I have given advertaisement in no broker for my flat c-302, urban ville, velachery main road, chennai-600042 and paid premium of rs 7300 but nobroker could not arrange tenanantgowtham. I had subsequently got a tenant through other agency suleka. I requested for return of my premium paid as nobroker claimed that it will be returned if they could not find a suitable client. I had sent the rental agreement and asked for refund but now they refusing to refund the amount as it is not matching the amount written. Please note that i have ticked the column for negotiable. Hence, i am eligible for refund of premium amount paid.

On 25th april i have paid for basic plan of amount rs.1178 including tax, however plan did not got active, i received a call from kavita of no broker.com and sent me a link via mail to retry payment and she promised that the older transaction will be refunded. I trusted her and paid again. Till date i have not got any refund of the transaction, there is no proper response from them.

I have booked my packing and moving service for may 1st i even made the minimum amount payment too 5 days before they said they will provide lots of services like call reminder and all now they are not even responding properly tomorrow morning i need to shift but still they have not provided me the slot if i ask for the refund or connect me to the concerned department they are responding arrogantly

2 weeks before me and my husband were looking for a rented house in Bangalore and to be specific near tin factory and mahadevpura locations. We contacted no broker and first thing they did is they manipulated us to go for a higher plan so that they can cheat with more money and we fell in their net and took a plan of 3000+ and in that plan they were supposed to give us 50 contacts so they started sending random contacts which were not even matching our requirements and said 10 contacts are completed on the day 1. Later after telling them to send the relevant contacts, they stopped responding. Last week we changed our plans and due to some personal reasons we are moving out of city so we asked them to refund the amount but they are denying it saying it is not refundable but one of their executive did promise us the complete refund if we don't use their services. Please help us in getting the refund as soon as possible.

One of the worst service that i have ever received for shifting goods is this nobrokers. Nobroker is nothing but a broker. There is no coordination between the nobroker team. No broker says, we give you dedicated manager but no sense of ownership, false commitments.

Atleast when a broker charges you money, they deliver but nobroker charges you money and then don’t deliver the service.

Let me walk you through the experience i made a booking on phone. The agent was nazima. She committed to give tata 407 with 3 labour for rs 3000 rs (Each labour costing 500 rs). I clearly explained to her that i just want 1 round as i have limited time. I made the booking for 2pm april 27th 2019. Surprisingly or i should say intentionally, no broker’s vendor call me at 1:00 pm, that we don’t have tata 407. We only have tata ace. I had clearly stated my requirement as i had limited time. I called my dedicated nobroker manager from movers team (Iqbal) and i told him that i package should get reduced as you are sending smaller vehicle. He said we cant do. We will shift the items in 2 rounds. I told them that societies dont allow movement after 5 pm that is why i wanted 1 round but to my disappointment they don’t really care.

I made a booking for 2 pm, the vendor came at 2:45 because there was no coordination between nobroker team (Iqbal) and vendor (Lot trucks) as mentioned earlier i paid 500 rs each for 3 labour but at 2:45 when the vendor came, they brought only 2 labour. I called up lot trucks and said that i will pay only for 2 labour, to which they said you have to pay the whole amount otherwise we will cancel the job. So understand my situation. All my items are packed and nobroker and lot trucks (Apparent vendor of nobroker) are refusing to give the service for which i am paying and taking advantage of the situation and looting me of excess money and not delivering the committed service as well.

I tried reaching nobroker but iqbal was very conveniently unavailable to answer the call. With no option left i had to agree to their demands and start the work. It took 2 rounds in that small truck and still my items were not shifted completely and it was 5 pm already so i had no option left but to do the remaining shifting on my own. Around 4:30 pm, iqbal calls me and i explain to him the situation of 2 labour, to which he says he will check and call me back and that was the last time i heard back from him. He never called me back and i had to pay 2500 rs to the vendor.

Key-points to summarise.

What i opted : plan of rs 3000 for tata 407 with 3 labour = (Each labour costing 500 rs)

What i received “ tata ace with 2 labour but still had to pay total 3000 rs

No commitment for nobroker

No coordination

No ownership

Nobroker is just another broker

Fake promises of service

I have booked a slot for movement of goods using nobroker. So i have approached nobroker to get good service. But still i have not recieved complete goods and few are like damaged state. So body is caring about this and not responding as well. I fed with mails i have sent so many emails as well as calls also. But i have received any response from anyone. So please take care this and get it resolved asap. Thanks

I had unfortunately chosen nobroker for shifting my items from mumbai to chennai. They had informed that the vendor would be having insurance and unfortunately i had missed to take a look at the vendors insurance papers. Now vendor is telling me he has no insurance and i will not be able to get claim for my tv. Request you to please stay away from these fellows as they are a very fraudulent company with a small team of employees.

I have paid for money back guarantee services of no broker.

I had quoted a rent of 43k and deposit of 2lakh.. Later since there were no leads i reduced to rent to 40k.
There was no closure of any leads from no broker (Rm-ibrahim)

Finally a local agent closed the deal ay 45k rent and since i was getting higher rent they negotiated the deposit to 1.5 lakh.

When i submitted the aggrement copy the rm said the refund has been processed. But after 2 weeks i could not see the credit and now rm is denying the refund quoting the deposit amount is not matching.

Can you please escalate this as i was never given a better or matching offer by no broker.

Also the sales guys who convinced me for this offer is not responding to the calls.

I subscribed to nobroker relax plan thinking that i would get some help and assistance in finding appropriate rental property.

Right from the time i paid money till day which is the third days of the service, i am the person who is doing all follow up and calling the relationship manager and making all the inquiries. The rm only makes false promises and does not provide any details. Name of the rm is mr thomas. I also spoke to customer case support (Ms neha and ms shalini) and they were not ready to pass me th number of the authority where i can complaint the same.

I already feel cheated. I want refund of my money. I don;t need their service anymore as i figured out that they are of no help here.

Since morning i am trying call to customer care number and but it is not correct as i can hear.
I mailed to [protected]@nobroker.in but no one is replying from there.

Fake people, fake promises.
People please dont fall in the trap of nobroker promises.
The have the tieup with probably the worst movers and packers.
They say they have assign and dedicated person from nobroker team, but all this is just to get the business.
Leave everything aside the people they sent for shifting were so damn ill-mannered, if i had time and energy i should have done police complaint against them, which apparently my society people were forcing me to do.

We regret choosing them to relocate our household goods .
As usual, they promise you excellent service but get nothing of that sort.
The so-called executives simply ignore your calls once you have made your payment and you are left begging for info on your stuff.

We moved to Bangalore from Mumbai( Palav city) on 30th November 2018 and the truck arrived as promised.
But the nightmare began when we saw only 2 workers to unload an entire household's stuff.

We had paid extra for unpacking but by 5 am we were dead and let the two labourers go and did the unpacking ourselves over several days.

The executives(particularly one Ramlal [protected]) simply doesnt pick up our calls nor does he call back anymore.
He is the most unprofessional person I have met.And he blocked our numbers

PS: Fridge got damage, Wardrobe mirror is broken, a couple of doormats, one plastic dabba and even blankets are missing!

Even we tried contacted No Broker people but we didnt get any help from them

I have booked a house shifting slot with nobroker packers and movers and they have confirmed me a slot 31/03/2019 (1 pm).

I have paid the initial token amount and their relationship manager called me and confirmed about the slot and shifting date.

On the day of shifting they have not come and not informed me that they are not coming.

This is not a company at all, these are small team of 4-5 people i guess who do this as a part time and some how managing the things.
Worst experience with my shifting from mumbai to pune, highly unskilled, unprofessional people.
No broker is only available before you book any thing, once booked then after that they are not reachable, out of coverage area...
Sincere request from my bottom of my heart you will regreat afterwards... Do not avail any any service.

I booked a packers and movers services from no broker on 30th mar'19 and was was completely disappointed. It was the worst service i ever received online on any platform. Special mention to mr akashdeep, siddharth and mohammed who are the worst customer executive i have seen. I booked tata 407 for 10.30am, i didn't get any call from driver and customer service said they don't have vehicle. Why do you accept booking if you can't honour the service? If there is problem why can't you inform customer about it and refund the advance? After repeatedly calling for 3hours they sent a tata ace (Small vehicle) and charged me the rate of tata 407 (Big vehicle) and that to at 2.30pm. It's a scam and you don't have courtesy to apologise for it, rather you block customers. If you have little bit of work ethics and want to keep your reputation intact, you need to improve the service, hire right people and deliver customer satisfaction. I will like to get the refund of entire amount, given the harrasement i have gone through that day for 5hours.

I took 2 bhk combo light on rent from no broker, my order no. Is 1153. After placing the order and all the payments were done. They said they can't provide all the products because 2 modular almirah are listed on website by mistake so we are going to provide other products but not the almirah so if you want to have almirah you have to pay for that separately. After that i took the delivery of the products but the washing machine was not working...

Worst experience, shifted from ghaziabad to mumbai, nobroker connected me to made easy cargo movers and packers. I booked morning slot for movement, but the packing was completed at 12 in the night. The packers were highly unskilled, had to give instructions throughout.
Once consignment reached mumbai, i received intimation from truck driver that goods will be delivered but no unpacking (As much included in plan) will be possible as he has to quickly go for next delivery. When i insisted about unpacking to which i am entitled as per plan, he abruptly disconnected the phone. I spoke to made easy guy, who said he will speak to the truck driver. Three days passed in between before consignment was finally delivered. I called nobroker several times in these 3 day, as you can imagine, but every time new person attended the call, and i had to tell entire story right from the beginning. Each time response was completely of no help at all. Nobroker doesn't track the consignment during movement, and therefore the are completely clueless about the status at al times. As a matter of fact, they sent movement completion email before it actually got completed and asked for feedback. They claim to assign one movement supervisor to monitor the movement from whom we can get help and status anytime during movement, but that guy was never approchable during entire movement.

Worst team, with no importance given to customer after they have taken the money. Don't put your high value goods at risk with their highly unprofessional vendor partners.

Team no broker,

Worst service provider, least bothered about customer, once order is placed there job is done.
Team does not take any accountability for after sales service.
You will break your head but body will bother to reply you back.
3rd class sevice provider who does not have any solution and does not want to update to the customer.
2 standard answers are ready with them, we will ask concer person to call you back and we apologize for inconvenience...

I had taken the freedom plan for a requirement for commercial property in bangalore.

This payment of 1178 rupees was an absolute waste of time, money and energy.

How can you'll not check the advertisements posted on the website?
Is there absolutely no value for you customers time?

This was by far my worst experience with nobroker.

None of the properties listed are exactly in the same place as listed.

This address is completely incorrect, the owner says his property is in whitefield and the address is stated as adugodi.

This property does not reflect the rent of the area, it is absolutely overpriced.

This is absolutely fraudulent services from nobroker, i have called 3 times but no response has come in.

I have been assisted by one of their representatives and told me to pay for 1178 rs. As per their plan i will get 25 contacts detail of the owner. But after taking the plan hardly 10 numbers i have got which some of never pick the call or property which i am looking for not matching. And now my preferred search i am not able to do on their portal. Any leads to refund my money because i found it very useless.
