This complaint is regarding the Unauthorised transactions that took place using my credit card on 7th June through NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT.

I haven't authorised the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was not in my possession. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message.

Note:2 times debited the same amount 14645 total amount 29245.

Kindly help me in this.

    This complaint is regarding the Unauthorised transactions that took place using my credit card on 7th May through NOBROKER RENTPAYMENT.

    I haven't authorised the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was not in my possession. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message.

    Note:2 times debited the same amount 14645 total amount 29245.

    Kindly help me in this.

      You have spent INR 14, 645.00 at NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS using your RBL Bank Credit Card (xx****) on[protected].

      ****** is the OTP for your transaction of INR 14645.00 at NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS on your Bajaj finance RBL Bank super Card ****. Valid for one time use. Do not share it with anyone.

      You have spent INR 14, 645.00 at NOBROKER RENTPAYMENTS using your bajaj finance RBL Bank super Card (xx****) on[protected].

      Finally my amount 29290 was debited @ no broker rent payments.

      Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction message and i am going to file FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud

      Kindly help me to refund the amount

        And my amount was debited two times 14645 and totally my total amount 29290.

        Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction message and i am going to file FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud

        Kindly help me to refund the amount

          Worst ever service from NOBroker... Guyz I would not recommend NOBroker to anybody... They are frauds and don't stick to their commitments... It's better to hire a local broker.. Atleast they will listen to you and do the needful...#NoBroker is pathetic

            I have initiated payment of rs. 200000/- (NRP[protected] on NoBroker platform. I got a mail that sit relax and it will get credited to owners account on 6th June 21 by 1.01pm. but yet payment not credited to owners account.

              The super ### service.
              I thought I will try No broker service for house shifting thinking they represent a brand and below was the experience.
              1. High charges compared to local packers and movers service.
              2. They sent only 3 persons(though I had given heads-up that I have heavy guage almirah and cot and allocate atleast 4 persons) among them only 2 will be active and struggle to lift and take lot of time for the movement.
              3. Post initial booking may be after a day or two, you will be asked(threatened) to pay for insurance stating what if commodities end up in damage so that one can claim insurance.
              4. Additional charges will be imposed at the destination stating one or the other reasons (In my case, the steps are not wider enough and hence need to use rope. Truly, the steps were broader than the previous house).
              5. Local service providers atleast have the courtesy to keep the kitchen items arranged. (Shared the pic which shows how they threw the items though the racks were available.)
              5. Movement persons create an embarassing scene stating your items are very heavy and the steps are narrow. This is also to create a scene that they are struggling hard to move items.
              6. Almirah, Dining table and Double cot all moved with scratches.
              7. Lastly, they demand a tip upfront. When booking for the service no broker team promised that I need not to pay a single penny. However I was forced to give 300 rupees each and the reasoning is they struggled hard to get all items.

              Overall, Never ever opt for No broker for packers and movers service.

                  Firstly NoBroker has the most manipulative staff. I approached NoBroker for a rental agreement they asked me to pay 475 immediately which includes agreement courier of hard copy and soft copy sent to email.
                  A relationship manager called me and said without draft he will charge 1000 for immediate delivery and a complete drafted agreement .
                  After lot of argument he said he would get it done am waiting from 3 days still no agreement nothing .

                      We used your No Broker site for rent payment initiated from my end on 2nd Feb 2021 Tuesday for Rs. 49, 995/- used my Yes bank credit card (xxxx xxxx xxxx 6735) and I get the notification from ‘No Broker’ the payment rejection (Payment failed) but amount debited from my card ‘(As per your terms amount already debited from your account, it will credit to your bank account within 5-7 business days) and till now not yet credited in my card account.
                      For the same and I raise the request to my credited card ‘Yes Bank’ and bank side clearly confirmed amount already credited to Merchant account and I get the transaction ID details from bank as below:
                      Transaction ARN : 5105171033000108592680
                      Merchant Bank: Axis bank
                      Date: 02/02/2021
                      Amount : Rs. 49, 995/-
                      Could you please check this amount received from your account as mentioned as above your Axis bank account. If amount will be credit your account and could you please refund to my card account.
                      -Attached the email confirmation from Yes bank and transaction reference details.
                      - Attached owner bank statement from February to till date .
                      Could you please check and response the email immediately, otherwise we raise the legal dispute for transaction to find the amount in respective merchant.

                      Kindly note - if you not response we have raise consumer court and we have following many month but your team not response in my mail.

                        I received a call from a lady yesterday stating that they are from sbi and there has been services activated on my card for the amount of 9000+GST. And now do i want to deactivate. I confirmed on the deactivation and then they said do you want the refund of Rs. 10089 which was deducted in january and i replied yes if its possible. After that they have asked from my card details and said that the amount will be refunded to you. but then the amount of 10089 got deducted and they said it will be refunded by today 3 PM. One of the accounts person by the name of Rahul Sharma said i will received the same by 3 pm but i have not received it till now.

                        Kindly help me in refund this amount otherwise i have take the legal action. it has happened twice and the number through which they have called its been busy.

                          Even after regular follow ups. No response from Kuldeep, Priyanka and Arul Vijay.

                          Initial you will be assigned one contact moving manager, after few days it will be changed to 2 or even 3 times. All half crooked and irresponsible customer service executives.

                            Provided service to relocate home from Chennai to Hyderabad.
                            Packing completed on[protected]
                            Delivery not yet done.
                            Poor or zero status update. So much of follow ups. Irresponsible delivery partner. All lies on delivery, status updates.
                            Why I am angry?
                            We shifted to Hyderabad on 24th May since then sleeping on floor, avoiding fresh vegetables, restricting milk and curd as it will spoil. Washing clothes by hand. All items stuck with delivery partner. Delivery will happen in night itseems.

                              Delay delivery and not ready for pay my loss

                              Recently i gave movers and packers order to nobroker.com and they were not able to deliver things till 1.5 month where other movers and packers giving delivery in 5-10 days.

                              i need to pay extra to delivery vendors to give delivery and after that he given delivery in 2 hrs. He stopped delivery due to lockdown restrictions and after getting extra money, i got delivery in 2 hrs. Nobroker was not at all helped. They don't even...

                              I have signed up with nobrokers for the aforesaid plan where they promised to help with renting the aptt within 2 months or refund the money. I signed up in October and while the service was pathetic as the relationship manager was hardly available, my agony continued beyond. It is now 5 months after the 2 month period (total 7 months), made innumerable calls to nobroker for refund. Up until this moment, they have not refunded my deposit.

                              Every time I call up and lodge a complaint, they mention that they have taken note of the complaint and that it was not recorded earlier. I keep wondering what happened to the earlier complaint?

                              15 days ago, when i called up to complain, a gentleman by name "Kareem" responded more favourably than the earlier ones and promised all help. I again chased up yesterday and he said he has left messages to his superiors but surprised why it is not resolved yet. He also mentioned that normally deposit is refunded within 4 days of plan expiry. Kareem also mentioned my relationship manager would get in touch, who rarely got in touch when i subscribed for the plan. I am not exactly sure what is happening at nobroker.

                              I kept asking to speak to the Manager. Apparently, the buck stops at the call center. Neither complaints are escalated nor there is a option for the customer to speak with any manager. Excellent way of managing the business.

                              While i regret going to nobroker, all i want now is refund of deposit. It has been a thorough disappointment!!!.

                              10 days from nobroker customer care response - no update on refund!!! No details shared of refund particulars. It is so sad and unfortunate that callous organizations like nobroker with no processes or ethics are surviving in India and continue to cheat customers so blatantly.

                              While I did not receive any calls over the past 10 days to update on refund, I did receive sales calls and in every call I mentioned that I want my refund processed!!!. How shameless can an organization stoop to? Why is there accountability in Nobrokers?

                              Hope the Government steps in to regulate such customer facing organizations who are cheating customers.

                              How can organizations be so callous?

                              Thank you consumercomplaints.in for giving a forum for me to express. Unfortunately, this seems to be inadequate for nobrokers.

                              Have to now examine ways of escalating this further!!!.

                              Since I have failed miserably in my follow up with nobrokers in getting my deposit refund even after 6 months, and since posting on consumercomplaints.in seems to have no value, i am resorting other means to follow up on the refund.

                              Have never seen such a pathetic service and callous attitude from any organization in India so far. Dont know if these complaints reach the owners and they are in sync with what is happening in their organizations. Maybe time to let them know?
                              I did not receive any email or any form of communication that the transfer has been effected nor the transfer particulars to follow up should my account not be credited. I am not sure if this is the way nobroker works but it appears very strange to read your response on consumercomplaints.in for an update whereas under normal circumstances, i would expect the company to inform me as a client.

                              For the 6 month delay in refunding, is nobroker going to pay me any compensation apart from the refund of my deposit???

                                I opted for no broker rent services and paid the amount as per the plan but I did not get proper service most of the times I was unable to get in touch with the RM also I did not get proper tenant as per promised by the RM that they will help me in getting with the potential client wherein I was getting direct clients at the same cost then why would I approach the nobroker if I am not getting potential clients it’s like I am not getting the potential client nor my requirement of getting the client is filled. So I need my refund back because i did not get proper service. My plan was for rent in Mulund East.

                                  Guys,

                                  We had gone for visiting the flat in versova area, Mahinmar CHS. We liked the place. Post liking, the one who showed us the flat, Mr Vishvajeet, asked us to do a token amt transfer to NoBroker a/c. In good faith and trust, we did so. The listing mentioned and the Mr Vishvajeet also said it will be negotiable for by 10%. He assured us that, this token will be refunded to you, if the deal does not go ahead, we trusted him and paid.

                                  Next day he called us and said, the owner is not agreeing for any negotiation. So said, okay fine, then we won't go ahead. We asked for the refund. Since then after calling multiple times to customer care, RM, Mr Vishvajeet, no one is caring to even respond.

                                  I had not expected such unprofessional behavior from the team. I am disheartened that, how can a company withhold someone's money in the time of covid crisis.

                                  We will be approaching Versova Police station, and file an FIR of forgery against the team who was involved in this.

                                  Very very displeased and disappointed.

                                    Yes bank credit card (xxxx xxxx xxxx 6735) and I get the notification from ‘No Broker’ the payment rejection (Payment
                                    failed) but amount debited from my card ‘(As per your terms amount already debited from your account, it will credit to
                                    your bank account within 5-7 business days) and till now not yet credited in my card account.
                                    For the same and I raise the request to my credited card ‘Yes Bank’ and bank side clearly confirmed amount already
                                    credited to Merchant account and I get the transaction ID details from bank as below:

                                      Fraudulent transaction

                                      There has been a fraudulent transaction on my credit card to NoBroker .
                                      The amount has been transferred to a fake landlord in Delhi after reporting the NoBroker that the transaction was a dispute . After 1 hr of reporting they’ve transferred to some account . When complained about this they said sorry and never responded after that . Till my refund is not processed . No basic technical security also thought I hold a NoBroker account...
