I bought a Super Moneyback plan for 24778/- from Nobroker on 15 January 2022 to sell my flat in Wakad. I was assured of best services like full support from RM, scheduled visits, and complete guidance.
Post buying the plan, everything vanished.
I was given no support from RM and No Scheduled visits.
If you look at the app data, the team managed contact only 7 people for the sale of a house, Out of which only 1 agreed to visit the Flat but he too didn’t turn up.is this the service for which I paid 25K (This information was given to me by the RM Indrani who was handling my complaint for the last 1 month with no resolution.)
I need full refund of the entire money paid by me. No broker has made no efforts as the service promised, besides wasting 3 months of my precious time. Then why should you charge me for something that I never got. This is clearly cheating on customers only to get service charges out of them and give no service.
Indrani – your executive has agreed that there were no efforts taken by no broker team to get the house sold. Neither kept up to the promises made while selling the plans.
Indrani said that she will submit a query to their accounts/complaint team and make sure they will refund the amount. She kept giving me different target dates for resolution but hasn’t achieved one.
No broker as a company promise something but deliver something underrated. They are not trustworthy especially their executives/ agents. I have all the recordings of the calls.
I feel completely cheated and have lost my hard-earned money, I don’t earn by cheating people. I am very unhappy and frustrated with No Broker.
If I am not refunded the complete amount I will have to take legal action against your company, please be aware of this.

only if you could have done the same while i was complaining, that time you were not bothered to call back. now i have atleast 5-6 calls every day to remind me to take the complaint back.
