Worst experience, shifted from ghaziabad to mumbai, nobroker connected me to made easy cargo movers and packers. I booked morning slot for movement, but the packing was completed at 12 in the night. The packers were highly unskilled, had to give instructions throughout.
Once consignment reached mumbai, i received intimation from truck driver that goods will be delivered but no unpacking (As much included in plan) will be possible as he has to quickly go for next delivery. When i insisted about unpacking to which i am entitled as per plan, he abruptly disconnected the phone. I spoke to made easy guy, who said he will speak to the truck driver. Three days passed in between before consignment was finally delivered. I called nobroker several times in these 3 day, as you can imagine, but every time new person attended the call, and i had to tell entire story right from the beginning. Each time response was completely of no help at all. Nobroker doesn't track the consignment during movement, and therefore the are completely clueless about the status at al times. As a matter of fact, they sent movement completion email before it actually got completed and asked for feedback. They claim to assign one movement supervisor to monitor the movement from whom we can get help and status anytime during movement, but that guy was never approchable during entire movement.

Worst team, with no importance given to customer after they have taken the money. Don't put your high value goods at risk with their highly unprofessional vendor partners.

    Team no broker,

    Worst service provider, least bothered about customer, once order is placed there job is done.
    Team does not take any accountability for after sales service.
    You will break your head but body will bother to reply you back.
    3rd class sevice provider who does not have any solution and does not want to update to the customer.
    2 standard answers are ready with them, we will ask concer person to call you back and we apologize for inconvenience...

    I acquired a RM for my Keerthi royal palms flat on Hosur main road by paying rs9000/, but I am not happy about RM responses n behaviour n not able to contact on the phone given.
    Need your help to sort out ..
    If not able to get a tenant, kindly return money back guarantee scheme amount .

      I had taken the freedom plan for a requirement for commercial property in bangalore.

      This payment of 1178 rupees was an absolute waste of time, money and energy.

      How can you'll not check the advertisements posted on the website?
      Is there absolutely no value for you customers time?

      This was by far my worst experience with nobroker.

      None of the properties listed are exactly in the same place as listed.

      This is absolutely fraudulent services from nobroker, i have called 3 times but no response has come in.

        I have been assisted by one of their representatives and told me to pay for 1178 rs. As per their plan i will get 25 contacts detail of the owner. But after taking the plan hardly 10 numbers i have got which some of never pick the call or property which i am looking for not matching. And now my preferred search i am not able to do on their portal. Any leads to refund my money because i found it very useless.

          I have taken a house from no broker app, the owner name is srinivas he has mentioned as 24 hours water and but ther is no water at all here all wrong things mentioned in app.. And also taken extra money and still did not give agreement for the house.. He is taken our money and now not picking the call. Now he is saying he is not owner.. The owner stays in abroad.. All the pending bills for this house we had to pay

            I had taken premium service package of around 10, 000 inr to get me a tenant. It had 2 month money refund guarantee if they did not find one. They found me a tenant the very next day and rushed us to handing over keys the following day only. We wanted background check and formalities completed but they said the tenant was in a rush and we can do that in a weeks time. So we also went for their rental agreement team to do the agreement for us.
            Soon after the tenant started complaining of multiple issues and kept postponing the payment of advance. When we asked no broker to intervene they just kept agreeing and never took any initiative. And now 1 month and 10 days later, the tenant says he wants to move out without any advance paid and rent paid according to his convenience treating our property as hotel. Called no broker multiple times, no response from the team which was hyper active initially. Felt dodgy and called customer care and they keep saying relationship manager will call and no one does. I want a refund or them to find me another tenant for the price i have paid but no contact whatsoever.

              I have availed service of nobroker company for poa on february 20th and it has been a very disappointing experience.
              On that day, nikhil from nobroker call me 10-15 times to make the payment and later once the payment was done, he said now your case will be handled by avinash. After that day till today they are just troubling by making me wait the whole day for service transaction to be closed and then end of the day will say the concern team member is on weekoff so someone else will get in touch with you. A new representative will call in the evening assuring that the poa will be on week off. This is going on since past 2 weeks.
              I also wrote to amit aggarwal, ceo of the company and since past couple of days he is on the copy of all mails but he is not responding and is quite okay with this.

                I mahindra reddy c v had taken rental owner money back plan of rs 7665 for owner money back plan, in mobile no [protected] on 22nd of december 2018. But they don't get tenant till the last but that tenant gave just the token not paid deposit amount and did not take the flat. The tenant name neeraja rajashekaran informed me on 61st day that she is not interested in the flat. No broker relationship manager sharmili [protected] had informed that the will extend the plan and provide services till another 60 days i told "ok". Supervisor gayathri [protected] send a mail regarding the confirmation of plan extension but now they are not refunding me nor giving plan extension. This is nothing but cheating. I want refund or plan extension.

                  Akhilesh (Sales guy) the person over the phone, sounded real nice, but all he wanted was to make a sale with false promises.. Please check the recordings, promised me a plan with installation, which supposedly didn't exist. It was lies and just a tactic to sell a service. After the payment was made he would disconnect the call when you need him the most and will not call back. You guys are liars and cheat people. I had a horrible moving experience. I was assigned a relationship
                  Manager (Rm) sreedevi and never got to speak to her as she was on leave.. Why was i assigned to sreedevi in the first place? I requested for a call back and no one got back to me.. And when i call you guys you seem to hang up.. Also the packers firstly come two and a half hours late.. Use cheap material; cartons, bubble wrap and are very careless. I've also had a few items missing (Books, shampoo, creams, chocolates etc) and not happy about it. Very unprofessional team of nobroker. I've been following up since then. Sreedevi went through the recordings and agreed the sales guy was lying and promised will look into the matter. But she has disappeared and i've understood she has left nobroker. I was promised a call back from another rm called hussain and that's not happening well. Disgusting service, you guys put people in a lot of trouble and inconvenience.

                    I have requested for refund of my fee and they dropped me a mail saying refund is initiated but i did not get any payment in my account. It's already 10 days since refund was initiated. After multiple follow ups on calls and mails, still they are not sharing transaction confirmation number. Every time i call their customer care a new person attends the call and says relationship manager is not available and will give me call back but no one calls back and once got hold of relationship manager, she said only account departments can share transaction number, she will get back to me after getting responses from them, and as their company policy, she also never called back. Do not entertain mail communication. No responses to my follow ups

                      Hi,
                      I subscribed to nobroker in search of a house for rent. They gave me 25 owner contacts. But many of the contacts given by them were already rented out properties. Also, so many properties didn't have proper data. For example, the property will be on the 3rd floor whereas on the website it will be mentioned as the first floor. This might be an error from the owner end also, but no broker should have the policy to rectify those errors. Because of this, I lost almost 10 contacts without any mistake from my end. When I called them to inquire the same, Customer care didn't give a proper response instead he asked me to pay extra for the subscription.

                        We bought the super relax plan on the suggestion and advice of their salesperson vinay varghese on friday, february 16, 2019 hoping to capitalize on the weekend of february 16th and 17th.

                        My mother, who is the owner of the apartment we wish to rent and the person registered as the customer is nearly 80 years old and is not internet savvy (Smartphones or computers), so i registered on the website on her behalf. I would also be talking to prospective customers on her behal[censored]ntil we had an agreement which she would sign. I explained all this and also asked mr varghese and asked if nobroker could help us. He suggested the super relax plan would be the best for us given our situation. He said nobroker would:
                        1. Assign a relationship manager to work with us and set up appointments for visiting the apartment.
                        2. Assign a field manager who would arrange would be take customers to the apartment and try to help close the deal.
                        3. Review our post including asking rent etc.
                        4. Take pictures of the apartment
                        5. Create a whatsapp group that would include my mother, myself and of course the relationship manager and field manager.

                        Immediately upon signing up for the plan we received a message on the computer saying mr. Sugesh m would be our contact person. A landline number and email were also included. I immediately informed mr. Varghese that we had subscribed and mr. Sugesh had been assigned and asked for the mobile numbers of the relationship manager and field manager so that the whatsapp group may be created and we can follow up on the leads generated on saturday and sunday. I have since sent two reminders to on the same chat that he sold me the service. Both messages were read almost immediately, but till date (Early morning on tuesday, february 19th) i have received no response from him or any relationship manager or field manager and none of the 5 things promised have been done.

                        Meanwhile, my mother has received three phone calls and possibly some missed calls from prospective clients who have spoken to her at length, but there was no introduction by nobroker and she has no contact information on them. No attempt has been mae to talk to these prospects or arrange a visit to the apartment. Nobroker doesn't yet have the keys or even know the apartment number, for that matter. We don't know if sugesh is in fact the relationship manager and who is the field manager.

                        As such the we have lost 3 days including 2 weekend days without even knowing who is working on our case. We may have also lost at least 3, probably more prospective customers.

                        I tried to raise the matter and escalate my complain on their online chat with an agent named shreya. She refused to give me the name or contact information of the seniors of mr. Sugesh or mr. Varghese and merely said she would write to them (The very people i want to complain about). I asked her for a transcript of our chat and she said she cannot do that. She suggested i take multiple screenshots! Then she disconnected the chat unilaterally three times. On the fourth attempt i got another agent, aditi who also disconnected twice. I have a copy of our chat and the disconnections if you wish to see them.

                        Meanwhile, we have received no service from nobroker towards actively selling for us, we have received a phone call and two messages from a contractor offering services for maintenance. I even received this message was also received by me on my american number!!

                        I am also writing to them at the email provided on their website to ask them for:
                        1. An immediate resolution of my problem and creation of the whatsapp group to co-ordinate followups with prospective leads as promised.
                        2. A pro-rata refund for 3 days (Or whatever the number of days until the whatsapp group is created) that i have received no service.
                        3. An extension of services by the corresponding number of days.

                        I am writing on your forum hoping you can help me get better service and also to advise other prospective customers of the kind of service they can expect from nobroker.

                          I tool their money-back guarantee plan on 1 january 2019 with my requirements for a house and budget. The plan had a clause that the refund will be given if i found a house as per my requirements and budget on my own and not thru nobroker.
                          The relationship manager was showing places which were not as per my requirements but in my budget. I told him to look for places that match my requirements and that i don't mind if the budget exceeded as long as my requirements were matching. He agreed to this and sent some places outside by initial budget and location specifications and then proceeded on leave and nobody catered to my requirements. I started looking for the houses on my own and also had to hire another broker as my date to vacate was nearing.
                          I found a place of my requirements and now they are denying a refund claiming that the refund can be given only if the budget matches the requirements shared with the relationship manager at the time of agreement. There is no clause that says i cannot change my requirements after a few days especially since the relationship manager was showing me places which were not good and then went on leave and nobody sent me new leads. The relationship manager did not tell me that changing requirements was not possible and that if i did so, and found a place on my own i will not get a refund. How am i to know this if he doesn't tell me and instead starts looking for places as per the changed requirements?

                            I ordered for Alexa 2 BHK combo package and Smitha was the one assisting me, she was very good and managed to solve all my queries to satisfaction with her responses, she went on vacation and appointed Ziya as her backup who is completely ignorant and providing false excuses for my queries, he is not even picking my calls and upsetting me to the level beyond my tolerance.

                            I have suffered a lot from the booking via no broker -
                            1. Booking was made with confirmation of delivery
                            2. At the time of booking i was made aware that furnitures are out of stock.
                            3. No one there except Smitha to pick my call, she went on vacation and I am left with no service.
                            4. This gives me enough experience to expose Nobroker renting services to social media and to terminate my contract.
                            5. Rentomojo on the other hand is delivering with less documentation headaches and before time with prompt services.

                            I find no reason to continue with Nobroker renting furniture services and is not liable to pay any penalty, infact I would expect Nobroker to pay penalty as part of worst service i have ever received.

                            Next option for me is to go to consumer forum and get my refunds back further to expose the service quality in social media as I understand, other than bluffing to customers, No broker dont have an honest service to pay.

                            No one attends my call and no call back. I would definitely drag Nobroker to Consumer Forum shortly.

                              Please dont use nobroker service. They have worst customer service. Till the time you pay their fee many follow ups will be done by the customer service. Once you pay, its very hard to reach out to the customer service. They never respond to mail or phone or whatsup. They use aramex as a courier and that is also the worst courier service in the world. You will just see your consignment is "in transit" but they dont have any dedicated customer service to which you can call for the status.

                              I will never recommend to anyone to use this service.

                                Hi, i was browsing through some random sites for searching flats in pune. I went through no broker site where they claim that no brokerage to be paid, i entered my contact details there and within seconds i received calls from no broker to explain about their plans. I disconnected and started searching on web again. Again received call from them and they said that i need not to go through any internet sites if i buy relax plan where a relationship manager will be assigned who will do all the flat search part, contacting owner, negotiating advance and rent amount on my behalf. I bought that package after receiving calls from no broker multiple times. But to my surprise i did not receive any call from the relationship manager assigned for multiple hours. Then i again contacted them to align someone as promised. They aligned one agent who is not able to search flat as per my requirements till date. Almost 15 days past, and i am still struggling to find flats. While selling the plan, they promised so many things like i can tell my requirements to manager assigned as they were able to see multiple flats available in the specified are as per my requirement. But when i talked to relationship manager, he claim that they don't have flats as per my requirements. They changed the relationship manager twice but till date i haven't received any leads per my requirement. I had taken few contact details from the site and contacted owners on my own, and then told the same thing to relationship manager, he then aligned one field manager to help me with the visit, the manager firstly did not picked my call and then after call he behaved very rudely. Worst experience, total waste of money.

                                  This is in regards to the one of the subscription plans that claims to give 100 percent money back.
                                  Dont get fooled like me and get the refund plan, kindly check the t&c carefully.
                                  If you are unlucky like me where the proposed plan given to rm was something else and you moved into some other place with different set of plans and requirement.
                                  In my case the proposed plan was upto 15k given to the rm, but also note that i had already told my rm to increase the radius of search and budget of rent if required as i was in desperation to move into the new place.
                                  The leads were not thoroughly checked by rm and were just sent to me without any verification done.
                                  It was waste of time and money for me which let me search the place on my own and i was able to finalize within 2 days of search.
                                  After contacting my rm about the property that i found, i was asked to submit my rental agreement, which stated 16 k as the rent for which the rm and other managers took it as a point to reject the refund claim.
                                  As a customer you would feel that its not fair as the needs were not taken into consideration.
                                  Also they claim that their highest revenue comes from subscription plans.
                                  So be careful on spending the amount on subscription plan.
                                  I need a refund for the plan that i had taken.
                                  As a customer i feel that im cheated with the t&c that were stated and were not clearly explained.

                                    Date of incident - 15th november 2018.
                                    I had taken one of the no-broker plans which claims 100% refund if one finds the property on their own.
                                    The catch here is the t&c which is not clearly highlighted or brought to notice. This is how they are tricking the customer and also nobroker claims its top revenue source is subscription services, by tricking the customers with catchy words like 100% refund plans.
                                    So my dilemma was that i desperately wanted to move in within 15 days. I had no choice but to fall prey for this 100% refund plan.
                                    T&c were not clearly stated or highlighted on their tenant plans page. If you are like me you would definitely think of going with 100% refund plan as there is no loss.
                                    After subscribing to this plan, i was assigned a relationship manager. His/her role was to get the requirement and shortlist and send the notifications to the customer about the property.
                                    Also one key thing to note here is that your relationship manager is not full time assigned to you, which you would expect. He/she will be handling multiple clients in a day. So getting leads asap is something which you cannot expect.
                                    I was unlucky enough to get leads which i had already searched which wasted my time and also didn't do a good background verification about the property by asking if it was for bachelors / family. Because most of the times the property mentioned in no-broker specify wrong preferred tenants.
                                    For example if s property mentions that its preferred tenant is bachelor but when contacted they deny any bachelors, which is very frustrating as you might end up visiting the property for no good.
                                    So this is something your relationship manager doesn't verify first before sending you the leads.
                                    My desperation was at peak and in less time i wanted to move into the new place, and if you are getting leads without prior verification made me search the property on my own.
                                    Also i mentioned to my relationship manager to increase the rent bracket to get better properties, which i feel was not taken on a serious note.
                                    I managed to find the property on my own and finalize it. But the property that i found was 2 k more than the rent bracket that i had specified.
                                    My relationship manager was not sending me any leads even after i mentioned that its ok to go beyond my budget.
                                    So now that i had the apartment of my choice which i found on my own, i needed the refund from no-broker.
                                    P. S - i was unaware about the t&c at this moment.
                                    I happily send the mail to my relationship manager that i found the place of my own and would like the refund to be processed asap.
                                    There was a sudden change in behavior that i noticed and the tone was not the same which i felt instantly.
                                    Relationship manager ignored my mail for more than a week. After when replying back on the email, i get a reply back saying that i need to send my rental agreement.
                                    This is again no where highlighted as the process for refund which i feel it is just to buy time.
                                    Even after submitting the rental agreement to my relationship manager, verification process itself took 2-3 weeks more.
                                    This is how slow the process is for a customer when the refund is asked.
                                    There was no follow up email received from no-broker or notifications of any sort.
                                    So after more than a month of follow up, no-broker back-end team contacts me to tell that my refund claim is been rejected as the amount proposed was beyond the rent bracket stated in the requirement for no-broker.
                                    The verbal communication was not brought into consideration that i had with the relationship manager for increasing the rent bracket / area radius.
                                    My point here is where is the t&c of a customer taken into account.??
                                    When a customer is in a desperate need to move into the new place, why is relationship manager turning deaf ear to customer terms.??
                                    I would need the refund from no-broker as i feel as a customer i'm been cheated and my terms were not heard or given priority.

                                    NoBroker has a scammy refund system. Please be aware before you opt into any subscription plans.

                                      I have registered for on line rental agreement on nobroker site on 7th jan. 2019. Paid rs. 3200.00 online on 8th jan.2019.
                                      Nobroker confirmed me appointment for biometric registration on 13/01/2019 at 12:00 noon. As asked by nobroker i have called tenant, and all the required witnesses as per scheduled time. On 13th jan. 11:50am they cancelled the appointment saying govt. Site not available. This has caused wastage of time & money to all the stakeholders. Later nobroker rescheduled the appointment on 15th jan. But again didn't turned up giving same reason, site not working, also promised me that they will initiate immediately when the site is up. I have personally checked site is working since 16th jan. I have also communicated them urgency of registration. There is no feedback from nobroker
                                      I have also requested them to refund my money rs. 3200 for rental agreement + police verification rs. 2000 paid online, so that i will go offline & complete the process. There is no response on that still. Due to this i have also lost one month rent and my financial loss is rs. 14000/- nobroker must immediately refund me all the online money that i have paid plus they must also recover loss of rent as mentioned above

                                        Hi team,

                                        This is in regards a rental agreement which was made by nobroker.

                                        As per the documents, the name is different and the printed name came as different.

                                        When i tried to reach the helpline number, it is no longer getting connected with an agent also when it got connected, agent advised for a call back after 30 mins which is never happened.

                                        According to nobroker people, filled form is more important than govt id proof.

                                        Why there is no contact made still when multiple mails were sent, why there is no initiative taken to change the name?

                                        As per the documents name should be somnath misra not mishra.
