This is a no money back guarantee plan - 90 days plan.
Be assured it also means, nobody will bother about updating you on time, arrange any prospects, nothing.
It has been over 75 days now, there has not been a single genuine enquiry. All reasons for rejections at NoBroker are lame and appear made up.
It is far better to spend money on actual RE agents to get quicker sell on your property than depend on NoBroker to facilitate the same.
Totally pathetic company.

    Nobroker — Refund of 8171 - On cancellation of Rental Occupancy .

    Note there have been no legal proceedings nor has Nobroker connected me to the owner .
    Hence they cannot seize the deposit and need a refund ..

        I have paid INR 13k for a 3-month subscription for selling my apartment. Before the payment I was promised that my property would appear on the top of the list and my RM would be updating me about the developments and arranging meetings. My RM never updates me, I constantly have to ping her to know what's going on. Its been one month and not even ONE meeting has been arranged. My RM shares the phone numbers of the prospective buyers with me and asks me to call them. Before the payments, the deal was that she would be the one making the calls. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

          We availed the packers and movers services of No broker on 14 March, 2022 for Gazhiabad to Dehradun. It was a pleasure to talk to booking agent Ms Hema which later turned into pain. On the day of shift we went through mental harassment and lost our peace of mind. All the commitments of premium services were false.

          1. We were told that the packers would reach between 8 am to 9 am. They came after noon. Only 2 packers and one driver came.

          2. We had booked for AC uninstallation, 2 dish tv uninstallation and 1 RO. Only AC was uninstalled. When no one turned up for Dish TV and RO uninstallation, after 7 pm the labor uninstalled them. One of my wall got cracked so didn't get the other distv uninstalled.

          3. The moment the packers came they said we'll charge Rs.2000/- for loading the truck as the distance from lift to truck is more than 100 steps. It was actually 102 steps. My father in law, a senior citizen, arranged for the transportation of goods from lift to truck.

          4. The labour stated that they require more than 30 cartons to pack. At that time, when we contacted www.nobroker.com, they said they are sending the supervisor. They didn't even bring lamination sheets for furniture coverage. Crockery was not well packed. Bed boxes were filled with goods, not properly packed and roughly transferred.

          FYI, only 25 cartons were used.

          5. In the evening, around 7 p.m. the vendor called and asked me the issues. When I stated about the delay he said that I should know that entry of Gazhiabad border opens at 11 a.m. I I said that I am not from logistics background and you committed me the time, he became rude. Packers could have come earlier as the truck gets loaded after packing.

          Not only this, when I said that we have been committed for three layer packing and there was no lamination sheet etc, he threatened me to cancel the booking at eleventh hour.

          These are just a few points that I have mentioned. I would strongly recommend you to go through the call recordings of that day and earlier.

          Now Ms Hema is not coming on telephonic calls and not calling back. Email is not being sent because of heavy file.

          I want to know the action taken on my complaint.

          I request them to remove the services of packers and movers from site, if you can't fulfill the commitments and handle the complaints.

          Have videos/ pics of the cartons how the goods were stuffed and damages done.

            I had paid around Rs. 7500 to nobroker to help find a tenant for my 1st floor 2 BHK house in Dec 2021. Since they couldn't find a tenant within 60 days as per their plan, on their request I extended the plan for another 1 month. But still they were not able to find. Hence in March first week I requested for refund. Till today, i.e 3rd April 22 I have not received the refund. On enquiry they say your refund is under process and will be done within 7 days.

              I booked a packers and movers service through No broker and they promised to show up on date by 7 AM. I kept ob trying till evening on same day and no one showed up and they simply said that they can't arrange the partner and can do the shifting 2 days later only. No broker is very unprofessional agency and have no value for their customers. Their casual approach is self explanatory and it's a big NO fro no broker. They wasted my whole day and planning. There should be a penalty clause for these types of firms

                This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on today 02nd of April 2022 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

                The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-
                ---****** is the OTP for your transaction of INR 19190.00 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on your RBL Bank Credit Card ****. Valid for one time use. Do not share it with anyone.
                --- Hi, you have spent INR 19, 190.00 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on[protected]; 12:35:23 pm using your SBI Bank Credit Card (XXXXXX). Your available Credit Limit is INR 24, 000.00
                I got mails from SBI alert too.
                Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message about the e-fraud.
                Kindly help me in this.

                  Token amount taken by owner on false statements , later trying to change agreement

                  Why you don't opt for nobroker.com?

                  Their name says that it is brokerage free. But they charge brokerage from you slowly. It's very worst experience. Firstly they said you will get the property on or before Expected date, which never happens as their agents are very slow. Otherwise you have to live in footpath. Bcoz without rentagreement you can't move in to new property and if you told your current owner that you are leaving your flat. They comited to refund token money but they didn't refund and didn't pick the call after taking money. Their agent told lie to take brokerage. There are lot of hidden charges which they never told and no anywhere mentioned. When you are moving out, they simply told to deduct one month rent from your deposit+ additional charges like painting, cleaning and if anything broken. Bcoz inspection team us from nobroker, they will give false report and charge more. So beware of such fraud company. They have charged brokerage from me. I will be happy if I save someone's money. Please beware of such fraud company. #saynotonobroker

                    Good Morning. I have already complained through Email
                    I have done my rent payments for three month (Sep, Oct & Nov)-2021 continuously with my flipkart Axis Bank Credit card.
                    But still I didn’t receive any Flipkart Gift voucher as offer mentioned in your site.

                    And i got reply like this. But still problem not solved.

                    “We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket #10076157 has been created.

                    A support representative will be reviewing your request and connect back with a resolution at the earliest (usually within 24 hours).“

                      Please don't book no brokers packers and movers for any reason and any time. Fully fake peoples, fake commitments and only frustration remains for you.

                      I booked no brokers and packers and movers from Rajajinagar to Vijaynagar for 5662rs as per instant quot generated online and asked to pay advance of 300rs which i paid and ready to go ahead with movement.
                      It included all items & 10 boxes for packing

                      When movement date was nearing, i tried out to movement manager but his was not responding. I did this for 3 consecutive days but no response

                      Now was the date of movement, the vendor came and said i have only selected items in the list and i will only take this. Others, i wont take as it is not part of the list.
                      Other items includes : luggage bags, clothes & kitchen items boxes, table

                      Then i asked him start packing whatever is mentioned till that point i will talk to movement manager but he was as usual unavailable

                      Now, i need to move and vendor asked 3000rs extra for other items & i have no option other than to say yes as i am in need.
                      Additions was only extra 4 cartoons, for clothes he packed in bedsheet
                      and other he took like that only

                      After i completed my movement, my movement manager called & I told him all the scenario and he told i will talk to vendor and reduce the price and that dint happen & he dint call after that. i tried reaching him out multiple times but same result, no response

                      So the set of false promises are like this
                      1. On weekday we give 650rs off on your the total
                      2. The vendors were localities, not how they show in advertisement
                      3. We wont charge anything extra, but i had to pay 3000rs extra

                      Not sure what kind of professional services are they providing. Instead, I would prefer local services even if i have to pay little extra.

                        Tbey have given one tenent and they paid 500/- after 15 days they said sorry
                        not able to come this month.

                        nobroaker has closed the plan and telling we have given one tenent.
                        tenent not occupied the house in the plan agreement not mentioned anywhere like that. below is the condition of agreement

                        Please take action.

                        Refund conditions of the plan in case of Valid Closure by NoBroker( as mentioned in #5) are as below:
                        a. NoBroker is able to close the property within 21 Days.- No Refund will be applicable.
                        b. NoBroker is able to close the property after 21 - NoBroker will pay Rent for
                        each day from the 21st Day till the date the property is closed.
                        For e.g If NoBroker closes the property on the 30th Day, NoBroker will pay 9 days of Quoted Rent
                        back to the Customer.
                        If NoBroker closes the property on 40th day, NoBroker will pay 19 days of Quoted Rent Back to
                        Customer.
                        d. NoBroker is unable to close the property during the plan duration - We will refund the
                        entire plan amount. Over and above NoBroker will compensate for an additional 100% of the plan
                        amount. For e.g. If the customer has paid 10, 000 as plan amount, NoBroker will refund 20, 000
                        incase of property not getting rented out.
                        9. Other Closure will be considered if Owner gets a tenant from any other sources before NoBroker finds
                        a tenant with similar details mentioned on NoBroker and shares a notarised Rental agreement/Registered
                        Rental Agreement( For Mumbai and Pune) mentioning Rent, Deposit, Sq.Ft, BHK Type etc matching the
                        listing details. Other Closure will be physically validated by NoBroker, if required.
                        Closure Date in case of Other Closure will be defined as date on which NoBroker is intimated or the date
                        on Rental Agreement( whichever is earlier)
                        10. Refund conditions of the plan in case of Other Closure are as below:
                        a. Other closure from 0-36 days(21+15 days) - Plan Amount will be refunded back without any
                        deductions.
                        b. Other Closure from 36-51 days - Plan Amount will be refunded back without any deduction and
                        NoBroker will pay rent for each day from the 36th day till the property is closed.
                        For e.g. If Owner closes the property from other sources on the 45th Day, We refund the entire
                        plan amount which was paid and additionally pay 10 days of rent.

I received call from ICICI credit card and got a fraud of 15, 150.00. I have file a complaint to cyber crime department. Please help me on this .

                            Dear Sir

                            My movement Dt. 28/03/2022 was canceled by the nobroker.com movement partner as they are asking for unnecessary money for the movement. First, they are not agreeing to bring the vehicle inside the premises after I showed the dimensions, they agreed. Post that they are asking for more money for movement from the building to the Truck as they are calculating the distance from my flat and lift which is coming around 20 meters more. Also, for the destination, they are not aware whether the lift was there or not. In nutshell, they simply canceled and run away. My movement manager does not connect on time, calls are received after one hour, and not having any control over the movement partner.

                            This showing how poor experience they have, no ground Preparation, no survey, etc. I have seen No broker quoting world-class services but today it shows how world-class they served.

                            My money wasted, time also.

                            I want to share my feedback at the nobroker.com site also and recommendations will be to go with professional packers and movers only, not to go with inexperienced No broker.

                            Even more, surprised even after the cancellation of my Movement no follow-up from them and no initiation of refund.

                            I need my full refund for the advanced payment.

                                Have booked movers and packers through No broker and really disappointed with their service. First of all they broke my centre table, dressing table also lost Iron, wall clock, knife set, fan blades (total 6 piece), 2 empty bags. Really pathetic, called today Mr Irshad (no broker) and ask him to follow up resolve ASAP. This is my last attempt if not resolve.

                                  Booked Nobroker packers and movers service for house shifting within Hyderabad. They made frequent calls until the booking is made.
                                  They took the detailed list of house items both while making the booking and also after a movement manager has been assigned. Got deceived by the initial calls they made and made an assumption that the service is going to be great.
                                  The trouble started on the day of shifting. They sent a local partner who doesn't seem to be professional, they arrived 2hours later than the booking time, the packaging was not good, they made lot of delay in loading. The truck they sent was not enough for loading all items and they were not providing an option on how to progress.
                                  When I called the movement manager he responded saying that my booking was only for 17feet truck and if there are any extra items I have to pay them separately which was not mentioned explicitly to me until that time and they were charging around 50% of the total booking amount for the extra items which were not even 20% of the total items.
                                  It is ridiculous to put a customer in that situation. And the movement manager was not easily available to contact, I had to wait on the IVRS until someone tries to connect me to the movement manager. All this was happening when the items that were still to be loaded into the truck where left on the parking. This was really frustrating.
                                  Finally I agreed to pay extra 25% of the booking amount as I was left without an option. While I was going through all this discussion with nobroker team the local partner they sent were behaving restless.

                                  As I thought this was all bad they made it more worse after the unloading. Nobroker team did not update the final amount to their partner correctly and they were not agreeing to accept the bill amount that was shared to me by nobroker team. I had to again call them get the movement manager on line and get him to speak to their partner after which the bill was updated.

                                  Finally when I thought all this is done and was taking a heavy breath the truck that came for movement hit a parked car of our neighbors at the new place with thier rash driving. And all hell broke loose. After an argument for about an hour and multiple calls to the nobroker and partner team who were not helping to pay for the damages I had to pay another Rs.5000 from my pocket to bring down the situation to normal.

                                  On the whole I had the worst experience with Nobroker packers and movers service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
                                  Don't get deceived by their initial customer care calls who try to impress to complete the booking.
                                  There are lot of other service providers that does a good job and provide proper response to the customers until the job is done.

                                    Kindly request you I have done a transaction of Rs 16100 of tution fees pay on 27 March 2022 but transaction got failed and amount deducted from my credit card
