Hi Team,

I have paid an amount of 579 towards the rental agreement process however i did not want the agreement at this movement i have cancelled the transaction.
I have sent multiple emails to refund the money, however they are not responding.please assist me.

Hi Team, I have received calls from +917899011275, +918068530384 and informed me that they have refunded my money and asked to delete the post on twitter . I also received the refund tracking details on email from [email protected]. Thanks once again for resolving the issue.

      Hi,
      I had taken a super relaxed money back plan from Nobroker.com for rental services. I had paid 11799/- (9999+GST) for this plan on 17/4/22 after speaking to their agent, Babjaan, detailing that I will be gone abroad briefly and that I wish our apartment to be rent. The flat would be getting vacated by 31/5/22. NoBroker assigned me a telephonic RM, Abhijeet and a field RM, Shiv. Later on, I got to know that the FRM was changed to another person.I was leaving abroad in the first week of June and I had spoken to the FRM, Abhijeet, tried calling Babjaan many times and their manager, Ms. Salma. I had told her that someone is keen on renting our apartment, but since its not finalized, they could continue the search and go slow. In the meantime, since I was abroad, i had limited access to my mobile, but was reachable on my email. I had spoken to the current tenants to cooperate to show the place to prospects, so that I could rent out our flat, to which he readily agreed for the Sunday evenings. On finding from Abhijeet, that Saturdays are also days when many people visit, I requested the tenant to show the flat for both the days of the weekend, in the evenings. Other times could be case to case basis, but that he should cooperate, which he readily agreed in front of me. I came to know that he wasnt allowing the FRM to show the flat citing privacy and permission issues, even though I had discussed with him prior to leaving the country.In the meantime, I got an email from Abhijeet, that your services are cancelled. I wrote to him to hold on until my return from abroad shortly. On my return back, On June 2nd, I again called Abhijeet and he said that some senior would take to me. I patiently spoke to Mr. Mohammed Sadiq ( Sr. Manager from nobroker), from what I could hear on the phone. I had explained that I had fulfilled all the clauses of the conditions for the money back. I had got another tenant from a broker & thereby I would like to have my moneyback.I had taken the moneyback, under guidance from Babjaan that there would be 100% surety of the money return, if I fulfilled the conditions required by them. However, if the tenant was not cooperating, it cant violate our contract.I also explained to Mohd, that I had a detailed, chat with the outgoing tenant, about his noncooperative behaviour, but that I shouldnt be penalized for the same. I made many genuine attempts to explain to them the case, that I gave the lease according to the terms of the agreement and I should be returned 11799/-. I took time to discuss the facts, but they were not at all customer centric, and did not hear to the genuineness of the case. They just harping that they cant return the money, since the tenant was not cooperative to show the place. They did show it to the people sometimes, and how would I be responsible to someone else not adhering to their side of the commitment. I was not answerable, but they didnt understand.

      Hello, Im surprised that no one has called me back and you say that you are pretty stunned when I said that you are not customer centric.! Each case is different. Not all cases can be clubbed together.

      If you look at my unique case, you will realize that brushing it under policy, is not correct and an wrong and easy way of saying that you dont want to pay me, inspite of me taking a super relaxed money back policy and serving all the conditions as mentioned in your rule book. Thank you

        My husband Siddhartha Bhattacharya has subscribed to no broker paying around 3500 + taxes - in this package they provide a RM to you for assistance ( include suggesting relevant properties, scheduling visit and all kinds of coordination related to that)
        The first assigned RM fell sick in a day and after that RMs kept on changing and everytime we explained our requirements. They never suggested something relevant. If we found something and got in touch with them they don’t respond. Very unprofessional and we are having pathetic experience so far. We want our money back because we have never received any sort of assistance till now that is expected after subscribing to a special service

          I Have subscribed Owner Super Money Back Plan Charge for INR 13757 to rent out my Flat Summit 1501 Joyville Pune. The refund condition was if they are not able to finalize the tenant from No Broker within 60 days, they will refund the money. Now in between they found one interested tenant who is suspicious as he never shared his identity & they informed me that he is ready to deposit 5000 as an advance . Now next day itself the person stopped communicating & backed out. After this incident no broker informed me that as they as they have found the tenant they will not refund the money. Now what they mean by finding a tenant who backed out in 24hrs. They never again find a tenant & after 60 days I am trying to get my refund they are not responding. They haven't shared the identity like Aadhar/PAN CARD or any ID proof whom they called the interested tenant. Behind the door they have paid back 5000 & took my 13757 doing this whole drama.

            Dear Sir,

            There is a fraudulent transaction made on my credit card today afternoon twice using my credit card. The person who called me on my phone misguided me and charged my card for the amount of Rs 29795. This is a fraudulent transaction and its a criminal offense.

            I am attaching the email of the transaction as an evidence. Request you to please look into this and help me get the amount back

                I was paid rental payment on 11-jun-2022 amount of rs 75000 (rent 75000+ fee750=75750) and con fee 750 total 75750, however the same got rejected due to name mismatch. They refunded only rental amount of rs 75000 only instead of rs 75750. I called customer service many times that want to know the exact reason but no response received till now. They hearting me a lot. I have attached invoice copy FYR.

                I humbly request you to kindly investigate and arrange to provide the remaining amount of rs 750.

                    We had booked NBH services for movers and packers for shifting from faridabad to delhi. we were given a slot timing of 8am to 10 pm.

                    Team arrived at 11 am that too after continuous follow up. After inspecting the house they asked Rs. 10k above the quoted price. The inspection of our goods was already done in advance by there team member. After continuous follow up from back end team we had to cancel our shifting around 2 pm.

                    Total waste of time money energy.

                    My husband had to take leave on his first day at new office to complete shifting.

                    sales team shows you dream but will forget about their customer after token amount payment.

                    service team is higly unprofessional and unethical and are totally unreachable.

                    highly disappointed. will never recommend anyone to use there service.

                      I registered for PMS assure services and did not get any type of service from No Broker. I have been following up with them for moths for refunding the money for which services were not provided. I am not getting any type of responses from them on this

                        I have booked a house item relocation service through the NoBroker. For that on 5th June 2022 i have paid token amount of 4050 and insurance amount 3000. Total 7050 paid for getting the service.
                        On 17th June 2022, i have cancelled the deal and want the refund as per the company policy. As per the representative, refund will hit my account within 7 working days. but I am standing on 1st July 2022 still not get the amount after several complaints to the customer care.

                          I opted for rental agreement from nobroker.in and i paid 2665 rupees for it. But there was no response from the nobroker for the biometric appointment. Hence due to no response i cancelled the service and now i am waiting for the confirmation for refund.
                          They are not even receiving call or calling back and no mail or sms is being sent for refund initiation.
                          Every time i call them they say team will call back in an hour.I even dropped email to their escalation team but no response.

                            We had booked a moving service from Mumbai to Chennai via NoBrokers, and have had the worst experience with a moving company ever.

                            - A little over a week after picking up the packages in Mumbai someone arrived at the address in Chennai with the packages but asked me to help carry the boxes from the truck, claiming the size of the parcel was too large and he wasn't able to bring it up to the house by himself. (I'm a woman living alone).
                            - When I asked him why he hadn't brought someone with him to help him unload, since clearly they would have realized when loading it on to the truck that one more person would be needed, he said he was expecting someone here to carry it.
                            - I told him that we had booked the service including re-assembly (of furniture) and labor. He went downstairs seemingly to bring the boxes up, but (probably realizing) he wasn't able to, just left with the stuff.
                            - Post this incident (for over 2 weeks now) we've been following up constantly on the NoBroker helpline to check on the status of the parcel. They keep claiming they're looking into it but there's been no revert despite repeated follow ups.
                            - At one point they claimed on the phone that one person was enough to complete the delivery and that they were not at fault.
                            - On another call we were told that there are always two people who are sent- the driver and one more person, and that the reason it wasn't delivered was that "the delivery was refused at our end".
                            - On one call we were assured that the deliver would happen in the next few days so I stayed home every single day, taking special permission from my company to work from home, but no one showed up. (This was a week ago)
                            -The company itself has been extremely unsupportive and unresponsive and keep passing us on to other people when we call the helpline. At one point the manager's gave me his cell number, but then kept ignoring my calls. There wasn't any response to my emails either.

                            We booked with NoBroker because they promised a "seamless experience" but we've wasted more time on the phone and days sitting around at home waiting for the delivery than perhaps getting some local contractor to do it.

                            I want to bring this to the attention of all working professionals moving between cities so you don't waste the amount of time and energy that I have.

                              On 8 June, big mirror item was picked up by Movers and Packers and they were supposed to get delivered to Mumbai within 7-10 days.

                              But even after almost 21+ days, there is no delivery and no ETA. Each time I reach out to the NoBroker team, I get a new false ETA with promises of call backs which do not come. The vendor number shared by the team is not taking calls or lying on the face completely when he does. Today he said the mirror is on the way at 1am when he was supposed to deliver it and its 6pm right now.

                              I am single lady who lives alone and my work is suffering due to this delay. They made me pay the full amount by saying we are delivering it right away and its been 1week since then .

                                Refund of packers and movers

                                I have booked No broker packers and movers on 4th of June for with 6th June pickup appointment. But 5th of June vendor denied the pickup due to vehicle shortage. So i asked them to cancel at the same 5th of June. It got cancelled by Mr.Puneeth and he committed within 5 bank working days. I have received all cancelled email and refund amount email from them. But no money refunded as of now. But now that booking is in still open in their website....

                                Hi, this Rajaji from thanjavur, tamilnadu,
                                Today (28th June 2022). i received call from someone telling that they are from Citi bank who name is Rahul Sharma and called for transfer the redeem rewards point as a cash to my credit card so that he asked for card 16 digit number and otp to transfer the amount. It looks like legitimate call initially. It was a bad day for me and after a min i received otp for transaction of 19k to NOBROKER RENTPA.. due to his urge I said the OTP the amount gets debited.then only I realised why I said the otp. He said that by mistake the amount gets debited is lease share any other credit card details so that we can transfer the amount..in the mean time when i received the first otp for transaction, i blocked my card through sms. Have booked a dispute request at ICICI and also booked a complaint at cyber crime. This is the number he was talking from +[protected].

                                When tried to check the email for that transactionId it’s not there. It’s mentioned the amount debited for info: NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS.

                                Please help me to get the money back.

                                  The worst ever experience on the Packers & Movers service from No Broker team and highly disappointing. They are just getting into the same boat of No after sales service and all good till the time payments are done and no support at all after the same.
                                  And we can't talk to anyone in the hierarchy as the customer care executives are available to just give you the basic info and no escalation.

                                  The promises are big at the time of selling like they will provide support for any insurance claim and from vendor partner but after the payments completion No Broker is no different. At least if we are going directly with the transporter we can go and talk, here we can't do any of that. Pathetic services team No Broker.

                                  I got my goods moved from bangalore to pune in a full truck load where the expectation is that there won't be any loading / unloading in between and that's why we are paying more for the service. But when the goods arrived, they were in a different vehicle, so i am not sure how many loading / unloading happened in between.

                                  Now, there are damages and the team is aksing to chase deal with the Insurance company. If we only have to do everything, we could have done it directly, why do i need a No Broker in between to only collecting the payments in between.

                                  If there is any responsible team who can take action and resolve the issue, please get in touch.

                                  Otherwise, No Broker services are worse than dealing directly with the packers & movers and insurance companies. At least we know, whom to talk to for any concerns, unlike No Broker team

                                  Thank you for having a grievance officer getting in touch for hearing out the concerns.
                                  But it's nothing more than that. There is no authority available with the officer and I haven't got a resolution yet to the damages done during the shifting.
                                  You guys are in this business and have all the time to deal with these issues but at least think about it from the consumer perspective. We don't have all the time to keep following up every other day on the updates.
                                  Just getting a layer of people to hear out the issues and behave calmly and keeping own sweet time for the conclusion is definitely not helping.
                                  Can someone responsible from the team please share an update on the resolution provided as I haven't got one yet.
