I paid around rs 8000/ and opted for a plan to let my house. A relationship manger by name swati was assigned since mid june when i paid.

After 3 months, no tenant could be found and i told her to close my account and refund as per contract terms.

Its 45 days since the date was over. Despite followups and promises by them, the money has not been refunded yet.

Created my account with no broker more than a year ago. At that time i faced issues with the payment and they said you were facing a system issue because of which you guys will be refunding me the money back in few days. I accepted it. The second time i tried the site, the same issue happened. I still accepted. Now, yesterday i received a call from one of their representatives, stating that there is no issue in your systems and that i c an now make the payment and i will receive all the details immediately, i made the payment today morning and i got a confirmation on sms and e mail about it. I checked for property details on the site and i received a notification saying that every number i have requested for will be sent to my email and mobile, 45 minutes passed and i called the customer service, a male rep spoke to me and told me he has escalated the matter and that i will receive the details within an hour on the contact number registered and he read out my number. After one hour i called again, and another female rep tells me that i cant get the details because my account is not activated and that the money will be refunded to me. I spoke to the manager aman who is absolutely useless. He too couldnt help.
How can they call customers and ask them to make payments when their acccount is not activated?
Why has my account not been activated for more than a year?
If my account was not activated, how did the otheer rep read out my number and details?
If my account was not activated, why would the site show that the details are being forwarded to my number and email? And note - the number and email id mentioned were mine and correct.

It has been more than 2 months since the deposit of security money made by me for biometric machine reallocation. During this period nobroker has neither refunded my deposit, not responded to my mails or calls.
To date, I have not heard anything from the rental agreement team regarding the return of the deposit money.
My deposit money amount was Rs. 7500. I am staying out of India, so it has become an headache for me to call them at Indian IST and beg for my money. And in addition to this whenever I try to call them they always promise me that they will give me a call back in an hour or two, but they never call me back or neither they drop any mail.
I am really fed up with their service.

Request for refund of subscription.

I have paid rs.19, 468.82 on 25th march, 2018 to the company for sale of house property at k r gardens, murugeshpalya bangalore, under money back scheme.

The offer price was rs.1.60 crore, negotiable.
I did not receive any inquiries from the company's side.
Finally i had to sell the property for rs.1.38 crore, based on the responses received from other brokers..
As per their terms i should get refund of about rs.15000/=

As suggested by them i have submitted the sale deed copy to the company and requested for
Refund of the the amount. Now, i was informed by them that their team has declined to
Refund the amount, giving a different interpretation that i have sold the property for a lower price.
There is absolutely no logic in declining my request for refund, giving such reasons.

I am ruma subramanian residing in mumbai. I had made a payment to nobroker.com on 30th aug 2018 towards a rental agreement that they were supposed to provide to me. It has been almost a month and i have still not received the rental agreement from nobroker.com

I have been following up with them on calls but still no solution.

Please help or kindly suggest how to get this resolved quickly.

Hi, Myself vishnu, right now i am the customer of NoBroker (Date: 24 Sept 2018). When i am searching rent for house in Hsr layout came to know about nobroker. They called me so many times to take Relax Plan, they took requirements and said that are so many houses available for you. Just sit in office we are there for you to show you the house.
After paying the amount for Relax plan the relation ship manager "Soumya" called me twice in two days and said that right now there are
NO HOUSES AVAILABLE IN HSR LAYOUT.

I am calling them from last one day NoBroker is telling that "YOUR RELATION SHIP MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE PLEASE WAIT WE TRANFER YOUR CALL TO ANOTHER ONE" waited for 2hrs same message.

I AM REQUESTING/BEGGING NOBROKER PLEASE DON'T TEMPT US AND TAKE MONEY THAT YOU ARE THER FOR US.

GUYS PLEASE SWARE ME RIGHT NOW I AM CUSTOMER STILL I AM BEGGING THEM TO SHOW ME HOUSE IN HSR LAYOUT... NEVER GIVE TRUST ON THEM INSTEAD BELIVE LOCAL BROKERS.

When i and my wife decided to go for no brokers packing and moving services, we thought they will provide the kind of service they claim to provide, but sadly it was a very bad experience for us. Here is what happened when we contacted no broker for the service:
1. They kept us calling every now and then
2. It seems there is competition and targets for the customer care people as they tend to fight among themselves
3. We got a lot of promotional messages (Literally mean a lot) which was and still is a headache.
4. They assure you of a very good and rather the best in town service
5. They take their 10% commission on booking only
6. They dont tell you about mathadi charges which we have to pay and ultimately the packer and movers team takes it from you even though no mathadi people come.
7. They boast of best packing of your belongings (But trust me it is not)

Now here is what actually happens:
1. Firstly we are unable to get through the no broker representative after repeated calls
2. Then the packinga and moving team comes 2.5 hrs late
3. Since they were late, they pack our things hastily and in a very bad way. They just stuff your stuff in their cartons and wouldn't even listen to you when you ask them to keep it properly. (They say kuch nai hota sir tension mat lo. Hamne aisa bahot kam kiya hai)
4. The bubble wrapping is not upto the mark.
5. Then we have to take out the stuff and give them their cartons back quickly as they are getting late (Because they came late)

There are many more small things which you would face. Very bad service i would say.

Not returning money back as guaranteed by them if they cannot get us a client and if we find from other sources. Their service was very poor to start with and not got any leads through them in spite of giving a hefty fee. Now after repeated requests and submitting supporting documents as asked by them now not even getting any response too from them.
Looks like it is a fraudulent attempt by an inefficient team to make quick money.
This definitely needs investigation.

I, mujtaba ahmed from mumbai, would like to inform that i have taken the services from no broker by paying them 3000+gst to help us in looking for the flats in the range 8 to 9k either 1rk or 1bhk in mira road or bhayander, however, they were unable to find it and the advertisements which we see on no brokers are all fake and outdated. The moment you see the ad and call them, they say that the flat is already gone. They took all our requirements but unable to deliver the promises to us and they are just waiting for the 45 days of time to get finished for the service. We were given a relationship manager to help us but she calls us and say that when it comes to specific religion there are no flats available and i could see the flats available in the above-mentioned range on the other websites with brokerage and without brokerage. Relationship manager is not at all helping us and she is not looking for a flat in a given range which i have told her. Therefore, i request them to refund our money and next time do not take the money from us when there are no flats available. I can find any other way of searching the flats. Whenever any customer wanted to pay the amount they need to mention a note stating that the good condition flats are not available in a specific area. I request the public to not to proceed with no broker as they are cheaters and not willing to help us and they don't have the proper flats as well. 99acres is much better than them. If they refund my money then i will take the case back.

It is the worst site.
I am a software engineer, can check, by using my profile name on it nascom site. I have been requesting to actiavte my properties online. It has been 3 onths and every time i call the callers just fake accent and talk for fun and disconnect. That all the nobroker.com does.
But, also, i should say, they guidede me twice, thats all, it will get activated tmrw/tmrw/tmrw and that day never comes.

Go for some local vendor individually but don't go with no broker movers and packers service.
1) first of all they will give you local cheap vendors by saying we are giving you recognized vendors.
2) that local vendor will use worst quality of material and 3-4 times used cartons.
3) they will commit you deliver in 8-10 days but they will take 25-30 days.
4) they will keep your whole stuff in there warehouses which become the food of there rats.
5) some how you will get your luggage but you can't claim for insurance because nobroker or your moment manager from nobroker will not respond after delivery.

I have taken nobroker paid services and they committed that within 12 days i should get house based on my choice. Unfortunately i had bad experience like they are not taking to owner and just schedule meeting with us. Same kind of incidence i faced multiple times and then they have proper excuses to hidden this. There are some more which i am disclosing here.

So i can say now they are giving ad that "take nobroker services and relax", but honestly saying its just vice versa. You have to follow up with them, they are not proactive as they said.

Hence before taking the services, please think twice as i already lost money here, so i am just giving alert "think twice"

I had opted for money back guarantee for rs 7668 and was told that i would be refunded the money including with gst if they don't find a tenant within 2 months or if we find a tenant through other source. I found a tenant through other means but now they are telling that they are not refunding my amount for xyz reasons which is totally unacceptable also their services are very poor please help me get my money back thanks

Bunch of liars is the suitable name for the company.. POA was executed in the 3rd week of June18 but still waiting for the hard copy. Rental agreement was completed 15 days ago and still waiting for the soft copy.. promptness in collecting money deserves national award post which no ones cares what is happening.. Pathetic service.. Relationship Manger is assigned who will help you only till the payment is paid post which the RM is no where to be seen and you to have beg and cry to get in contact with the so called RM. I have requested for several call backs but only received couple of acknowledgement calls.. Vinayak, Divya ( RM who was of no use at all) Abdul, Chetan ( great agent who placed me on hold for almost 30 mins and when I disconnected and called back got to know that he has left for the day 20 mins back).. I have sent email requesting escalation and updates but the response is that we have requested the team to get in touch with you.. I would have been better off dealing with a local agent or broker as I assumed dealing with no broker would be hassle free but the post payment service of no broker is amazing..

Sales Team MRITYUNJAY will first commit and fleece money and later you realize that the RM RAHUL IS (+[protected] is only relying on google map and trying to fool you which means he has no idea but just try to act he knows the location.RM have an idea about locality you choose but still will suggest you properties blindly as trade pundits.NO broker actually worse than brokers, because when you pay to brokers they actually take the responsibility on their shoulder. While here responsibility is all yours. You yourself have to search properties online and most of which are below average, with higher rent.when asked for leads, it took them 5-6 days to come back with leads. Those leads were already there in app. So why it took 5-6 days for them to revert? So clearly what they are bothered about is money and nothing else.Remember only when house onwer list their properties only then NObroker team is able to identify people to make buffoon out o[censored]s.

I was fooled into purchasing Relax plan and but there is no relax on you.Rahul says if you relax your budget more you will get better options.so who should relax after taking relax plan customer or NOBROKER ?...very comfortable answer.

I placed an order for the agreement print as i am not a local person from bangalore. I paid 299 for the agreement for 1st copy + 299 for additional original as tenant wanted one + 100 for the courier charges.

I had been following up for the last three days on the status of the agreement and they mentioned that document had been dispatched, through not well known courier to my destination, with no further info. When i asked for the tracking information they said they would share it but had not done so. Today when i called and shouted at them on the agreement, they mentioned they don't have the tracking information of the dispatch done and they would arrange a fresh copy sent today.

Totally highly unprofessional. Would never ever recommend this to any one

I would have given a 0 star if option was there.
I enrolled for super money back plan on march 30 208. I was assigned a relationship manager. They were supposed to come to my house and take photoshoot and promote it in their website. None of this happened. We had mutually agreed appointments (2 times) for them to visit my apartment. They never turned up. Finally i mysel[censored]ploaded the photos.

For this super money back plan, nobroker is supposed to handle all the calls from prospective tenants. But it wasn't the case.

I got a tenant through other channels. So i promptly asked nobroker to deactivate the listing. It didn't happen. I had to make follow up after follow up. Meanwhile i was getting calls directly from nobroker clients. After several emails they finally deactivated my listing. Meanwhile the rm was changed and i wasn't even informed about it.
According to the plan, if i get tenant through other channels, nobroker will do a full refund of money.
When i asked the refund to my rm, he said they need the copy of the rental agreement. I submitted on may 4th 2018. I got a reply from rm that refund will happen in 3 to 7 business days.

After i wrote several emails to my rm, for which he will reply immediately saying he will get back and also need more time. It has been 4 weeks now.
They have an escalation mechanism which is useless. I wrote to [protected]@nobroker.in but no response.

I wonder whether anyone who used "super money back plan" ever got money back. This is a very unprofessional company.

The worst experience ever. We had opted for shifting with nobroker packers and movers services but ended up in mess.
The appointment was booked in advance for 6 pm on saturday but noone shiwn any courtesy to get back to us even post 8pm. Nobody answered the call on cargo side and even the custemer care executive did not help on the issue.
Worstthing was they even dint bother to offer new confirmed timing for the shifting booked even thought the slot was booked withthe advace amount paid online.
Don't ever go fir nobroker. They just cyt your calls when you try to reach them out for assistance as if they have many more costimers to take care of.

Their relationship manager sowmya was in touch with me for initial couple of days and then she disappeared. There was no way to call her back. Promised call-backs never happened. Finally even the "relationship manager" field on the app or website does not list anyone for my account anymore. So it is as if i paid around 3500/- for nothing. I got zero leads from nobroker. No follow ups or communications, not even call backs. One of their managers mr. Praveen said he would look into the case and check for a refund. It has been 10 days and there is no word from him. Clearly indicating money cheating and fraud.
