I have purchased the Seller Super Money Back Plan of Rs.24, 779 including GST on 26th June 2021. Under this plan, i was supposed to get 1 RM and 1 Field Manager (FM) who would be allocated to do photoshoot for my property and FRM will show the property to buyers on my behalf.
So far, only old photos of my properties taken 12 months earlier have been uploaded by NoBroker.
Both RM and FRM are consistently uncontactable. Even after scheduling time with buyers on two weekends, the FRM did not arrive on time, thus causing the buyers to repeatedly call us again and again.
The RM is never contactable on phone. I always get a message that "ma'am, I am on my weekly off". I have no problem with the RM taking a weekly off, but there need to be some coverage on the account !!
This is unethical and unprofessional behaviour by the company, merely to make float money from my advance payment.
I would like a full refund of my payment made for pathetic and unprofessional behavior of the team and obviously complete lack of service provided.

I am shocked to see the way Nobroker.com is treating genuine customers like me who wanted to use Nobroker. Com services, in fact, they should take enough care to provide best services as these kind of relationship will be long term and will not end in one transaction, it is a continuous business. I am not sure why such basic understanding is lacking with Nobroker.com company officials…
I request you to kindly place all the facts with the senior management so that they will take the right decision.
