Dear Sir/ Madam,
NoBroker has force closed my Relax plan subscription (Rs. 3538.82) without any notice.
The plan has a validity of 45 days. I was only provided service for the first 2 weeks, after which my subscription was forcefully deactivated. I was unable to access the membership benefits via the app or call.
I have been trying to address this issue to the customer care over the past 1 month, but they just provide false information stating they have escalated this issue and the concerned team would be contacting me,
Its been over a month in this hassle and NoBroker has not been able to provide me with a response. They have disregarded my concern and are onky focussed on making money out of their customers without providing services. This process is not mentioned in their terms & condition, which is a clear violation from their side.
I have all the necessary proofs, call recordings which support my claims.
I wish to receive a full refund as each rupee matters to me.
I have not got what NoBroker promised to provide me.
Please take this matter on priority as there has been a lot of delay on this.
