I have purchased a nokia Asha 311 on 6th october from navi mumbai Mobile store.
The cell initially was working excellent and fullfilled my purpose of buying this
cell and trusting the brand. But after 15to20 days .There was some shadow proble
m between the icons on the main menu screen . So i visited the nokia care center located
at Vashi :

This complaint for I buys Nokia L 610 for now 6months committed l can't get may subscription for giving Nokia music it valid for 1year there are error for unsubcription for that l call on customer care also but problem can't solved hi giving the compleint number also

Hi, I purchased Nokia 500 handset on 18th Aug 2012.
From that day till today, I am facing a problem of frequent restart on the phone.
I lodged a complaint against this several times in Nokia care, but they just updated the software and communicated that the problem will be solved, but, it has not.
Within warranty period I am facing this problem consistently and no solution on this.
I want Nokia(the company)...

touch screen of the mobile does not work properly.Hand set is under warranty and I got it repaired for two times and now it stopped working in just one month.for every repair i have to go anna nagar Chennai , which is more than 75 km away from my stay.I have to spend minimum 500/- for transport, screen guard etc.It seems that hand set is faulty and needs replacement....

I have buyed nokia asha 311 four months before in nov 2012. I was facing restart issue from 1st day itself.
But phone restart issue was once/twice in week.but now my phone is restarting continuously.
I have visited nokia service center(Popular telecom, city:kalyan) for 5 times

My Nokia 603(IMEI [protected] phone keeps on restarting in 3G network. I took the phone to nearest nokia care (Aerostar enterprises Erode ). They check the phone, changed software and ask me to check. I checked. Problem not solved. It happened for 3 or 4 times. Then they asked me to use 2G network only. After some verbal fight with them they send my phone to company. After some days i got my phone saying that it's working fine....

Purchased lumia 710 on 27.6.2012. It developed two problems-
1)device charging port has become loose and frequently stops charging
2)you can not talk using ear phone .voice can be received but does not go out, tested with other earphones same condition.i.e problem in device
As advised by their website to contact nokia if the charging port is loose .I showed it to nokia care centre at sector 10 noida UP IndiaM/S Mannat...

I have purchased Nokia Handset (X1-01) on 27/06/11. At present the phone is in warranty period due to NOKIA CARE PROTECT (NCP).
