Sir, I purchased Nokia 6.1 plus on last November 2018. At now I am Facing Sim 1 & 2 both slots gets not working & mobile gets locked & Mobile gets hot
My mobile haven't any physical damage or broken parts . But service centre or midiator is say me to pay RS. 8300+ service tax. But my phone is under warranty so why should I need to pay. I m requesting you to do further help....

I have a problem with my nokia 6.1 plus phone where the vibration stopped working after upgrade to Android 9 pie. This is clearly software issue and service centre also acknowledged that it will be fixed after software upgrade, but they asked to pay for it even when my phone is under warranty (9 months old, having valid invoice).
When I asked them that it is under warranty then why i have to pay for software upgrade, they said that...

Im having Nokia 6.1 plus . I came with a complaint that the phone automatically switches off.

They told that rain water entered the phone.
They took the phone in and called me in a day .
Told me that the board got damaged...and the display..and charged me Rs 15000 .

The display was working and the phone was switching on when I submitted .

What is the point of having service centres...

My name is swapnil Barboz owning Nokia 7.1 mobile which i have purchased 6 moths back and this is second time i am facing the same issue, i have already raised an complaint with Nokia store and after a long argument they manged to fix the issue but now i am facing the same issue.

Request you to please look into this issue as early as possible.

I had purchased the phone on 15 Nov 2018 after one month my phone hang problem was started and touch system is also not working. i had called to customer care but they not resolved my problem. my phone is on guarantee period. i need my cash back or kindly resole my problem phone costing is Rs. 11999/-.

Nokia 6.1 plus model has charging port issues.I changed charging port within first 2 month. And again got same issue after 3 months. Now I have changed it and I think there is still the same issue. Additionally it takes lot of time for service. We have to wait for at least 15 days. I have given my mobile to solve charging port for my Nokia 7 Plus mobile on
3 -June 2019 to Flex Nokia service center Marathalli, Bangalore. To solve a small and common charging port issue customer care representative said they will need 1 month time, and if i have any concern i need to talk to Nokia customer care.

By providing such a long resolution time even for smaller issue, its looks clear that Nokia MD as an company...

Nokia 3.1 plus.. I have complaint about my mobile. This model not working properly. This model touching problem, hanging problem and also Mike problem. Touching problem means when I working on mobile that time not touching properly and when I'm doing lock and again open lock then working. Give me good service... Sir,
I have serviced my phone before 1 year in an authorized service centre in Pondicherry.They changed my display.
When I am again trying to change the display, service centre is informing me that the display is been put by a third party seller.
The service centre has been closed before 6 months due to fraudulent services.please take necessary action.
