They are not give proper service and they have taken unnecessarily money from us. And they are provide late TR of my car whoever the RTO has take the fine from us of 2500. Now Your show room people are refusing to give me the number plate of My care.

    I have purchased magnite from rng nissan Kanpur it seem they are there only for just making fool and misbehaving with customers. It's gonna be almost one month but I didn't got document assistance from dealer side and there a person ravi(gm)as my knowledge he was abusive and very rude in behaviour.
    I am posting my consern here for better support otherwise I will Post it on Facebook, insta and other more platforms...
    I want a apologize note from so called gm Mr ravi...
    Otherwise it's case of defamation...

      I have booked my Nissan Magnite XV 1.0 Manual on Dec 11 2020 from the dealer Marvel Nissan - Salem with Booking ID: [protected] .I am not getting the exact delivery date from the Nissan team.First they told it would be delivered in April month, but still i am waiting for the delivery of the car.
      The persons who booked the same variant magnite car are getting their car delivered. But I am not getting the proper response from the Nissan Dealer (Both Marvel and Vignesh Nissan).I am frustrated by continuously following up for this car delivery.

        I booked Nissan magnite XL model to youwe and cars while booking time they promised to gave me the cars on 2Jun21 but still I don’t get my car although I had payments of 81000/-DP and my loan also sanctioned of 500000/- which DO shared to dealer mail still they are not ready to deliver the cars

        Wrost Experience with Nissan in his team if you are not able to deliver the car why are booking the cars are foolish the public

        And today is 17-06-21 still I don’t get my cars

            Hi I am from indore
            I had booked nissan magnite base in dec 2020 by doing a cash payment of 10000/- at indore nissan dealership.
            Today's I got a call from a person who introduced himself as employee of anand nissan indore dealership and offered me that if I am interested I can get immediate delevery of the car because few booking are cancelled. But the twist is I will have to pay current market price which according to him is about 660000/-.when I enquired that upon booking they have issued a letter mentioning on road price to be around 610000/- . He said that we can negotiate a bit of price but in any case I will not get delivery in old price. I have recording of the conversation also.
            So I need help in understanding that is it any scam to make money by dealership or what and how I should react in this matter??

              Hi Team,

              Autorelli Nissan Chennai,

              I have paid the full amount for the car and forced me for payment and also for Car registration with RTO made me for register without the accessories forcefully done. Now the Car is not delivered to me even after registration.

              For accessories also they made me to pay by saying within 1 week it will be ready, now it is morethan 24 days. I did not get any update regarding accessories and also car.

              Without the accessories show room people forcing me to take the vehicle. I have paid extra amount also for accessories.

              I am attaching all the receipts payment done to the company. I am paying EMI to the bank without the car with me. I paid money and no one is responding properly to me what all accessories paid and what is received and whether the fitting is done to the car.

              My loan was approved for 5.98 Lakhs and it has been transferred to the Autorelli showroom.

              In Chennai - Accessories Manager - Satishwaran, for the past two weeks he has been lying that today will be getting the accesories and fitting done like that. Not 1 or 2 days - continuously he is doing false promises and lying with me it will be done today and tomorrow.

              In Chennai - Nandanam office - Autorelli Showroom - Raghu Finance department, he also made false statements like - We are doing so for so many cars delivery to other customers and why don't we do it for you ontime.

              Really i do not know if the company is going to deliver my car or keep with you forever.

              Is this the way you cheat people and take money from customers?

              As discussed with Accessories Manager Sateesh - Autorelli Nissan Chennai.

              He called me and told - Suppose the lock down is finished by 24th May 2021 in chennai, he told that by 2 days i.e 26th May he will make the accessories fitting will be done and car will be delivered.

              If the lockdown doesn't extend.

              If this is not happened what can I do, should I go to Consumer Court?.

                I have booked a nissan magnate -xe model car on 24 th dec 2020 at jhanavi automobile, bhubaneswar, that time nissan dealer told me you can get your vehicle on feb -2021. But after 15 days of booking again calls came from nissan dealer and told me you can get your car on july 2021, that time they forced me to purchase xl variant .But due to my financial condition i never accept there offer .But yesterday day again same message comes from nissan dealer now the delivery date is sep 2021.I cannot understand whats the problem happen with nissan company as i know nissan is a good company regarding there commitment, if they had not capable to avail car why do this type of drama.4.99 suv big bold that my foot...Same on nissan company specially mr srivastav, i always fallow you on tube video.

                  I had booked Nissan Magnite XV turbo in the month of January and while booking vehicle showroom owner and executive had promised that I will get vehicle in the month of march in any condition but still today they failed to deliver vehicle and vehicle also not allocated me yet, now they are not responding me properly and this could leads to disappoint of the customers and poor service

                    Attached are my details and booking form.
                    I have been chasing the person who has done booking for my car and in response I was always informed that delivery of cars is smooth and I will get my car delivery before time. As per his conformation I sold my old car as well. I called your employee in the march last week he asked me to wait for 5th April he will get the allocation details and will get back to me.
                    However he did not thus I called on 6th he confirmed my name is not there in the allocation. He gave me his GM number Anand Jha, First he didn't answer my call but later when we spoke he said he will call me back in 2-3 days but it's been a while now and he is not even answering my calls.
                    I want to complaint about poor customer service and delay in delivery of car.

                      Booked Nissan magnite in December 2020 (Booking id: [protected]). I had to cancel the booking due to prolonged delay in getting the vehicle delivered.
                      As advised by Mr. Nishad (EVM Nissan Muttom, Cochin), on 11th Feb 2021 an E-mail was sent to EVM Nissan, Kalamassery, Cochin requesting a refund with all the details.                       This is to my surprise, I would like to intimate Nissan India about the inferior quality of Spares.

                      Brief Details:

                      - Purchased NISSAN TERRANO XVD (THP) in June 2015.
                      - All Services/Repair have been done exclusively from Neo Vehicleaids, Sector 3, Noida
                      - Experienced defect in SW Turn Signal/Combination Switch in March 2018, accordingly paid and changed - Invoic # RONO2A18004848 dtd 11/03/2018.
                      - Again experienced same issue in May 2019. Again did replacement of SW Turn/Combination Switch - Invoice # RONO2A20000542 dtd 09/05/2019
                      - And to my surprise again experiencing the same issue once again since last 2 - 3 days.

                      Have to say, it is absolute pathetic that within (not even) 6 years of purchase of car, this will be the 4th time to go for replacement.

                        I Done booking with EVM cars Cochin on Dec 16th .
                        XV Pre CVT Turbo.
                        while booking status shows 9 weeks delivery, now 16 weeks and no update for any enquiry . this is very poor response .
                        I always use Nissan vehicles in middle east . this is first time i bough a car in India and ends up very disappointed .

                          Sofri um acidente automobilístico no dia15/03/21, onde o condutor da carreta que colidiu no meu veículo assumiu a culpa, acionando seu seguro da empresa SOMPO.
                          A princípio, eu havia escolhido uma oficina de minha confiança, que enviou o orçamento para a sompo e a seguradora negou o reparo.
                          Fui informado de que deveria escolher uma oficina credenciada ou uma concessionária da marca, onde preferi levar o veículo na Concessionária Nissan Keiko de Nova Iguaçu por entender que na concessionária da marca eles iriam realizar um trabalho com alto padrão de qualidade.
                          No dia 29/03/21 fui atendido pelo senhor Paulo Vagner, que me garantiu que o todo o serviço ficaria excelente, inclusive no que se refere a pintura. A partir disso, autorizei a entrada do veículo para a realização dos serviços necessários.
                          Foi realizado check-list relacionando danos e itens presentes no meu veículo e uma cópia me foi entregue. No que se refere ao prazo de realização e resumo do serviço a ser prestado (tipo de conserto e trocas a serem realizadas) nada me foi apresentado sob alegação de que tudo dependia de "N" fatores tal como funilaria, encomenda e chegada de peças, afins. Verbalmente, informou a troca da roda, da moldura da caixa de roda e reparo e pintura de lataria.
                          E hoje, dia 09/04/21, entrei em novo contato com o Sr. Paulo Vagner para saber como estava o reparo, o mesmo disse que o serviço de funilaria já havia sido finalizado e o veículo estava com previsão de entrega para segunda-feira (12/04/21).
                          Ao saber disso, me dirigi até a concessionária para acompanhar o andamento do serviço tendo sido atendido pelo funcionário Josué. Logo ao me aproximar do veículo é possível constatar de maneira clara e imediata os seguintes problemas listados abaixo:

                          1)No que se refere ao serviço de funilaria/pintura: o carro apresenta diferença de cores. A cor de onde o serviço fora realizado diverge da cor original do veículo. Inclusive há duas cores em uma peça única : o parachoque traseiro. A pintura apresenta bolhas, riscos de lixamento, escorrimento e borrões de tinta;
                          2) encontrei meu veículo arranhado na porta traseira direita e a parte plástica acima da roda (moldura da caixa de roda) ;
                          3) Apresenta arranhado na roda traseira direita e um "descasco" na roda traseira esquerda;
                          4) o veículo completamente respingado, inclusive vidros, faróis e parachoque) por um líquido transparente não identificado que se assemelha a verniz.
                          5) A moldura da caixa de roda que deveria ser trocada, conforme informado verbalmente, sequer foi retirada do veículo para a realização da pintura. Ela permanecia no lugar, lavada, "maquiada" por um silicone, também conhecido como "pretinho".

                          Nós, como clientes, estamos completamente insatisfeitos pelo serviço feito pela marca Nissan, pela total falta de zelo pelo bem material alheio e pela falta de transparência e clareza no que se refere ao prazo de entrega, tendo em vista que, após a sinalização dos problemas acima apontados, o discurso apresentado é que o veículo não estava finalizado e não havia previsão de entrega estipulada.

                              I booked Nissan magnite xv turbo on 27 Dec 2020 but the dealer (vignesh nissan) had failed to update the entry in the system on time.

                              I booked on 27 December but the dealer has promising the delivery should in jan last week. After that they informed car will be arrive on march first week but nothing has happened like that at the march they call me and inform we had one vehicle on other state of you ready to pay 5k extra will make arrangement that vehicle to am already frustrated i have waiting for 3 months now they asking extra amt for provide my car am dont accept the deal.now they told april month allocations has done for asking me to wait for one more month. I dont believe salesperson words think they making me april fool.

                                We purchased nissan magnite xv turbo on 5th march 2021. We have only driven it 600km but from day one we are observing that there is noise in the car while driving. There should not be any noise as it's a brand new car . We even went to nissan showroom at Dehradun but the response was not positive and asked us to observe the vehicle more. I want your team to look I to concern or else I will move to consumer forum.

                                I had booked Magnite with Marvel Nissan Motors Hosur, TamilNadu on 29th Jan 2021 after being given assurance that if Booking cancellation is done, l would receive ENTIRE REFUND WITHIN 4 Working Days without any Cancellation charges.

                                I cancelled my booking on 6th Feb 2021 as waiting period was too long and I had changed my plan. Now it's More than 40 days After Cancellation BUT still no Sign Of Refund and they are using My Booking amount Interest Free.

                                Whenever I call the showroom, I'm getting the same response everyday as "you will get the refund by tomorrow".

                                  I booked Nissan magnite on 2 Dec 2020 but the dealer (Surya Nissan) had failed to update the entry in the system on time or intentionally and because of which my vehicle delivery date is dragged to May/June instead of February.

                                  I booked on 2nd December but the dealer had updated in the system on 21 December. I am one of the first customer to book magnite before launch and I need you're immediate assistance here. I tried every other possibility like calling customer service of Nissan.

                                    I am R.Sasirekha, writing this to inform you that I had done booking of Nissan Magnite XE Car at Dhanalaxmi Autozone, Velachery Showroom, Chennai on 11th Dec'20. This booking was done based on the assurance given by Staff that the car will be delivered in 12 weeks. But it has been 14 Weeks now no information regarding the delivery.
                                    Please look into this matter and let me know the reason for delay or should I cancel the order.
