I renewed my Freedom plan subscription on 9th April 2021 and even got a confirmation email of my plan activation. But still I am unable to get owner contact details. Whenever I try to get owner contact details it's showing the plan is expired and asks to renew the plan whereas it is already renewed.

    Used this company for movers and packers. Worst company to work with, the customer support is very bad, they just want to take your money, then no one picks your call, reply to emails are not given.
    Sales Customer relationship manager Kalyani Sahoo will keep chasing you till you sign up for their services and then once you pay advance to them, you have to chase them.

    All the promises that are made are broken.

    Worst company to work with .

    They are not the actual company moving your luggage. They outsource it to some other vendor. No coordination between them and this vendor.

    THEY JUST DONT KNOW THEIR JOB.

    You talk to vendor, he will ask you to talk to No broker, and nobroker will not pick your call.

    You are stuck once you pay the money.

    Also, they took 6000 Rs extra for insurance, but I did not get any money back for the broken luggage.

    WORST COMPANY, do not work with them.

      Hello, I had taken services from no broker regarding my property put on rent, which they were not able too & I was promised as per agreement that I’ll get a refund of around 6000 INR, I have been following for past 2 months but no proper response comes from this team,

        I calld up nobroker to check. Why my property disabled .they said wrongly I was listed as broker and said they will change it later.since then I called them several times no proper response made calls nearly 15 times . Wrong promise, today I called up and spoke with Mr .xxxxx it was so humiliating that person is laughing at me telling others I believe. don't really know what to do other than feeling ashamed, helpless
        Being a helpless women I didn't evn question him back that why he was laughing n telling my helpless story with others . They made a Home maker BROKER and insulted .
        I seriously don't know how long I will take to come out of this humiliation . Team was making fun with my helplessness.

        They seriously should value customers, infact I was telling them since yesterday even I have bwssb and bescom bills to show that I'm genuine customer they did not listn finally when I warned them that I need manager mail ID then they connectd with again a wrong person I believe he sent a mail with no respect everything was so humiliating . Please value your customers your running service based business . You need customers blessings not their curse .
        I did not tell their names just because I'm matured and do not want to loose their jobs during this pandemic .

            How my plan get expired all of sudden?
            When I asked for my refund after false promises by your sales team how my Relax plan get expired all of sudden and I could not connect you with your support number or live chat in your application.               I took 2 plans, one was a plan for over 10000 which promised refund if they didn't get me a suitable client.
              Ajay, the executive in charge of this property was not half as efficient as Selva, the other executive. None of his references were interested and he claimed that his prospective clients were not contactable. Though my initial expectations were 20000 rent per month with a deposit of 2lakhs, I reduced it, but Ajay was still unable to get me a client.
              I finally got a client through another contact and informed Ajay and requested a feed back. I had to follow up with Ajay in the same way. Now after so many months they have refused to refund saying that I reduced the deposit. This is unacceptable since they never brought me any suitable clients and the deposit was the same, but wwas negotiated to be payable in 2 installments as my tenant was in financial constraint.
              Sèeing their lack of response until pressurized, I realize now that they had no intention all through of making the refund.

                While purchasing the service their sales team was told me so much things which all later comes to lie, no properties were as my expectations. I was getting too worst conditioned flats in the very reputed are of city, my Relationship Manager was not known about that area even little. While same I can see there are very better properties and as per my expectations by searching on all other similar platforms and visiting that area. So when I asked to refund the money they are just denied it and forcing me to continue service by saying "We will try to get you better properties", I already got a new property and shifted to it, I don't need any more properties.

                  Gm.on the basis o[censored]r reference, i entered into rent agreement with Mr Shakti Ranjan Das thru ur representative on line on 2nd February 20 for 11 months upto 31.12.20.He overstayed upto 28.3.21 by not paying rent regularly from June 20.Now he left the flat on 28th March 21 hurriedly without informing us by giving key to neighbour.He has defauled in rent of ₹66000+ and also kept the newly painted flat in MH B Colony Borivali with furniture in damaged condition.Such incidents from person approached to Senior Citizen thru trusted site does not augur well o[censored]r reputation.Can u take some effective steps to avoid recurrence by blocking such culprit misusing ur good site.U can also phone himmobile no.[protected]& [protected] to find out his view point before keeping him in ur caution list to be kept on ur record if he tries to approach u in future.

                    I want to bring to your notice that the security deposit paid when occupying premises (Amt : 1, 50, 000 rupees) has not been refunded in full or partial as of 31st March 2021. As per our agreement with nobroker technologies solutions Pvt Ltd, we were due the security deposit amount (less maintenance charges of one month rent as per agreement) when we vacated property on 31st December 2020, providing adequate 1 month written notice as stipulated in agreement.

                    We have had verbal communication with Kaushik Kant, representative of Nobroker who has not resolved the matter till date. Please consider this e-mail as a formal complaint and revert back with acknowledgement and details of the record of this complaint.

                    Failing to acknowledge this complaint and resolving it with haste will force us to lodge a police complaint and resort to legal recourse.

                      Hello Team,

                      This is pathetic service from Nobroker, I have taken the paid service to rent out my house and a tenant has paid me token advance and in an hours time he changed his mind and the tenant does not want to take up my property now. The Nobroker team has deactivated my listing and upon requesting them to reactivate my listing and provide me service, they are very negligent and does not provide proper support.

                            Refund no given even after Nobroker agreed to refund my subscription.

                            Even after repeated follow up with nobroker team as on date zero response on refund on my subscription for 4 + BHK house for sale Rama Murthy Nagar near NRI Layout The Lotus park apartment.

                            From the day I subscribed mote than 98% of days my was showing inactive in my app.
                            Which I had brought to regular notice to NB team to resolve but every time they used to take minimum 6-7 days to resolve which as a customer I was loosing those days subscription.

                            At last I had request for mobile no change but even as on day they had not changed and informed me that that cont changed to their technical inability on their software.

                            Finally I raised final complaints to close my subscription and refund the full amount which I had paid for package which NB failed to service in all ways from the day one I had subscribed.

                            But as on date it’s been more than 45 days and I had not received any refund even after NB tram member informed me on mail that they are processing the refund.

                            Last I am awaiting to lodge a legal complaint on NB.

                              I bought a plan to find a tenant for my 4BHK house located in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. The plan was explained on the call as follows:

                              1. We will help you find tenants for your house
                              2. You have to make a payment of 9, 999 + 18% GST = 11798.82
                              3. If you don't find a tenant through NoBroker, we will refund the complete amount back to your account.
                              4. Order no via PayTM Order ID:[protected]

                              The problem:

                              1. I found a tenant outside NoBroker.
                              2. The rent was negotiated for a lesser price than anticipated
                              3. The NoBroker management says, the refund will not be provided since the house was rented out for lesser pay and the option of "Not Negotiable" was checked during the property ad registration

                              My Concern:

                              1. There was no official signature made by me that the refund would not be initiated if the property was rented out for anything other than that quoted on NoBroker
                              2. The real estate market is very dynamic and the agreed rent would never be obliged by tenants.
                              3. There is no user agreement that I had to read before making the payment
                              4, Therefore the refund must be initiated

                                  We have had most pathetic experience with nobroker, from finding the house to vacating. Now we are having trouble with getting our deposit amount back. We had vacated the house on March 11th and it’s been two weeks now, and we still do not have any update from the nobroker team. Deposit amounts in Bangalore are usually high and holding up someone’s money is very unethical, especially during the time of crisis. Request to take necessary action on the nobroker team, for their unprofessional behaviour and help with getting our deposit amount back.

                                      I have paid the shifting advance to this company but my shifting did not happen and i was told that i would get back my advance money. But it has been 3 months that i have not got my refund.

                                      No one is helping and all they say is you would get a call back.

                                        My Full And Final Settlement Not Done

                                        Hi Amit Kumar.

                                        This is Sony M. My Employee Code is NBTS9282. I was working in no broker from 30 November 2020. And it was great pleasure working with no broker. My Last working day with no broker was on 28th of January 2021. Post leaving the company I was yet to get my full and final settlement before 45days of leaving the company.
