No broker outsources the movers and packers to some local vendor. They took appointment by 2pm for the relocation amd came by 630pm. The no broker executive said very conveniently that his shift is over and he will put some other executive as moving manager. They force to take insurance, there is no proper receipt given acknowledging the insurance what it covers etc. Everytime we call they say we will have the executive call back. But no one calls. They took my goods worth 3 lakhs and no receipt given for the goods taken. No representative confirmed.

They only talk big words to book your service. Dont rely on them. They go for the cheapest, unprofessional vendors and then try to extort more amount saying the goods are more.
Now i dont have any receipt for the goods i have given, no payment confirmation for the balance amount paid and this is an intercity transfer from mumbai to bangalore. I dont know where my goods are and by when it will reach me.

    Now i dont have any receipt for the goods i have given and this is an intercity transfer from mumbai to bangalore. I dont know where my goods is.

      On 17/09/2019 i purchased (Rs. 7668 /-) a plan from nobroker.in (Moneyback plan) to get us a new tenant, and however nobroker.in has failed to provide one. Since this plan is for 2 months and nobroker has failed to get us new tenant - the refund amount should be given back. Now that they dont bother to refund and weeks after they say we will get back to you - and no one comes back. Please help me to get the refund amount.

        They have taken an advance payment and promised me that the registration would be done in 5-7 days as the biometric machine is to be sent to haryana. It's been more than 15 days and they have not done anything. They have stopped replying to my mails and not answering my calls. They have failed multiple times after given commitments. The worst part is they don't call you and update about anything. You have to chase them and beg them to complete the process. They still dont it. Pathetic customer service. Would never try their service again and won't recommend this to anyone.

        Nobroker - my application number is nob_16766 for your reference. If you do not resolve this by tomorrow, i shall escalate further.
        Mr. Gupta, mr. Agarwal & mr. Garg, i am sorry to say, this company is nowhere near or moving towards your vision.

        Post the Nobroker team was notified about this, their executive Mr. Harshal Jadhav immediately called me and asked to mark this issue as Resolved as he promised me that he would get the biometric done on 1st / 2nd December 2019 latest and the registered agreement would take around 5 days, i.e. latest by 6th / 7th December 2019. The security deposit refund would happen around 18th December 2019.

        Nothing has been done so far. I am very scared and stuck now as my current agreement expires on 8th December 2019 and if i don't submit a copy of new renewed agreement by 9th December 2019 morning, i wont be allowed to stay and the society would send me an excavation notice.

        Sheer negligence and pathetic customer service by Nobroker.

        Mr. Gupta, Mr. Agarwal & Mr. Garg (founders of NoBroker), are you listening???

            refund for super money back plan

            Hi,
            I had subscribed to the super money back plan which promises a refund if i don't get a tenant through your plan. Unfortunately till 60days and uptill now haven't got any tenant through no broker for my 1bhk flat in vakola.
            It has been 9 working days since the expiry of my plan on the 16th of november and i have a written mail from my relationship manager kanchan kumari mentioning i will get the refund within 7-10 working...

              I had taken a money backplan from nobroker.com, it was stated during the sale a well in their website that full money will be refunded if the plan expires and house for rent was not found through them. However, now they are refusing to pay back the money telling a reason that money will be refunded only if you find house through other sources but if you didnt find a house at all they will not refund. This spreading lies and tricking consumers buying something.

                I have hired no broker for notorized agreement. Once i have deposited the fees after that there was no response. Every time i need to call them and ask for next step. During our discussion they told it will take 2 days to get the document and now after 15 days they are sending me draft. Also there is no booking id after payment. This is really helpless situation and no commitment what so ever. I'm pissed off with the service.

                  I had made a rent payment of Rs. 35000 + Rs. 350 processing fee, through NoBroker.

                  RP: 332549

                  The payment was made by me on 17th November but did not credit to Landlord's account till date. As per message from NoBroker it was supposed to be done by 19th Nov. NoBroker customer care said the payment failed and it would be re-initiated on 20th Nov morning. But till now we are unsure about the status of the fund. Neither they are escalating the matter nor they are giving a meaningful reply to my repeated emails sent to them asking about the status, I need urgent help.

                    This is to bring to your notice that i have been following up on my rental agreement since past 3-4 days not getting any proper response from your side.

                    When it was about getting money from me, your team was very proactive and used to follow up with me every done but after that seeking money from me they have become unresponsive and unprofessional. Instead of them looking after my agreement, it is me who have to call them at least twice a day just to remind them about my agreement. They have been telling me that i will receive a call from biometric team but its been three days, i have received none.

                    I have requested my owner to visit my place on 17th nov'19 just for this biometric verification but now i got to know from relationship manager (That too i called him, no proactive communication from them) that they wont be able to do biometric verification on 17th.

                    This is sheer unprofessional behavior from your team and a kind of mental torture and harassment for me to call them everytime and follow up with them.

                    I request you to kindly intervene and suggest the way forward.

                      I have not found a tenant but i received this email message yesterday: we are pleased that you've have found the right tenant through nobroker. To stop you from receiving more enquiries, we will be delisting your property from our site.

                      So either this is a major error or they are cheating me out of the services that are due for 45 days from oct 4. Even though my account shows active, no tenant data is available, and i am not able to contact the relationship manager. I have also not got any response from nobroker since yesterday.

                      Prospective tenants had made appointments with the field representative to view my property, but when the tenants reach the property the field rep does not show up. This happened multiple times over the last 2 weeks, including yesterday (Nov 14) and tenants are complaining directly to me. So tenants are unable to see the property as the keys are with Nobroker field rep, and I am unable to rent out my property. My 45 days are not over yet, but when I indicated that I will not renew the subscription due to poor service and low traffic to their site, they are promoting additional services which I don't need. Very unprofessional team, owners beware.

                      Nov 16: Yesterday a prospective tenant was asked to contact the owner directly to view the apartment, but Nobroker field rep has the keys to the apt. There is no coordination between various departments in Nobroker, and people like me that have paid for services are being victimised by their incompetence and lack of professionalism. I strongly advise not to use Nobroker services.

                      Nov 20: So Nobroker finally returned the keys. I found that someone had turned the fridge off, which resulted in a bad smell. Nobroker field rep denied responsibility and Nobroker did not get the fridge cleaned in spite of being told many times. Also found that a regulator of a fan was broken/missing. The broken piece was nowhere in the apartment so the only person that had the key, viz. Nobroker field rep, was the culprit. Again, very evasive responses from him and denials.

                      Relationship manager was barely satisfactory but field rep in Mumbai was not available as required to show the property, apart from the broken fan regulator and fridge problem they caused. Senior people in the company were not at all interested in hearing or resolving issues. They were only interested in selling additional services. Having an online platform does not make up for the poor service provided.

                      In summary, stay from Nobroker.

                        Axis credit card xx6466 at nobroker technologies on 13/11/2019 at 15:30 of rs. 40400.00

                        Here i wish to point out that i am the owner of the credit card and the one who used it in the said transaction.

                        I solemnly declare that i have neither used the credit card myself nor authorized the unknown fraud person to used it on my behalf to make any payments.

                        I have taken up the matter with the legal authorities and concerned bank so as to prosecute the unauthorized person having made the payment with my credit card.
                        I request to look into the matter at your end and take necessary steps to apprehend / blacklist the person having commited the criminal offence.

                          We took refundable subscription from nobroker site to find a flat but we didn't get any, so we booked by searching ourself. Now we have given rent agreement to No broker to refund our amount that they promised to return it if we provide rent agreement of the same requirement but seems like they are not willing to refund.
                          We tried to contact our asssigned RM Mr Habib ul Rahman, Customer care as Founder of a company Mr. Akhil Gupta but seems like knowingly they are doing fraud just to digest amount of a customer

                          We Fed up by sending mail to them, posting in Linkedin facebook and twitter.

                            No broker is a fraudulent company. They promise you to sell your house in thirty days - and ensure money back if not sold by them. I have paid 24000 and i have cancelled my pla after one month.

                            I am supposed to get refund of 14000.
                            It’s been ten days i have been chasing them. There is no response from their end.

                            Customer service is pathetic.

                            This company should be put behind bars.

                              To sell my flat, i have paid rs.25k on 24th sept to nobroker premium services - super moneyback plan.

                              Its been more then 1.5 months, i didn't get any single flat visit.

                              While making the payment, i have been assured that they will be aggressive in closing the deal

                              My experience with no broker has been very pathetic. While collecting the payment they made big promises. But when the client comes on board they are not at all bothered about anything. Because of them i have lost 1.5 month of my time with no output

                              The online manager (Kriti) who has been assigned to my account, her pitch is so mechanical. She doesn't even know the property is on which floor. I have tried explaning her the flat usp multiple times so that she can fix up more visit.
                              Nor she does any follow up..
                              She seems only interested in salary and big time spoiling reputation of no broker..

                              If same female continues flat will never be sold off..
                              I need an aggressive manager who can close the deal... If you fail to give me aggressive manager then i will not hesitate to escalate futher and put on social media and sites that no broker is simply a fraud company.

                                I have received a call from number ([protected], [protected],[protected] dated 31/10/2019 at around 2:30 pm stating that reward points will be credit back to your card as cashback by providing card information, and executive have my card information card number, they only confirm my cvv number and ask for one time password, then later on around 6 transaction done of around 20000 on my card for no brokers technologies at around 3:20 pm and total outstanding in my account is 120881.85. After i realized that it is fake call then i block my cards and raised for complained on customer care and then send to [protected]@sbicard.com. They also reset my gmail account password and used as suspicious activity. Kindly help me in refund this amount and i should not be charged for this by my bank.

                                Its almost a month is going to pass for this but still i did not receive any update.When will i get an update on this.I am bound to pay this amount to my bank otherwise they will charge me penalty and impact my CIBIL record.Kindly update asap.

                                I was looking for rent a flat in Pune. I got costliest package of no broker which has guaranteed refund Incase I get flat other than nobroker.
                                I was getting very bad lead from nobroker and useless.
                                Finally I had to rent through local agents.
                                I have submitted refund request more than 20 days ago and no update after multiple followups.

                                Relationship manager was sending the from alflay owner who paid to no broker and leads were not good at all. It seems he was buying time so I ran out of time and final any lead.
                                I had to go to local broker and paid amount.

                                I have received a call from number ([protected], [protected], [protected] dated 08/032021 at around 1.27 pm stating that reward points will be credit back to your card as cashback by providing card information, and executive have my card information card number, they only confirm my cvv number and ask for one time password, then later on around 2 transactions done (Rs.23735 for No Broker Tech, Bangalore and 5000 on PayTm addmoney) while further transactions could not be done, because my card was automatically blocked on the basis of suspicious activity. By the time I realized that it was a fake call then I called SBI cards customer care raised my complaint about this disputed transaction. Since this amount of Rs. 23735.00 has been cresited to No Broker tech., Bangalore, you are requested to refund to me immediately. Otherwise I shall have no option to take appropriate legal action against your company to recover this amount. Further please note that a formal police complaint has already been registered and kept on HOLD till receipt of your reply.

                                  Honestly, I do not mean to bother you at all because being the CEO, I can totally imagine the things you would be dealing with. However, I am really helpless and left with no other option but to write a mail to you regarding the absolutely unprofessional customer service I received with NoBroker.

                                  The communication started with Nobroker when me and my wife finally decided to move to Bangalore and thought of exploring the NoBroker service. We set up one call and were so convinced that immediately paid for the "Money Back" plan with utmost trust in your company. The Relationship Manager was assigned and we were pretty convinced that things will fall in place because the initial interaction went really well.

                                  Once we paid the amount, the entire experience started turning horrific for us. We kept chasing our relationship manager to give us the right options for houses. For days together we never received an update on the houses. We kept on following up with the RM and the RM - Ms. Shilpika was her best at being unprofessional. (You can refer to the amount of feedback we have shared on the site and track our phone conversations). We informed the RM a week in advance on the days we would be reaching bangalore for the house hunt. Overall, she provided us with I guess 5 options and nor more. All of which we exhausted in one day. We were in Bangalore for good 7 days and 5 contacts. In between this we also faced a lot of issues on the houses absolutely not matching our requirements, the owner never responding (while we were at the door), the broker in himself not turning up. But we ignored all of that and looked for additional contacts.

                                  We escalated royally to the manager of our RM and she shared few contacts which did not match our requirements at all again. The RM would never answer our calls, but the minute we send an escalation she would call us back. So we realised that this was the only way to reach you guys. We asked her to show specific properties and she told they were not listed on "NoBroker". Finally, because our stars shined, we found an apartment on our own. We informed the RM immediately and asked her the process for claiming the money back. We told her we finalised a prestige property - which she initially had told was not listed on "NoBroker". And suddenly out of nowhere we saw Prestige properties being listed immediately after that. You can track all our phone conversations since they get recorded if you do not believe me. (And trust me you will feel bad for us).

                                  We met all the requirements for claiming our money back. We waited for our lease agreement to get finalised. Once, we had that in our hand, we dropped mails, spoke to your customer service executives on call and never got a call back to narrate the process on claiming our money back. Honestly, here it is not about the 7K or 8K that I am writing to you, it is about the trust you place in a company and then have that broken. We closed our eyes and paid for the plan and after such a horrible experience we totally deserve to get that money back. The last my wife spoke to the executive, she mentioned that she is really tired and feels victimized and might actually write to the consumer forum. But because we really believe in today's leaders, we really thought of writing to you.

                                  We really really request you to look into the matter. Not for money, but just so that no customer loses trust in the upcoming Indian start-ups that are forming the base of employment and a lot of other things in our country.                                     I was subscribed to 45 days rental assist super relax plan with no brokers no one worked properly they havent had courtesy to respond in whatsapp or email they simple wasted the time and my money.Out of 45 days they didn't support for 18 days.

                                      Few months back i had subscribed to a plan on no broker costing me ₹4000.

                                      They called me everyday, pestering me to subscribe to their plan - promising me to get me a house in a couple of days.

                                      As per the information given below the subscription plan, they were suppose to help me to find a house as per my requirement.

                                      After i subscribed to the plan, they didn’t call me instead i had to do it myself asking them to start their search for a house. I had received a couple of calls from them telling me they found me a house which did not meet my requirement. Post those couple of calls they didn’t bother to tell me anything instead i had to go and search for a house on the website myself. They had nil contribution towards finding me a house.

                                      I want my money back as soon as possible.
                                      No broker is not reliable.
