Hi,
I had taken a super relaxed money back plan from Nobroker.com for rental services. I had paid 11799/- (9999+GST) for this plan on 17/4/22 after speaking to their agent, Babjaan, detailing that I will be gone abroad briefly and that I wish our apartment to be rent. The flat would be getting vacated by 31/5/22. NoBroker assigned me a telephonic RM, Abhijeet and a field RM, Shiv. Later on, I got to know that the FRM was changed to another person.I was leaving abroad in the first week of June and I had spoken to the FRM, Abhijeet, tried calling Babjaan many times and their manager, Ms. Salma. I had told her that someone is keen on renting our apartment, but since its not finalized, they could continue the search and go slow. In the meantime, since I was abroad, i had limited access to my mobile, but was reachable on my email. I had spoken to the current tenants to cooperate to show the place to prospects, so that I could rent out our flat, to which he readily agreed for the Sunday evenings. On finding from Abhijeet, that Saturdays are also days when many people visit, I requested the tenant to show the flat for both the days of the weekend, in the evenings. Other times could be case to case basis, but that he should cooperate, which he readily agreed in front of me. I came to know that he wasnt allowing the FRM to show the flat citing privacy and permission issues, even though I had discussed with him prior to leaving the country.In the meantime, I got an email from Abhijeet, that your services are cancelled. I wrote to him to hold on until my return from abroad shortly. On my return back, On June 2nd, I again called Abhijeet and he said that some senior would take to me. I patiently spoke to Mr. Mohammed Sadiq ( Sr. Manager from nobroker), from what I could hear on the phone. I had explained that I had fulfilled all the clauses of the conditions for the money back. I had got another tenant from a broker & thereby I would like to have my moneyback.I had taken the moneyback, under guidance from Babjaan that there would be 100% surety of the money return, if I fulfilled the conditions required by them. However, if the tenant was not cooperating, it cant violate our contract.I also explained to Mohd, that I had a detailed, chat with the outgoing tenant, about his noncooperative behaviour, but that I shouldnt be penalized for the same. I made many genuine attempts to explain to them the case, that I gave the lease according to the terms of the agreement and I should be returned 11799/-. I took time to discuss the facts, but they were not at all customer centric, and did not hear to the genuineness of the case. They just harping that they cant return the money, since the tenant was not cooperative to show the place. They did show it to the people sometimes, and how would I be responsible to someone else not adhering to their side of the commitment. I was not answerable, but they didnt understand.

Updated by Vidya6 Hello, Im surprised that no one has called me back and you say that you are pretty stunned when I said that you are not customer centric.! Each case is different. Not all cases can be clubbed together.
If you look at my unique case, you will realize that brushing it under policy, is not correct and an wrong and easy way of saying that you dont want to pay me, inspite of me taking a super relaxed money back policy and serving all the conditions as mentioned in your rule book. Thank you

Your people not responding my calls, there is no email reply from your end, Chat Support no use for me. So refund my amount or else I will escalate this issue to legal action against you.
