Hello Team,

I had a movement date of 30th May from Nobroker. Same city move.

After installation of the AC the technicians caused damage which has resulted in malfunction.

At first the flap wasn't opening, which they claimed it was like this from before. After telling them that even yesterday morning it worked absolutely fine they agreed to fix it.

But the true horror began afterwards. The AC started making a terrible noise continuously. But they kept claiming it's fine and refused to fix it. Also claimed it's old so this happens. ( Never happened when the same AC was moved 2 times, the latest one being not more than one year ago)

After long pestering they started arguing that it's old AC the shipper damaged etc. Still refusing to do anything on this situation which they have clearly caused while installing the AC they finally asked for additional repair stating the shipper has handled it badly which caused internal damage. And also stated since the AC is "old"( quoting this multiple times whenever something goes wrong) while trying to repair some other things might also get damaged, which may cause additional charges.

They also Damaged the wall with unnecessary drilling even after the security guided them before starting the work. Right now the owner of the building is asking for damage repair.

Also while I tried to claim from the app or the website I am getting an error even after several attempts. PFA the video of the sound. Recording and screenshot of the Nobroker App.

After contacting the insurance team they mentioned i cannot claim insurance as the item was unloaded. I called them multiple times.Everytime they say we will get back to you or the call automatically disconnets.

If the Insurance is not valid what's the point of paying amount for insurance. Why should I suffer for Nobrokers mistake

    I made a Payment of Rs. 23, 230 using my Axis Bank Credit Card on 2nd May 2022 using "No broker" Tuition fees payment service.
    Payment transaction failed on the same day and the amount was debited from my credit card and not credited to the beneficiary account.
    After 10-12 times calling, several mail reminders from my side, All your representatives giving the same answer- "we will check status and reply". Today, almost one month has passed and my payment is still pending.

    I need my refunds amount. within credit card due date Due date is 4th June 2022.

      I took legal service (property document verification) from Nobroker and without proper verification they asked me to go-ahead with the property purchase. I have paid advance to the seller. Later I came to know that property is under litigation. Now my money is stuck with seller.
      So I asked Nobroker to refund my money. They are not responding to my calls or emails. They are just disconnecting the call. I spoke to several agents (Junaid, Revathi, Ashwin, Sheikh) all of them just disconnect the call.

        Hello I am Prajeet Thakur, I took nobroker packers movers service for moving from Noida to Hyderabad. My luggage was loaded on 11th of May and was delivered to Hyderabad on 18th of May.

        Consignment details:
        Tax Invoice No.:NBTS/MAY/13448
        Tax Invoice Date: 18/05/2022
        Consignment number:CN-106422
        Pickup date:11/05/2022

        issues:
        1. Three of my packages were missing. 1 AC, 1 Carton and 1 Bucket(with bath accessories). They told me that they will deliver it the next day but I have not received my luggage after 13 days now. I call the vendor daily to get update, everyday they promise that they will deliver today or tomorrow but still my luggage is not delivered.

        2. When I asked for estimate at the time of booking they game me an estimate of Rs. 45000 with shared transport vehicle. I specially asked them for separate transport vehicle for which they charged me Rs. 64600.
        But they anyway transported my luggage in shared vehicle which actually resulted in lot of damage and missing goods. When I got to know that my luggage is not being transported in separate vehicle, I refused them to pay the last installment(approx 9500), so they stopped unloading my goods and told me that they won't unload my goods unless I pay them the full amount. Having no option I paid them the full amount.

            It's been more than two months and I have not received my money. I have called to nobroker about 30 times and everytime I received answer like I will get my money soon.
            I have emailed to grievance officer around 10 times but still no money refunded. Nobroker services are of no use.

                  I've availed nobroker.in NRI-PMS service and their tenant search department did a phenomenal job in helping me to finalize the tenant within no time. Appreciate their (FRM, RM) tireless effort.
                  Similar kind of service received from their other team that is responsible for ease the lease agreement process. But, my happiness ends when I started with placing home maintenance requests. I opted wall painting, electrical work (including geyser, lightings in selective area-store room, few other places, health faucets, chimney, deep cleaning). Whereas the post work pictures that was shared not enough to conclude the completion of the work and I asked for the clear picture as well as pictures o[censored]tility area, grill painting on 13th May(that was not shared earlier-even as on today-25th May). My tenant moved in on 15th May and he reported few issues on 17th May(not completing the painting work, geyser, chimney not working, utility area not cleaned, etc). I tried to get an answer for these as well as tried to escalate to next level at norboker.in and second level escalation point of contact, but everything went in vein. Please help me to get right point of contact at nobroker.in to resolve these issues amicably.

                    I booked AC installation service on NoBroker and made advance payment of Rs.1375. Installation scheduled on 4th may, 2022 11 AM, but Installation is not done. So I cancelled the service and raised request for refund of my money on 4th of May, 2022. This is very pathetic that Money is not refunded to me till date.
                    Very unprofessional behavior of NoBroker Team, Customer care is neither helping me nor refunding my money,
                    Please treat this complaint on priority and refund my amount.

                      It has been close to a month that I am waiting for my refund from NoBroker. This was against a booking (HSPM[protected] that I had to cancel in order to make a fresh booking. I was assured that the refund will be processed within 7 days. I am still waiting. The NoBroker team does not respond to my emails or calls. It feels like NoBroker has no intention of returning my money.
                      My Experience with NoBroker has been pathetic and I regret my association with NoBroker.

                        Hi Grievance team,

                        Unfortunately, I had to cancel the request for the movement due to the promise not being delivered and hence wasting 3 days of my time.

                        I was promised by Mohd Bilal that I will be getting a partner with a 5-star rating, ironically below mail also stays the same in your advertisement.

                        I was assigned Aliasgar as my Move Manager, I want to raise a grievance on the below

                        - I was assigned Bombay Packers and Movers which do not have any google reviews but have a 1.6-star rating in Just dial and a 3-star rating in Sulekha. Now this shows this is definitely below average service provider.
                        - I requested Aliasgar that I want a change in the partner as was promised 5 stars rated partner or minimum more than 4 stars rated partner.
                        - He called me after some time and said that cost will increase, to which I decline to pay extra as I was promised the best partner.
                        - Aliasgar informed me that he will call back in 5 mins and posted that I kept calling your customer service for 3 hours, 4 times and every time was promised that someone will callback in 5-10 mins.
                        - No one called the entire day on 24th May.
                        - On my last call Khusbhu requested me to wait and informed me that someone will call by 12 pm today with a resolution.
                        - Unfortunately, I had to cancel as no one called and this wasted my 3 days which I could have explored to search for some other providers.

                        I also want to call ot pathetic customer service of promising not delivering. I know all calls are recorded and I would request someone to listen to the calls and advise what went wrong.

                        While the refund is processed, please do not close the ticket as there is no explanation on what you advertising was not delivered.
                        Your advertisements and also your sales rep promised, I will get 5 star rate partner for the sevice and was provided partner with not even an average rating.
                        When asked for a change in the partner, you guyz never reached back.

                        Please explain why there is false promise.

                          I have booked this no broker packers/movers service to shift my things from banglore to hyd . On April 9 they packed and moved the things from bglr .and these goods I have received in hyd on 14 April 2022 after a week. But I have not received all the goods .Few goods worth 3k /- were missed. From that day I am keeping on asking these service people about missed goods in no broker chat box.But from one month they were keep on simply saying "will update u, will cal you, We are checking" other than these am not getting any response. We trust one app like no broker and booked this service .and at last we got this poor service. If am not tracking on my goods. These service simply stay calm as if this service completed successfully. Please take an action accordingly and do needful.

                              My(Girish Routray) property Skanda Sky in Kadubisanahalli was given for rent via No Broker. In this process, I had requested the No Broker team to do some repair work and they had internally enabled the home maintenance team to carry out the work.
                              The home Maintenance team had shared a quotation of 13540 for installing a few stuffs inside the house consisting of a new water sink(Brand Franke), a Commode seat cover(Brand Cera), and a few hydraulic hinges in the kitchen cupboards.
                              But post the work completion, I came to know from the tenants that the Home Maintenance team had installed local brands and not the one I had paid for.
                              Now I am trying to get hold of them for 1 month and I am not getting any response from them. Prabhanshu Kumar was the person who shared with me the brands and their quotations.
                              This is really pathetic service from the No Broker team that they are not able to justify the customer for the work he had paid for.
                              I want this to be resolved asap and the extra money taken by No Broker should be refunded back to me without any delay.

                                  I have called to NOBroker on 17th May-2022 to avail the receive of AC Installation/Fitting.After then Indiraja from AC department has picked the call and explained the charge amount as 1300 rupees.I told her that I am not sure whether i am having all the necessary things for installation, she provided with an option of inspection(amount has 300 rupees) where the AC technician will visit the house and check whether all things were available or not, if not they update us to get it. she also told that the same technician will arrive in the very next day for installation and you can pay remaining amount (which is 1000 rupees), meanwhile you can get the missing things if AC technician recommends anything.

                                  On the same day, i have called to Ac Technician and informed them that i got only 3 items among 4.They told that they will get it whenever they come for fitting and I asked them to get bill where they declined to provide.After a lot many conversations, they finally arrived today.

                                  Today on 21st May, they came and installed everything and charged 1420 rupees apart from initial paid amount.I have made call to NoBroker stating that they are charging more and explained the entire story to Nivetha from Ac Services, she apologized for explaining the wrong process said by Indiraja from his team initially and asked me to pay the 1420 rupees which is ridiculous .Now, i have paid 1420 where they charged extra of 420 rupess from me because of wrong process by you people.

                                    On 17th May I purchased a plan "Property Expert Plan" from Nobroker. Within 20 minutes of my purchase I asked them to cancel my plan as I changed my mind due to some issue. I had a word with the Relationship Manager, she transferred my call to her Supervisor as she was not authorized to take the decision. I explained my reason to her Supervisor and he agreed for the refund and said that I will get a mail by that day itself. However, it's been 3 days and still I haven't received the mail, neither did I get a call.

                                      This is to inform you that I, Vipin Arunrao Bidwaik isa credit card holder of ICICI Bank vide No **** **** **** 1001. On 16 may 2022 at around 4:42 PM, I received a call from [protected] with name Aarti Sharma and unfortunately suddenly I realized that fraud transactions of Rs 49995 in total was done to my credit card.

                                      At that moment, I made a complaint at ICICI Credit Card fraud section & their complaint ref no is SR[protected] dt 16.05.2022. I also informed the matter to Bank Fraud Section and submit Dispute form.

                                      I have also made a complaint at Cyber crime department with acknowledgement no [protected] and complaint copy attached for your reference.

                                      Sir, I am a student & its not possible for me to bear such a big loss. So, I request you please take my complaint on priority & reverse back the amount at earliest.

                                        Dear NoBroker Team,

                                        I have taken a Relax Pan on 03/05/2022 so that your people can help me find a rented house in Yelahanka, Bangalore. I have only two requirements a) It should be a gated society. b) My budget is 10-11 thousand.

                                        At the time of registering for the plan, you customer care executive told me that there are a lot of houses that is visible to him as per my requirements and hence I made the payment and got myself registered and a relationship manager was assigned to me and her name was Prema. Next 2 days I did not receive any call from my RM. I have to call her and again I told her my requirements.

                                        I did not receive any leads for the next two days, again i have to call her and then she sent me few links which were irrelevant as I clearly mentioned that I don't want an independent house. I was looking for the house myself and telling her to contact which was also not done. Overall this was the height of bad services to the consumer.

                                        There was no call from her, no followups nothing. All the leads and information sent to me was irrelevant. Later her senior Kavita connected to me and that was also useless. She told me that there are no properties which fits my requirements.

                                        My point is why in first place i was promised that there are a lot of properties available when there was none. Its been 15 days today and I am standing here with spending my 3500 INR which is my hard earned money and completely wasted.

                                        I need a refund at any cost. Please understand that I did not pay the amount to have a refund but the services provided by Nobroker is beyond worse and I cannot let them take my money just like that.
