I have given nissan sunny for major service at nissan calicut, but they have not di ne the work perfectly, I still have the same suspension problem after replacing the whole suspension, kindly take an immediate action on it

    Iv purchased Nissan kicks in March 22 and one general check up and one scheduled maintenance carried out. During both check up iv informed issues like steering jaam, pick up and horn issues. But they have not mentioned these issues in their job card and told the concerned mechanic will look into it. But after completion of check up the mechanic said no suc issues found.
    I'm facing uncomfortable during driving.
    So, requested to rectify the issue asap.

      The incident happened on 27 Feb 2023. On my way back from Kolkata, the right front wheel of my car burst and my car hit a tree on the side of the road. The airbags exploded. I found that the front part of my car had been completely damaged. So I called the local police who arranged to pick up my car to a nearby garage.

      On 28 Feb 2023 morning, I called Nissan Roadside assistance to arrange a pick-up for my car. The car was delivered to Dutta Nisan.

      On Mar 1, Mr. Uday Modak, the Bodyshop Manager of Dutta Nissan sent me supplementary estimate for the repair of my car and on Mar 2 asked me to pay advance of Rs 50, 000/- (Ref Att 1)

      On Mar 6, after inspection of my car and seeing the estimate given by Dutta Nissan, Mr Ashok Khanuja, the insurance surveyor, requested Dutta Nissan to start dismantling the car and inform him for a detailed survey. (Ref: Att 2).

      Since there was no response from Dutta Nissan, I sent them a reminder on Mar 8. (Ref Att 3).

      I also called Mr. Modak. But his response was: “It will be done as per our schedule and we do not have time to respond to all emails”.

      Finally on Mar 15, I tried to contact Mr. Manob Dutta, the owner of Dutta Nissan. Since he was not picking up my call, I tried to contact him through WhatsApp. The screenshot of our communications is attached (Ref Att 4). He had finally replied that he will look into my case after he is back in India.

      I am not sure why

      1. Nissan will keep such an irresponsible service provider?
      2. Why Nissan's pick-up service will forcefully deliver the car to this service provider without the owner's consent?
      3. When I will get my car back?

        I have been following up with the dealer for voice in the gear box, they have submitted the videos photos to nissan company and the resolution is still not provided. 2 times the video has been done, still now no resolution us there, I am unable to understand how the company is working. Customer is getting frustrated, and there is no resolution.

          I have complained about my car brake noise once in the consumer forum and I got a call from Nissan to get my car to showroom for clearing brake noise. They just cleaned the brake drum and gave the car back. The issue started again within 100kms. Its my 10th time I am visiting the nissan showroom kottayam and bangalore to clear the issue. None of the technicians are able to clear the issue. I want a new brake system to be fixed on my car as this is directly related to my family’s safety. Its a brake issue. Vehicle no. KL 05AX 3376. Number: [protected]. In the name of Akhil S. I am facing this issue from July from the date when I purchases the vehicle. This is a. Manufacturing defect which is cleared in the newly released magnite vehicles. Nissan can easily fix the whole braking system of newly designed brake system to my car which they are not doing. Please take action against nissan for this.

              I have obtained the approval of the Nissan Egypt administration to allocate a Sentra car of the highest category within the Egyptian initiative to replace old cars with new ones that run on natural gas.
              The company failed to deal with this file, as the customers’ wishes were not met due to directing the production line allocated to the initiative to be sold for cash, which negatively affected the company’s reputation in the Egyptian market.
              Due to the availability of these cars through the agency and authorized distributors in the Arab Republic of Egypt
              Note that during the year 2022 and to date, these cars were not sold due to the high prices of these cars compared to their counterparts

                  I bought my Nissan Magnite CVT Automatic transmission at IC Nissan Benoni, after a month of driving it, it started the braking sound. 1st service they changed front brake bads, and on the same day after first service the noise continued and it was even worse. I’m really not happy with Nissan right now. And also this shiny plastic thingy under the front lights is peeling off

                    Stress Crack in Nissan Magnite Windshield

                    Hello,

                    From the beginning when I purchased my vehicle Nissan magnite turbo in the year 2021 July I am facing the issue with my brake. The brake is giving a noise while appying and which I have reported the same to kottayam kerala Evm nissan many a times and also bangalore marathalli nissan showroon and they always just clear the dust inside the brake pad and give me back the vehicle.

                    None of the technicians in nissan are capable of finding the exact problem with the brake and its been more than 1 year since i am facing this issue of brake making huge sound like a lorry’s brake while applying it.

                    This is a manufacturing defect from nissan and which has to be cleared. I have the video of the brake noise and the details of how many times I have visited the showroom to clear this issue which costed me money to travel to the showroom as the showroom in bangalore is 23kms far from my location. I have given the vehicle for checking again two weeks back and they charged me Rs. 2200 for changing the brake shoe telling that the issue will be resolved and as the brake shoe is used it cannot be changed under warranty. The issue again started now with huge noise while applying brake. Now I will not be spending any money to clear the issue as its a manufacturing defect from Nissan.

                    This is about safety of my family as the issue is with the brake and not anything else. Hope this will be taken further.

                      Mr Eric Johnson from UK had come to Delhi I payed 11800 for airport to leave him later he went to RBS bank and there to convert the pounds to Indian rupees asked to pay 48999 which I payed and again asked to pay 19700 to release cot I.e cost of transfer code which I did ... again asking to pay 2800 to provide income tax code or else the police will come to my home ... please help me out

                        Above subject matter my car Nissan Magnite XV Turbo RJ18 CE 1494 purchased on April 2022. After a one month use i facing problem sound of the left side tyre when rotate on the left side. After using it for a month, I heard a noise while moving in the left side tire in my car, I called the Nissan dealer many times and said that there was no response. I feel very bad that if you have this service by buying a Nissan company car, then I will never give anyone a suggestion for a Nissan car, hope you understand my problem.

                              We have Nissan Datsun go plus and need to be service urgently my father is old retired person and is unable to get the vehicle serviced as Nissan is not having service center in Nashik. The customer care number is not responding and keep the caller waiting with no feedback..so the customer buying Nissan cars are in dark on support on service.. seriously made a big mistake on choosing Nissan.

                                  One month old car and It is the second time after purchasing the new vehicle it is not starting, and able to see that battery have no details like manufacturing date and battery got discharged without any usage

                                    I had an accident of my vehicle and i approached the dealer in North Lakhimpur for the replacement of the parts. The time assured was two weeks and till today the parts are not available. Now the dealer tells that the service of the company wont be available in the coming week.                                       1. I purchased NISSAN Kicks Diesel Variant in Oct 2019 and found out that the AC of the car has problem
                                      2. Purchased from Vibrant NISSAN, Hyderabad
                                      3. The car used to spew / emanate very bad smell whenever the AC was used.
                                      4. Complaint was lodged to the Service center ( Vibrant Nissan, Uppal Service Center, Hyderabad)
                                      5. The car was taken to service center couple of times to get the issue rectified ( 3rd Dec 2019, 9th Jan 2020, 18th March 2020, 9th June 2020)
                                      6. Car's first service was carried out on 9th June 2020 and since the AC problem persisted till that time, the service center confirmed that, the outside /internal air circulation vent of the car has been blocked by them to resolve the issue of bad smell
                                      7. The the AC worked for sometime.
                                      8. 2nd Service was carried out on 23rd January 2021 @ 20880 KM. There was no issue with AC
                                      9. In April 2022, vehicle was sent for servicing @ 46000 KM- no AC issue was highlighted by the service center
                                      10. After few days of servicing, the AC again started giving problem. this time not about bad smell, but heavy sound without blowing air.
                                      11. This issue was on and off. i.e. working intermittently.. I would have escalated.. but due to other preoccupations, i didn't
                                      12. On 25th Sep 2022, I escalated this matter to customer service of NISSAN and they asked me to first take the vehicle to Service Center to evaluate exact problem
                                      13. Accordingly, on 1st October 2022, I personally took the vehicle to the service center and after checking, they confirmed that the AC was having a minor issue and the same has been reprogrammed and rectified now.
                                      12. The AC worked on 1st, 2nd and 3rd October and again started giving problem. Heavy sound, but no / less air
                                      13. When i again escalated the matter to NISSAN customer care on 12th Oct 2022 ( I was out of station from 1st to 7th Oct 2022.
                                      14. The customer care immediately sought the intervention o[censored]PPAL service center Hyderabad.
                                      15. I requested for a spare vehicle and thank fully, the service center extended help by sparing a vehicle, as my car was taken to service center for checking the AC
                                      16. Subsequently, after 2-3 days I got a call from Service center that, my extended warranty claim has been rejected because, i skipped servicing @ 30k & 40 KM respectively and hence the Amount of repair has to be borne by me.
                                      17. I would like to emphasize here that the AC of the car was having problem from the beginning and i never enjoyed seamless AC Experience of the Car, leaving me with a bad taste.
                                      18. Top of that, even though i have extended warranty, the service center is taking the garb of Skipped services.. but, even if i skipped, what happened during service in April 2022.. was the service a peripheral service by them, otherwise they would have escalated about the AC, if there was an issue
                                      19. What happened on 1st October, when the service center said that the AC is fine and the problem was minor.
                                      20. NISSAN being a big multinational, is grappling with such a minor issue and ignoring, what impression and experience customer is about to get.
                                      21. This is my 4th car and i shifted from another brand with lots of enthu and interest.. even i motivated one of my relative to purchase and he did that by purchasing the High End Model.
                                      22. I am not getting a good experience with this petty issue, money is not the matter.
                                      23. Request your kind help in please covering the AC problem under extended warranty and replace the unit without putting financial burden on me..
