I have bought nokia 5.1 + phone in december 2018 and the charging point loosened and not charging properly. On 26th july 2019, it completely sw. Off and not getting switched on. On 27th july 2019, i have submitted my phone to the keelkattalai service center and they said they will get it repaired on or before 2nd august. Today i am writing this complaint on 17th august 20191 as i have not got my phone back. Because of their delay, i had to go through so much in my job as i have so much data and my job dependency on phone. Today i bought a samsung a2 phone as i was in need of a smartphone which cost me around 5000.
When i followed up with the nokia flex service they were saying they don't have spare parts stock and all over chennai all the service centre has same issue.

Because of nokia, i had to spend around 5000 + for new phone and impact on my job.

    I perchesed nokia3.1 plus from poorvika mobiles in thanjavur (Tamilnadu). I faced lot of probeum every month. Two month before speeker was not working. I change it trough nokia service centre in thanjavur (Raj communication). Now i need to change touch& display. I went to same service centre, i paid 3800/-for change display.

    After service from that day my mobile battory working only 15 minits from 100% charge full. I asked them they say change new battary. Before that service mobile battory was very good codition.

      I am appalled by the attitude of some of your service centres in mumbai and also the product, for the charging port is the worst quality i have even seen in my life for 6.1 plus. It has been repaired locally twice within the span of 4 months and once again it is not working now..

      Not sure if there was any real r&d done in true sense before launching this product by the company or is it launched hurriedly by some vested interest members within the company for quick publicity.

      The pathetic state of affair is (A) the part is not readily available with your service centres (B) the delivery of repaired hand set take more than 2 weeks as informed within the market.

      I am sure your parent company wouldn't be aware of these problems faced by us in india. As i can see your handset designs are done from finland and manufacturing of parts from china. Does this mean nokia india did not check the quality before importing the same from china for nokia 6.1 plus..?

      Anyways to cut this short, i shall escalate this issue to hmd global to have their comments on the issues faced by indian customers vis a vis nokia 6.1 plus

        I purchased a nokia 5.1 plus from flipkart on 26th feb 2019 under order number od[protected].in the month of august, the back glass cover started coming off from one side. When i looked at it closely, it seemed like the battery of the phone is swollen and the battery also stopped charging. I took the phone to the nearest nokia service center in tilak nagar. The person there told me that since swollen battery is considered as physical damage, the phone is no longer covered under the warranty. I told her that how can a swollen battery be considered a physical damage as it did not happen because of the phone dropping or anything else and it is dangerous as the battery could explode as well. She did not want to listen to me at all and said that this is a company policy.

        My concern here is that if a battery swells up, how can this be considered as a physical damage and why should a customer be paying out of their pocket for it.

            I buy nokia 6.1 plus 3 month ago, but i got a screen problem a. So i visit at nokia care chandmari, guwahati, assam. On 27th july 2019. They said i will get it 10-15 days. After 15 days i call them this time they said that sorry it will take more 10-15 days. If my phone need 1 month to resolve than nokia care should tell me on that time when i visit at nokia care but they tell me lie they tell me 10 to 15 days. Is they are thinking that every customer is fool?
            1st of all my phone is new just 3 month i used it and its became damage. Now they cant give it to me as soon as possible, if they tell me truth when i visit at nokia care than i can manege a alternative phone for 1 month but they just thinking that customer will always fool.
            I have facing lots of problem because of your cheep service.

            Guwahati Nokia care just doing lasy work. A mobile part will take maximum to 5 days to arrive from other state to Guwahati. i drop my phon 27 july 2019, if they placed my required parts after 3 days than also its take maximu 1 week to repair it. i think they just delay it according to their laziness, take some action against Nokia Care Guwahati

              I purchase nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart during 20/09/2018 and it is under warranty. Last two month i started to face problem of auto working this phone.
              I am going to service centre spark it service rana nagar, aurangabad maharashtra, 431005 and told my issue.
              In that i have face vibration problem and screen auto working problem submitted mobile on date 20/07/2019 and mobile received date 31/07/2019.
              After 15 days later i am again facing problem of screen or mobile auto working.
              Please suggest me to what should i do if am going to service centre again he said that submitted this mobile and problem will be resolve.
              After one month this mobile warranty has been expired. If this type of problem happening again and again then what should i do.

              I am not bear any service cost for that problem again in future.

              So i request you to please give me permanent solution for this problem otherwise replace this mobile to new one..

                Within 6 month of span, my phone charging pin has got phone. Whenever i want to charge my phone. I have to waste my time for 5 minutes for adjusting the pin. My phone is nokia 6.1 plus. It's c-type charger. It's very bad to get like this problem from nokia. I have never excepted like this from nokia product. Please resolve this issues as soon as possible. I will be wanting for reply for you people.

                  Dear all;
                  Please let me know contact numbers and email of the Nokia India Upper level customer officials and grievance cell.
                  First I want to know the exact definition/meaning of "Liquid Problem" in Nokia 5.1 Plus. There was some problem in my Nokia phone display; some lines were appearing on it and nothing. So, I took it to the Neil Communication, an authorized service center located in sector 10, Noida. When I was waiting for my turn there, I seen that many people were having hot argument with the manager or something of that service center, because they were not happy with the solutions service center provided to them. Customers were arguing because service center was charging them some amount for some fake issues.
                  On my turn I went to the customer care executive, she was a girl, and I told her the whole issue and about the warranty. After knowing that this mobile phone is in warranty, she was just discussing about some liquid problem, I was amazed why this girl is just stressing on liquid problem. I already told her that my phone never came in touch of water and I never walked in rain by holding my phone in hands or keeping in my pocket. Then how is it possible to get liquid in it.
                  I was damn sure that there wouldn’t be any liquid problem in my mobile phone. So, I just submitted it to service center and left for my home. After an hour I received the message that I have to pay 10812+GSt as the repairing cost of my mobile phone. I was really shocked after reading this, I just call back then to service center, and asked him about repairing cost, the guy told me that the problem is related to "Liquid Problem" and for repairing it will be charged. My phone is under warranty at the current moment.
                  At the last time (one week before), I have heard from many nokia users for the same Nokia Care service center that they are also facing the problem of "Liquidity" and they were also charged for repairing.
                  I want to know why Nokia Care are appointing unskilled/semi-skilled Service Engineer at the Care center, the Care center should be highly consumer/customer oriented, not for charging amount(the earning center)
                  Also I want to know where I have to lodge the complaint so that the necessary action should be imposed by the Nokia Upper level officials in this regards. Because Nokia Care Center is sucking the blood of the customer in the form of money.

                      The phone is having charging issues within 6-7 months of purchase so took it to service center in udaipur rajasthan on 26 july. They provided 31 july as resolution date saying that they need to import the faulty charging board. It's been 18 days today and still they don't have the part and they don't even know when it would be delivered so now the service center is not even giving a date. My wife is without phone from last 18 days and we are facing many issues in day to day life because of the poor product and slow service from nokia. I am requesting a replacement to nokia with your help as they're not able to fix it in given timeline.

                          It is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased nokia 6.1 plus mobile on dated 06.09.2018 iinvoice no. Faby[protected]. I'm facing charging issue since two month and didn't get any solution however i visited nokia service care three times and they always say there is no available part/component to resolve this issue even after two months.

                          I hope nokia service authorities will take required action to solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                Please refer your mail of today dated 6th aug 2019 regarding nokia mobile 5.1. It is to bring in your kind notice that we purchased this mobile on dated 09.03.2019 through invoice no.in-41591. We are having of battery charging problem in our mobile. Today we contacted nokia care center - 442_433527 (With address of 7-a, 1st floor, scheme-1, teja ji marg, opp-metro pillar 120, new sanganer road, jaipur) for repair. Customer service staff are telling that oil is present in mobile. We do not how they are saying. They also told us that if you want to get it repaired unofficially, it can be repaired within rs 1000.

                                Please find attached related documents of mobile and customer care. Please resolve my problem and get it repaired officially as it is under warranty period.

                                Please do the needful at your end.

                                  Hello sir..I bought Nokia 6.1 plus just 15 days ago..I noticed so much issues in this handset which are unexpected becuase I bought this in the name of brand...but u cheated me noia..I really completely lost 13500+800 emi..I tried to even exchange this with another but it's value is just 4100₹ which not even the half of actual cost at purchase...I don't know what to do..even I followed the security steps told by Ur Nokia customer care..so now tell me what should I do...I am running out of my patience.
                                  Please show me one last way to get my money back or my mobile replacement with any good phone.. please this is very urgent as I am preparing for government job..I need to use internet and YouTube for better results..please help me to build my future well.. please sir..I am suffering so much..I am from below middle class.. please...

                                    Hi,
                                    My nokia wireless active earphones ordered through nokia.com, got a battery issue. So i have raised a complaint and nokia has send a person for pick up. The product was picked up on 9th of july through delhivery courier service with tracking id :[protected]. After that i have not received the product even after these many days. I have reached to nokia many times and always they say they will resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours but until now there is no update. I have not received a new product nor i have received my product which i have returned. Please help in this regard

                                      I bought nokia 5.1 plus in march 19. Same gets hangout frequently and get automatically switched off in between the call. Also its screen get black out and am unable to use it for approximately 20;to 25 minutes. I have send the phone to nokia care center they kept it for approximately 15 days but issue still persists.
