After purchasing Nokia 6.1 I understood that my device has problems with battery, software issues and performance issues. Then after purchasing two days I went Croma, where I purchased it and they told me we don't have any replacement policy . After a day I talked with Nokia customer care service and they also told me that they don't have any replacement policy.
I was replacing my device under 10 days so they should have replaced my device. Nokia service centre is not good too.
Nokia nailed it.

    Hello guys,

    I have bought a nokia 106 dual sim feature phone from amazon which comes with a one year replacement warranty. Within a few days its fm and microphone stopped working for no reason. I have raised a request with hmdglobal on 19th june 2019 and since then i am waiting for the product to get picked up.
    Its been a month since i am writing email and waiting for the response but none of your guys are actually doing anything except saying that we have asked someone to pick up the product. Is that how you treat your customer who is availing the warranty. Don't you understand that people need phone on daily basis and with single day delay you are hampering their daily life. I am sure you are not concerned with your brand reputation otherwise this issue has been fixed long back and i would have gotten the replacement back. Such a pathetic service.
    Please take the device back within by friday or let me know if you are no longer interested in standing by your warranty.

      Sir, actually i submitted my nokia 6.1 plus phone on 6th july 2019 for some issue related to charging point on neil communication c-10 1st floor sector 10 noida. But still i am not getting any update for my phone as well as when i called them for the update, they said it takes some more time because parts are not available on the center. So please help me out.

        Sir, my nokia 5.1 plus phone has started showing “call ended” whenever i make a call. Incoming and outgoing both are not working. My data is working well but problem is only with the call service. I have only jio sim and i have checked it by putting another sim card but the problem is still there.
        I am unable to make or receive calls by my phone.

          I have purchased my Nokia phone 3 months back and it suddenly got shutdown while using and does not turn on or charge. I have taken it to service center flex Bangalore and they said its a charging port issue and will have to replace that and check.
          Issue is not with port phone suddenly dead and it happened not while charging. They have also confirmed product is not liquid damage or physical damage. If this is clear why can’t you provide a replacement phone for this rather than asking15 days for testing by changing the charging port.

          The service center even does not pick up the phone to get an update

          Really disappointed with the product and service
          Final after 2 weeks they have changed motherboard and charging port of my phone. After 2 days usage I have noticed that my front camera does not work. I dont even get an option to switch camera. Checked with whatapps calling front camera does not even list.

          Don't know what nokia thinks of their customer. Are you testing all your devices after selling it. I believe this should be reported to consumer court and need to fight until we get a replacement of these ### devices.

            I went to nokia service centre bhiwani city mall.
            For the sake o[censored]pdate its software this phone is in warranty.in this mobile hanging problem since last update in 5 march 2018. All 3.1plus mobile have this hanging problem. I asked the employee to update my mobile software. My phone screen is broken. They told me now you will be charge of rupees 200 because your mobile screen is broken
            But hanging broblem since i update this last.

              Sir,
              I have bought a Nokia 5.1 Plus Black from a retailer (CROMA, Ghaziabad) as invoice number SLA[protected] dated 16/04/2019. After 2.5 months, It doesn't support any sim card, when, I shown it to an authorized Nokia Care situated at Mother dairy road, Luxmi Nagar, Delhi. Manager, Customer care told me that, your problem will not cover under warranty. So, you have to pay Rs. 17400/- to repair it.
              Sir, my questions are as follows:
              1 Why would my handset not cover under warranty?
              2 How can they charge Rs 17400/- for the repair​ing. While, my handset's price is 10281/-?
              3 How can a Nokia's handset damaged within 75 days?
              Sir, I have paid the amount Rs 10281 to you. So, I request you to resolve my issue.

                  I have Nokia 5.1plus. it has a serious manufacturing defect with its every hanset. The frame outside the charging port is too loose that the wire moves up and down and after some days the charging port gets loose and subsequently it stops working. Please don't buy Nokia phones.

                    I purchased nokia mobile 6.1 plus imei no-[protected] from reliance digital stores, kolkata near vip haliram stores vide bill no-[protected] dated 15th april 2019 with one year extended warranty based on promoted this product by store staff. Just after 10 days this mobile started charging problem some time charging battery of mobile and sometime not and problem became very critical from 15th june 2019. Kindly note the followings :-
                    01) send email on june 18, 2019 on [protected]@hmdglobal.com on the aforesaid problem.
                    02) got reply from [protected]@hmdglobal.com that mobile is repair warranty.
                    03) visited nokia customer care on 24th june 2019 at 17/36, dakhin dhari, kolkata-700054, cell no-[protected] and understood that nokia just has authorized them to make money & their intention not at all care the customer. They made false and fabricated issue that customer has damaged the charging port to refuse repair of said units as they were fully aware that this mobile nokia 6.1 plus having quality issue. Various customer available at nokia care had the same issue. I have asked customer care to give me technical report but they refused to give and declared false reason physical damage. Please note that mobile still start charging some time.

                    This type of act is only to cheat customer which should need to punish as per law prevails in india.

                      Now i thought why i purchased this worst nokia phones
                      Service center of nokia care take more then usual time and so many nokia's phones are not working that nokia team not able toh fullfil the requirements of the parts and i think that again nokia market in india will be zero like as it was in 2013 to 2018 they will became insolvent if they do not solve the problem of customers as early as possible

                        Before around one month i submitted my nokia 7 plus to the nokia service center located at shyam nagar, jaipur, rajasthan due to some hardware issue my phone was stop working. They created a job sheet and assure me that they give my phone in 15 days. But after 15 days when i did not get any update of my phone then i call them and ask about my phone. They said to me that some parts of my phone was not available so company will give me nokia 8.1 as a replacement. And they told me to wait for 1 more week. After that when did not receive any update from service center or company i call again to the service center and they said to me that my job sheet is closed and new job sheet is created without my knowledge. And they told me that company send them nokia 6.1 so they returned and said to me to wait one more week. Then when i call to head office of nokia they told me that my nokia 7 plus is in under repairing. They even don't know where is my phone and what is my phone status is it in under repairing or company will give me nokia 8.1 as service center told to me. Nobody told me there name and no update from company side they even did not given me any temporary handset to use. I just want to know where is my phone will nokia stallen or they make a fraud with me. I purchase my phone on 25000 paid. This money is metteres a lot to me. And the customer care executive have no manners to talk to customer. Worst experience worst service.

                        they are just telling me to wait that i will get Nokia 8.1 as a replacement.

                        i stay in Bangalore they are not confirming is under replacement process or not, they are not sure it been received by warehouse also and they say ware is in Bangalore.

                        no use of contacting a service center or chat support, and customer support or email.

                        Useless company. I am also having similar kind of problem. Not getting any support from service centre and company.
                        ### brand and Fraud company. Don't ever go for this company at all. You will not get any response. The contact numbers mentioned on website does not exist.

                          I got charging problem to my nokia 5.1. So i was go to customer care to repair it. Because my mobile in warranty. But he said, he didn't have a part of device to exchange. So i give him my details to contact me whenever he got new part. But he never call me from a month. And just 2 days ago display of my device was monar crack, because it is fallen down. Today i went to nokia care again to repair it. But the nokia care boy refuse to repair it. So please i request you to fire the boy.

                            I have submitted my nokia 7+ on 08/06/2019. The problem is with the charging port. They told me to submit it, as it needs replacement and i did the same. They told me that it'll be done in ten to twenty days. It has been almost a month and my work is on my phone, i'm unable to complete my work. When i called to them on 03/07/2019, they still said it'll be ready by next week. Please help me regarding this.

                              on june 9th it was showing created and i opt for taking my product from home. After a week ecomm express has picked up my phone https://ecomexpress.in/tracking/?awb_field=[protected] this was the tracking ID after some two days it was showing the phone is delivered in service centre. This i can track in my nokia ebuilder website now two weeks over everyday i will send mail to [protected]@hmdglobal.com to understand the status past two weeks i am getting only one reply . Now they are not replying to my mail aswell.
                              i am understanding that my phone got lost. Otherwise they would have given an update.nowadays they are not giving me reply aswell.I am really frustrated and stressed sending mails and not getting replys. Attaching same repeated mail i got till 28th June from support team. Also enclosing my order number[protected]

                                I have purchased nokia 7 plus from supreme mobiles, udumalpet, tirupur, tamilnadu on 3rd of august 2018. I have been facing a problem in charging port for about a month which is doesn't charge continuously and it stops charging even though the charger is connected. Also, fast charging is not working. I have been using the charger which came with the mobile itself. I have never expected this kind of worst product ever from nokia.
                                I have visited an authorized service dealer in trichy tamilnadu and they have informed that they required to change the charging port to resolve the issue permanently (Contact number +[protected]. I was shocked to hear that the changing the charging port would take 25 days which i will never accept from any brand especially i won't accept from nokia. I was referring to my friends to buy nokia phones earlier. After hearing that such a worst reply from an authorized service center, i will never think of nokia again.
                                Also, they have not provided me for any standby mobile. How a customer can buy a new mobile for just 25 days or how can they even say that 25 days required to replace the charging port.

                                I need a replacement or refund of my mobile immediately. I will definitely file a legal complaint on nokia india for having such worst service support.

                                  I bought Nokia 6.1 plus in January 2019. After 3 months o[censored]se facing touchscreen, and charging problem. I submitted it in service centre named BM Trading, Patna . 20 days has been passed but still they are saying that parts are not available & asking me to wait for another 6-7 days. Bloody cheating Company. If Nokia is not having parts why they are selling phones???

                                      I have given my phone for servicing for the issue for charging connecter problem. I have purchased through sangeeta mobiles gangavati they have given it to service center. It is already 20 days but the phone is still not ready they are least bothered about it. Totally dis satisfied by there action.
                                      If we enquired about our phone they r not even giving reply to us. Nokia has a strong set of brand awareness from earlier in the market by these mistakes it is loosing. Kindly give us a suggestion

                                        I bought a nokia 4.2 whose primary microphone stopped working... Hence i applied for online repair service on 10th june. The pick up executive ecom (Assigned by nokia) shows me that the package has been delivered yet i cannot see any update on nokia official https://nokia.ebuilder.com/auto/repair website.
                                        And whenever i call the customer service helpline, they simply tell to wait for few days.. Is this joke or what?
                                        That's my new phone, with a manufacturing defect detected within a month. I want it repaired or replaced.
                                        It has been 18 days now with no update on my phone
                                        Please do look into it.
