I opted for Movers and Packers service from NoBroker in March 2022. The delivery of products is done on 3rd April 2022. I need the receipt of this service to submit in my office.

Please look into this matter seriously and provide me with the invoice as soon as possible.

Khushabu Dwivedi has confirmed to me that within 24 hours I will get the invoice in my mail.

She refused to provide me with her designation and even higher authorities designation.

Please provide me with the solution as soon as possible.

    This is to inform you that the shifting agent damaged my Fridge, Wadrop and also they damaged kitchen slab due to improper packaging and handling.

    Also, from mini mandir some coins and other puja stuff are missing which includes god's ornaments as well.

    I want this to be sorted out with immediately.

        I had paid around Rs. 7668.82 to nobroker to help find a tenant for my ground floor 2 BHK house in Mar 2022. I was able to find my tenant through a different source and I informed the same to nobroker in the month of April. I summited the agreement and proof that I took 2 months of advance from tenant but still nobroker has rejected my application stating that agreement is not matching as per their standards but I took 2 months of advance and split in the agreement as per my terms. I feel even my regional manager is not supporting me by any means.

          Hi taken a plan for refund plan for sale of flat. I sold my flat on my own. I initiated a refund .. it's been more than a week I don't know when it would happen. No time lines .. nor a confirmation refund has initiated. Sitting clue less here and now cant connect with my RM

            Dear Sir, While browsing through Nobroker in search of properties, as per the suggestion provided by their virtual agent, i had shared my number. Their sales representative called on 20th April and suggested if i pay Rs 1700/-, i will be shown 50 properties. I discussed on whether they filter based on my preferred location, budget, type of property and every thing in detail. And as per their suggestion i have enrolled for their 'Buyer payment plan' . Invoice number is INV-34117 dt 22 april 2022 and order number is[protected] . They assigned a person, Mr Rohit kumar and i had explained him my preferences for property and we spent around 20 mins of time to communicated on the preferences. The day after that ie on 23rd April, he sent some property details which are not from my preferrential locality, not the type of property. I raised a complaint to their escalations at [protected]@nobroker.in, [protected]@nobroker.in, rohit.[protected]@nobroker.in. When i escalated as lady called and said they will not be able to provide the services and suggested to go for another plan where i will be required to search on my own. When i suggested i do not want their services, she said refund will be processed with in 2 days.

            Sir, it is a clear cut case of cheating by the web site. Not sure, how many people they have cheated like this. While claiming 'nobroker' service, why are they collecting amount for plans. And when they know how many properties will be there in a particular locality, why are they doing false promises and in between how can they say, they will switch to another plan? If they are taking 1700 from 100 people, they are benefitting around 2 lakhs for no service. No one should suffer and is the reason of writing here. More over they keep calling from different numbers checking whether we would like to have loans or so and so frustrating. They force the user to take loans.

                  Worst service provide by Nobroker Furniture on Rent department. Specially executive Jeet Singh and Aarju. Executives are very rude and non professional, they didnt even bother to solve my issues after getting full advance payment. I also complain on its customer care service but got no response. My husband is a software professional and we have a 6months infant with us, we shifted to Hyderabad on 23april Saturday...i was committed to deliver our furniture on Sat and most Sunday. Todays thursday and we didnt get any furniture. My husband now directly in contact with the cityfurnish ( who is the partner vendor of nobroker furniture) no followup or revert from nobroker furniture dept. executive's or from its customer care. I dont want to call out the executive names but after making several request, seeing their attitude i have to complain against them.

                    Paid for no broker packers & movers on 9th April 2022. Goods were picked up from Bangalore on 10th April. It's been 18 days the consignment is not delivered to the destination. Absolutely irresponsible people doesn't answer to the numerous mails sent. I am going to formally lodge a police complaint against committing fraud on this company. Inspire of making the full payment the goods are undelivered & no response as well.

                      I got a call from [protected], claiming to be Citi Bank CC division and mentioned about reward point expiry and he wants to credit the amount back to my account. Initially i refused to provide any details, as he gave the his CITI Bank employee id (Which i could not verify), convinced me to share the OTP (without CVV he could able to initiate the transactions) - He tried three times (stating wrongly done the transaction), finally 3 times he used CC equal to 60K, he got credited against NOBROKER RENT PAYMENTS.
                      I know it is fault of mine to share the OTP, is there way to stop the payments to them

                        I am booked movers and packers from no broker on 8th April 2022. They told me I have to be paid token amount of Rs. 300. Total amount is Rs 9000. And that no broker person after I am paid token amount rs 300 next day some one from no broker person called me and said madam you have to paid Rs 2000 more because it's more than 38 kilometres so I am immediately cancel that all and said tlpls refund my token amount. Than after that they told me within 7 days your money you will be getting back. After that so many days are going still I am not received any refund from no broker and whenever I called to that customer care department they told me one relationship manager will call me but I am not received any call back.

                          I took the NoBroker Service recently few days back, thinking of it would be a good service, Since It was my first time but I have learnt my lesson.
                          When they want you to subscribe for their service they would give all the promises and describe the green side of their service, once you have subscribed they won't even pick up your call for answering your queries or help in issues and would only call you back at their leisure time. And after you receive your call your queries would not be answered and you won't get any help for your issues. You subscribe Noborker services thinking they would take care of you moving and packing task but instead your work is increased as you need to follow up and chase with these govt. job people to get your things done instead.

                          1. Compensate for their irresponsible way of working.

                              Booked my Packers and movers service from Hosur to Chennai as on March 26th, 2022 in a separate vehicle. Pick up is delayed as they split it into 2 packages and mixed it up with other customer goods. Delivered it partially as on 28th March 2022. It has been more than 30 days now (Apr 25th), still I am yet to receive my missing things on partial shipment. No positive response or resolution on Delivery and compensation. It is literally frustrating...

                              I have subscribed for owner freedom plan about a week ago on your company.

                              Till date there has been no update on my plans nor any enquiries.

                              Any attempts of connecting to their customer services are being ignored and their chat services are not responding to any of my requests. My request for connecting to suitable higher officials/representatives are also been not acknowledged nor processed.

                              It's a huge scam for looting money without any services being provided.

                              Kindly provide me suitable resolution to this issues and get my money back.

                                I made a credit card transaction for rent payment of rs.30300 through nobroker app first time transaction has been failed so i tried second time transaction was success but amount has been deducted by nobroker for two times after two days i received message that "your rent payment nrp-1310***8's refund initiated but they took service charge for cancelled transaction.Please refund my service charge of rs.300

                                  Worst service. At my Bangalore house.No proper inspection after tenant vacated. Only few walls covered with local quality paint. As it's a corporate, lot of communication gap. End of the day person who is expecting service without their presence suffers financial loss.

                                    This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 20th of December 2022 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES. They ask me to provide credit card from RBL bank

                                    The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-
                                    ---****** is the OTP for your transaction of INR 23322.85 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on your Slice Credit Card ****. Valid for one time use. Do not share it with anyone.
                                    --- Hi, you have spent INR 23, 322.85 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on[protected]; 05:17:23 pm using your slice Credit Card (XXXXXX). Your available Credit Limit is INR 1628.00
                                    I got mails from Slice alert too.
                                    Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at cyber online fraud about the e-fraud.

                                      I took a relaxed plan from the company amounting rs 3600 approx. And the company sales staff said they will be able to help me find the required property in 20 days time that I had ... However, once I bought the plan, there was no response from the company, no response from the assigned RM, no response from the complaints department. I asked them for refund of the fees amount, even that did not happen. Now I just have 1 week left and i am a working lady, can't get multiple leaves from office and just don't know what to do. I am trying to take the case to consumer forum but before that I thought of registering the same here.

                                      After so many follow ups and complaints, they have agreed for a refund of proportionate amount. Well trusting no broker site and people, has been really frustrating. However, in the end I am happy they atleast accepted some of their mistakes and have agreed to refund me a part of my fees, deducting their basic charges. Thanks to this complaint site, my believe my complaint has been resolved.
