Mysel[censored]rvi Naik Purchased Nokia Mobile 331ci in dec 07 from one of your authorised dealer from navsari,di-surat n with in 3 months it getting restart problem n also when i change any sim card at that time also phone getting restart n when i took any file through blutooth at that time also phone getting restart problemand after that i went to nokia care center navsari n they told me that it is software version problem n it will be resolved after upgrading new software n that girl upadte new software but after this with in second day same problem arise,my phone IMEI no is:[protected]/01/375175/1 n cmpln no:[protected]/080126/39 n i didn't expect this type of service from branded compnay like nokia now i want my money back n i will guide my all friends n relatives that never purchase nokia,

Nokia N8 — Purple Tint Display Issue

I have a Nokia N8 handset.The fone worked fine for a week... Bt then the display problem occured..!! The display appnctii.!!. I.e the purple tint issue..!! Also the fone automatically hangs and then restarts...!!. Have been to a nokia care centre...where they asked me to pay Rs 3500 for the display as according to them it was my fault which caused the display to malfunction... Well im aware that the nokia care centres in other countries are providing free replacement to the faulty n8..that too for free..!. Then y the nokia care centres in india are not ready to provide replacement in india..!! I need my fone to be replaced as the purple tint problem and the frequent hang problem is a manufacturing problem faced by a majority of Nokia N8 users!!!! -Adwait

I have given my handset for repair since last 3 months, in first 8 days when i got my handset done from nokia care (kalyan)when i have check the mobile there was another problem this has been happen too many time

Nokia — Delaying in servicing

i submitted my handset to the Experience Nokia care, Cochin on 03/1/2011 and on the same day they sent it for IMC Delhi. when ever i ask about the status of my mobile, they replies that they will contact me when it reaches back to Cochin. On 12 th of Jan i got a call from the nokia care that ill get my mobile with in two days. i called them on the third day to collect the mobile, still they are replying that they need to collect it from courier services. cos the courier service TNT is getting delaying to deliver the parcel to Nokia care. i asked about the contact number and consignment no. to trace the status my mobile, they provided me wrong consignment number and the wrong telephone number, i tried to search the number from internet and came to find that the courier service TNT contact no. is invalid. I am out of my official and personal communications for two weeks......only because of this issue

who is responsible for the inconvenience caused?
in what name i should go to consumer forum? Who ill pay me for the inconveniences caused?

Nokia E-72 — Missing

i lost my mobile its Nokia E-72 on last Sunday[protected] when i coming from the shop please find my mobile phone.

nokia e72 black — one plastic part missing

I have bought new nokia e72 black from m/s sushil telecom, rohini, delhi, vide invoice no. st-npd8222 dt. 02-1010, but due to all my contacts numbers in my old samsung phone i have to use on this sunday i.e.10.10.10 and i have noticed the bottom plastic part very thin is missing, i have contacted the dealer very next day i.e. 11.10.10 but, they simply ask the charges for that is Rs.500/-.

I realy dont know at the time of delevery that plastic part missing or not because there is no major difference with or without that part.

I personaly feel that nokia should come-up and fixup that part without any charges to maintain the repo.

Nokia — faulty handsets

dear sir i m seemant nahata i have a nokia 5310 xpress music phone .i purchased that phone in march or maybe april last year since that very own day i started having problem with that handset. i 1st gave it to nokia care in kolkata around april or may last year which i got back after a month . again i had a problem n i gav that to nokia care in august n i got back my handset in september end . again to my hell phone stopped working in october itself within 5 days . as again i gav it to nokia care i again a got this phone back november .now after working for 4-5 months more again it is showing problem n maybe now i hav to go to nokia care what should i do with that phone ?

during charging my handset nokia2505 cdma set stops charging after every 10-15 minutes, and on the screen "charger not supported" displays, its 3rd time that i have given my set to nokia care, i am not satisfied with this handset, please find some perfect solution...

whichever theme i download from net, the introduction screen, the wallpaper of the theme is half visible.Also that themes showing time, the wallpaper related to the theme is not visible{the wallpaper part of the screen becomes grey}.Model no.-Nokia 2680 slide.

Nokia — Faulty handset provided

I had purchased NOKIA 2700C phone from bathinda but after 10 days my handset developed a problem after a visit to their CARE center i had been assured for warranty exchange of my handset. But the handset recd. after their warranty service had previous scratches on the camera glass. and looked like it was a seconds handset.

Nokia — Faulty Handset of Nokia

I have purchased Nokia N96 on 22.10.08 and my billing amount was Rs. 32,800/- but since then i am facing problem with the handset moreover i have send the handset for repair several times but noting happen finaly i have deposited the handset to nokia on 24/9/09 for which my job sheet no is[protected]/090924/26 and my IMEI No. is [protected] or which the nokia has agreed that they will replace it will a new one but since then neither the replacement is done nor refund so kindly advice what has to be done from end. Moreover the price of the handset has also been reduce i really don't know what has to be done.

NOKIA/ 2700c — Faulty Phone

I brought a Nokia 2700c 11/07/2010 Day : Sunday 19:30 for RS 3774 from Nokia Pr Vasant Vihar New Delhi. On Wednesday i opened a new box and found that i got a faulty Mobile. Speaker for my headset is not working. I went to Nokia Priority Vasant Vihar Vasant loak New Delhi today and had a word with the same sales men. He was very help full at the time he sale that product to me but now he is not understanding me at all he said
" Nokia Care mai jaao may be they can help you" ..
I went to Nokia Care they want my set to be repaired they told me they can not replace the set which I agree. then i went to Nokia Priority again and tell the same thing they are not ready to help me at all.
I got cheated feeling very frustrated i don't know what to do. I want this set to be replaced.

Nokia — Company handset fault

I have bought a new nokia x3-02 and after 15 day it goes to be switch on/off.
Sometimes keypad is also not working properly.

So i went to nearer Nokia customer care & the said that handset has fault of liquid flow(as some kind of liquid which is used in the keypad) & say's that may cost charges to repair it, So they don't gave me that much positive response to it,
thus after spending lots of money in purchasing that handset & they give this type of response what we should do?

I wrote to nokia care and they have even replaced my handset with the new one. But, the new handset has the same problem.

I have submitted the handset again in nokia care(this is 10th time), its there since 18th april but, no updates.

I want my cash back with compensation

FYI.

I am not the only one to face this. PFA.

And my handset is with Nokia care since 18th April.

And still no solution, instead they are asking me to take that handset with problems.

Yes, I updated my nokia 500 to Belle, My phone restarted many times, Sometimes I try to End Calls phone will restarts, Is any solution for this. I think nokia cant solve this problem, we wasted our money to buy these kind of Mobiles, Is any solution to get my money back.

I have the same problem plus another problem: currently i am using SIM card from UAE and when i changed the SIM to another Egyptian SIM the phone locked, Some of you will ask me to change the feature of Lock if SIM changed to No, i am confirming that this feature is already in No mode and there disabeld all the security features and no way, i tried another SIM from UAE and it works without any problem: i do not know if this problem is related to the service provider or to the phone? provider

I would check with your service provider if your phone is indeed locked to one particular network carrier. Perhaps the SIM from the other country doesn't support the network bands that the UAE does.

even I am facing this problem since 9 months from the date of purchase, even though they have replaced the handset with the new one, still the same issue. I guess this i the problem with 500 series. And Nokia care people are not accepting the fact and denying the solution.

Nokia — Phone not repaired

This to inform you that nokia is the worst company in this world.
I have already sent my phone twice to the nokia care center thrice and they have made my cell condition more than worse... thrice my handset has been submitted for vibarator and when phone come back from the care center it also come with a new issue not again they have peel of the color of the phone as well as well the joy stick is not working .
The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude .
I am from New delhi And I have submitted my handset at naraina branch customer care center...


I want my handset to be swapped as soon as possible I am not at all sastisfied with this phone now ... or else I am also goingto file a case againt nokia in Consumer care...Make sure you replace my handset as soon as you can...

i was using HTC before it became old so wish a new phone and ny brother using N90 was very happy so he ask me to prefered to buy this phone ( MY FIRST WRONG DESISION).
now the very next day i had to go back to the shopkeper for complaint they took the set and told us thats a manufacturing fault and you will get the new set against that in 2days,
now after 2days i called them then they said again next i went on next day then they said next day again the same on next day,
today they said it will take 3days more ..
i asked them to give componies number they had given me one number saying he is the distributer,
now he says a new story that we will get the set after 10days, stating thats a company problem,
I DONT BLEAVE THAT SUCH A GOOD COMPANY HAD GONE SO DOWN THAT THEY REPLACE THE MOBILE IN 5DAYS,

Nokia — Not repairing My Nokia N97 handset by Nokia care

Dear All
I have purchased the Nokia N97 (EMI No. [protected]) handset on 23 July 2009 by the name of Mr Ankush Sharma from Raj Hans Photo Center (SCO 4, Sector 17 E, Chandigarh). Now there is one problem accored in my handset and the problem is that my phone unlocked clip is not working and that particular part is daily base use part and without working that particular part my phano is not unlocked and locked and Nokia care was rejected my complate as well as not reparing the handset. nokia n97mini — nokia care complaint

Sir,

my self Patel Yogeshkumar .a and i had a nokia n 97mini,i had submieed in nokai care 12/01/2011 and they don't give me a jobsheet! just they give me paper recept,and battery my phone had battery and heating ,restarting problame ,,it"s a 18/01/2011 date but no responce to nokia care navsari.when i go there they don"t found my mobail and make me full like ur mobail goes to delhi nokia care for service..now after few day my battery worranty 'll fineshed so now wot can i do??give me justes from nokai care ...
