Hello team,

I am being continuously harassed by no broker packages and movers. I have booked them for the service of packaging and moving and while booking i had mentioned that i have my four door sliding almirah that needs carpenter service to get it dismantled and during transfer day no service of carpenter were provided and hence we had to leave it over there only. And now they are asking for extra payment. Can some one look into this.

    I don’t know what to say, i don’t think harish you understood our requirement even after multiple calls and reiterating again and again. Still you are sharing all the properties which are out of scope, don’t know which language will you understand. I haven’t got even a single property that i can happily visit, just wasting my time here i think, why you guys give false hopes before purchasing the plan, your customer care agents told us that an area expert will be assigned to you, however as soon as i did the payment automatically you assigned this person as my relationship manager without even knowing my location interest, it’s just the business for you guys to play with customers emotions, i clearly asked that i wanted to shift on 2nd sep, tell me if it is possible for you guys to help me close then only i will go for the plan, and your agents promised that don’t worry every thing will be taken care of, and now it’s the worst service ever i have seen in my life, it’s fraud actually. I clearly mentioned that i am not seeing much properties in my free plan, will you guys be able to get the properties in that location, what answer i got from your agent is that ‘sir you can see only limited properties with free plan, purchase out plan and you will be able to see hidden properties as well’... #!!
    Sorry for using the language, but you guys somehow made me use this, seriously angry at the moment, don’t know now what to do, it’s only 2-3 days left in this apartment, and your manager don’t even know our requirement. Pathetic services. I know how to use social media as a weapon, i will make sure that people know about the reality of nobroker.

      I, [protected]@gmail.com, have taken the relax plan on 20th August 2019 morning from Nobroker (site) app and I was assigned a relationship manager. But I didn't get any leads from NoBroker end for the requirement that I have shared with relationship manager. Relationship manager said that he shared me 21 leads which is totally wrong and this is accepted by Nobroker executives themselves. When checked with relationship manager today, he said that he will not show me the properties. Instead, I should select a property from your site and let him know. Then he will negotiate on my behalf. One thing- I can negotiate for myself and why will I need to pay you guys such a huge amount for negotiation. And I already informed that I need a property immediately. Its been two days already without any help from your end. When I complained about the same with your customer care next day (21st August 2019) around 12 noon, they said a new relationship manager will be assigned within 4hours and asked to give a last chance to help me out. Till 4-5pm that day, I didn't get any call either from any relationship manager or any customer care executive and when I called the customer care around 4-5PM they said server is down and asked me to call after 1hour. I called customer care after 6pm same day and they are saying same thing that a new relationship manager will be assigned. I became sick of all these and asked the customer care executive to raise a complaint with the above issues that i have mentioned and asked for a refund. He informed that he had raised a complaint with the above details of issues/concerns and asked me to drop a mail also for the same and for which Iam doing now. So based on the above issues from Nobroker end and concerns from my end, I am totally dissatisfied as the services promised by Nobroker were not provided to me and don't want to continue with Nobroker in search of a property for me. Hence asked for a refund of money as you (Nobroker) failed to provide me the promised services after giving two chances I got an update from Floor supervisor of the Nobroker, Mr. David today (28th August 2019) that the refund request is rejected. I understand that I took the non- refundable plan. The non-refund should happen when the services are provided by NoBroker but I did not get the services promised by Nobroker site as mentioned in the site. This implies that they are giving false promises and collecting money from consumers They were given two chances but still Nobroker failed to provide me the services you have promised. So requested refund my money back Your response and cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

        I have taken Moneyback Plan( invoice id :[protected], and provided my requirement to them. As per plan if I get home other then NOBROKER, then refund will be processed.
        I have given my requirement to them will rent amount, deposit and area location. I have said I want to live in Gujarati community areas, stating from MALAD EAST, When I found home in Kandivali which is next to Malad. Then they refusing to process claim as area is not matched.
        More over They did not provide me any valuable service to me, even they changed two times relationship manager and refusing to send mail for rejection. Specialty of NOBROKER is except payment everything is on call.

          I bought nobroker money back plan to rent my 3 bed room in sector-31 gurgaon. Their rm samiran and kanchan highly unprofessionals. They are not able to get single interest of tenants in 15 days. Worst service of nobroker, on top of that their management also do not want to take any action. I lodge 5-6 escalations and complaints but all waste.
          Noone shoudl buy anything from nobroker they are real cheater and fraud, their free service its still attracting some interest.

            I took the plan for renting my house out and paid around 12000 for the complete service, nobroker has assigned a rm and a field rm, company rm mr umesh ladi was not able to find even a single family to see my flat in 15 days so incompetent in his work, and after my flat rented out by some other means, now they are refusing to refund the money.
            Such a waste of time and money, when you have only 21% customer satisfaction percent... U r no better then a below average company cheating on people.
            Such a waste. Please be aware, don't take any service from these hopeless guys.

              I have opted the services of nobroker for finding an apartment in kknagar, chennai last month. So far i have been shown only 5 old houses and claiming that they will be able to continue the service as the plan is expiring. I was told that the flexi plan money will be returned in case they were not able to find a suitable apartment. I am expecting nobroker to stick to their agreement and return the refund. I spoke to the rm and his manager but of no use. I am planning to reach out to the consumer court to get the refund.

                I have opted the services of nobroker for finding a rental apartment in kknagar, chennai by paying via their flexi plan rs. 6000 with the condition that the amount of 5000 (Excl. Gst) will be returned in case they were unable to find a suitable apartment with in 45 days. The assigned rm was most of the time on leave or not available. He has showed only 5 very old houses and now claiming that they cannot refund the amount. I want the money back as per their original promise.

                  We took a relax plan from no broker which involved searching shortlisting and scheduling of properties + negotiations with the owners along with finalisation of and agreement.in the sales call i was told lots of properties available as per my specifications, i had specifically asked about what would happen if our rm isn't working, and i was assured that we can request for rm change.

                  Our experience
                  After our rm got assigned, and took requirements, he hardly shortlisted properties, so i shortlisted 25 properties and shared with him for scheduling. He arranged one meeting and for the rest he said no one is picking up his calls... Despite constant follow up from our side, he wasn't able to schedule so i scheduled with the owners.

                  When it was negotiation time, he again told us that none of the three property owners were contactable. Finally when he was able to contact, he realized for the first time that deposit is not 3 months but 10 months, till then he had assured us that deposit will be 3 months! He wasn't able to negotiate with the owners, and told us to speak to them. We told him to find additional properties in the meantime so that we have backups, however nada.

                  We finally found visited and negotiated a 4 month deposit with an owner.

                  So i paid for a service and it wasn't provided, i requested for an rm change multiple times and it never happened, i requested for customer support call back and it never happened.

                  Now i am requesting for a refund in lieu of service not provided. But as per policy they cannot refund the amount.

                  Please tell me what is the policy in your organisation for service not provided to customer who has paid for that service?

                    Plan description according to nobroker :-
                    1. Personal relationship manager (Rm) will be assigned.
                    2. He will take our requirements of ideal home and give us suggestions.
                    3. He will personally call the owners and schedule property visits on behalf of me.
                    4. Customer is no more required to spend time calling and discussing with numerous house owners. The assigned rm will do the same.

                    What exactly happened :-
                    1. Rm is assigned as expected.
                    2. Rm took my requirements clearly - but he started sharing irrelevant properties. Then i myself shortlisted properties and asked rm to schedule a meeting for them (So, customer needs to go through all the property listings on the site, even if he opts for relax plan)

                    3. Rm booked appointment for the 6 shortlisted properties.
                    So i thought, as promised, i no need to waste my time calling all owners, because rm did it and scheduled appointments behalf of me. I traveled 20 kms to visit homes as per scheduled appointments but, out of 6 owners, 3 of them were not available due to some reasons and asked me to visit later. 1 number is switched off. So, what exactly did rm do for me? I was like a dog in the middle of the road calling all the owners one by one.

                    In short, rm neither suggested me any good properties according to my needs nor he scheduled proper meeting with owners. I dont know for what reason i paid 3500 rs. Please refund the same and stop looting customers.

                      I booked a movers and packers on 10th july. I was never informed, about who to pay the insurance amount when i booked my movers and packer by your executive abhilash. I have paid the full amount of the deal including insurance and still didn't received any papers for the same. Now when my stuff has arrived. One of the chair in the dining set is missing and multiple damages done to my furniture. I am unable to claim the money. And your executive abhilash and his supervisor syed umraz dosen't bother to help me at all. They don't bother to even call for a follow up. Your team has no professionalism. And they make sure all your customer has terrible customer experience. No sense of responsibility, when you are dealing with such precious goods of your customer. I want a refund for the insurance amount want my chair back in the next 48 hours. Otherwise i am going to the consumer forum for sure.

                        26 of july 2019 after speaking to your executive debjeet i transfered the amount of 8846 rs. Towards my flat in hsr layout. After payment mr debjeet said my property will be activated in some time after a long wait till evening i recived a call from one girl and mr allem / sheriff they said we cannot provide you the service in this area as it disent come under limit and for that we need to pay extra amount of 14000 some change which i denied and asked for refund.. I spoke to sumitra and she said she has already intiated our refund and same she sent a mail stating refund the amount. Now your people are calling and saying property is live and they can provide me the buyers which im not ready and looking for the refund as already 5 days over and still waiting for the im very serious on this note if i will not get the refund till tomorrow i will lodge a complaint in police as well as consumer court.. Again im saying im waiting for the refund..

                          Don't ever bother to book a packers and movers with these guys who claim to be the best. They just try to work with the local packer and in most of the cases it just doesn't work up cost wise to the local vendor. End result bad service.

                          I paid 15% payment and booked them for shifting my house on 28th june, and after waiting all day no body showed up nor any on answered my calls. After multiple attempts i manage to get hold of someone who had no idea that i had a booking and managed to set one up for the next day that is 29th june. Late in the afternoon the local vendor arrives at the door step and tells me they can not do the movement.
                          By them my frustration levels were going off the roof and i had to shift that day no matter what. And nothing was done, no calls from nobroker until the end of the day.
                          At that point i started making called for few local packers/movers and made arrangements to come have a look at the stuff and give me a quotation and we agreed on a price and it was all done.

                          And now after 4 weeks nobroker is yet to refund the money that was paid as advance. I am definitely going to be reporting this bad business practice to the consumer court so that more people are not cheated like i am.

                          I want to complaint as to on the no broker website we sold our property through the agent we got on the website itself and now he is demanding brokerage and harassing us. His name is Azeem sheikh please report. We already gave him 20k just because he was not listening to us. Please help us.

                            We took the money back plan 2 weeks ago still there is not a single lead. Every time we have to call up RM Sreema for an update. They make big promises but as soon as you enrol they disappear. I was told by the sales team that they have 15 prospect clients but in these 2 weeks none have been contacted or at least I haven’t had an update. Really poor customer service. Highly disappointed. Please do not fall in their trap

                            we had booked packers n movers from no broker in dec 2021.. we had to shift our household article from Bangalore to Lucknow.. till date we have not received all the articles after 5 months.. even after several follow up no one is responding.. we only know how we r managing so many months without clothes kitchen items n other important articles..it seems they r not ready to deliver it...never trust them... they r fraud.. will not address any o[censored]r complaints..everytime i get anew ticket no...whole of my household items r with them...i just want everyone to know that they r not trust worthy...

                              3 months money back plan is fraud - cheated us of 15k

                              I had requested for a relocation request from No Broker.com on June 25th and had paid the advance amount of Rs 1425. The relocation was confirmed to be done on 30th June over the email . This never happened even after continuous followup and they also sent a completion email and message . I call their helpdesk and informed about the wrong information and also requested for refund which I was eligible as the activity was never done. I was told to wait for 6-7 business days on July 1st for refund to get credited .

                              I waited and followed up again on 12th july informing them that I will raise a consumer complaint if they do not refund by evening. I received a email stating it will be refunded in 3 business days. This again never happened. There was no reply to the email I sent asking for update on 16th July. 17th I received the call after multiple followups asking for 2-3 days to refund.

                              I again waited and today 21st July still the money is not in my bank account

                                Enrolled for the relax plan and mr. Thomas was assigned as the relationship manager. I have not found one property as per my criteria or choice till date.
                                I have been waiting for a call from the manager, but no one has called me to resolve my issue. Since my husband does a night shift i had requested them to call me on my number and confirmed that it is available couple of times. They still call my husband during the day, when he is sleeping after the night shift.
                                I have paid rs. 3500 and after the payment was made, they have showed me some properties that i does not match my requirement at all.
                                Now they have stopped calling completely.

                                  As per the money back plan, if we rent out our premises on our own then they have to provide money back of 6499. During initial conversation we had informed rent of 8000 is fixed and advance can be negotiable as we have to give it back to tenant. So we had fixed[protected] rent and advance is negotiable, but they suggested 70000 so, we told ok for the same. More over after getting tenant from our-side i sent the rental agreement (Just for reference as it was an unsigned scanned copy) of 8000 rent and advance for 60000, as advance was negotiable. But they told it should 70000, then only they can give back the amount, so as the tenant had not occupied yet we discussed and increased the advance to 70000. And we sent the signed copy of rental agreement, which they are telling it cannot be considered as this is a second document. When the agreement was unsigned, how can they consider it as first document? This is such a fraud company. Please provide a justice.

                                    My name is sudheendra patil and have a profile with mobile number [protected] which is my contact number.

                                    I have asked for a rental agreement to be delivered to my given address on[protected]. I did not get the document on time. I have followed up with your customer service for more than 6-7 times. 10 days back your representative mr. Chetan from ra team told me that it is delivered and asked me to check with my security people. However, my security team told me that they have not received any document. When i reached mr. Chetan again, he told me that he will get the proof of delivery from courier people. He had told me that he will get the delivery pod along with signature and stamp of the apartment. He was supposed to inform me by 1st july 2019. But he never had the curtesy to call me till i gave him a call on 8-7-2019.in between i spoke to ms. Vidya and mr. Rizwan of ra team regarding the same. Everyone promised me that the information will be passed on asap. But it remained a promise. Finally, after calling chetan on 8th july, he sends some picture of pod where my address is not clear and without any stamp.

                                    If this is the way no broker provides the service to people, you will lose valuable customers. This is my last attempt to get the right answer from ‘no broker’. If you think, customers are important, then answer this email and get the document delivered.

                                      Moreover SBI card provided SBI elite card which is 5000 annual pay, for that reason i requested customer care to upgrade card 500 annual fee card, and i have received SBI Simply save card from bank within the one month this fraud happens,

                                      fake call executive provided my card details, so that i have given card details, but i given my old card details to fake caller and transaction occurred in new card ? it is possible?or not, as per my knowledge the fraudster must be inside the bank only..
