the dealer, they are telling me that the date is given by he Chennai plant and they cannot do anything regarding the same. However, I have checked that many customers who had booked after my date has received the car.
                      Request to please help me out if getting my car at the ealirest.

                          My car is nissan magnite XL non turbo variant, my car was delivered on 28th july 2021(just 26 days only). But one the 20 th august 2021 my car radiator fan malfunctioned and i had to stop one the way to drive. Although the people in charge of the nissan marikkar showroom in thiruvananthapuram were informed. The car is still at nissan thiruvananthapuram serivce center. Less than a month after the car was delivered i as a car owner suffered huge losses, so if my car problem is not resolved as soon as possible(tomorrow) i will go ahead with legel action.

                            Renault Nissan is a big and very good groups of company... Lots of people work with you...

                            Here some fraudulent activities incurred by some people who are working in Nissan Renault groups... Mr. HARIHARA SUBRAMANIAM RN02267. & Mr. RAVI SHANKAR (PURCHASE DEPARTMENT) both guys cheat the people and collect the money by using your goodwill...

                            Fyki, we're also one of them who suffered by them... They cheat and get amount in the name of Nissan...

                            Kindly looking in to this issue and revert back ASAP...

                              Dear Sir,

                              I own a Nissan sunny XL car, bought in 2012. I am hardly using my car and so since 2015 it is showing some problems and several times I have to bring it to the garage for repair. In 2019 Mr. Chintan Patel and his team informed me that the problem was in ECM and that I have to change it. After several trials made by the garage team Mr. Patel requested me to change the ECM. In November 2019 they changed my ECM, but the one which they installed was not new.
                              I paid 60000 (sixty thousands) rupees for the ECM but I was cheated because it was a second-hand piece. I used my car for hardly 10 days, December 2019 I left India due to lack of time I have not complained. Now I request your company to please replace it with a genuine, original new ECM as and when I return to India April-May 2021.

                                I own a Nissan car (micra), car no is HR10W 2329. I bought this car in 2014. I am facing problem in starting of car, I tow my car twice to Neo Nissan service center but still that issues is not resolved, I paid alot but still i can not trust on my car. It could cheat me any time any place .
                                i can not believe within 7 year it could happen to any car, where normally all car work well for 15 years .
                                I doubt i will choose Nissan car again for such poor services .

                                    I have booked Nissan magnite XV Premium CVT sand storm brown On 22nd DEC for my Brother in law Mr Ratheesh at Win Nissan Nagercoil when I enquired with my dealer they told me that April they will deliver the vehicle till now there is no confirmation from the dealer when I enquired with nissan they told me that on July I will be getting my vehicle the copy of the mail is attached with this, again I visted thr dealer on july they promised me that they will be delivering the vehicle before August 10 2021 but today I visited the show room again they told me they didn't know the exact delivery date please find a solution as soon as possible and deliver my vehicle
                                    When I enquired with the customer care they replied me that ny delivery date will be on 16/12/2021 So I found from the customer care mail that I have to cancel my booking after 8 months because of this long waiting period and false commitment, I am sorry to say that In this way NISSAN INDIA treat their customer

                                    The Nissan magnite XV CVT Dule tone was booked on January 10 2021 in Nissan Pinacle Palakkad when I enquired with When I contacted Nissan they told me that I would be receiving my vehicle in July, a copy of the email is attached to this email. When I contacted the dealer again in July, they told me that the vehicle would be delivered before August 10, 2021. The show room told me they did not know the exact delivery date, so please find a solution as soon as possible and deliver my vehicle
                                    I enquired with customer care and they replied that delivery will begin on 16/12/2021. Due to this long waiting period and false commitment. now as per my booked dealer expecting delivery by March 2022.

                                        Its about grievance caused by Nissan and their roadside assistant policy maker,

                                        I took a policy for RSA from Nissan, . I got a breakdown of my vehicle at 11 am . then I raised a complain to them and they started lying from 11 am that pick up will be at 1pm, after 1 pm I called them almost every half an hour and all I was hearing from them is the vehicle will reach there in 5 minutes.

                                        at the oust and most disgusting way to lie, which I found at 6 pm when one of their guys said vehicle hasn't dispatched from the service centre and wil depart soon,
                                        lastly I handed my car at 7pm to this guy,
                                        I had been denied for the assistance over the taxi and accommodation so obviously I had to manage it by my own.

                                        I reached anyhow to Kolhapur by changing 2 vehicles at 9:30pm, was literally feeling stranded as there was no food parlor/hotel open due to lockdown.

                                        All THIS MISERY COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF YOUR NISAN RSA HAVE COMMUNICATED THE REALITY RATHER GIVING FAKE PROMISES FOR 8 HOUR

                                        They didn't co operate with my overnight stay nor the Nissan group customer care, i had to Manage everything on my own with family
                                        i trusted Nissan emergency and they literally hung me high and dry on highway for 8 straight hours, with my family.

                                        I handed my car to a guy at 7:00 pm who was supposed to come at 1 pm.
