On 3-June, goods (Household items) were picked up by Movers and Packers and they were supposed to get delivered to Bengaluru within 7-10 days.

But even after almost 20+ days, there is no delivery and no ETA. Each time we reach out to the NoBoker team, we are getting a new false ETA.

I am having 02 small kids and my entire family are all suffering due to this delay.

I can’t wait for more, need the entire amount to be refunded alongwith the insurance claim plus the compensation for this harassment

This very poor and pathetic service from your company.

The below mail thread and multiple follow-ups with customer care with no resolution.

      We were about to let out our 2 BHK house in Bangalore and as a normal process we registered our house details in various online platforms like Nobroker, Magicbricks.com etc.
      Surprisingly, no broker team pushed us to go for the Money Refund scheme of theirs in case the property is not let out by them in 45 days. Initially they said they were not working in the Nelamangala area and later they agreed the same will be taken up.
      I had a separate discussion over the call with their operations manager too, listing by requirements. The only condition was the house has to be let out to a vegetarian family. The Nobroker tam agreed to all we said and once they took the money there was absolutely no leads given and 2 leads given to us was such a fraud that they used to cancel the appointment in the last minute.
      When we approached to take the refund, the entire team has the audicity to say NO to refund. Sucha a fraud company that they dont stick to customer promises. Teh entire team is fake and no one comes in person. The entiore team is behind taking moeny from the customers. Please dont ever get into any of their false promises

      The best part of the entire transaction is that, it is a prime property and a gated community with full facilities and the rent we asked was as low as 17k per month plus maintenance. And they could not fix a tenant for that as well. We all rely on these teams as there is no time available but these people take advantage of that and cheat customer.

        This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my Citi Bank credit card on 17th June 2022 through NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT.
        Below is the SMS from Citi Bank .
        Rs. 20, 074.60 spent on card xxxx on 17-JUN-22 at NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT. Limit available=Rs. xxxxx. If not done by you, click www.citi.asia/XXX?cn=xxxx
        I got mails from Citi Bank alert too.
        Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above. The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times.
        I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud.
        Kindly help me in this.

          Hi Team,
          I had a deal with Nobroker, the inspection officer came to location and done with the inspection and submited all dc and images to there concern team, and i got quatation, i informed them twice, that vechile is not going to enough but they said, it will enoug for all itmes, and i insist them to double check and do one more time inspection. but they said its okay, so based on there commitment i paid token amout, now in the last moment they charing me triple Direct 10, 000 to 30, 000/- rupees, And i had a conversation with Ameer - Assitant Manager and Nikhil Suman Unit Lead, And i explained all the situation, packing and shipping date is June 18th 2022.
          Please let me know what do i have to do now. Its look like Scam to get more money from customer's.

              This is with great regret for opting for nobroker.com for renting our house as we had a very very bad experience.
              Nobroker was always between us as a third party, while showing property, giving keys, paying advance, deposit and rents every month.
              We were never in contact with the owner for anything at all except Nobroker.
              Our 11 months of tenure was suppose to end on 31ts of July. But, on April 24 we get a call from the Owner that vacate the house or pay extra rent from next month that is May month (rent was 14k and he was asking us to pay 19k).
              Secondly, he was rude and called us multiple times, we had no other option, we told him please raise a concern to Nobroker because we never interacted with you while renting this apartment.
              We contacted Nobroker for the same, they said we can't do anything about it, if the owner wants to vacate the property, you have to do it on one month prior notice.
              We started vacating the house, cleared and deep cleaned the house before 25th of May.
              The house inspection also went smooth, the person complemented us that we maintained the house so well.
              On 25th of May we completely vacated the house and the keys were handed over to Nobroker agent on 29th Or 30th may because the Nobroker agents were busy.
              We never got the house painted and cleaned from NoBroker before moving into the property, yet we maintained and cleaned it so well while leaving.
              We get a call from NoBroker that we have to pay half of the painting charges because we stayed there.
              It was clearly mentioned to us by the Nobroker agent that if we don't get the house painted before moving into it, we don't have to pay for it while leaving from there. Neither there was anything written in the agreement regarding the same. We denied to pay for the painting.
              It's been 3 weeks now, we have not recieved the 2 months deposit money, it's extremely unprofessional and demeaning.
              We were never late for our rent payments and we always made transactions to NoBroker. Now when we call for our Money, what we get to here is we are getting the money from the owner and then pass it on to you.
              We were informed that once the inspection of the house is done we will be getting the deposit money in the immediate next week.
              We want our deposit money back as soon as possible, we have pay it further for another property where we have rented now.
              The NoBroker officials don't pickup our calls neither reply to our messages on whatsApp number of the NoBroker.
              We are extremely fedup right now. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
              It's NoBroker's duty to pay us our deposit back as each and every of transaction was paid by us to the NoBroker accounts, we have all the transaction history maintained with us.
              We also got to know that the property we vacated is already occupied by some other people that means the owner got a new tenant then why we have to wait for our Money.

                Flower plot missing not delivered...pls get refund amount of 5 flower pot...

                Highly disappoint with the service no co ordination with driver and vendor... I am managing both of them very very poor service they are shifting from 5pm then 7pm then now 10 pm late night ...if not possible then y they commit to deliver on today...

                Driver is calling again again address already provided... Highly irate... Zero co-ordination with no broker

                  I was promised that I will be refunded my money back under the 'Owner Super Money Back Plan' if no broker fails to find a tenant and if I get the tenant by myself. They rejected my refund saying it's due to a mismatch, as they agreed to 24, 000 but in Rental Agreement 23, 000. However, it was clearly told to them that my rental price advertised was negotiable. Not only they didn't present any potential tenants and also they are giving an unreasonable justification when its time to pay the refund amount saying because of the Rs. 1000 mismatch they will not be able to process the refund.

                    I have availed the demolition in kitchen and bathroom and renovation. No project supervisor to monitor.. and labor doesn't his own way. struggling to follow up and spending my whole day at site, because of no proper communication between NOBROKER supervisor and project manger with labor person. HS-2666789 is the quotation number. If service cannot be provided then say no... but don't say to adjust for whatever is done.

                      Since 9 days I’ve been harassed with your below average service by RM Vilas Patil, firstly he never bothered to understand my requirement properly, suggested properties which were not relevant. Complaint to his supervisor Shahbaaz twice, he assured of action but all hollow promises.
                      Vilas patil kept calling, assuring, suggesting mostly irrelevant properties. When I liked a few he could get reverts from Owners, he could not even provide basic details of lift etc twice.

                      On 11th he said your requirement is for family, I heard the original call and now I can suggest better properties. What he suggested were properties 10kms away from the area given and others he suggested were without lift on 3rd floor which was again different from my requirement.

                      When I spoke to Shahbaaz he said the property is clearly listed as without which he wasn’t sure why Vilas Patil could not notice.
                      See messages where Vilas suggested property which was 9.8 kms away which Vilas claimed as 2.8 kms away. Another message where I asked for the 3rd floor property, he never bothered to reply.

                      From that day, 11th June there was no communication. I asked for Supervisor to call on 14th and finally Today supervisor Shahbaaz called at around 4:30pm, after 2 days of request. He turns around and says your requirement was not properly given and therefore we could not service.

                      Never seen more irresponsible service, this is just a scam where even when you’ll don’t have properties and service capabilities in the concerned area you still get customers enrolled with a promise and then can’t deliver.

                      I have all the messages with Vilas to show the irresponsible service levels, there are calls also which if recorded can be heard.

                      Last week a lady called for feedback and listened patiently, said will take action and get my money refunded, but as expected never came back.

                      Take action, refund my money and spare me from this harassment.

                        I moved my household goods through NoBroker on 25th May from Pune to Hyd.

                        The shifting company (Joyti Cargo packers and movers) did not pack certain items properly as they ran out of the packaging material . They used customers (ours) bubble wrap to pack whatever they thought was fine. This was told to the person in charge and also but they did get additional packaging material. Due to this most of the items got damaged .

                        After the stuff reached Hyderabad we noticed quite a few boxes were damaged and a lot of furniture had been damaged. Crockery broken . Blanket spoiled due to tape. Dent on the fridge. There is a lot of stuff missing. too

                        have not experienced such pathetic and unprofessional moving service from any company before. The Move Manager is a ridiculous concept that's not available when needed and takes hours to call back a customer.

                          I posted rent ad 12 weeks back, i never subscribed to their spam messages then still nobroker sends me messages to reactivate ad, there is no way to stop such messages.
                          They should have provided a link to unsubscribe such messages but there is nothing. Please help to stop these spam messages from no broker.com

                          I have written mail to nobroker multiple times but no use. I even deleted nobroker account, facebook complain no use.

                            My Package was moved by Packers and Movers on 28th April 2022, and it took 25+ days to reach to my location in Chennai rom Pune.
                            During the transport my new Refrigerator, Kent Water Purifier was damaged and 25kg Sack of Jowar was lost.
                            Move Manager and transporter were giving false claims of delivery by 6th June, but reached on 25th of May. Both of them were ignoring my calls .
                            Since I am not able to manage and get the estimated bills.
                            Even after putting for Insurance claim No Broker Move Manager was not responding my calls and helping to get my claim. I have a claim of Rs 25000.

                            I have even raised a concern to NO Broker but there has been no response from the team.

                              Ive booked no broker packers and movers service on June 1st 2022, from Hyderabad to chennai. The goods have been delayed by two days to reach the chennai.
                              A table and kitchen items were missing and a sofa and wet grinder have been damaged.
                              Ive complainted and shared the photos of the items with the no broker customer care but no response or no refund and after they stopped lifting calls. And insurance scheme is a scam, I've payed and lost money too.

                                    Nobroker found a backdoor way of income. they let you pay rent for first time without rent agreement, and they put on hold for 2nd agreement with argument that it is suspicious. then they refund the money with 1% service charge deducted if you are unable to provide rental agreement. This is pure and simple extortion. First of all, it should do sanity check of the transaction before debiting money from credit card and decline the rent payment upfront. Most of rent payment portal do that. Instead Nobroker, let the payment completed and then deny the rent transfer on the basis of false transaction. So that they can deduct 1% service charge and refund rest. This is free money, they do not even show it in their ledger book. This is black money they are extorting from poor customer in plain sight. Second of all, what is the service charge here and what is the rationality? what service they provided to customer? None! plain and simple. Are they paying GST of this service charge? are they providing Tax invoice to the customer. No! this is plan and simple robbery. They are muggers. I suggest all good men to not use nobroker not only for rent payment, but for all services they provide. A criminal is always a criminal, They will extort you on the first instance whenever there is opportunity.

                                      Dear Sir, Madam.

                                      Person called Akhin Anilkumar contacted me from Nobroker.in insisted to pay super reflex plan to sell my Flat in Chennai. I have attached the invoice i paid on 10.06.2022 and once i paid the amount. The response was reducing.

                                      They appointed person called as RM manager Naren Sharma and FM manager TEJA CHERUKURI, they both insisted they would collect my flat keys this saturday on 11.06.2022 and i was sending 2 buyers so they can see the flat and no one from Nobroker showed up and my buyers were waiting and got frustrated and left the place.

                                      I was so disappointed and tried to call them and they switched off the mobile. Please refund my money back from this company and this really looks like its a scam company targeting NRI. Thank you.

                                        On 29th April 22 NoBroker started renovation work at my home.. The committed time line to finish this work was 15th April & there was additional work for which time line extended till 23rd May & till today there is no timeline to finish my work. Further the quality of the work till now is very poor.. Very sad to choose NoBroker. Com
