Hi.. I have Nissan Sunny car and requires repair. However GS Nissan Ghaziabad has not registered the complaint and have informed they are facing technical issue in filing a complaint. It is pending from last 3 weeks. Car no. is UP 14 BX 5560. My ph is [protected]

    Dear sirs
    Allow me to complain about the need to be replaced a clutch plate, accessory of a 4 year old Nissan Micra with 40000 kilometres
    A car no with kilometres I the city, I drive using the highways
    As an owner of other 2 cars, I changed the clutch after 100000 klm
    I would like to take an answer or a detailed explanation about the need to be replaced the clutch after 40000 klm

      On AUGUST 2018 I bought a new Nissan micra
      I care very much about the car meaning that I have private garage place, I do not drive in the city because I have my electric bike and I only drive in highways - the longest distance is a 2 hours drive . My car has 40000 KLM
      I follow the instructors about its service, I visit the official Nissan service place of the company
      Its clutch plate is to be replaced with its other accessories
      I am a driver the last 30 years and I have bought until now 3 cars
      I changed the clutch of the other 2 cars when the catch the distance of the 100000 klm
      I want to express my annoying about this situations and allow me to ask about an answer
      Is it normal for a clutch to be replaced after only 40000 klm for a 4 years car with the majority of the klm taking place on highways ?

        Below is list of issues present in car .
        1. Sales behaviour extreme worst.
        2. Ac on auto mode is not working in car repeatedly.
        3. There is so much gap in bonet of car and car body.
        4. Front parcel pocket when car delivered was demaged.
        5. Body of car below stearing is misplaced and not correct alligned.photo attached
        6. There wwere several scratches on car clear visible.one of photo attached
        7. At time of booking car services given in isurance are charged extra saying in bracket 1 we have mentioned RTI which everyone knows is an optional and will not be included. Attached is screenshot of that also. Later on at time of car delivery i am charged 3000 extra to cover that.
        8. Seat belt locks not working

        Apart of fact all issues were reported at time of delivery you guys simply said “ when car runs on road issues always come these are not major issues to address and deny car delivery, i need to take my car home anyhow with these issues and they will be resolved afterwards”

            I bought a Nissan Magnite Turbo CVT XL last year. The registration number is KL 27 K 5995.
            I had a belief in Nissan and never had a second thought about buying Magnite. But there was a severe BRAKE SOUND issue from the beginning. I purchased the car from Pinnacle Nissan Kollam Main Branch. But even after several visits, the issue couldn't be resolved. My place is about 80 km from the showroom and I need to travel 160 km to do the service. I visited on 22/12/22 to solve the problem. They told me the issue was cleared. But the SOUND started again on that day itself. I complained again and they asked me to come again. I visited on 21/01/22 and they replaced the BRAKE PAD at approx 6300 km. There was no wear or tear. It was only due to some design problems that they changed the BRAKE PAD. Again, the issue started after 2 months. I complained again on 11/04/22 about the same problem. But nothing was done. Then again after the 1st service, the sound was loud. I complained to the SERVICE MANAGER Kollam Branch (Pinnacle). He told me that the fixed BRAKE PAD had some issue and he would replace it with a new one. But it was out of stock at that time. He didn't call me for two months. Again, I called and complained about the same. Then, I was informed that the new BRAKE PAD had arrived and would replace it. So, I gave my car on AUGUST 15th evening. But he declined to replace the faulty one he gave last time and is asking to pay the money. I had bought a new car to enjoy it but ever since the beginning, this issue was there and the service center couldn't solve it. Now, they are asking for money since they have fixed a faulty BRAKE PAD. This is so SAD. This is not the way you should treat your customers. Please fix the issue as soon as possible. I have taken GOLD CARE and all other schemes and don't know why this treatment is. I have all the proof, telephone conversations, etc.
            MY CAR IS STILL THERE AT THE PINNACLE KOLLAM SERVICE CENTER.

              Hi I took Magnite Xe on October 2021, just completed 9 Months only, But my vehicle is not working properly...
              1. Coolant Pipe Dameged in 2nd month
              2. Clutch pipe Damaged in 4 Month
              3. Left side power windows not working in 7 month.
              4. Engine mount Dameged in 8month.
              5. Now Driving shaft Cracked and Engine oil Leaking

              Now Vehicle is in Warranty Period But Our Dealer Vibrant Nissan Hyderabad Told me to pay for this repairs as 48000/-

              Now I don't Want This Vehicle Always Repairs... Only 4 months this vehcle spent with me. Rest off months in service centre only.

              I'm not satisfying with this vehcle.

                Sir,
                I have purchased a new nissan magnite car (KL 84 6804). afterdelivery Wiper not wiping properly, that is why driving during night raining is much difficult. Once the wiper blade changed and complaint still persists. The service Evm nissan calicut was very poor. I request you to make a solution as soon as possible

                  I paid my loan off in full .. all regular scheduled payments that were due . Listed were " misc fees " ... not " due " not " past due " just listed as fees totallly around 700 plus . Throughout the loan I did incur a intermittent late fees .. i have spoken to rep on sev occassions regarding this and was told dont worry about them, just make your payments and " your good " I was never late enough that caused a credit report of late payment, was always paid within month due . I had discussed with them circumstances and was always told it was not a problem, it could be " rectified " at end of loan . So .. loan is paid off an all of a sudden these " misc fees " are showing a past due !! I tried to chat to get a email to correspond with someone and they will not provide an email .. they claim is not avaialbe. That is impossible they do not provide an email for the consumer to contact them . They want me to call and I am not able to do that . I tried to chat several more times and the chat agents just disconnect me online at this point . This is ridiculous . I do not have 700 to pay these fees I was told not to worry about, these fees were always miscellaneous never not computed into the payment due ... now all of a sudden past due and I can not contact them to try to work something out . Shameful I would like to negotiate the fees given the circumstances . I am able to pay 1/2 amount due and request additional fees be waived given the circumstance and how I was misled. Thank you

                    Nissan Magnite -XV Turbo CVT was booked on December 11th, 2021 (Surya Nissan, MG Road, Bengaluru).
                    Following up from 8 months, but still no proper update on delivery date from showroom.
                    Is this how you make customers wait??
                    Worst sales i have ever seen.
                    Cancel my booking and refund the advance amount.
                    Will never ever trust this company and advice the same to my friends and family.

                        It's already three months and I still didn't get my broken spare parts order of Headlamp(Projector one). And when I inquire from my servicing center they told me that the company stop manufacturing that same parts. If this is true then what's the use of selling your cars without providing spare parts? I want to know about it.

                            Nissan Team,
                            This is to inform you that I have purchased Nissan Kick in Jan.2020 from Neo Nissan Noida (Uttar Pradesh).
                            A.Currently on 25.06.2022 ( Saturday), the car shows starting trouble and showing the message " Check injection system error". Fortunately this happened inside the society and we managed to push the car to the parking lot. We called Neo Nissan around 4 PM and they advised us to send the car there. Then I called the GM service and He assured me that He will send a technician tomorrow morning at my place. (Please note that the same issue has occurred on 30.05.2022, within a week time after regular service of the car for which we have called RSA and the car was towed to Neo Nissan Noida thereafter they hand over the car on next day evening.)
                            On the next day Sunday, Technician come around 12 noon, check the software and able to start the car, then He told us that we have to found the root cause of this error as this is happening second time in a month so we will take your car to Noida Service centre and He took the car. The next day I enquired and they told me that we are diagnosing the error and we are in touch with the Nissan company for the fault and it will take 1-2 days. again the next day they told the same story.
                            Now on the 30.06.2022 (5th day) I called and said that I want my car back today in any case but still I haven't received my car back now I want to know:
                            1. whether I Have made a mistake to purchase a car from Nissan
                            2. Is this the after sale support system of the company ?
                            3. The dealer and company did not have proper experienced technical staff so they could not diagnose the default even after 6 days of extreme analysis.
                            4. I have purchased the car for my comfort or for the maintenance or to stay at service centre

                            B.Other than this issue, when I purchased the car, I requested the dealer to paint the roof with orange colour as per the top model and for this dealer told us the cost of 20000/- but after delivery we came to know that the dealer just pasted the orange color sheet not the paint on the roof, for which Dealer has charge such a huge amount.

                            C.Again in November 2021, when we complained that one tyre of my car is distended from the side and it is covered under the warranty so please get it replaced, but the dealer could not manage and the tyre company refused to replace the same. I have to purchase the tyre from outside and bear the cost. Unfortunately, within two months, the tyre got burst due to some sharp objects lying on the road and inspite of the fact that it is not the tyre fault; the outside dealer has changed my Tyre with a new tyre without any cost.

                            The above Three -four incidence shows the service level and I hope the company will understand my situation and resolve it.

                              It's been 10 months and counting (Booked on September 16 2021). Still haven't received the car I booked from the dealer(win cars private limited Nisson dealer at Nagercoil).

                              This month(June 06 2022) Dealer updated me that they got Magnite Non-Turbo XV onyx black variant (2 items) allocated for them and they will deliver this car by this month if I opt for it and also shared the price breakup. I did apply for the loan(second time) and it was ready in 2 days.

                              When I checked the dealer about my car last week(June 18th 2022), they updated me that the car will get billed this week(June[protected].

                              Meanwhile Agent from a Nissan dealer called me twice(1. whatsapp Chat, 2. Mobile call), and pushing me to a newer variant (XV Premium Optional MT Black) latest price (9.2 lakh = nullifying the price protection). I told them that I will go for the variant (Turbo/Non-Turbo) I booked.

                              When I checked the dealer about my car today(25th June 2022) Dealer informed me that the car is not yet billed.
                              I called the Customer Service Agent using(Toll-Free Number :[protected]. Nissan Customer service agent updated me that the car will be delivered to the Dealer from the Manufacturing plant within 15 days of allocation.

                              Customer Service representative updated me that this issue has been escalated to SSI.
                              This is the Nth time I am contacting Nissan Care/Customer representative/Dealer via (EMAIL/CALL/WHATSAPP) for the car i booked 10 Months back.

                              PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS.

                                We have given our Nissan Magnite at Topsia branch service centre at Kolkata on 02/03/2022. They mentioned that the back camera has to be replaced and that they had ordered it. It's been more than 2 weeks they are not ready with the car yet. This is really disappointing and highly annoying. The most irritating part is they are very casual about it as if we have eternity of time to wait.

                                  I have purchased magnite base modal in July 2021 in the name of my wife Mrs. Anita katoch . Sir I m feeling helpless nd this car suffering me a lot. I m from himachal pradesh distt mandi, teh. joginder nagar 175052. From the first month to till date I have visited agencies approximately more then 8 times .
                                  1.In the first month car got rust inside the door,
                                  2.second thing were
                                  Document Dashboard box not closing properly,
                                  3.next were fuel tank flap not working properly it raised many problems., other
                                  4. problems front power windows nd 5.child Lock switch were not working,
                                  6. Boot space of car got leaked from water in the rain,
                                  7. roof lights fittings are really sick automatically they are coming down
                                  8. Nd this time car silencer got leaked
                                  Nd the car noise is really irritating. Photo attached.
                                  This car irritating me a lot
                                  Because your car service centers are so far from here, nd it is not possible that I can visit your service center every month.
                                  So now I m frustrated kindly make some solutions. Nd take immediate action otherwise I have last solution nd that one is consumer court.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    New Car Nissan Magnite XV which was delivered on 3rd May. Within 2 weeks it got breakdown 2 times.
                                    1. Unable to start the car due Battery drainage not sure how it has happened for new car just in 7 days(i.e 10th May).
                                    2.On 14th May I was travelling with family sudden it got break down middle of the road. Whole family was scared in the middle of the Road.

                                    Please justify the above
                                    I was not satisfied with your services as well and suggest you take reimburse the car amount or replace with new Car.
                                    Car brought to the Nagole service center on Saturday around 5:20 PM but no one has communicated with me on the status of the Car .
                                    Feeling shame on the Service you are providing. You can responding only When I am approaching you.

                                        We had booked Nissan magnite XV Premium CVT Turbo on 17 Dec 2021 & the anticipated delivery date of the vehicle was 15 Mar 2022 & then was again updated as 15 Apr 2022. Till date we have not received the delivery not any updates on the same. The dealers are clueless about this & does not provide any firm response nor the reasons for the delay & infact we are told that the waiting period might be even extended to 1 year. Why are these games being played, is our time & effort not valued. As we see that via magnite, Nissan is trying to secure it's place in India and we blindly placed our faith in them but if this is the response, then I guess the company is really not working towards customer retention nor seems like they are even bothered to look into our concerns. Agree there might be challenges at your end but please do not commit & make people loose faith in your company. Please be firm in your commitment & do not make false promises. The least you can do is to either stop taking bookings prior or straight away communicate to us that you are impotent in keeping up your promises to delivery, in that way we can save our million dollar valued time. And still our question remains the same hoping to be answered that when will our car be delivered. Hopefully, the MD of the company is really looking into this & we have a solution soon.
