Since 9 days I’ve been harassed with your below average service by RM Vilas Patil, firstly he never bothered to understand my requirement properly, suggested properties which were not relevant. Complaint to his supervisor Shahbaaz twice, he assured of action but all hollow promises.
Vilas patil kept calling, assuring, suggesting mostly irrelevant properties. When I liked a few he could get reverts from Owners, he could not even provide basic details of lift etc twice.
On 11th he said your requirement is for family, I heard the original call and now I can suggest better properties. What he suggested were properties 10kms away from the area given and others he suggested were without lift on 3rd floor which was again different from my requirement.
When I spoke to Shahbaaz he said the property is clearly listed as without which he wasn’t sure why Vilas Patil could not notice.
See messages where Vilas suggested property which was 9.8 kms away which Vilas claimed as 2.8 kms away. Another message where I asked for the 3rd floor property, he never bothered to reply.
From that day, 11th June there was no communication. I asked for Supervisor to call on 14th and finally Today supervisor Shahbaaz called at around 4:30pm, after 2 days of request. He turns around and says your requirement was not properly given and therefore we could not service.
Never seen more irresponsible service, this is just a scam where even when you’ll don’t have properties and service capabilities in the concerned area you still get customers enrolled with a promise and then can’t deliver.
I have all the messages with Vilas to show the irresponsible service levels, there are calls also which if recorded can be heard.
Last week a lady called for feedback and listened patiently, said will take action and get my money refunded, but as expected never came back.
Take action, refund my money and spare me from this harassment.
