I opted for their money plan guarantee. We are not getting any good places through them and hence we dropped the plan for shifting somewhere else. Now the company is denying refund saying u have to take place somewhere else give us the rent agreement n then will refund.

    This Is Regarding To The Service Of Packers And Movers Dated 27th January 2022.

    Please Find The Attached Order Details. My Total Bill Was 7, 377 Out Of Which 750 Were Paid In Advance.[protected]=6627 Final Amount. However,

    When The Shifting Was Completed The Move Manager Sadiq P Had A Long Discussion With Partner Ravi And Then Sadiq Suggested Me To Do A Direct Google Pay Amount Of 8000 And He Will Adjust The Amount In Systems And Process The Refund Within 24 Hrs. As Per The Move Manager's Request, I Have Paid 8000/- To Partner.

    From Last Month I Have Called Up 10 Times Customer Care And Customer Chat Service Requesting To Connect Me To Sadiq. However Each Time I Call I Get A Response That The Move Manager Is Busy And Will Call You Back.

    It Is Very Clear That He Is Ignoring My Calls And Request Which Is Very Pathetic Behavior And Irate.

    It Is Almost 2 Months Now I Haven't Received The Refund Or A Single Call Back From No Broker. I Am Now Tired And Taking This Pain To Write An Email And Complain About The Type Of Customer Service I Am Facing.

    Exactly The Same Thing Happened To Me In The Year 2019. Wherein No Broker Team Has Not Refunded The Amount For The Transaction Amount 1425/- Paid On 30th June 2019, 03:31 AM.

    Now I Request You To Please Consider This As An Official Letter To Refund The Below-Mentioned Amounts.

      This was the first time when I opted for movers and packers for shifting from Saket to Ghitorni on 24th July 2022 in slot 8AM to 10AM along with technician for Installing and Uninstalling of AC.
      And now it is 6 PM and technician has not arrived yet to install AC and the supervisor along with other 3 helpers is asking for payment and creating nuisance outside thr house.
      Below is the description of complete nuisance, misbehaviour and mental harrasment caused by your organisation because of such unprofessionals hired by nobroker:-
      1. Supervisor called at 7:45 AM to confirm the location and reached at 7:55 AM along with his team of 3 other men to inspect about the goods which are to be pakked.
      2. Then all 4 of them arrived at 8:15 AM and started packing the goods and when we asked about the technician to uninstall AC he said he is on his way. In addition to this these guys were not carrying complete stuff to pack electronic items and said we will pack AC and washing machine in curtains along with it they were packing all the glass crockery items in a bedsheet, post arguing for 1 hour he asked someone to get additional foam sheets and brought some newspapers.
      3. Post few minutes technician came to uninstall AC and left both the nobs of outdoor unit of split open and complete gas leaked out of it.
      4. Post 3 hours when these men picked up the outdoor unit to load in truck they heard the sound of gas leaking and even after calling multiple times on no broker no technician came to stop that leak.
      5. Post 1 hour some other technician came to close the nob when all the gas leaked then Sandeep was sent by Tushar to whom No broker gave the contract of this.
      6. Till now i.e. 7 PM AC is not installed and those 4 men who brought the truck and transitted the goods are torchuring us again and again give our payment in cash to us we dont know No broker we will call police etc etc and we should have retained some household items of them all this.
      7. Now when I had a word with No broker that since it is too late I cant return all the cartons back at once. Take it either tomorrow or we will come to return back to Mahipalpur.
      8. Still one of them who is healthy amongst all is saying I will not leave the cartonseven though we have returned few and since it is too late that these guys have done it is not possible to vacate all of them at once.

      And now they all are like pissing me a lot and not leaving my house sitting outside for cartons and asking for cash payment.

      How unprofessional NoBroker is I came to know for the first time and such the contractor Tushar (Contact No - [protected]) is such a miser person he was arguing with the third new technician for 100 Rs.

      He was asking us for the payment to be made to technician when it was not our fault that the gas leaked.

      Can you please reach out to me asap as these guys are still sitting outside my home and asking for cash payment when we are saying we will pay directly to Nobroker when AC will be installed and start working fine. When we are directly dealing with NoBroker why are these guys sitting outside my house who gave them permission.

        Hello Officer,

        I am writing this email with sheer frustration & extreme disappointment with the No Broker team. I have moved my house hold items from Bangalore to New Delhi by using No Broker movers n packers services.
        Initially, the No broker sales team has provided with a very lucrative offer along with 100% insurance cover for all the items. Excellent assurances were provided.

        When the cartons were delivered to my New Delhi residence, to my horror, one carton containing all the fragile items was completely damaged. The damage is so extreme that if my family would have tried to open bubble wraps, the entire glass would have spilled on the floor & there is a chance of getting injury. The box is kept aside as-is by my family.

        We somehow gathered & calm ourselves & contacted the insurance company along with the No broker team. Damage is already done, somehow, we were positive that we will get the solution & some amount will be refunded as we have taken the insurance cover.

        But we were wrong, the real frustration has just begun.
        Firstly, the insurance company rejected the claim stating that fragile items are not covered. Then the transport people washed their hands starting that please contact No Broker. We then contacted No Broker team & provided all the requested photos etc… Followed up multiple times with the team members, but till now there is no solution. Everyone is hiding behind the thin insurance clause mentioned for fragile items. I have already paid ~13000 to No Broker as delivery fees with 100% insurance claim up to 50k. Now I have damages close to ~15000. Hence, the service from No Broker costed me 28000 along with priceless emotions attached with some items & now high blood pressure due to no solution provided by your team.

        My certain questions pertaining to this -

        1. As this is a very important clause, Why sales team has not mentioned this before I bought the insurance cover?
        2. Almost all household movement will contain fragile items, then why are fragile items not covered under insurance?
        3. What action will No Broker take on the Transport company?
        4. What is the ownership of No Broker team. I have taken service from No Broker, not the insurance company nor the transporter?

        I am not sure what authority you have, but I anticipate a fruitful resolution for my issue. Looking forward for a response from your side.

          8th of June, I subscribed to their money-back plan (7078/-) with the hope of finding a house. When subscribing to the program, my account was logged in; I ensured that before the payment. Post payment, we requested a call back from our relationship manager, and we didn't receive any call. We thought maybe it would take time, so we decided to wait. To our surprise, one of my friends was receiving calls from the relationship manager and not me. When I checked back, it turned out the app had registered the plan in her name and not mine; it even logged out my credentials and logged in from her details automatically. Naturally, we requested a resolution by number change. This is where the problem started; we were not assisted by the nobroker helpline for this. We were asked to present documents to support our identities and write a mail for the same. After three days of frustration, we requested a refund.

          As soon as I requested a refund, their team had a spotlight on me. They informed us that we could change your number within 2-3 hours, but please don't go for a refund. I was furious to know this. Even though they could solve this problem in 2-3 hours, they made us run and tire ourselves for 2-3 days and only came to recuse as we requested a refund. [Must ask for a refund to get their undivided attention]

          Post that day, so much unravelled that I was made to talk to multiple representatives claiming to be the supervisor. If I recall well, I have spoken to 4-5 of such self-proclaimed supervisors and was constantly in touch with the relationship manager, but none of them helped, rather they just wasted my time and kept running in a loop with the same excuse. Our relationship manager even tried to convince my friend behind my back to not apply for a refund, and I caught him red-handed as she (my friend) was sitting right next to me at that moment.

          Post refund request on 11th of June, and going through so many supervisors also I was not able to find a resolution. One day I woke up to find that the plan has been cancelled (the plan page was not showing up in the app anymore). This was done without acknowledgement, and they haven't even called to inform. I must mention that all the other calls were also done by me for a resolution, and every time I call, they would ask me to tell the whole story again as if they don't even keep a track record of their customer complaints.

          Post this event, one of the representatives named Suman assure me that refund will be initiated and might take 7-10 days; when I called post that timeline to enquire, he redirected me to another representative who asked me to send a mail with my rental agreement, and he will get it resolved. I mentioned it clearly that I am still in the old house, will that agreement work for you, and he said YES! So I mailed him the agreement.

          After a couple of days of not receiving any response, I called back again, and I was redirected to another representative by Suman. This lady, after running me around for a month, tells me that "Sorry, we can't refund you since you don't have a new agreement to present". She offered me a plan (1770/-) which is almost 1/4 the price of my previously subscribed plan, as compensation. I mentioned that my plan had been deactivated for many weeks now from your end. You took a month to tell me that you could not refund me or resolve this, but she claimed that it was my fault and I won't be accredited those weeks that I had full right to use the service till they resolved the issue.

          They are reluctant to help their users and have a notorious way of running them in loops till their subscription duration end. They cancelled my subscription without a resolution or refund weeks prior to mentioning that they won't refund. They are reluctant to recredit those days or the refund amount or any other equivalent plan.

            My packers and movers shipment completed on 9th July. After paying all the payment I still do not get my invoice copy. Continuously following up with them but did not get any solution . They even really do not understand what to do everytime they told it will take 48 hours.. it’s a worst experience I have faced ever in my life

                Please think before paying amount to them. In order to get refund, they will make you cry. I have sent around 25 mails, 4 calls to get it resolved and it feels like begging for your own money. Really frustrating. They are changing statements to avoid refund. Think twice before paying anything to them.

                  Hi, I have taken the NoBroker money back plan which states that if they will not be able to provide you the house in 2 months they will refund your amount.
                  I found the house myself and asked for the money back to assigned relationship manager by the NoBroker company. They informed me to write an email which I wrote and also followed back. They never responded back single time on that and any time I call they simply create a ticket and hang the call.

                    I made a payment related to the basic plan for tenants of 1178 on 12th July. Today is the 8th day. In spite of repeated assurances by Mr. Azeez Ahmed from the sales team who first told me he is a supervisor (I have all the audio recordings) even after so long the money hasn't been credited back to my account. Now the agents want me to wait for 10 more days. What kind of circus are you guys running?

                    18 days no update. They keep saying they will check and make false promises
                    It's been 11 days. I have sent my payment details to Mrs. Fazila Mansoor over a week ago. No change whatsoever, just promotional calls from your end because you want me to avail more services. Still the refund hasn't reached my bank account.

                      Security Deposit Refund delay

                      We rented a house through Nobroker and after 6 months of lock-in period we were asked to vacate the premises, we handed over the keys on 5th July and its 19th July today and we get no support whatsoever for the refund of security deposit, the owner paid the amount on 7th, the team at nobroker keeps giving us dates but that never happens, please help us...

                      I get the call from no broker technology and they saying that they are calling from RBL Bank credit card department and they give me the offer to your current limit will increase 2 lakh around and they ask me my card number and saying that please verify your card number after that I will verify my card number they told me that you will get one OTP after that they told me you have received your one CV number so when I give him CV number so I get the message from 24000 is to no broker technology company this type of a fraud your company doing and so many peoples facing same issue

                      I have a call recording and thing your employees and company is doing fraud to earn money to complete there target
                      And your and your senior manager doing nothing and you co- founder is sleeping. what they doing company they do not know anything what's going in their company they wants only money

                        Hey, I am Poovarasan N
                        This complaint is regarding the unauthorised transactions that took place using my credit card on 14th of July 2022 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

                        The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-
                        .Rs.19, 190.00 spent on your SBI Card ending with **29 at Nobroker Technologies on 14/07/22. If this trxn. wasn't done by you, click https://sbicard.com/DisputeRaise.

                        Please note that I have neither participated nor authorise the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud.
                        Kindly help me in this.

                          Hi Team,

                          I had visited a flat in pragathi nagar through NoBroker and given advance 10k. After few days no response received from financial institutes to which I have provided documents to process loan. Even contacted Bajaj Finance as well for loan no response after few days. As it is panchayat layout and no banks ready to give loan. Finally vexed with this so dropped to proceed and asked builder to refund money.

                          NoBroker have closed advertisement once I have paid advance to builder. Now buider saying that once closed advertisement reopened then he will give that amount. And I tried to contact NoBroker and builder asked us to wait as he already opened another advertisement by paying money. Afer few weeks he called to me to reopen the closed advt but nobeoker waited to do so. After 2 weeks NoBroker says can't reopen as 3 months passed away.

                          Finally I am the one who affected.

                            Hi Team,
                            I have visited a property through no broker at pragathi nagar (Builder Name : Pradeep Reddy).
                            Once I have given advance NoBroker closed that ad for builder. Afer few discussion with bank they not interested in providing loan as the land is panchayat layout.

                            Now when I asked him to return amount he is saying only if the closed will reopen in NoBroker he will return amount after his confirmation.

                            He ttok 3 months and asked me to reopen that NoBroker ad but nobroker can't do that as it passed 3 months.

                            Hi, NoBroker contacted builder and he told to wait till his confirmation to reopen the advertisement. After few days builder told noBroker team to open the advertisement but they told need to check with manager as it nearly 3 moths when the advertisement closed. Finally builder saying that he will give only when re open that advertisement. But nobroker says can't reopen as 3 months passed. I was affected here. Below number contacted with NoBroker 8068531214

                              I have not taken a property on rent but I got the msg of rent pay when I went to the link and then the rent receipt of the property is showing in my name.wrong mail id has been entered in it

                                On 12th of July, I and my friend visited a 3BHK flat that was listed on NoBroker for renting out. After finalising the deal, the relationship manager present there asked me to pay the token money to NoBroker's account. I paid Rs 10, 000 on the given account details.
                                Just a day after that I had some family emergency due to which I need to locate back to my hometown and couldn't proceed with above deal made. I talked to apartment's owner and he was fine with not proceeding ahead in such a situation. Even no legal document or rental agreement has been signed yet. He didn't receive the token money from NoBroker either.

                                I contacted at least 4 people from NoBroker stating my issue and asking them to process refund but they kept saying that they'd arrange a call from concerned team, which never happened. Today is the third day and I haven't even received one call from any department who is ready to address this and process my refund.

                                NoBroker is all about hiring N different person for N services who keep on calling the customer repeatedly and waste their time, and when the customer has some issue, these N departments keep on juggling him/her between different teams and say that they will call back, keeping the customer hanging as if this is the only thing we have to do all day.

                                I am highly disappointed with the behaviour of Nobroker and would never like to avail their services in future as this is a trap one can't get out easily once the money is stuck.
                                I urge NoBroker to refund my money urgently as I have a lot other things in my life with require my attention rather than talking to multiple executives from different teams selling services which I dont need and not one to address the actual issue.

                                    Commodities were damaged during house shifting and their partners changed the vehicle without any information while in transit. They loaded the household goods in vehicle no - DL1LAA6143 and was bought in vehicle no DL1LAG1649. the furniture were also damaged.
