I ordered nokia 6.1 in 19 july and i cancel my order in 20 july and after that i receive cancellation email my order is cancel and after that coustmer supporter ask me for screenshot and i send a screenshot in email and after that he said refund in 7 to 10 days and after 12 days he said help from google he doesn't refund money and make me fool and now i want my money refund he said contact your bank and i contact my bank he said the money is not refund and i contact for nokia mobile supporyer and now nokia care said help from google again

    My nokia 8 handset had been fixed 3 times in 1 year. The phone keeps giving me problems and i feel i have been cheated by the company. The service has replaced my screen 3 times and still gives problems and now it's out of warranty and i can't afford to fix it again and again. Customer care is good for nothing. They keep telling me reasons and giving me no replacement also after so much hassle.
    Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have purchase Nokia 5.1 plus date on 15/10/2018 . But date 14/ 07/019 on mobile charging problem. Charging not ok. Mobile submitted by nokia care date on 15/07/2019. But til date issue not solve. I Request to immediately this solve issue. Otherwise take new mobile handset give me. Regards ...kishor Borase
    35 days after not solve mobile issues. Compani not help properly issues only time pass .very badly services compani.

    ### brand and Fraud company. Don't ever go for this company at all. You will not get any response. The contact numbers mentioned on website does not exist.

      I really very dissatisfied with nokia company

      I'm facing charging issue since one month and didn't get any solution however i visited nokia service care two times they say always there no available it's part/component to resolve this issue without seeing and checking my device and they said that give us your details we will call you if when part will be available.
      Afterwards i visited again the same thing they explained and nothing happened yet. There is no benefits for using nokia brands smartphones.
      After that today i visited to nokia service centre for submitting my device and technician has checked the device, after checking the device he said my device having liquid damaged near the charge point area... My question is i visited 3rd times service centre then why he didn't check the device first time when i was visit there, now they refused to repair my device without consider my warranty and they said i have to pay for repairing charges.

      I request to nokia team,
      Please look into this matter. I don't want to pay any charges otherwise i am going to dispose my device. Thats your fault not mine

      1. To purchase nokia phones now, is not a right option.
      2. Nokia is not serious enough towards its customer.
      3. Most of the companies took maximum 3 days to get repaired the phone in warranty period but nokia require minimum 10 days in this digital era. That means, you must have one additional phone if you have purchased nokia.

      I request nokia persons to look into the matter and be serious towards customer grievances if you want to sustain in the mobile phone market in india.

        I have given my nokia a1 mobile 3 weeks ago for display change and my mobile is in warranty and i have gone nearly 4 times but they are telling me everytime that it will take one week and almost a month is passed but they gave not given me my mobile and i dont have other mobile to use and it is given in vashi which is in navi mumbai so please look into this matter and do the needful

        When i gave my mobile they said there is a software issue later after a week they said its not resolved by upgrading new software, they told that its a display issue so will reolace the display as it is under warranty but it had been a month no solution have bern provided

          I am facing charging issue with my phone since last 3months, this phone is under warranty period and i have reached to authorized nokia service center shops in my current location (Bangalore) but they are keep denying to replace the chanrging port immediately, saying they need to keep my phone for 3weeks. Is it possible in this era to manage these many days without essential device?

          I hope nokia service authorities will take required action to solve my issue as soon as possible.

            Bought nokia6.1plus on 31mar19 for son. Son studying in delhi. Same mobile got blackout on 24jul19. Son charged rs 8500 for repair by nokia service centre in delhi wrongly reasoning that it was his fault for mobile blackout. Mobile under 1year warranty then why this cheating. Why should people buy nokia? Contact [protected] & reply pls. This is not done.

              I bought mobile nokia 6.1plus in kolkata for my son on 31mar19. Son went to delhi for studying & on 24jul19 same mobile got black out suddenly while in his hostel. Mobile under 1year warranty so taken to nokia service centre. They made my son pay rs 8500/- for the repair saying it was his fault, but in fact it was not as suddenly mobile got blackout.

                I am having some touch screen issues in my nokia 6.1 plus, today i visited a nokia care regarding this issue and they tell me that i have to leave the phone there for 20-22 days, first they will get approval from nokia regarding touch screen will be change free of cost or not, as screen is not damage from inside anywhere (They checked) but having some dent on outer area. I want to know that what i have to leave the phone there

                  Sir, i took your nokia mobile 5.1 plus in 20/02/2016 after that i took it five to six times to your center and every time the software update, but the problem remains the same, hang on the call is hanging on the network in every way by the app, which makes me so much trouble

                    I have purchased Nokia 7 plus on November 2018.

                    Till now I have submitted 3 times for repairs each time it took 1 month to get repaired, charging issue and display issue.

                    Now again I have charging issue and also frequently high temperature notification.

                    Now I have given my phone to service center they said they will replace and sent to L2 location and asking update with service center anf support people they not providing any proper detail's and informing it take minimum 2 month's raise complaint emailed no action.

                    It's been submitted to bangalore kormangala flex service center.

                    I need mobile cause I'm travelling next week. Nokia team can you please get this sorted

                    I purchased a nokia 6.1 plus on september 2018 from amazon i have waste my money . This is the worst phone i bought. First thing happened with this phone In the month of October 2018 backside of phone cracked without amy reason now the display is broken and the phone is not getting charged the phone jet also damaged.

                        I have given my nokia 1 due to its display problem (Purchased from mantra mobile and which is within the warranty period) to your visakhapatnam branch (Name of service centre : bright infocom) job service no.[protected]/190717/002. But every time, i enquire about the status, they inform that the spare part is still not received.

                        Pls. Look into this issue and get the service done at the earliest.

                          I have visited the nokia service center at midnapore today, your service mechanic mr. Sibu das approached for replacement against payment of rs. 11242/- and opt a new nokia 8.1, reason being this phone can not be repaired since required parts of the phone are not available from company.

                          1. Why should i pay extra charge to have new phone.?
                          2. Is is a new policy from company to sale new phone in market with extra money on exchange of existing phone?
                          3. My phone cost reduced from 25999/- to 11242/- in just 1 year?

                            I purchased nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart during oct 2018 and it is under warranty. This month (July 2019), i started to face charging issue in this phone. Firstly, i contacted "nokia service center, roorkee" but they said to diposite mobile phone for at least 15 days. As to remain without mobile for 15 days is very difficult, i requested service center personals for any alternative. On my request, they suggested to contact any nokia service center in delhi for fast repairing.
                            Subsequently, i contacted nokia service center "star communications, school block, shakarpur, delhi-92" but they also said to take at least 10 days in repairing phone due to non-availability of required part. However, finding no other option, i have to deposit my phone with "star communications, school block, shakarpur, delhi-92"

                            I am waiting to get my repaired phone back now.

                            The episode shows:-
                            1. To purchase nokia phones now, is not a right option.
                            2. Nokia is not serious enough towards its customer.
                            3. Most of the companies took maximum 3 days to get repaired the phone in warranty period but nokia require minimum 10 days in this digital era. That means, you must have one additional phone if you have purchased nokia.

                              My nokia 7 plus purchased om may 17th, 2018 developed a problem with a charging port in march 2019. Got it replaced under warranty. But it failed again in may 2019. The service centre advised me to manage with it until the port is available and asked me to contact them in 2 weeks, since i was going back to saudi, agreed with them to visit in july on my return. Now i am told the charging port is still not available and since my warranty expired in may 17th. No option left to repair or replace.

                              Please help to resolve the issue. My telephone no. Is [protected] and imei # is [protected].

                              I chatted with nokia support and rahul suggested i leave my device with the service centre and provide the job number. But the service centre is not willing to accept the device.

                              To repair service Centre has already taken 10 days but nothing has been repaired and asking more time due to non availability of spare parts.

                              It is very ridiculous to take 10-15 days to repair the mobile.

                              Please look into the matter.

                                I bought nokia 7.1 just 4 months ago. Its not working fine. The functions like, flash light, mute while call, hold while call, bluetooth, hotspot, battery saver, do not disturb, get active automatically.

                                If i download any picture and video, this gets saved after 5 mins.

                                I tried to reach, customer care, and nokia care. They restarted and did some activities on my phone. Even this is not working fine, the problem is increasing and no one helping me. I did the best i can do, but the problem with the phone is not fixed till now.

                                Please help me.

                                  I bought my phone, nokia 6.1 plus, 3 months back. It had developed issue with it's charging port and had been drained of all battery. I submitted it to nokia service center, vijaywada. They repaired my phn but after 15 days it has developed same issue!! I have heard that many other nokia phns are facing the same problem. Then i couldn't understand why a reputed company like nokia is not resolving this issue. And the problem arises within 3 months of buying the phone. I wish you would address this issue seriously and please replace this defective piece of my phn!!

                                    I am facing problem in charging point in my nokia 6.1 plus. For the second time within 2 months. Also i am visited your service center on 14th july 2019 they told me that they dont have that charging part of nokia 6.1 plus and refused to submit my phone and refused to provide me standby phone. After that i contact to your customer care on the same day, the person whom i was told my problem he told me that within 4 days part was available on the service center. Now todayi. E. 22 july, 2019 i am contacting to your customer care they told me that part is still not available also do submit your phone to our service center for around a week or two or you select online service on our web site for 15 days phone submission but you don't get any standby phone. I told your executive to connect my call to your higher athority they refused.

                                    I bought Nokia 8 in Jan 2018. There is an issue with display. Service centre tells me that Nokia does not provide displays for Nokia 8 instead I can take Nokia 8.1 mobile in exchange and payment of 19500 . This is so wrong as Nokia not providing spares for a model launched 2 years ago is not my fault. Rather it is Nokia's fault

                                      I am really dissatisfied with nokia 5.1. Within 6 month it has developed charging issue. I came to nokia service center pefact solution point in nazafgar delhi. Got replaced motherboard. Within 2 month now the phone battery is bulging out. Service center is now refusing to accept this. They are clearly trying to avoid my case by giving false logic like server not working etc.
                                      My bad that i purchased a nokia set and even had taken the guts to come to service centre which has usual bad service behaviour.

                                        After purchasing Nokia 6.1 I understood that my device has problems with battery, software issues and performance issues. Then after purchasing two days I went Croma, where I purchased it and they told me we don't have any replacement policy . After a day I talked with Nokia customer care service and they also told me that they don't have any replacement policy.
                                        I was replacing my device under 10 days so they should have replaced my device. Nokia service centre is not good too.
                                        Nokia nailed it.
