Nissan Terrano 110
Vehicle number: KL-08 BG 456

We delivered our NIssan Terrano on 2014 from EVM kalamassery Ernakulam, kerala. My parents we using this car for last 7 years without any accidents and it's driven only 30000 Kilometers.
Yesterday, we came to know from the Nissan dealership that injector of the engine was not working and has to be replaced, The compression fails due to this issue.

How can an engine failure happen for a 30K kilometers driven car? It's not acceptable and i am looking for a free replacement for the nozzle. The vehicle is in the 'Pinnacle Nissan' dealer ship in thrissur, Kerala.
Hope this issue will be addressed/compensated from the factory level. We don't have any other choice other than filing a law suit against Nissan vehicles for the engine failures.

      Dear Sir
      I booked Nissan Magnite XV (NA) on dated 17th Jan 2020, where Neo Nissan Ghaziabad Dealer executive Mr Prashant (Mb [protected]) assured me that he will range car as soon as possible. On 27th Jan i received a call from prashant and he said one car is available and he can arrange delivery on 1 Feb 2020 but that time i was not in the city and i asked him i can take delivery on 8th Feb 2020. then Mr Prashant said yes we can take delivery on 8 th Feb but you have to paid advanced money so that he can hold car for me then i transfered 1 lac rupees on dated 29th Jan and 1 lac on 3rd Feb. But when i visited 7th feb to neo nissan ghaziabad showroom then Mr prashant revealed that he had given car to someone else as you were not available to take delivery.
      on the same day he confirmed me for 18th Feb and said he is arranging brown/black color car for me .
      Now today on 17th Feb 2020, when my HDFC car loan representative shared DA (disbursement amount note) to him then Mr Prashant and his senior colleague told me that you have to pay Stockyard charges Rs 6500 extra and you also need to take insurance from Neo Nissan Dealership.
      In offered quote :
      Ex showroom 668000 + RTO 55870 + Insurance 28333 + Extended Warranty 12425 +essential Kit 2249 + 0% Dip insurance 5617 + fast tag 500= 7, 72, 994 (Seven Lac seventy two thousnad nine hundred ninety four)

      in the lieu of I have deposited 3, 11, 000 and i arranged insurance from my HDFC collaborative bank so that remaining amount will be Total quoted 772994
      less Insurance 33950= 739044 (insurance i arranged from my end)
      advanced paid 311000 then[protected] = 428044 remains for loan disbursement

      Issue /concern: 1) why i need to pay stockyard charges Rs 6500 extra as it was not mandatory and also not revealed in initial quote.
      2) why dealer enforce me to take insurance from him as he is a car dealer not insurance dealer, every buyer has right to take insurance from any source.

          This is to inform you that I have not received my booked vehicles. Ganpati Nisan's employee Mr. Chandra Mohan is doing a bad behavior talk today on 14/02/2021 time 7.20 PM. When I am doing an inquiry today from Chandra Mohan he is saying that I have sold your booked vehicle. You are not eligible for a vehicle. when I am saying I will complain against you & company behavior he was saying you do any things but your vehicle will not be delivered to you. This is to inform you that I am going to court against your employee behavior and also going to consumer court for compensation and punishment again your company. I am attaching a conversation recording. Thanks for your company's bad behavior activity.

            We booked Nissan Magnite XL varient on 6 Dec 2021 from Nissan Moti Nagar and delivery was scheduled after 8 weeks. It was supposed to be delivered January, then it was postponed to march, then it was again postponed to June. A youtuber has posted a video, he has got the same varient in 20 days due to pick and choose delivery. Delivery is not being made according to seniority I've talked to the company staff but to no avail. I am very shocked and quiet frankly, disappointed.

                I had booked a Nissan Magnite car from Nissan Vertex dealership in sector 14, Gurgaon on 27th Dec 20. I was not sure to book the car but Suresh and Jyoti in the showroom have convinced me that the booking amount is completely refundable and if I decide not to go ahead with the purchase, the complete amount shall be refunded. I had made the payment right away from my HDFC credit card.

                On January 17th, I decided to purchase another car, hence requested for refund at Nissan. For which the sales representative asked for an application and a copy of booking receipt. I have sent her both these things over whatsapp. After a couple of followups she told me that the cancellation can not be done over the phone and I had to visit the showroom with the hard copy of receipt, which was ironical in the era when you can do Lakhs of transactions over internet, but still I visited the showroom and provided them the docs in physical format.
                As I had made the payment via credit card, I was expecting the refund at the same platform, however the dealership says that it shall be refunded in cheque only. (I wonder, in which generation Nissan is working in)
                After that I have been following up with Nissan to no respite. Nobody is taking my calls or returning texts. Is it the booking amounts from which Nissan is generating its revenue from, by not refunding the money to customers!!!

                  waiting period for customer complain is almost 30 mins and executive drop phone without hearing customer. Its very rude.

                    Hi my name is borpatla rajesh.I had booked nissan magnite xe varient from vibrant nissan(dealer) erragadda hyderabad on 13 jan/2020.They have given a commitment i.E they will delivery magnite xe in the month of march.But now they are saying delvery will get delay as per huge bookings.Iam not satisfied with their reply.Pease start delivering xe as nissan had created a trust by introducing a great product after a long time and please dont break it by dealying the delivery.

                        I had booked Nissan Magnite Xe variant from Ajmer(Rajasthan) dealer on 28dec20.
                        I was assured by my dealer that car will be delivered in 4 weeks but car was not delivered, when I contacted him he assured me that my car will de delivered on February first week but that also not happen now Nissan's dealer is telling me he doesn't know when will my car will be delivered.

                        This kind o[censored]nprofessional from a company like yours is not acceptable, My hopes were high regarding the Nissan company, but now all I can see is bad service and unprofessionalism.

                        I hope you take action against it or I have to go to consumers court.

                        I have also booked my Nissan Magnite XV from the same dealer on 25th December.
                        In january I was asked to pay more amount for early delivery so I paid another Rs.60000 and after that the loan amount was also paid by the bank to Raj Nissan. The promised date of delivery was before 31st January. Till now I have paid them 5 lacs 72 thousands but still no clue of delivery. Their executive Vinod Parihar keep making new excuses from last 20 days.
                        Feeling cheated now.

                          I was committed to recieve delivery of my Nissan magnite by Jan end feb 1st week which i have still not recieved. Moreover my calls are not getting answered and everytime i go to the showroom i am asked to wait and ultimately they give a false commitment of delevery in next lot. The way showroom sales people behave is not at all acceptable. Nissan is a big brand but your your service is extremely poor.

                            My name is Sajan Mooketh and I am writing this mail to bring to your notice about my service experience with EVM Cars, Nettur, Cochin-682040.

                            I used to give my sister's car (Nissan Micra Registration No: KL 11 BK 5032) for service at EVM Cars, Nettur, Cochin 682040. I had given the car for its periodic service in September (Date:[protected] and they delivered the car duly after the payment of the service amount.

                            Later In January[protected] I had given the car for another periodic service and the service manager had recommended to change both rear shock absorbers and radiator fan and also said the extended warranty has got expired because of the earlier service not being recorded as periodic service. So, I must bear the cost for the same out of my pocket and this will cost roughly around Rs 12000/-

                            Earlier during the September 2020 service, I had been told that oil change is not necessary then and this can be done later in the next service, but they never told me the service will be considered as general service and extended warranty will also break if it has not been recorded as periodic service. This has happened because of the communication problem from the service centre and now I have lost my extended warranty also.

                            I am pretty much regular for car service and never missed one. The service request form which I received from the service centre in which it is clearly written the type of service is “PS (Periodic Service)”.Yet they marked my service general service.

                            Please look into the matter ASAP.

                                  I am customer of your company and using datsun redigo. After a small accident with a scooty my car is dameged a little. I send the car in your service centre on 08 jan 2021. Till date car in not ready and after conversation said that it will take another one week.
                                  Now, my concern is that
                                  Who is responsible for this late.

                                    Firstly, I congratulate you and your team for successful launch of Nissan magnite and surely the success will be double when its customers are happy.
                                    With subject to the reference I have to state that I have book Nissan magnite (Turbo CVT variant)on 21 December, 2020 in Dhannvi nisaan dealer of the Nagaon district of Assam. The car is yet to be delivered. This is not the issue.
                                    The issue is 2 days back, the dealer sales person Miss Trilochana Medhi call me and said that extended warranty is compulsory for delivering the vehicle to its customers. I at once call Nissan customer care toll free number and they told me that it is not mandatory at all. When I informed the dealer about the version of customer care they again refused it by saying that they cannot deliver it without extended warranty and they does not care what nissan says. Whether my knowledge is concerned no car company made such a strange decision. Please clarify the issue for the greater benefit of customers.

                                      I took my car for repair to your workshop on 10th January 2021 at around 11 AM after talking to your service manager. The job was allotted to Mr Firoz and I went back after completing the paperwork for insurance services. The survey was done by insurance personal and approval was received in 2 days and was informed about it by Mr Firoz on phone.

                                      But subsequently your guys are sitting on car as they have not received the parts as yet. Are you all are living in stone age and parts take more than 2 weeks to arrive that too within India. All flights operations have been resumed and then it is taking so long.

                                      Perhaps you guys think that car is not essential but a showpiece item and not required by owner. I am spending 1200 INR daily on my cab. Do you think I made a mistake by taking my car to Neonissan? Why dont you guys display it that we cannot provide services so that If someone gives his/ her car to your workshop then it will be their own responsibility? As such also I am fed up of Nissan services. The Zedex workshop is known for stealing parts from cars. So I shifted to Neonissan but unfortunately it is also going on same route.

                                      Who is going to compensate for the troubles faced by me due to noncompetence of Neonissan workshop?

                                      Hope I will get some answer to my agonies if some professionalism is still left intact in you guys.
