We had gone for visiting the flat in versova area, Mahinmar CHS. We liked the place. Post liking, the one who showed us the flat, Mr Vishvajeet, asked us to do a token amt transfer to NoBroker a/c. In good faith and trust, we did so. The listing mentioned and the Mr Vishvajeet also said it will be negotiable for by 10%. He assured us that, this token will be refunded to you, if the deal does not go ahead, we trusted him and paid.
Next day he called us and said, the owner is not agreeing for any negotiation. So said, okay fine, then we won't go ahead. We asked for the refund. Since then after calling multiple times to customer care, RM, Mr Vishvajeet, no one is caring to even respond.
I had not expected such unprofessional behavior from the team. I am disheartened that, how can a company withhold someone's money in the time of covid crisis.
We will be approaching Versova Police station, and file an FIR of forgery against the team who was involved in this.
Very very displeased and disappointed.
