We availed the packers and movers services of No broker on 14 March, 2022 for Gazhiabad to Dehradun. It was a pleasure to talk to booking agent Ms Hema which later turned into pain. On the day of shift we went through mental harassment and lost our peace of mind. All the commitments of premium services were false.
1. We were told that the packers would reach between 8 am to 9 am. They came after noon. Only 2 packers and one driver came.
2. We had booked for AC uninstallation, 2 dish tv uninstallation and 1 RO. Only AC was uninstalled. When no one turned up for Dish TV and RO uninstallation, after 7 pm the labor uninstalled them. One of my wall got cracked so didn't get the other distv uninstalled.
3. The moment the packers came they said we'll charge Rs.2000/- for loading the truck as the distance from lift to truck is more than 100 steps. It was actually 102 steps. My father in law, a senior citizen, arranged for the transportation of goods from lift to truck.
4. The labour stated that they require more than 30 cartons to pack. At that time, when we contacted www.nobroker.com, they said they are sending the supervisor. They didn't even bring lamination sheets for furniture coverage. Crockery was not well packed. Bed boxes were filled with goods, not properly packed and roughly transferred.
FYI, only 25 cartons were used.
5. In the evening, around 7 p.m. the vendor called and asked me the issues. When I stated about the delay he said that I should know that entry of Gazhiabad border opens at 11 a.m. I I said that I am not from logistics background and you committed me the time, he became rude. Packers could have come earlier as the truck gets loaded after packing.
Not only this, when I said that we have been committed for three layer packing and there was no lamination sheet etc, he threatened me to cancel the booking at eleventh hour.
These are just a few points that I have mentioned. I would strongly recommend you to go through the call recordings of that day and earlier.
Now Ms Hema is not coming on telephonic calls and not calling back. Email is not being sent because of heavy file.
I want to know the action taken on my complaint.
I request them to remove the services of packers and movers from site, if you can't fulfill the commitments and handle the complaints.
Have videos/ pics of the cartons how the goods were stuffed and damages done.
