I was delivered a manufacturing defect car in 2017 with faulty fuel pump, from the first service i have been complaining about power drop in the car and clutch issues but they always ignored sating that the nissan micra is generally low powered vehicle so thats how it drives. They never cared to work on my complaints, however the issue escalated and i had my car stalling at multiple occasions, after my rigorous followups they finally identified that the fuel pump is faulty but agreed to change within warranty for free after multiple arguments.
Then i had a car accident which damaged the front portion of the car, they missed to analyse the breaks and majorly just claimed the cosmetic fix in the insurance claim, had they checked the breaks, i would have claimed it insurance. But now i have to pay 1L for breaks and clutch to get my car fixed. Why do we insurance then, why do di we have the ServiceCenter then, I have been lied by then all the times, mu issues were neglected all the times and now i hae to incure loss by spending so much unnecessarily on this low budget car, feels devastated, need someone to look into this so I don’t pay for Nissan’s negligence, thanks..

      Booked a nissan magnite xv executive variant on 8th december 2021.
      In the quotation i was mentioned a logistic fee of rs. 6500 over the ex-showrrom price.
      Brought it to the notice of nissan india.
      They did not interfere to get it waived off and there stance on it is yet not clear.
      On telephonic conversation and mail they informed that yes the dealer has to charge the logistic fee and its up to you to bargain and get it waived off if the dealer agrees.
      Feel free to gather any other info from me regarding this.

        Hello, this is Raahul Sawhney.
        I booked 2 Nissan Magnites (xe) on the 10th of December 2020 at Neo Nissan, Moti Nagar, New Delhi.

        Was promised that id get delivery in February, in February was told there's a lot of backlog, orders are overwhelming and cars are being delayed by 2 months, then the sales persons kept on changing and we were told that once the car is in stock we would be contacted.

        I received email during shradhs/ October 2021, to take delivery (silver colour..! I booked both cars in white) or my booking would be cancelled, I called em up n mailed back that how do you expect me to take delivery during shradhs as it's inauspicious, I can take delivery in Navratras (both mails at bottom), then we were changing homes and upon contacting the dealership I was told the colour I booked isn't available. I booked 2 cars in white.

        I agreed to take one in silver if white isn't available, which again was never in stock with dealership in October 2021 when we enquired.

        In between we didn't had a valid kyc as we were shifting from delhi to gurgaon which was shown to the dealership with documentary proof and provided when we visited the dealership 4-5 times for inquiring delivery status, they didn't have a car then too, when I told em the car can be registered at the old address too.

        Now since last 2 months I'm told we will be updated bout the status on the 7th of each month as that's when they get the delivery schedule of vehicles, last month when I visited the showroom, I offered to make more advance payment for both the cars which they said they can't accept as cars aren't available.
        i was told there aren't any xe variant in dispatch I can opt for a higher variant at new price, which I disagreed to, they told me to inquire in December, I kept in touch over the phone with the sales person, n was repeatedly told to buy higher variants at new prices against both the bookings. Or wait till 7th December for status to be cleared.
        I called the showroom 7th December n was told there aren't any xe variants coming and can opt for a higher variant or buy a new car at new price. I told them it's their duty to fulfill the delivery promised, I've waited for a whole year for the same and I was told they can't help it, was told either to buy higher variants of car at new price, or wait till 7th january 2022, which clearly exceeds the price protection promised at the time of booking and today he bluntly told me now id have to by the xe variant at inflated price.

        I told em id contact Nissan India, and was again very bluntly told I can do that too.

        Outta curiosity I just tried to check my delivery schedule online n to my surprise my number isn't there in records, meaning the dealership has cancelled my booking without notifying me n was giving me false hopes to wait till December or forcing me to buy higher variant at new prices as that's what's available.

        I'm attaching a screen shot of the delivery status notification which I sent to the sales person too, he has seen it long back but didn't bother to revert. Clearly shows that this was being done intentionally, else he would've atleast replied as I put an allegation that my bookings have been cancelled without my knowledge.

        I would like to know if this is morally and ethically correct to do.
        Upon waiting for a complete year this is where it leaves me, disgruntled and cheated by the dealership!?!

        I called the dealership again yesterday, ie 11/12/2021 and was again told we don't have any cars n would have to wait, asked about my price protection and was told they can't guarantee it.

        I look forward to an honest review of my situation n provide me with the delivery of both my cars.

        The customer service is very slow at Nissan India end. I still haven't hot a satisfactory answer from dealership or Nissan India. Dealership still says that cars aren't available.

          Non delivery of cars booked.

          Hello,

          My brother mr.shubham patil has Booked megnite xl car on 29-sept-2021 on commited delivery on[protected] by executive from Pramukh nissan vapi..

          But after 10 day, Executive call and asking for pay some additional amount.. because this model is not available..but still car is not delivered..

          On[protected], i m following up with dealers, again executive call him for this model is also not available..you need to pay some extra amount to purchase higher model..

          Have raised complain in customer care... castomer care is asking me to kindly contact with dealers..than why customer care is opened?

            My vehicle TN-75AR8596 for service purpose, ( Vehicle Horn was not working ) near win nissan service station at Nagercoil on[protected]. After completion of service the vehicle driver side window glass was not working. Further asking the nissan service centre, Nagercoil, they have tell that there is some technical problem and the same has rectified within a hour and settled the defect. Further the same problem was arised ( Door window not working ) again on[protected] the vehicle was handed over to service station, Nagercoil ( Win Nissan Service station, Nagercoil) settle the problem. But still date the problem was not ascertain from the service Sector.

            The vehicle was purchased on[protected] in Win Nissan, Nagercoil. The New vehicle continuously arised problem repeatedly. This is a manufacturing defect or Service hands not ascertain the problem. What will do the customer side.Pls rectify the issue as soon. My mobile No: [protected]

              Tyres of my Vehicle nissan magnite I bought out in aug 21 are of poor quality got torn by small touch to hand cart and little touch by scooter rider
              No one from nissan including dealer are having idea of claiming warranty from co / tyre supplier or insurance claim

                My brother-in-law booked a new nissan Magnite XE varient in silver colour in 25th December 2020 from sardar motors bijnor Uttar Pradesh for gift to his sister in marriage ceremony that held on 14th march 2021 . They promised to deliver the vehicle till April 2021 but they couldn't deliver the vehicle due to pandemic . After pandemic in August month they told me to change the varient to get earlier delivery i accepted his offer and change varient from XE to XL and deposited approx 3 lakh . But again he couldn't deliver my car . In last month of October i visited at dealership to know the status and he given me a new excuse that they already billed the vehicle in company but company couldn't provide the new vehicle and given me again a new delivery time till 30th November . Again i visited dealership just two days ago to know there is nothing to change i returned with same response .

                After deposit a huge ammount i have nothing till date . Please ensure the actual delivery date. I am waiting since last one year . I am very frustrated to get this type service . Please please

                  Sir/Madam,

                  I amit kumar (defence person) book Nissan magnite MT XL car from youwe & cars, Bhikaji cama place, new delhi in 9th September 2021 and it LO by CSD Canteen has been generated on 25th October 2021.

                  In showroom availablity certificate dated 20th October 2021 showroom manager mentioned that they provide this car to me by 31st October 2021. But, even after my loan installments deducted from my account they are not capable to provide me my car and given unsuitable justifications.

                  In this regard this type of behavior is not suits with the customer by any company.

                  Hence I request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest otherwise there is no other option to me beside lodge complaint in consumer forum and CSD Canteen.

                    I am following up with customer care almost 3 months now people are going round and round no intend to resolve the issue.

                    Dealers are duping people with excess amount in the name of RTO and providing Nissan Invoice saying company margins are low.

                      I booked Nissan Magnite XV Turbo on Feb 2021 but still I didn't receive the car. Now they are asking me to wait till March 2022 even after that I am not sure if they will deliver the car or cheat customer please take immediate action. They simply blame on semiconductor shortage if that was tru then why they export cars from India and why they kept bookings open. When they can't deliver for previously booked customer they should have stopped bookings.

                        I booked nissan kicks non turbo 1.5 on 29/08/2021 at Acuity Nissan Vadodara Gujarat and delivery dated 13/10/2021.After full payment today I came at acuity nissan show room for delivery but they people denied for delivery.They told vehicle sold already to another customer who booked after me .As per consumer act i can get first come first basis but I think acuity nissan company has completely against rule of government of India.Please provide circular regarding instructions of delivery of vehicle as per customer booking wise.

                            Hi Team,

                            I am writing this email with deep distress and sadness. I tried to call your customer service numbers but the customer support representatives kept disconnecting my calls. I have called multiple times to complain related to autorelli nissan service center in chennai but the customer service representatives kept disconnecting the calls.Fianlly, a person by name krishna picked the call and helped me in connecting to the autorelli nissan service center people.

                            The issue is that the (P.S) light is turning on and the power steering is becoming hard to operate. I called the nissan road side assistance team and they erased the error in the system(Laptop) and told me that there is a torque sensor issue and i have to replace an electrical part and the issue will be resolved. He asked me to go to the nearby service center to get it fixed. I went to the nearby service center which was autorelli nissan service center in iyyapanthangal. The service advisor was rude, didnt attend to my problem immediately. After waiting some time, i went into the garage and their was some gentleman who listened to me and told the electrical person to run a system diagnosis and erase the error. The electrical person ran the diagnosis and informed something to the service advisor. The service advisor came back to me and told that i have to change the entire panel which will cost 38, 000 rupees. I told him that the child part only costs[protected] which i have to pay 38, 000. The service advisor kept on saying there is no availability of child part but the panel is available. I kept asking him, if the panel is available why cant he take the child part and fix it. He said nissan doesn't make child parts, they make the entire panel and if i have to take the entire panel i can take it or leave it.

                            I am not sure why nissan doesn't make child parts? why they want to sell the entire panel when only a part is defective. This is bad service by nissan. If somebody buys your car, they should be able to change the nut if the nut is faulty. You dont ask the customer to change the entire car for a faulty nut. Please advise on this nissan team.

                                I booked an all new Magnite XL turbo in last year ie 2020. It's been almost 9 months but company failed to deliver me the car in spite of three projected dates. I have a family consisting of two small kids hence I was literally forced to go for another option. I cancelled my booking in September and dealer in Visakhapatnam, Lakshmi Nissan promised me that my money will be refunded to me within 10 days. However, it's been almost one month but there is nothing visible from them. I tried to call them several times but they didn't pick up the calls. I had visited dealer, filled the form and gave my A/c details to get my money back. Now, I don't know when they're going to refund my money.

                                    I own Nissan Kicks since last 8 months and it has run around 16 thousand KM and my car's only 2 tyres are wear out. When I escalated this matter to workshop after so much discussion they agreed to send tyres to apollo for inspection.
                                    Post 3 days I received inspection report confirming tyre is wear out due to improper balancing and alignment, I had my first service done at 10k km and they rotated the tyres from front to back now at the time of service nissan did not informed or report me that tyre needs wheel alignment or Balancing.
                                    I had a word with service manager in Ahmedabad Gujarat workshop and according to him they did inform me in written form and asked me to check the service report, I went ahead and checked the service report there were no recommendation for the same has been suggested.

                                    Since tyres are wear out due to their improper inspection and ignorance instead asking me to pay the price for new tyres if I wish to have new tyre installed.

                                    I followed up all the responsible stakeholders to resolve the matter but left with no luck.

                                    Request your assistance to help me out.

                                      Hi,
                                      I booked a Nissan Magnite CVT XV premium varient from Nissan dealership at my hometown calicut, kerala on 25 January 2021 but the car has not been delivered yet. The dealership is saying that they have not received allotment for premium variets and it will be delivered only next year. When I checked at Nissan website track my car, it is showing delivery date as yet to be confirmed. I'm extremely disappointed with Nissan. Even after waiting for 8 months there is still no update on the delivery date and now I'm contemplating cancellation of my order.
