In month of March this year I had given my Nokia Lumia 620 at Nokia care, Palakkad, Kerala as the touch was not working porperly.They had told me that they have to change the touch and they also committed that they will give it back...

I've bought a battery in nokia care and found it to be a faulty one. So I went to Nokia care at kukatpally and submitted the battery and took the receipt. After a week I received a message from Nokia care that I could collect the battery. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and when I went to the Nokia care to collect the battery they told me that they couldn't give me the battery as receipt was not there. But I lost it and showed the message...
