I bought the Nissan Magnite in the first lot during a press release on 28th Dec'20 in Nandanam, Chennai - Autorelli Nissan center. I am facing AC problems from Dec'20 onwards and I have given the vehicle more than 10 times to the Nissan Service Centre, Iyyappanthangal till today 25th April 2022.     Dear Sir / Madam,

    My name is Sachin Hanmantrao Sangrulkar. I Booked a Nissan Magnite XV Model car in ETCO Nissan Nerul showroom on 22 January 2022. Firstly they assure delivery within one week but delivery is delayed for the last three months. I passed my vehicle loan from Union Bank Of India, they transferred Rs. 859449 dated 31st March 2022 and accessories amount Rs. 17524/- transferred to ETCO Nissan Motors Pvt. Ltd. Nerul dated 4th April 2022. I am residential of Sangli district Tal 32 Shirala, we have MH10 passing but they provide us MH 11 i.e. Satara RTO passing. Now they forced us to take delivery of the MH11 passing car. I have already submitted all registration documents (address proof etc) to ETCO Nissan.
    We are requested to ETCO Nissan give us MH10 passing new car or cancel the deal and refund us Rs.900000/- plus interest amount in my account.
    I am suffering a lot in this deal, financially and mentally. I humble request to you take proper action on high priority against ETCO NISSAN Pvt. Ltd. Nerul

      Dear
      it's very painful to narrate my experience with Neo Nissan Service Centre at Noida sector 3.
      First of all when I received the car it wasn't even cleaned from the outside.
      Later when I saw the inside I found that cleaning was very pathetic.
      Now comes my following complaints:
      1. Android car play still gets frequently gets disconnected and I have to reconnect the USB again and this happens with 3 cables which I used.
      2. Car runs very heavy and this does affect its fuel consumption and nothing has been done to improve.
      3. Still the bottom of the car touches the ground on even slightest uneven roads.
      4. It still makes noise when I my car is stationary and I release my brake pedal.
      I submitted my feedback to the service center but they don't have the decency to call back as to why I was not satisfied with their work.
      I have been a long customer of Maruti, Honda and Hyundai but never such pathetic service center and customer care

        Hi,
        I have booked the vehicle from Vignesh Nissan Motereux Dealership from Pondicherry UT on Dec 2020.
        While booking the vehicle they have been assured that i would be getting 2+2 extended warranty as an offer for me as i have been booked within december 2020, also there is no restriction to avail the offer.
        While booking the vehcle they assured the delivery y march 2021 for sure but not happened and failed .After some time on June 2021, they informed vehicle is been allotted and pay the full amount so i have paid the full amount for the vehicle excluding reg with in june 2021. Took the delivery by july 2021 due to auspicious day availability and while taking the delivery i have been asked so many times about the Extended Warranty Offer, they said it will be in a short period of time.

        After the delivery of the vehicle, i have been contacted different peoples, CRM, Sales Executive, Manager level peoples etc. at last on february month 2022, Mr.Ayyapan CRM said that he will do the extended warranty with in the MAR 2022.I have spoken and following up with AYYAPAN CRM for 6 month period, after registereing compalint with nissan india, and i'm being in touch with CRM in recent 6 month about the Extended Warranty and hence waiting for the same.
        Finaly few days before another executive from the VIGNESH NISSAN Dealership told that i won't get the Extended Warranty Offer .

        After hearing this, i was shocked to such a pathetic answer from him. He just simply denied to provide the offer which is as promised for me while booking the car as well as, dealership also agreed to provide me till last month i.e Feb 2022.
        Suddenly they have changed the mind and dodging what they have promised and trying to avoid the offer as promised to provide.

        Its been clear and evident that that they have been cheated the customer by making false promises and also its clear that this is due negligence of duty, dishonest with customers as well as unfair means to gain advantage.
        I strongly condemn the rude and cheating behaviuor of the CAR Showroom VIGNESH NISSAN and i request you to kindly take necessary action on this and render justice.

            I am Ayush Rawat, I am from Agra. I had purchased magnite car from your R.N.G NISSAN Etawah showroom 18-jan-2022. Quotation given by your dealer at the time of booking was Rs.6, 63, 673 and Rs.6000 for extra central locking.My booking date was 14-OCT-2021.When your ex-showroom price was Rs.5, 71, 000.Your price increased to Rs 5, 76, 500 in 2022 ex-showroom.At the time of taking the car, they mentioned the on road price that was Rs 6, 69, 173 and Rs 6000 for central locking and our loan file charge of Rs 3100.The total of all this was Rs.6, 78, 273 which we had to pay to R.N.G Nissan Etawah.In which he had put an ex-showroom of Rs.5, 76500, logistic charge of Rs.6500, insurance of Rs.30643Registration charge of Rs.50280, Body care package of Rs.4250 and 1000 for no. plate was placed.Prashant Verma ji had taken payment of Rs.6, 84, 500 from us.Prashant verma ji took more payment of Rs 6227 from us at that time.I have a copy of all the payments that we have made.When we felt miss match, we informed Prashant Verma ji by going etawah. Prashant Verma ji told us that today I will not be able to check anything, you can call me tomorrow, I will check and tell you tomorrow.Next day he made a quotation and sent us a fake sign on it.There was a lot of difference between the quotations that were given to us and what they sent.And when we spoke to him about this, he said, complain anywhere, no one will do anything.

            This is the request from you, whatever our money has been taken more, get that return from us.We have proof of everything in by written.Didn't expect this to happen to Nissan family members.Your etawah dealer has very messy behavior about the coustmer. There are many complaints from your etawah dealer.It would be best for Nissan to take some strong action on it. The thief is R.N.G Nissan Etawah.

              Dear Sir,
              I had booked the automatic variant of Nissan Magnite XV 1.0 Turbo Premium (O) CVT during the month of Dec 2020. Last year in Feb. 2021, I had requested your dealership Binod Nissan in Guwahati for a test drive but they failed. The second instance, I requested and this time the vehicle was sent but the test drive could not be completed as the dealership staff were having some urgent personal engagements (due to time constraint); so they insisted that today we can only show you the vehicle. They apologised and said we will send the car once again for a test drive. After this, I couldn't avail the test drive which is the prime reason why I couldn't make up my mind whether to go for the manual or automatic variant. Thereafter, I did not receive any call or communication from your dealership regarding the test drive or delivery status of my vehicle. On 27th December, I was shocked to get a whatsapp text from the CRM, that my vehicle is ready for delivery and if I don't purchase before 31st December, the introductory booking price will no longer be valid. Now, this message that I received was quoting some other booking ID and date and it was not tallying with my original booking ID. Next month on 5th January, I received an email from Nissan Connect... 'Congratulations on purchase of your Nissan Magnite.'
              Once again, I received an email from Nissan Service... 'Welcome to the Nissan family, your service due date is 6th March 2022.' When I contacted the dealer, they said there's some mix up with your booking ID that created this confusion, so kindly ignore those emails received from Nissan.
              Thereafter, being fed up with the unpleasant experience on 13th Feb 2022, I texted the CRM that I would like to cancel my booking and get full refund. She asked me to wait for a few days and the refund will be processed directly to my bank account.
              On 22nd March, I called the CRM and asked her about the refund then she started to deviate from the topic saying that... 'May I know the reason why you're cancelling the booking. Is it because of the test drive issue that we couldn't provide? I'm sorry, if you give us an opportunity, I will send the vehicle tomorrow itself for test drive to your location.' Even after that nobody called me for the test drive, so this morning I again sent her a reminder message to which she replied that; 'the vehicle is currently not available, so you'll have to wait for few days'.
              After getting this response, I decided to call Nissan customer helpline and registered a complaint against the dealer. Also, I called the second time and requested the agent to arrange a call back from their superior as I wanted to narrate the whole thing and give a registered email complaint against the dealership.
              Now, I request you to look into this matter and take stern action. Also, I want the full refund along with interest due to the harassment and intentional delay in my allotment and delivery.

                I am G. Vijayakumari. We bought sunny XL with RegNo TN20 CW9824 in April 2013.
                Till nov 2021, there was no problem with the car. In the 2nd week of Nov 2021, the car met with an accident and could not be started. After 2 days, the car was taken to ambattur nissan service station, and after checking, they informed that the engine got ceased and new engine has to be replaced.

                On suggestion given by the service official, with the assurance that, only on replacement of new engine, car will be working fine, an amount of Rs 2, 20, 000 was paid and the new engine was replaced.
                And the car was taken from the service station on 24.12.2021.

                Later on, frequently car had starting trouble and also the engine indicator started flashing in the dashboard.
                The same was informed to the service official on 12.3.2022 and on suggestion given by him, the car was again taken to service station on 14.3.22.

                On checking the car engine, it was informed that some wire has been cut, hence sensor was not proper, and they charged Rs 1099.
                The car was taken back from the service station on 21.3.2022.

                Again the same problem found on 25.3.22, the car had starting trouble for more than 10 minutes and engine indicator again starting flashing in the dashboard.
                This issue was again intimated to the service official on the same day. He said that again car has to be checked and asked to bring the car to the service station.

                Why this problem persists after replacing even a new engine.
                This shows that new engine replaced would have some issues or the service persons would have not checked it properly.

                Huge amount has been paid for engine replacement by us.

                We are not satisfied with the service rendered by your service centre.
                They are just keeping the car in the service centre, without checking the issue and charging amount for it.

                Take necessary action immediately, else matter will be taken up with consumer court.

                  I booked a nissan magnite xv model red color from rng nissan kanpur by mr mohit raina and mr gaurav mishra (sales representatives) on 20th january 2022 for my sisters wedding which is to b held on 03 of march 2022. I asked those 2 persons again n again whether dey vl b able to deliver my car b4 marriage or not but dey assured me to deliver the car on 25 feb 2022. So i booked my car by giving 11000 cash.

                  Now on 23 feb i called mr mohit raina for d same but he denied to deliver me the car with xv model amd red color instead keep on insisting me to buy turbo xv which is 1 lakh more expensive. My sisters wedding is on 3/3/22 and i am nowhere to go now. I will be thankful to u i[censored]r organisation vl gave my justice as this is the matter of marriage. Plz help me as soon as possible coz i have only 4 days left

                      We as a company use Nissan in Torrevieja, we have a delivery van NV200 ( 5899 KDF) it has been in their garage seven times sometimes over the last six months, sometime for a week at a time, to resolve a yellow warning light that keeps coming on, the van is supplied by Sabadell renting and 'im sure you have charged them each time for resolving the problem?? now they will not answer my emails to them, Claire Young is the lady we deal with as she is English, this is an urgent issue and needs dealing with what can we do .

                          Dear All,
                          I Jatin Nanda by profession practicing Advocate With Delhi High Court. I purchased a Nissan Magnite in the month of April 2021 and I am a Customer of your Tata AIG General Insurance Company and i was meet with an accident of my Car at Nearby the Chanakyapuri police station on 02/01/2022 at about 4.30 AM and I call many times on helpline service for towing but no come from Nissan and Tata AIG after that i call personal crane service for towing my car From Chanakyapuri to Okhla Nissan Service Center. After that I have received a call from nissan on 03/01/2022 they required some documents and i will provide. and i also registred a claim with TATA Customer Care on 03/01/2022. After waiting of 10 days I call on Nissan and Tata but no response from any side. Today is 30/01/2022 approx one month is passed still my Car is not ready for handover i just words in Nissan and they said sir Now we order the parts of your Car. It will take One More Month for handed over the car to you.
                          Now Courts is Start on daily basis and i am using CAB and also using a Pubic Transport at Covid 19 Difficult Time.
                          IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO HANDOVER MY CAR WITHIN 7 DAYS SO PLEASE WITH MY NEW CAR BECAUSE REASON OF ACCIDENT IS DIS BALANCE OF CAR. THIS IS THE REASON OF ACCIDENT. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ALL LOSSES AND EXPENSES. IF IN CASE I MEET WITH COVID DUE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT YOUR COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS BEHAVIOR. I CAN'T TOLERATE THIS BEHAVIOR.

                          I WANT REPLY WITHIN 5 DAYS OTHERWISE I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST BOTH THE COMPANIES HARASSMENT, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND MANY CIVIL AND CONSUMER ACT APPLICABLE ON YOU.

                              Dear Team, Im a Nissan Xtrail 2015 owner. Im facing this transmission issues from some time and changed 2 gearbox already. And last it was repaired by a transmission repair team. After all this, still the gearbox is having issues. Now the problem is some sound from the gearbox and gear slipping.
                              I'm really really fed up of this. Can you guys please look into this and help me. This is really getting frustrated.

                                Hi. I booked car - Magnite X V with Lakshmi Nissan - Ambattur ([protected]) on Dec 4th. I paid the booking fee as agreed Rs.10, 000/- and the recipt I received had no proper details. I had paid through (HDFC Debit card) while they had mentioned I paid through (ICICI Credit Card) where I do not even have an account.                                 I had booked Nissan Magnite in December 2020 from Solan Showroom in Himachal Pardesh and paid the initial booking amount.11k

                                8 Sep 2021 - I cancelled my car booking and the showroom sales lead confirmed to me that i will be getting my refund in 7-8 days.

                                I have been following up for my refund. Everyday the showroom guys and the CRM incharge is giving me new excuses but not my refund cheque.

                                I have a horrible experience in dealing with Nissan in past 4 month from booking of my car and now following for payments.

                                The Sales never call back for any update. I have to call them every day now for my payment refund.

                                Pathetic Service. Very Stressful. No Customer Satisfaction. Booking a Nissan Magnite has only been a nightmare for me.

                                  I had booked a nissan magnite in August 2021. At the time of booking dealer promised me to deliver in starting of december first week. Still they haven't delivered. On the nissan magnite delivery portal they haven't shown any progress. Even my mobile number not matching with record.
                                  Nissan Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
