Hi, Nike care centers are thieves. On 9th June I went to Nike care center in hadapsar pane for my Lima 820 phone. The screen was broken so it had to be replaced. They said it will take two days for screen to come. When I called them after two days they said one more week..When I called them like 10 days later they said sir we are getting it ready today..U can pick it up..I went to the service center..waiteD for 2 hours. Then they say sorry we cant fix it because of the faulty touch panels they are receiving from the company. Then they say we will send to Chennai so that they can fix and now they will charge me 2k additional. I said I need to shift to Bangalore in 10 days but the manager guarenteed that within 8 days it will come..i went there again after like 8 days and the the service center says sorry we didnt send the set to chennai. We thought of giving it another try. After lots of heated up conversation i got the phone back with nothing repaired. I also complained to the customer care and they just said 'Sorry'. Yesterday i went to Bangalore marathalli nokia care to show my phone. Now these people tell me that the display is missing along with the broken touchpad and would cost you around 11k. Now i didnt even open the phone and they say that display is missing? That means nokia care pune just stole my display which was working correctly. So after wasting my 30 days all i got was the same broken phone with stolen display.I am going to raise this issue to higher authorities. Dear Sir, Last week i was purchased nokia 220 mobile in Chennai Skywalk nokia Showrrom, but the battery backup is very very poor three days back i ask the showroom people they don't give proper response for that. I submitted my Lumia 720 to an official Nokia Care center only after 2 months of purchasing it. There was a problem with the touchscreen and it needed replacing. The care center gave me a time of 20 days from the date 3rd June 2014 to collect the phone. When I called them on 3/6/2014, they told me to wait for another week stating that the parts haven't reached Siliguri yet. the next week, they said the same thing. I remained patient and called the next week on the 5th of July 2014. again, they informed me to check back next week. i am confused why a leading company like Nokia requires more than a month to ship minor parts. respected sir i went to panipat nokia care on 24 june 2014 regarding signal problem in my phone but they broke some inside part because of which ring and speaker problem were there. next day when i went to there office they told me they wll give my phone after 10 days till now they are not giving my phone nither telling me exact date more ever after damaging my phone they are behaving roudly. my phone model number is nokia x. kindly help sourabh singla [protected]

I have purchased Lumia 720 in May 2013, In june 2014 due to some hanging problem I have submitted my phone to Nokia care. They told me that no issue with your phone, come after 2 hour. Between 2 hour they called me that you have to pay 3280 Rs for service. I have told them that return my phone, I will give it to other Nokia Care. They used abusing language and tempered my phone intentionally . I tried this on many nokia care but they told me service expense will be vey high, it will be 15 K -17 K.

I m sonu chauhan, i have nokia lumia 625 last 8 months, and it have 4 months under warranty. last week i got little problem in it, during start it stack on some kind of symbol. i take my phone to nokia care, RDC raj nagar, Ghaziabad. they see my phone, my phone have little damage on only back cover. the nokia care manager said me that your warranty will collapse and your phone cover in warranty, you have to pay for it, my question is there is no damage on hardware the how they tell me, and after that i decide to repair my phone and ask them the estimate.. they told me 3, 850. I get back my phone back and get it to my home and call to online nokia coustmer care. they take 5 mins and my phone working proper. this complaint regarding theft n miss guidance by nokia care rdc raj nagar ghaziabad

The service request number is 1-[protected] dated 18/06/2014. Due to delay in replacing the set I will have to buy another mobile set. I have sent scanned image of Cash Memo to Nokia as desired. Prompt replacement may save me from further expenditure in buying another set.

Dear Sir/Mam This is to bring in your kind notice that I've given my Nokia E7 (IMEI No.: [protected] & code: 059G406 ) to Tilak Nagar Nokia care for repairing purpose. As per service center my phone is non-repairable & they have asked me to collect the phone but as I was suffering from Jaundice so I was unable to visit to Nokia Care on time to collect my phone & even share the same reason with them. But around 4-5 days back I've collected my phone & was shock to see that Sim card slot tray & downward back cover is missing. When I've asked them for missing items but received a reply that phone was like this & they cannot do anything (Ye aisa hi tha aur bolo kya karna hai?). I've never expected such a pathetic service from brand like Nokia. Moreover if I’m ready to pay the charges for repairing i.e. any expected cost then why this feedback has been given that my phone is non-repairable. Does this means that Nokia is not worth enough to provide parts for repairing? I'm planning to move to consumer firm so the other should not have to face problems like this. I have made several complaint regarding the rampant illegal construction taking place in Laxmi Nagar area including the properties (1) D-66, Street No.2, Laxmi Nagar (2) L-33, Gurudwara Road, Laxmi Nagar (3) D-54, Street No.1, Laxmi Nagar (4) H-26, Laxmi Nagar (5) H-30, Laxmi Nagar. As mentioned earlier, in addition to the aforesaid specific properties, construction work is going on in almost every street of the Laxmi Nagar where the builders in collusion with the local police and MCD authorities are converting the houses into the multi storey flats resulting sewerage problem, congestion and breaking of the infrastructures. The local police and MCD are openly taking the money for allowing the flouting of the rules. In the aforesaid properties, the flats are being prepared without taking approval of any authority. Despite the several complaints, no action has been taken against the builders who are constructing these illegal buildings. The complaint earlier made has resulted into nothing on the contrary the builder has increased the speed of illegal construction reflecting that MCD Engineers have given the certain time to complete the work. I am also enclosing photograph in respect of the property D-66, Street no.2, Laxmi Nagar where the illegal construction is taking place for the last 3 months and now the builder has put the board that building is being prepared as per the approved plan passed by the MCD. How can it be possible that the plan was passed only in the first week of June whereas the construction work is going on for the last three months already building having 2 floors

I took nokia lumia 520, 8 months ago, i face several problem like my headphone stop working in 3 months, after 4 months my cell shut down automatically anytime, i m living in hostel there is no nokia care over there.after 7 month i gave my cell to customer care, my screen is crack too, mobile is under warranty but they charged Rs.2600/-.Replace my mobile, after replacing mobile its battery is stop working properly.I think took nokia mobile is biggest mistake of my life.Poor customer care service, less service center make this thing more worst.

I bought Nokia XL Dual SIM, IMEI no. [protected] from MOBILE PLAZA, Link Road Jaigaon, Jalpaiguri - 736182, an authorised dealer of Nokia mobiles on 25.06.2014. It has just been a week after the purchase of the same. The LCD of the phone is blurred and I cant see the objects on my phone clearly. As soon as I encountered the problem, I immediately went to the Dealer but the Dealer said they cant do anything and told me to go to Nokia Center. I managed to get to a nearby Nokia Center. I showed him my phone and explained him the problems. He said to keep the phone at the Center and collect it after 15 days. In this regard, I would like to seek suggestion on whether it is vital for me to hand over my phone to the center and will the center give me the assurance that the same problem will not occur in future? Personally, I would like to request your goodself for the replacement of the same. Seeking for your prompt response. Thank you.

I am using Nokia Lumia 920. Recetly, Vibration was not working so I visited Nokia Service Center. They asked me to submit my phone for 10-12 days. Today, I got it back and now Mic has stopped working. Again they submitted it for 10 days! My phone is under warranty and I need replacement. Dear all, I have purchased a NOKIA LUMIA 620 ( IMEI:[protected]) Phone from Nokia store. My pones touch pad is working automatically and I have got touch pad changed just a month ago before some 3-4 months ago. Water had gone inside my phone and i am not satisfied by the customer care cause after that the camera quality is not good.From the time of purchase of phone within the month all the side keys had to be changed. From the day one there is problem of disturbance of voice in all incoming and outgoing calls. Then I went to your Nokia care Centre SCO No.2473-74 2nd floor sector 22-C Chandigarh and reported the matter to them within a week time. They checked the phone casually and did nothing by saying that It was O.K. But said problem has been repeating again and again and one more problem of hanging arised during the ongoing call. Sir Kindly replace my phone .I don`t want to use repaired phone.

Got lcd replaced from auth dealer on 22/2/14 it started giving problems & i gota new replacement again on 28/4/14. Now again the lcd is showing somemew white parellel lines on the lower side of display. The auth dealer intimated that the lcd has to be replaced.Why the lcd is giving such frequent problem.

My lumia 720 is about 9 months old, during this period I have visited 3 times Nokia care Bhubaneswar for the same problem. Yesterday on 30.6.2014 my phone my software was updated but again today during incomming call the touch screen is not responding most of the time. The service engineer told me that the it has been upgraded to Amber black, but still the same problem is persisting. The IMEI no is [protected]. The phone performed well but Nokia provide an offer with lumia 630 that, If purchase Nokia 630 before 31 July, you will get a head phone on half prise through for send an sms from your phone that "nokia630 IMEI no". I sent that message more than 4 times but can't any replay from Nokia.then I talked to customer care officer i told my problem. then give a complaint no to me that is 1-[protected]. and my IMEI no is [protected]. please take action for my problem.

I have purchased Nokia Lumia 630 on 28/06/2014. on Nokia website one offer is given that I will get a headphone of 50% discount. After purchasing I have sent the message Lumia 630 followed by IEMI no. but didn't gor the code for the discount. Now I am filling that Nokia is making fool to the peoples by using fake offers idea. kindly make some arrangement so that I can avail my discount on the product offer. Thanks.

my phone got complaint i was in bangalore i showed it in nokia care there first they said it is battery problem so i bought a new battery from there bt next day the same problem come with the new battery then they say they need to send it to the factory bt it will take about 10 days n ill be leaving bangalore in 5 days so after i reached my native kochi i showed it here and that time they say water is there bt there is no change of that that tym they say it will proably sweat there is some salt content near ic chip and the warranty got void and it will cost me 3000 rs to correct it first of all it is only a 4 month old phone and im only from a middle income family its very tough for me to pay this much for correcting my new phone i always prefer nokia now this have been became a great disapointment for me can u please help in rectifying this problem
