Sir,
I have bought a Nokia 5.1 Plus Black from a retailer (CROMA, Ghaziabad) as invoice number SLA[protected] dated 16/04/2019. After 2.5 months, It doesn't support any sim card, when, I shown it to an authorized Nokia Care situated at Mother dairy road, Luxmi Nagar, Delhi. Manager, Customer care told me that, your problem will not cover under warranty. So, you have to pay Rs. 17400/- to repair it.
Sir, my questions are as follows:
1 Why would my handset not cover under warranty?
2 How can they charge Rs 17400/- for the repairing. While, my handset's price is 10281/-?
3 How can a Nokia's handset damaged within 75 days?
Sir, I have paid the amount Rs 10281 to you. So, I request you to resolve my issue.

Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Don't know what nokia thinks of their customer. Are you testing all your devices after selling it. I believe this should be reported to consumer court and need to fight until we get a replacement of these ### devices.
