NoBroker logistics and Movers and Packers are
Fraud .
I have booked shipment of House hold luggage from Pune to Hyderabad.. Initially they charged decent cost. Once the movers and packers came to house they started making small boxes around 50. Which initial estimation was 38..
They have charged 1200/— per box extra.. 12*1200 →14, 400 extra charges because of increased the box items..
I tried to connect NoBroker but they are taking Movers and Packers side only…
So completely I lost my money around 14, 000/— extra. The reason for extra bags are not mentioned about small things Ike mugs, buckets,
Brooms etc…
Be careful while mentioning the items list…
Movers and packers charged extra 300/— for
Intercity passing charges..
So Don't go for NoBroker and Movers and Packers.. Save your hard earned money…

    I booked a property in broker and a me person Nanda Gopal guided me and he asked me to pay 5000 to block the property as a time advance Nd finally the owner denied to give the property and still I didn't get my refund money back am calling nobroker everyone for this issue no one is giving me proper solution they are cheating

      I had transferred fund of Rs 265000 to my landlord on 14/04/2022 but it was on hold stating rental agreement required, I have uploaded the rental agreement on 16/04/2022 but Rs 265000 was not credited to my land lord's bank account, Instead it was refunded back to my IDFC first bank credit card source Account ending with 7881 on 16/04/2022, It's not my fault, it's no Broker .com fault, I can't bear the PF of Rs 2650/-, It should be refunded, Pls refund the PF of Rs 2650/- to my source IDFC first credit account ending with 7881 at the earliest

      Irrespective o[censored]pdation of the rental agreement, rent of Rs 265000 was credited back to my source Account, then it is no broker.com fault, it's not my fault, Pls refund the processing fee of Rs 2650 immediately

      Pls take it to your Seniors and resolve on priority, else I approach consumer forum, Banking ombudsman, RBI or sue against no broker.com

        Hello Team,

        I had opted for AC installation support from Nobroker.com and now opted out as I sold the AC. I raised a refund request on 8th March and I have still not received a refund.
        My Account is registered with the name : Nagraj. The customer service is so pathetic and they do not have any updates on this issue. They promise a call back and no one ever calls.

        refund amount 1999.

          No broker Money Back schemes are all a fraud.They scam the customers and never issue any refunds when they can’t even find suitable tenants etc.
          My experience was terrible!!! It is a very unprofessional company & my experience was very unpleasant. NEVER TRUST THEM.

            I did two transactions back two back and both transactions failed but money was deducted from my credit card after this I email no broker regarding this issue til now no response from the nobroker team. This is a very tuff situation because I am supposed to make payment on time but because of no broker I have faced this type of situation.

              My Name is Sangeeta Singh and I usually do transaction to pay rent by no broker this time on 30th March when I done transaction to pay rent on 30th March for Rs 50000 they charged me Rs 500 commision however post doing a transaction they ask for rent agreement which I don't have hence they refunded Rs 50000 however they do not refunded Rs 500 commision which they charges
              They should ask the rent agreement before doing a transaction not after as it looks like just to charge money from customer they are doing unfair practices

Also, a refund is processed when a transaction is found to be suspicious & you are unable to provide us with a valid document in order to identify whether the transaction is legitimate or not.                 I had taken the premium mover & package package from no broker for 9th Apr .as per no broker every wooden things, should be wrapped either in bubble or foam sheet but its not done which results in damage of some product

                While booking shifting manager if you facr any problem thn we will get back 2 u but on shifting i called 5-6 times for not satisfied services and everytime new executive picked and said we will get back to u in soem time but no one responsed back

                Also it was communicated to me durung final payment, sir dont worry, u will get an claim from insurance for damaged things but when i claimed, no one is responding, and move manger gave some email id but no response in it too..whn again called, 1 executive told these products are not covered in insurance

                Why no broker is making fool of people and not giving correct info
                Its totally an fraud and making tension/ un-necessary follow up with them

                  After paying over Rs 11000/- for the money back value package where if the property does not go on rent, I would be returned the money, I have come to understand - it’s a complete scam! The supposed RM, is on a ‘week off’ almost every day of the week, and even after 30 days of a 2 month package not even a single tenant has come to visit my property. There is no one to complain to on no broker cause the RM calls AFTER 5 days, saying no tenants are suitable! Where as the price of the tent was decided by the RM in the first place. Huge cheats!

                      It's been a year for which no agreed services are provided and they are charging money directly from the rent without our authorisation in the absence of failing to provide service.

                        I had taken a service to rent my apartments from nobroker. However the apartments did not get rented via nobroker.
                        I am expecting a refund as per service agreements it was money back guarantee plan. They asked for rental agreements which I provided to them.

                        There has been no communication from their part from then on. There is no number on which you can contact them. And they are not responding to emails as well.
                        I am getting frustrated by their attitude.

                          Hello, I was looking for a PG in Andheri E, and i got owner details via email/msg from No Broker. Details below

                          PG for Boys in Andheri East

                          I spoke to this person named Anil kumar and his colleague known as manager Vijay Kumar, they asked me to make payment first and then only they can make visit pass to see property. No broker site mentioned 10k rent plus 2k security deposit and these people asked for 10k security deposit. Now these people were out right rude, abusive and said dont want leave it. I somewhow decided to trust and continued to speak with Anil assuming contact was genuine since obtained from No Broker, he asked me to make payment while speaking and send screenshot same time. They were not ready to take screenshot post call, weird!. I made payment of 2k, 8k, 2k and 10k, total of 22k same way. And finally they say since you made first 3 payment in splits, it was showing pending and again asked to pay 12k. What is this a joke! God knows what system they had which showed pending and every transaction they wanted to be on call for them to complete formalities.

                          I had done IMPS transaction and its never possible, i knew i have done mistake, because these people were not ready to refund no matter what and only kept repeating transfer 12k more. What this beggers are doing on such site, do you'll have trusted ads/thier contact details?

                          I have raised police complaint shared all details and also raised fraud case with my bank, i am writing this today to make people aware and dont fall in the same trap like me, do not give a single penny to these beggars unless you have seen property and met the person. I hope No Broker team take some action as i can tell you most of PG ads listed for Andheri East has same contact numbers listed. Wow i am sorry to learn god knows how many people must be falling in to thier trap. Also, their numbers are showing from Orissa and Goa per true caller, account number shared for payment was in name of Preedip Bhati and what was owner name [Anil Kumar].

                          I request a call back from No Broker as a courtesy to tell me what happened, because your phone agent told me outright we are meditators only, payment thing you have to settle with the owner direct and dont get involved, Great!

                          Team any update on this complaint, this same person is running so many ads on No Broker site everyday still changing his email id and phone number, wow and i am still following up to get status.

                          As per police, the account to which my money was tansferred was removed from ATM same time and this account has been freezed by cyberteam, let me know what you have been able to do or help ?

                              This is a no money back guarantee plan - 90 days plan.
                              Be assured it also means, nobody will bother about updating you on time, arrange any prospects, nothing.
                              It has been over 75 days now, there has not been a single genuine enquiry. All reasons for rejections at NoBroker are lame and appear made up.
                              It is far better to spend money on actual RE agents to get quicker sell on your property than depend on NoBroker to facilitate the same.

                                Nobroker — Refund of 8171 - On cancellation of Rental Occupancy .

                                Note there have been no legal proceedings nor has Nobroker connected me to the owner .
                                Hence they cannot seize the deposit and need a refund ..

                                    I have paid INR 13k for a 3-month subscription for selling my apartment. Before the payment I was promised that my property would appear on the top of the list and my RM would be updating me about the developments and arranging meetings. My RM never updates me, I constantly have to ping her to know what's going on. Its been one month and not even ONE meeting has been arranged. My RM shares the phone numbers of the prospective buyers with me and asks me to call them. Before the payments, the deal was that she would be the one making the calls. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

                                      We availed the packers and movers services of No broker on 14 March, 2022 for Gazhiabad to Dehradun. It was a pleasure to talk to booking agent Ms Hema which later turned into pain. On the day of shift we went through mental harassment and lost our peace of mind. All the commitments of premium services were false.

                                      1. We were told that the packers would reach between 8 am to 9 am. They came after noon. Only 2 packers and one driver came.

                                      2. We had booked for AC uninstallation, 2 dish tv uninstallation and 1 RO. Only AC was uninstalled. When no one turned up for Dish TV and RO uninstallation, after 7 pm the labor uninstalled them. One of my wall got cracked so didn't get the other distv uninstalled.

                                      3. The moment the packers came they said we'll charge Rs.2000/- for loading the truck as the distance from lift to truck is more than 100 steps. It was actually 102 steps. My father in law, a senior citizen, arranged for the transportation of goods from lift to truck.

                                      4. The labour stated that they require more than 30 cartons to pack. At that time, when we contacted www.nobroker.com, they said they are sending the supervisor. They didn't even bring lamination sheets for furniture coverage. Crockery was not well packed. Bed boxes were filled with goods, not properly packed and roughly transferred.

                                      FYI, only 25 cartons were used.

                                      5. In the evening, around 7 p.m. the vendor called and asked me the issues. When I stated about the delay he said that I should know that entry of Gazhiabad border opens at 11 a.m. I I said that I am not from logistics background and you committed me the time, he became rude. Packers could have come earlier as the truck gets loaded after packing.

                                      Not only this, when I said that we have been committed for three layer packing and there was no lamination sheet etc, he threatened me to cancel the booking at eleventh hour.

                                      These are just a few points that I have mentioned. I would strongly recommend you to go through the call recordings of that day and earlier.

                                      Now Ms Hema is not coming on telephonic calls and not calling back. Email is not being sent because of heavy file.

                                      I want to know the action taken on my complaint.

                                      I request them to remove the services of packers and movers from site, if you can't fulfill the commitments and handle the complaints.

                                      Have videos/ pics of the cartons how the goods were stuffed and damages done.

                                        I had paid around Rs. 7500 to nobroker to help find a tenant for my 1st floor 2 BHK house in Dec 2021. Since they couldn't find a tenant within 60 days as per their plan, on their request I extended the plan for another 1 month. But still they were not able to find. Hence in March first week I requested for refund. Till today, i.e 3rd April 22 I have not received the refund. On enquiry they say your refund is under process and will be done within 7 days.
