my phone got complaint i was in bangalore i showed it in nokia care there first they said it is battery problem so i bought a new battery from there bt next day the same problem come with the new battery then they say they need to send it to the factory bt it will take about 10 days n ill be leaving bangalore in 5 days so after i reached my native kochi i showed it here and that time they say water is there bt there is no change of that that tym they say it will proably sweat there is some salt content near ic chip and the warranty got void and it will cost me 3000 rs to correct it first of all it is only a 4 month old phone and im only from a middle income family its very tough for me to pay this much for correcting my new phone i always prefer nokia now this have been became a great disapointment for me can u please help in rectifying this problem

    Hello, I'm Ali Khan from Faridabad. I had purchased Nokia515 on 13/03/2014.After one month of purchased, My problem had started. I went to Nokia service center many times but their service members excused me every time. They are not able to resolve my problems.Even, they charged me with in warranty period.They behaved very badly. Their service are very worst.I'm very irritating now.       dear sir/madami purchased lumia 525 in april. and by now i have given for repair to service centre twice. once they reloaded the software ie on 17th may and second time i gave them on 31 may and it was sent to delhi and which i got back on 17th june.. even now porblem not solved, instead changed, now phone heats up when bluetooth is used and also when internet is used for 5 mins... kindly do the needful

        Hi All,

        I am writing to express my frustrations with a recent experience I had at Nokia care service centre.
        I have purchased Nokia Lumia 720 from Pune before 6 months.The performance of mobile for first 2 month was very good gradually it starts degrading. Suddenly on one day my phone is dead.Hence i have submitted my mobile in Nokia Care Center (Akshay Care centre, F.C Road, Pune) on 01.06.2014. They said to collect mobile after one week.After 1 week I called nokia customer care asking them about the status of my phone, they said its a hardware issue and some part is damaged and they have placed order against nokia and it will take another 2-3 days for repairing.My question is how the part is damaged without any physical harm.If this the case then either nokia has sold me faulty mobile or that person is giving me the false information.
        After 5 days I again called them, they said that the part is still not received.The thing is they are not calling me back even at once updating about the status of my mobile. Everytime I have to call them asking about the status. I tried them more than 5 times but no one is giving me the correct response. They are not even knowing the status of my mobile.
        After 1 week I again called them they said you phone is repaired but it is under quality check and you can pick your phone next day.Next day I visited nokia care and there I come to know that my phone is not ready. When i enquired about my phone they said it is under quality check only and i can pick my phone on monday.On Monday(23 June) I again visited nokia care I was told that my mobile is not ready and it is under quality check.Then I called one of the executive of nokia care he said you can pick your phone tomorrow i.e on Tuesday(24 June).On tuesday i received my phone but it was not functioning properly i.e side volume key was not working, images are not getting saved, not able to connet bluetooth, poor performance.I don't know what kind of quality checks they have performed and now my mobile is again with nokia care centre. Out of 12 months warranty, one month is already with nokia care service centre.
        One more thing I want to address here on submitting the phone they havn’t gave me job sheet they just gave me simply one paper slip mentioning imei number and name. On requesting them yesterday I got the job sheet.
        First when I gave my phone for repairing rest of the thing were working fine, but now when they have repaired one thing, the other functionality got damaged, like Bluetooth & volume rocker, camera image not saving, extremely slow.
        Very poor, ugly and pathetic support from them, being such a brand name in the market. I have annoyed of them.
        I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Yourcompany has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon.

          I have purchased Nokia Lumia 520 from online (Amazon.com) before 6 months.Suddenly mobile is not getting on when i tried. Henceforth i have submitted my mobile in Nokia Care Center near Papermills road perambur in chennai on 19.05.2014. They said to collect mobile after they are calling and also said within one you can collect ur mobile. But the thing is they are not calling me back even at once. I tried them more than 10 times but no one is giving good response. They are not even knowing the status of my mobile. After that they gave one head office contact number. They were asked all the details and asked me wait for half an hour. Again they asked details from the starting. There is no service center in nokia like that i got reply from head office. They are not even ready to register my complaint. Very poor and worst support from them. I have annoyed of them. I want to replace a new mobile else i want my mobile as soon as possible.

            respected nokia team, i have purchased nokia asha 500 dual sim cell phone around march in this handset i am not getting battery back up at night 10pm battery is full but in morning 8am it is coming to 20% i have shown in vijaya communications but there is no results please take this complaint serious and do justice for customers

            I have purchased a Nokia hand mobile set during Feb 2013 from an authorised seller in Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. it's Model: X2-02, IMEL: [protected] Finding problems of 1) Automatic switching off and 2) No battery back-up, I handed over my set to your authorised 'Nokia Care' service centre at M/S. V. S. Communications # 1-19/FF/1, 1st Floor, Vijaya Towers, Opp. Poulomi Hospital, G-Block Colony, Dr A S Rao Nagar, Hyderabad -500062, Ph:[protected] on 29.12.2014 vide cash bill srl. no. 7393, Job No. 1412 29/005 for repair and paid Rs. 280/- service charge.
            They gave it back to me on 30.12.2014 i.e 24 hrs, but problems were not solved. Again I handed over the set on 06.01.2015 to them. They promised to solve the problems and gave me back the set on 09.01.2015 i.e., after 72 hrs.
            Yet, at the time of writing this message to you I find the same problem still continuing. The battery even without any transmission, is discgarging at the rate of about 2 points per 8 hrs.
            I am now feeling frustrated about the efficacy of your authorised service centre and do not know what to do? And hence this message.

              Nokia is a very reputed brand. So when my handset had some issues, I decided to go to Nokia Care Center. But to my surprise it's a very poorly managed center. The staff there is so rude and arrogant. (esp. Jyoti and Pooja).
              These girls were hardly interested in serving customers and behaved as if they owned the shop.

              They were even rude to other customers who had come there. The behaviour of all the employees was hardly professional. After giving my handset on Thursday morning at 10.30 am they committed to give it back on Friday evening. Despite calling on Friday, they said we will let you know the status on Sat. I again called up on Sat, but that man on the phone was rude. I told them to not to repair my phone as they had already wasted a lot of time. I got it back without repairing on Monday morning.

              I will never ever buy a Nokia phone and will also discourage people coz of suvh poor and pathetic service.

                Hi, I am using a Nokia Lumia 720 device since last one year . During this time frame, i have faced series of issues with my Lumia device. every two month i had to visit, Nokia center for either the replacement of the repair of one or another part. As of today Almost all the parts in my device is replace and repairt...i.e. Screen and touch panel (twice), mobile body, Micrphone, speaker, Hardware belt for volume and camera control, mother board support belt (connector) .. it feels like i am using a custom assembled device. it was a fortunate event that i had some sense and opted for nokia's extended 1 year warranty scheme other wise to replace or repair this device, it will cost me fortune. as per this routine of replace and repair, i feel like when my warranty will be over. i wont be able to use this device.. it's like my mobile is usable till the time i have the warranty...and my 18k will be down the drain.. I have already submitted my device to nokia care and told them to wait until the time i take fillow up wth Nokia team for replacement but they have repaired my device ( touch panel and screen change) and asking me to collect the device, which i am not ready to do .. i am ready to go to any level to have this device replaced but will not collect it following is the detail : SR# 1-[protected] Job Sheet # :[protected]/140612/011 ( for submitted device) Please help me solve my situation and bugger this big MNC's with their we-dont-care attitude Thanks Dhrmesh Pandav +91 [protected]

                  Dear,

                  Last month my Mobile Phone NOIKA LUMIA 720
                  Function Keys all the bottom of handset start disfunctioning

                  1.
                  automatically all applications are getting
                  closed, start screen appears

                  2.
                  Start screen then minimizes (similar to the way
                  if we have pressed and hold the back button),

                  3.
                  Start screen then maximizes and after that
                  'bing' opens up automatically.
                  In all the above steps, phone also vibrates..

                  So I visited NOIKA Care, Almabag, Lucknow to
                  rectify the problem. NOIKA Care person Mr. Tuqueer Ahmad told me that the
                  Mobile screen is be changed ( My Phone is under one year Warrantee) for which I
                  have to deposite it for 1 Month. One Month is long time so I inqured that if
                  they don’t make screen in stock and why they need one month. So he replied that
                  one month is minimum. Since this time period was long so I refuse to submit and
                  ask them to inform me when Mobile screen is available. Noika Care person told
                  me that I request is being registered and will inform. This incident is of 9th
                  May 2014.

                  I did not got any call from them so day before
                  yesterday I call and enquired so they told me to come to their center.

                  Today morning I met with a small accident in
                  which my Mobile Screen is slightly damaged. So when I went to NOIKA Care today
                  so they refuse to take the Mobile Phone. When I asked them that my mobile is
                  not working properly from last one month and as they registered it, so they
                  can check. They refuse to check and said that as per companies policy they
                  cannot help me.

                  My complain is that I am loyal customer to
                  NOKIA from last 15 years, but this type of late service, miscommunication,
                  and bias behavior against customer will not be accepted.

                  Please if any possible solution can be
                  provided to my problem or should I set my mind finally against the NOIKA.

                    Hi,

                    I bought Lumia 720 around 6 months back, after four months touch screen started to respond automatically. It had ghost touches and it became unable to use my mobile. I handed over the phone to the shop branch where i brought my mobile and they sent it to a nokia customer care near satara road, Pune. After 20 days they fixed the touch screen and i got my phone after a long wait.

                    After getting my mobile i inserted a SIM card in my mobile and the ear speaker did not work and the network signal is very poor. I went to another Nokia customer care in chinchwad, Pune and they found out there is no ear speaker in mobile and they said they cannot help because they didnt service it the first time.

                    You should understand that i stay around 30 km from these customer care centers and i had to travel so much to check if there is any issue.

                    Its rather really pathetic they removed the speaker and the phone became worse and not in usable condition after first service.

                      I purchased a Nokia Lumia 1520 from Snapdeal. 2 days after using the phone, I inserted an SD card for data transfer and it didn't work with the phone. I tried to format the SD card as per Nokia forums and also tried to reset the phone but to no help.

                      I took the handset to Nokia Care (Net Dot Solutions, Tilak Nagar, Delhi) and they tried to do a software upgrade but to no help. I submitted the brand new working phone and the Nokia care kept it for 15 days. The only reply I ever got from them was that the set is in the factory with no status update at all.

                      After 15 days I got response from Nokia care that the Phone is warranty devoid and not covered under warranty any more. There was no specific reason given for the warranty being devoid. When I went to collect the set, it had minor scratches on the screen, which were not there when the set was submitted. The support personnel said that these are very minor and expected to be there. Very Strange!

                      Also upon using the phone after I got it back from Nokia Care, I found that the front Camera is not working and the phone crashes each time the Camera is opened. Also the Auto-Brightness control (probably due to its sensor) is also not working.

                      Nokia care has damaged my phone in the 15 days they had it. Who is to be held responsible. And now they say my phone is warranty devoid and I need to pay for any repairs.

                      PLEASE HELP!

                            I have brought nokia X in April, 2014 from nokia priority dealer's and till that time the have provided me whats app aplication and it was working fine that time but when i updated that version its showing an error that sorry, your device does not supported. Also i want to know how can i identify which android version my phone is supoorting. Plz rply ASAP.

                              We cannot view our memory card detials so we cannot store any file, if we also we cannot view it, in android we can view and access simple, about music and photos we cannot file the size how memory it take, we can only send only from camera roll and saved file what about the other file in other folders?

                                I lost my faith on nokia by purchasing nokia x phones nokia famous for battery back up nokia x very poor battery back up it gets heated from 9th june whatsapp is not supporting and my language kannada is not supporting in facebook and whatsapp and kannada apps, don't purchase any nokia x series.

                                    Hi there, This is regarding a complaint which i have filed for my Nokia Lumia 520 device. The device has got heat up and the screen got cracked and thank fully the device was not in use (just by chance). The care people are more concerned about who would bear the screen cost instead of looking into the root cause. I am kind of very surprised with this behavior. They are asking me to show the evidence, not sure if should have taken the video recording for this incidence. What i know is, Nokia is a company of values and this kind of behavior was certainly not expected. I am mobile architect and have been using some 10+ devices for the dev/test.                                       Hi, unfortunately I have bought a NOKIA LUMIA 720 and the whole purpose was to use Whatsapp and the sad thing is it's no more available in windows, I was compromised with performance but the app was removed and my 80 % of the work was with Whatsapp and now it's been more than a week that my phone is running without Whatsapp, I hope I get any response over this except the boring SORRY.

                                        Hi, I have submitted my faulty handset in Nokia since a year and till date i have not received proper solution for it.
