Day before yesterday I used your packers and movers service and believe me or not it was the first time I felt pity for myself for taking such a wrong decision in choosing you. I've told by your team that your team below things
Your team said in the call(before making advance payment) they will do disbandle at the source place and assemble at the destination place(my minimum expectation is Cot/Bed & TV) - Didn't keep your promise of assembling
Your team will help in unloading all the packages and help in carrying them to my destination home. - As your team paid less to the Vendor transport company, they paid less to the driver in whose vehicle my furniture got loaded, so at the end I ended up unloading the packages myself and carrying them to my home taking help from neighbors. Also just make you aware I got involved in a recent domestic accident due to which my spinal cord got injured and with this unloading stuff, I'm feeling heavy back pain again... Thanks for hurting me again
When I requested for home inspection for the Packers and movers quotation, Pavithra from Packers team said it's not required and I can tell her the main(big) items for noting in the inventory list as small items can be fitted as you are gonna give me a dedicated vehicle. I trusted her and paid the advance money, later your Moving Manager and his team said I can only transport items in the inventory list and the other items which can fit in 25 cartoon boxes. So I've thrown lot of kitchen items in the garbage just make sure that I'm not crossing the limit of 25 cartoon boxes and also had to beg your packers team by calling to them on the day of movement to allow my 3 trolley bags and guitar
Your team(Pavitra from packers team) said they will be giving a dedicated vehicle, so I thought some mini lorry will be given to me as I paid 29k approx for just shifting service and also they(Pavitra) agreed when I had requested that me and my brother also travel on the same vehicle as my parents won't be able to walk properly to go and receive this vehicle driver - At the shifting time, again we were refused by your moving manager to travel on the same vehicle saying he told Pavitra that we are not allowed on it, but I didn't get any intimation from Pavitra. On top of it they sent a small vehicle and my furniture size was 3 layers extra height than vehicle (Sample picture was attached in this email which I captured after 40 or 50% of my furniture got loaded). Again almost 1500/- we gave to Karnataka Police to let our vehicle go as the vehicle has carrying 3 layers extra height furniture
Your Supervisor Kumar [protected] (I believe as he is leading the packing team) said that I've to pay rest 15%(4170) to the truck driver, so truck driver took money total 4671.96 (2471.96/- to the fuel near chik ballapur town in Karnataka you can refer attachment of bill, and 2200 cash at destination home) - Even after paying extra money on top of 15% to vehicle driver, still I receive link from nobroker asking for 15% money, are you guys playing with me and trying to loot?
Last but not least I spoke to so many of your team members over the extension and none of them had spoken to my moving manager and got back to me? it seems they are just responding until customers pay money. After that customers are on their own, even police stop the vehicle on the main road and customers are literally standing on the road. It doesn't matter to your team as they are just collection agents.
With all of the above experiences, I've learnt one thing that I shouldn't choose any of your services in future, thanks for all the trouble you and your team gave to me so far which I don't forgot in my life time and I wish to share this experience to all of my Organization & Known folks so that I can at least save them from your trap.
