This is in regards to the one of the subscription plans that claims to give 100 percent money back.
Dont get fooled like me and get the refund plan, kindly check the t&c carefully.
If you are unlucky like me where the proposed plan given to rm was something else and you moved into some other place with different set of plans and requirement.
In my case the proposed plan was upto 15k given to the rm, but also note that i had already told my rm to increase the radius of search and budget of rent if required as i was in desperation to move into the new place.
The leads were not thoroughly checked by rm and were just sent to me without any verification done.
It was waste of time and money for me which let me search the place on my own and i was able to finalize within 2 days of search.
After contacting my rm about the property that i found, i was asked to submit my rental agreement, which stated 16 k as the rent for which the rm and other managers took it as a point to reject the refund claim.
As a customer you would feel that its not fair as the needs were not taken into consideration.
Also they claim that their highest revenue comes from subscription plans.
So be careful on spending the amount on subscription plan.
I need a refund for the plan that i had taken.
As a customer i feel that im cheated with the t&c that were stated and were not clearly explained.

    Date of incident - 15th november 2018.
    I had taken one of the no-broker plans which claims 100% refund if one finds the property on their own.
    The catch here is the t&c which is not clearly highlighted or brought to notice. This is how they are tricking the customer and also nobroker claims its top revenue source is subscription services, by tricking the customers with catchy words like 100% refund plans.
    So my dilemma was that i desperately wanted to move in within 15 days. I had no choice but to fall prey for this 100% refund plan.
    T&c were not clearly stated or highlighted on their tenant plans page. If you are like me you would definitely think of going with 100% refund plan as there is no loss.
    After subscribing to this plan, i was assigned a relationship manager. His/her role was to get the requirement and shortlist and send the notifications to the customer about the property.
    Also one key thing to note here is that your relationship manager is not full time assigned to you, which you would expect. He/she will be handling multiple clients in a day. So getting leads asap is something which you cannot expect.
    I was unlucky enough to get leads which i had already searched which wasted my time and also didn't do a good background verification about the property by asking if it was for bachelors / family. Because most of the times the property mentioned in no-broker specify wrong preferred tenants.
    For example if s property mentions that its preferred tenant is bachelor but when contacted they deny any bachelors, which is very frustrating as you might end up visiting the property for no good.
    So this is something your relationship manager doesn't verify first before sending you the leads.
    My desperation was at peak and in less time i wanted to move into the new place, and if you are getting leads without prior verification made me search the property on my own.
    Also i mentioned to my relationship manager to increase the rent bracket to get better properties, which i feel was not taken on a serious note.
    I managed to find the property on my own and finalize it. But the property that i found was 2 k more than the rent bracket that i had specified.
    My relationship manager was not sending me any leads even after i mentioned that its ok to go beyond my budget.
    So now that i had the apartment of my choice which i found on my own, i needed the refund from no-broker.
    P. S - i was unaware about the t&c at this moment.
    I happily send the mail to my relationship manager that i found the place of my own and would like the refund to be processed asap.
    There was a sudden change in behavior that i noticed and the tone was not the same which i felt instantly.
    Relationship manager ignored my mail for more than a week. After when replying back on the email, i get a reply back saying that i need to send my rental agreement.
    This is again no where highlighted as the process for refund which i feel it is just to buy time.
    Even after submitting the rental agreement to my relationship manager, verification process itself took 2-3 weeks more.
    This is how slow the process is for a customer when the refund is asked.
    There was no follow up email received from no-broker or notifications of any sort.
    So after more than a month of follow up, no-broker back-end team contacts me to tell that my refund claim is been rejected as the amount proposed was beyond the rent bracket stated in the requirement for no-broker.
    The verbal communication was not brought into consideration that i had with the relationship manager for increasing the rent bracket / area radius.
    My point here is where is the t&c of a customer taken into account.??
    When a customer is in a desperate need to move into the new place, why is relationship manager turning deaf ear to customer terms.??
    I would need the refund from no-broker as i feel as a customer i'm been cheated and my terms were not heard or given priority.

      I have registered for on line rental agreement on nobroker site on 7th jan. 2019. Paid rs. 3200.00 online on 8th jan.2019.
      Nobroker confirmed me appointment for biometric registration on 13/01/2019 at 12:00 noon. As asked by nobroker i have called tenant, and all the required witnesses as per scheduled time. On 13th jan. 11:50am they cancelled the appointment saying govt. Site not available. This has caused wastage of time & money to all the stakeholders. Later nobroker rescheduled the appointment on 15th jan. But again didn't turned up giving same reason, site not working, also promised me that they will initiate immediately when the site is up. I have personally checked site is working since 16th jan. I have also communicated them urgency of registration. There is no feedback from nobroker
      I have also requested them to refund my money rs. 3200 for rental agreement + police verification rs. 2000 paid online, so that i will go offline & complete the process. There is no response on that still. Due to this i have also lost one month rent and my financial loss is rs. 14000/- nobroker must immediately refund me all the online money that i have paid plus they must also recover loss of rent as mentioned above

        Hi team,

        This is in regards a rental agreement which was made by nobroker.

        As per the documents, the name is different and the printed name came as different.

        When i tried to reach the helpline number, it is no longer getting connected with an agent also when it got connected, agent advised for a call back after 30 mins which is never happened.

        According to nobroker people, filled form is more important than govt id proof.

        Why there is no contact made still when multiple mails were sent, why there is no initiative taken to change the name?

        As per the documents name should be somnath misra not mishra.

          Hi deepshikha & nobroker team,

          To start with, i would like to let you know that i have finalized a property via a broker.

          I am writing to inform about the same, and put up a request for refund of the fee charged by nobroker for the relaxed plan. The reason is very evident but still to be clear, i dont think you had the inventory to match my requirements and i feel cheated, the marketing guy made a false promise "we only onboard client when we realise there is inventory as per your requirement" and once signed up, here we are ~15 days later, only 7 contacted, 1 visited, and none matching my requirement even after flexing my requirement, increasing the preferred locations. Don't forget that too i browsed and shortlisted.

          Secondly, a very important feedback that led to me wasting multiple days (Including a full sunday) visiting properties which were not even approachable forget about security and parking requirement. I strongly feel you dont have proper auditing of the data owners are sharing with you for the property and that is leading to wasting time of probable tenants. This completely negates your promise to "shortlist without visit - extensive information makes it easy" and no point having a rm if i need to spend so much time to even shortlist a property.

          Since, the services have been unused with no fault from my end, rather being so much flexible with requirements, i think it is more than fair to demand a refund, and being compensated for wasting my time, energy & money and putting me in so much hassle.

            Last one i am struggling for canceling the order#[protected] and refund the process. I called the benglore team 10-12 times to cancel subjected order and refund the money as early as possible, but i am getting very poor response. Every time they are saying, they will arrange the call back, but still havent received any call.

            Very poor response.

              I had requested for a rental agreement with advance payment around 17th nov 18. On 5th dec 18 i raised a request for biometrics appointment to be scheduled on 8th dec 18 based on the availability of both the parties and witnesses for which i never got any confirmation from no broker. I had to constantly chase them for 2 two days. Finally on 7th dec they still tell me that they will give a confirmation by 8th dec morning, when i insisted on the appointment to be executed i was informed by relationship manager that the site is down not staying clearly when it will be up and running including both no broker operational site or government site where the agreement needs to be uploaded.
              Finally an executive reaches for the biometrics at 10:30 and till 12:30 he is only uploading our details which was given by me to no broker 15 days prior with full payment.
              Inspite of this struggle we were not able to complete the procedure and the excuse was the "site is down".
              We are extremely disappointed with the service as there is no definite communication for further procedure. We have to followup and considering we have already paid the money there is very little we could do but just wait.
              I am looking forward for the concerned team to process my rental agreement as early as possible.

                I had spoken to Shoaib Ahmad A, Ritesh, Chetan and Archana from the Nobroker rental agreement team and told them clearly that I wanted the rental agreement to be printed on a regular stamp paper and not an e-stamp paper as the landlord was very specific. They said that the same would be done and made be pay for Rs.1400 for each agreement. When I received the agreement It was printed on an e-stamp paper. I have called and let me know of this and was told that I will get a call with what can be done but nothing as of now. If this was a service that you do not provide then you should just have let me know rather than making me pay for something that is not going to be of any use.

                Also you have made me pay 1400 for a 100 rs vale e-stamp paper? Isnt that an incorrect amount. I was told that it would be done on a 200 Rs stamp paper?

                when the payment for the service was concerned, they would call me every single day multiple times but now when its time for them to rectify their mistake, no one wants to take a step

                When trying to contact the packer and movers team, there is no answer from them.
                Called customer care they told the server is down so wont be able to give any information.

                Please look in to it and let me know the updated information.

                    There used to be calls 3-4 times a day asking me to purchase one of the no broker services that helps create Rental agreements hassle free. Before i made the payment, i asked them to confirm time and again regarding the time that it takes for the process to complete and I was assured that it takes less than 5 days and since i need it urgently, they can get it done within 3 days. AFter iu made the payment, they asked me to send various details and suddenly, for two whole days there was absolute silence. After chasing them and demanding a call back from them repeatedly, the rental agreement team called me back and told me they were sorry and such sort o[censored]nprofessional almost unethical after sales care wont be doled out to me again. But they are a lousy company and with their extremely pathetic service, they have done it yet again. I was promised that the agreement will be delivered to me by tuesday 13th Nov 2018, but since morning I have been trying to reach them over chat, mails and calls and there has been absolute silence. I warned them that i would take help of consumer forum yet they are so hard of hearing that they didnt even bother to reply. Seems like they have run away with my money.

                    I escalated to CEO level and they appointed a senior manager to personally deal with the situation. He called me, understood the problem statement, analysed the lapses, apologized and fastracked the delivery process and I got the RA delivered to me

                      I had enrolled for super money back plan, i got a tenant through different source (Not no broker). As per plan agreement i should get the complete refund of my amout. It's been a month now and i have still not got refund in my account. When i checked with rm he says its in process. Does it take more than a month to get my own money? Or is this a fraud co.

                        I had subscriber for a relax plan on the 27th sept and for today its 1 month and i see no proper response from the rm (Vishwa / thomas) also the supervisor mr. Habib

                        Commitments of the plan

                        A. I would be relaxed – my relationship manager never bother to call me in the last 14 days last call on the 27th oct after 14days of absence after my escalation – nor shared any leads or gave me a call to atleast assure me the work is in progress – even prior to this i have not had calls for a 3-5 days prior to the 14 days

                        B. The rm is a city level expert – i had clearly communicated that i would need a house close to mekri circle – sanjaynagar – sadashivnagar – rt naagr – ganga nagar – benson town – frazer town etc – i have been shared 2 location in lottegollhalli close to the ring road & almost 8 - 10kms from mekri circle – i need to applaud his expertise or i wonder he thinks i am a fool

                        C. Rm’s negotiation skills – my budget was 30000/- negotiation would mean – a property which is 35000/- to be negotiated close to 30000/- but i have been shared properties of 17000/- 18000/-20000/- - so where is the negotiation skills – and 30000/- was basis the quality i need

                        D. 50 houses to visit – i have been shared 12 location in the last 30 days where i had told them i need a house by the 31st – how can the rm expect me to like the once he has forcefully shared and don’t even match my expectation – one of the houses didn’t even have a car parking – and he was to fix an appointment but i had to call and fix the appointment

                        E. Constant updates – the rm has failed to give me updates – i was initially told my rm was changed to thomas and i was not even aware and suddenly vishwa was my rm again

                        F. Calls – i have been told my phone is always not reachable – i am surprised how – i can share my call records and lets match it with your records – more over the rm calls up after 7 and when i call back the response is i have called after office hours so please wait for tomorrow – more over the supervisor was to get back to me yesterday i was put on hold for 10+ min and i disconnected leaving a message hoping a call back but no response as usual - & takes 24hours to arrange a call when its priority

                        The above points clearly show unprofessional attitude to a customer who has paid for service and the team behave like i am a dust bin and they can throw what ever they want and they expect me to like it

                        I hope you will have call records and i too have made records where the rm & the supervisor have accepted their mistakes – but do not want to refund – this is a clear case of theft / cheating where you have not kept your promises, but you still do not want to refund..

                        I have been told the money will not be refunded but i can transfer it t someone else who needs the service – why will i even recommend to someone else when i am not happy?

                          I shifted to new place 10 days back and hire packers and movers through nobroker. Now yesterday when i finally unpacked some last cartons i found that all of my pooja utensils and large serving crockeries are missing. I searched everyplace but didnot find it. The 4 men plus one driver who came they stole my stuffs. Nobroker r u sending thrives. Local packets and movers are far far better than you. I need very strict action against the thieves.

                            While searching for properties, received multiple calls to subscribe the relax plan for rs.2999.
                            The relationship manager assigned maintained the formal talk on a daily basis like a automated machine saying "i had a few leads, but they are not meeting the requirements" i will let you know on new properties.

                            He comes back with the old ones after few days (Which i already explore on the app) and say the same.

                            The postings are alos nor verified if it is 2bhk or a 3 bhk and the rm schedules a so called appointment blindly without confirming the details.

                            Total waste of money and time as well as i had to spend more time co ordinating with the rm and the owners as well myself.
                            I demand a full refund and compensation for the degraded services offered against what was falsely marketed.

                            The rm rahul has not called since last monday.

                              I paid around rs 8000/ and opted for a plan to let my house. A relationship manger by name swati was assigned since mid june when i paid.

                              After 3 months, no tenant could be found and i told her to close my account and refund as per contract terms.

                              Its 45 days since the date was over. Despite followups and promises by them, the money has not been refunded yet.

                                Created my account with no broker more than a year ago. At that time i faced issues with the payment and they said you were facing a system issue because of which you guys will be refunding me the money back in few days. I accepted it. The second time i tried the site, the same issue happened. I still accepted. Now, yesterday i received a call from one of their representatives, stating that there is no issue in your systems and that i c an now make the payment and i will receive all the details immediately, i made the payment today morning and i got a confirmation on sms and e mail about it. I checked for property details on the site and i received a notification saying that every number i have requested for will be sent to my email and mobile, 45 minutes passed and i called the customer service, a male rep spoke to me and told me he has escalated the matter and that i will receive the details within an hour on the contact number registered and he read out my number. After one hour i called again, and another female rep tells me that i cant get the details because my account is not activated and that the money will be refunded to me. I spoke to the manager aman who is absolutely useless. He too couldnt help.
                                How can they call customers and ask them to make payments when their acccount is not activated?
                                Why has my account not been activated for more than a year?
                                If my account was not activated, how did the otheer rep read out my number and details?
                                If my account was not activated, why would the site show that the details are being forwarded to my number and email? And note - the number and email id mentioned were mine and correct.

                                  It has been more than 2 months since the deposit of security money made by me for biometric machine reallocation. During this period nobroker has neither refunded my deposit, not responded to my mails or calls.
                                  To date, I have not heard anything from the rental agreement team regarding the return of the deposit money.
                                  My deposit money amount was Rs. 7500. I am staying out of India, so it has become an headache for me to call them at Indian IST and beg for my money. And in addition to this whenever I try to call them they always promise me that they will give me a call back in an hour or two, but they never call me back or neither they drop any mail.
                                  I am really fed up with their service.

                                    I have paid rs.19, 468.82 on 25th march, 2018 to the company for sale of house property at k r gardens, murugeshpalya bangalore, under money back scheme.

                                    The offer price was rs.1.60 crore, negotiable.
                                    I did not receive any inquiries from the company's side.
                                    Finally i had to sell the property for rs.1.38 crore, based on the responses received from other brokers..
                                    As per their terms i should get refund of about rs.15000/=

                                    As suggested by them i have submitted the sale deed copy to the company and requested for
                                    Refund of the the amount. Now, i was informed by them that their team has declined to
                                    Refund the amount, giving a different interpretation that i have sold the property for a lower price.
                                    There is absolutely no logic in declining my request for refund, giving such reasons.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am ruma subramanian residing in mumbai. I had made a payment to nobroker.com on 30th aug 2018 towards a rental agreement that they were supposed to provide to me. It has been almost a month and i have still not received the rental agreement from nobroker.com

                                      I have been following up with them on calls but still no solution.

                                      Please help or kindly suggest how to get this resolved quickly.
