No Broker sales team chased me till I subsribed for the NRI SERVICES, and after that the service is horrible, I made a big mistake by enrolling. Relationship Manager changed 3 times and they are fit for nothing ###. The sales team promised while enrolling they will list both my flats with pictures and videos and I can pay for single subscription and once one flat is sold, I can extend services which will be valid for 3 months for the 2nd flat as both are in same building and same floor.
It is 1 month so far the have not listed both my priorities and no response to my calls or messages.
I spoke to one relationship manager Sachin about all this false promises and bad service and asked him to cancelthesubsription and refund my money it is 5 daysafterspeakingto him no response, he said he will call next day.
There is no TOLL free number for NRI to call and no one CAREs about CUSTOMER after payment is received.

Overall it is just a trap to loot money and I never recommend this bloody NoBroker service to anyone.

I hope atleast after seeing this feedback bycopy to consumers FORUM.

      Had booked one of their bathroom cleaning service. Has been rescheduled 4 times. No service provider even after delay of 1 week. Rude customer service behaviour.         I had availed bathroom and window cleaning services from Nobroker.in . My order ID is HS-4419348 on 15th Oct. Their partner did horrible job in cleaning the bathrooms. I logdged my complain with nobroker on the same day and sent them pictures of the bathroom. It has been 4 days and i am yet to hear back from them. Persons i am delaing with are Vishwas L, Tasleem Bano and Mantu Gowda.

        I need my bathrooms to be recleaned or nobroker shud refund my money.

        These are the same persons even I have an open email conversation. But nobody cares to reply. Also, I don't understand why do NB has to ask for contact information here when you have already shared your order Id. That is the only thing they should need. Really pathetic

          I registered my self on 10th Oct for Due and Diligence check.
          Supportive documents were share with the team.
          There is no response received as a prima facie report. We are not able to hold seller party any more and no response from NO Broker/advocate.
          We need the registration amount back as refund.

            I booked a home cleaning service on Oct 14th. Spoke to a guy called Navneet. Navneet promised that the cleaning crew will clean the paint stains on the floor and furniture. He added an additional charge to my bill. The vendor called Wajid sent a few folks to my house on Oct 15th. They came without any ladder. While they were not able to clean the places closer to ceiling, they also left pain stains on the floors and doors. Today when I called NoBroker to complain about it, they are refusing responsibility and redressal saying that the paint stain cleaning is not in their scope at all. I have been ripped off by the nexus of NoBroker and the cleaning vendor.

              I have booked Sofa cleaning on NoBroker on last 15th October 2022. I made cash amount Rs.650/- for clean our Sofa.
              NoBroker service partner came for clean our Sofa but he only cleaned partially. I requested for clean Sofa properly and remove all Stains from Sofa but he simply refused my request and demand extra money.

              Friends please think 100 times before book any service from NoBroker.

                Booked house cleaning service for 16th Oct 2022(weekend). They cancelled at last moment. With no option I got it rescheduled for 18th Oct 2022(weekday). Took off from office to get the job done. They again cancelled without thinking about customer's inconvenience.

                I want refund and compensation for inconvenience caused. They should improve their services immediately.

                I got a call from one of your executive. He said you guys can't do anything apart from Apologizing. Apology can be accepted for one time miss. But it happened twice. So customer is not able to trust you for next time. I would have been happy if you had told in advance that service will be provided based on availability of the vendor. But in this case you committed twice and failed to deliver the service. That is not acceptable. You should be penalized for this. Else no effect on you for failing to deliver the service and you keep on doing this(I read other reviews as well). It's only the customer who suffers

                  False advertisement and zero results

                  I wanted to sell my property and advertised on no broker app. Your sales team of NoBroker called (Hounded)me everyday for almost two months to purchase their plan. I was not sure but they promised that the area where I want to sell the property has huge number of leads. They never stopped calling till I purchased their plan. ( Sales guy name: Moses) they sold me effort relax plan for ~ ₹9k
                  After the plan was purchased the relationship manager promised he would call me every week to give status update of my property.
                  His weekly calls were very sporadic and less than 1 minute.
                  Not a single person visited the property.
                  There has been absolutely no result.
                  The other relationship manager Prashanth is at times rude. There is never a follow up on my requests. I asked for a refund as they fake advertised and promised something they clearly had faked. I was told there is no refund in a very very rude manner. It seems you are promoting a false service, before the plans are purchased they will call everyday but once you purchase it all communications would be less and sporadic and no effort from relationship manager to genuinely generate leads.
                  I need my hard earned money to be refunded
                  I will be forced to take this matter to consumer court in absence of a response

                  Relationship manager Khetan is not adept at doing this job.

                    I scheduled for a full premium house cleaning service on 10/10/2022 at 8:30am.
                    I reached the site at 8am and from 8:30am, I tried to reach the partner. No one was reachable until 9:45am. They said that the cleaning people would come in 15 minutes but they didn't come until 11:45am. Till then no support from the partner and they weren't picking the call.

                    No supervisor from the partner side came to the site. Three people who cannot talk in regional languages were on the site. I had to coordinate with them the entire time. is this a premium service?

                    The workers broke an expensive toilet tank. It is going to cost me Rs. 16000 to replace it. They also broke a light bulb in one of the bathrooms, they scratched an expensive modular kitchen cabinet door and also vitrified tile in the living room in the process of moving the ladder. This is going to cost me more than the cleaning service itself to fix the problems.

                    As part of the premium service they were supposed to clean the floor and doors with the cleaning machine. They brought the machine only at 5:45 to 6pm. Flat owners association doesn't allow the vendors to work after 5:30pm. That is the whole reason and also I have important tasks scheduled after 5:30pm. Just because they started late and brought the machine late to the site, my entire day was ruined.

                    Moreover in the last 3 days neither the vendor nor the nobroker is taking responsibility for these issues. No one is responding. I didn't get any of the premium services and got more problems. I need a refund for the service that is of no help to me.

                    This issue is not resolved. No broker customer support is horrible. It has been more than a month and no one reached out me yet for a resolution but they mark the issue as closed. Please avoid these ppl for service. They will harass you by not resolving the issues

                      I had taken cleaning services from NoBroker for yesterday, i.e. 15th Oct. Firstly it was scheduled at 10:30 am and the service partner came at 2:45 pm and that too after 5 follow ups with NB team.
                      I had booked for premium bathroom cleaning and 4 window cleaning. The service partner did not bring the machine along with him which is a part of premium service. And moreover for window cleaning he just wiped the glasses with dry and wet cloth, however even the channels were supposed to be cleaned as a part of the service.
                      Next i advised the service partner to bring the machine and complete the service to which he gave a commitment that he would come today, ie., 16th Oct and complete it. But he didn't turn up.
                      I have tried to contact NB atleast 10 times now and they just disconnect the call after listening to the issue or just keep me waiting for hours. There is absolutely no solution being provided by the NB team and i am literally feeling helpless. This is completely cheating on the part of NB and i feel as if I should have used Urban Clap services.
                      I know there still won't be any solution provided but want to provide a picture to the larger audience so that they avoid booking from NB.

                      Yes, this seems common. Customer support just don't care about the complaints as we have already paid them. And partner service is a complete joke with utter unprofessionalism, working for multiple companies and that is the reason they mess up with the scheduled time. Some action needs to be taken here

                      OMG this is what even i am facing call no broker for 2 primium bathroom cleaning on 14th dec 2022 he came cleaned one bathroom and said he is done. Dust was on gycer, bathroom mirror was full of water stains, shower curtain was dusty, floor stain were as it was..he just cleaned with soap n brum. I had called urban clap they did an awesome job which pics i also mailed to no broker.
                      And when I complaint to no broker they asked me.to send pict which i did then they say that they can refund for only one bathroom which I denied to take. Kept on repeatedly following up but no satisfactory reply and when today i called I was told that they we never refund of one bathroom also !!!

                      This is high n mighty attitude i am going to run a campaign against no broker for any of thier services
                      If they can treat an educated lady like this never know how they must be looting commen men !!

                        Hi,
                        I posted an ad for renting a 1BHK in my house. The ad is in inactive state even after 10 days. I called the customer care several times. Sent an email [protected]@nobroker.in. No reply.

                        I tried to go premium by subscribing. The link is not working at all. When I click on "Subscribe" for any plan, nothing is happening. It is not taking to the page where I can pay money.

                        Is something happened to no broker website? Any resolution date?

                              Nobroker model officer said No BROKER will reslove very soon and said pls mention comments reslove that complaint but that complaint no reslove. Waiting for 4 month but still didn't reslove.

                                Worthless service in the name of premium services . The way nobroker projection saying that they follow up as no other online service . once they are finished with the services no more follow up if customer provides a bad review.
                                Utterly the Third party doesn't even respond, he just does what he. Can do and say this is the maximum what I can do. He is not in knowledge of what services customer has requested, and the highlight is that the service log shows that work is finished in a minute Example: My requested work started @ 13:17 Hrs and finished @ 13:18 Hrs. Utterly worst service, local service providers might give better services .My mistake was that even after a friend warned me, i said that services might have been improved, No broker service line should be like providing the Worst service in the name of Best services .Even customer care support said they will arrange a callback to discuss, but don't know when they will have time to respond.

                                To the call on 15th October 2022 and after expressing my concerns in regard to the services projected and to what I have received inspite of a caution by a friend, point to point has been noted by the customer service, to which on further followup by an associate relationship manager they have come to a resolution to which i also agreed .ao hereby as assured i am closing the complaint as resolved on a comprise . A big Thanks to Consumer Complaint services .

                                Well on one aspect I have to agree that on 14th October there were 2 calls when I checked, but your services call has been reflecting under spam services in true caller so it gets auto rejected, i don't need to explain why your numbers are marked as spam .                                   They need to do 2 fixes
                                  1. Wadrobe
                                  2. Bed

                                  For Wadrobe its almost 15 days they took shutter, while trying to call just getting 2 days it will be done, till now no fixes done. Earlier they said if delayed they will provide agreed penalty of 30% of project cost, still that also not credited

                                  One of the worst service I am getting, No one followup, , i need to personally ask for update.

                                  Request to fix shutters and bed issue with penalty which is agreed they will give if delayed, its already delayed 15 days.

                                    I signed up for NRI property management services from no broker. I paid 10000rs for it. I was told that tenant verification, rental agreement and maintenance i(including quarterly inspections) would be covered.

                                    I had a tenant lined up to rent my property even before I had signed up. I asked them for a tenant verification and a rental agreement as soon as I signed up. It's been over 2 months now and I still have nothing.

                                    I have complained to my rep multiple times. Every time I asked about the rental agreement and tenant verification, I was told that she would get back to me the same day or the next day. But I hear nothing back.

                                    I even sent a complaint to a group email for property management at no broker and I have heard nothing back!

                                    This company is a scam. I am now looking at legal options

                                    I think I have given you enough time to respond. I am filing a complaint with the Bangalore consumer court for breach of contract. You will be hearing from my lawyer.

                                      I have made Rent Payment on 3rd oct, they don't transfer the money to the landlord, instead they ask to upload the rental agreement(at the time of transaction they dont require the rental agreement it is optional but when the Amount is debited, then rental agreement is compulsory) if you don't have that then they will eat up the processing fees which you have been charged in the name of rent payment it will not be refunded Also Returning the money in 10days which is interest free amount for them Cheating people . Initiated refund on 4th oct still not received the amount. My money make loss also not in my hand what a way to cheat money from website.

Also, a refund is processed when a transaction is found to be suspicious. However, any refund initiated from our end should reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days.                                         On 13 Sept I booked mover and packing services from noBroker. I shipped 11 packages (including 8 carton boxes, 2 suitcases and 1 matt) on 13 Sept. I received partial consignment(6 carton boxes, 2 suitcases and a 1 damaged matt) on 25 Sept. 2 carton boxes have been missing, I have been chasing the nobroker and partner team for the last 10days now and no one is able to track the consignment. Now they tell me its lost.
                                        Now I have made the insurance claim(1-2JE3FINH) BUT NOT SURE if that will also be provided or not because of this kind of service by nobroker and its partner.

                                        NOW, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAILS.
                                        Simply want my insurance claim for which I have already paid.
