I purchased nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart during oct 2018 and it is under warranty. This month (July 2019), i started to face charging issue in this phone. Firstly, i contacted "nokia service center, roorkee" but they said to diposite mobile phone for at least 15 days. As to remain without mobile for 15 days is very difficult, i requested service center personals for any alternative. On my request, they suggested to contact any nokia service center in delhi for fast repairing.
Subsequently, i contacted nokia service center "star communications, school block, shakarpur, delhi-92" but they also said to take at least 10 days in repairing phone due to non-availability of required part. However, finding no other option, i have to deposit my phone with "star communications, school block, shakarpur, delhi-92"
I am waiting to get my repaired phone back now.
The episode shows:-
1. To purchase nokia phones now, is not a right option.
2. Nokia is not serious enough towards its customer.
3. Most of the companies took maximum 3 days to get repaired the phone in warranty period but nokia require minimum 10 days in this digital era. That means, you must have one additional phone if you have purchased nokia.
I request nokia persons to look into the matter and be serious towards customer grievances if you want to sustain in the mobile phone market in india.
