Got lcd replaced from auth dealer on 22/2/14 it started giving problems & i gota new replacement again on 28/4/14. dear sir/madami purchased lumia 525 in april. and by now i have given for repair to service centre twice. once they reloaded the software ie on 17th may and second time i gave them on 31 may and it was sent to delhi and which i got back on 17th june.. even now porblem not solved, instead changed, now phone heats up when bluetooth is used and also when internet is used for 5 mins... kindly do the needful...

Nokia is a very reputed brand. So when my handset had some issues, I decided to go to Nokia Care Center. But to my surprise it's a very poorly managed center. The staff there is so rude and arrogant. (esp. Jyoti and Pooja).
These girls were hardly interested in serving customers and behaved as if they owned the shop.
