Im using nokia 5.1 plus from last 6 mnths.
I have a issue regarding charging. I visited service center in aurangabad maharashta. They told me that the issue is in chrging socket of my mobile. And same day they called me at approx 10:00 pm (Night) & told me that issue causing because of water damage and for repair they told 2500rs.. I know my mobile has not water damage.
They told same reason who has chrging issue and requesting money from customers u can visit this centre and confirm about it.
Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear sir, i buyed, a nokia handset, which has become biggest mistake of my life. I buyed the mobile on october and 6 months has passed, i am having issues in charging as we all know the handset has a one year warranty, i visited service centre, they promised to repair it within a week but they didn’t. After 1 month i complained it to nokia customer service. I raise the issue on their toll free number with mr abhijeet verma, a conference call is connected to william mobile clinic (Mizoram, aizawl) in which the dealer clearly told that nokia is not providing them with required parts due to which they are unable to repair my mobile. Since it is nearly 3 month passed, and no resolution is provided to me, by the customer service team. They are now started threatening me to go to consumer court and told me to solve the issue from there. So i like to draw your attention in this regard, that nokia india (Biggest fraud company in india) is doing service fraud and will request everyone in india, not to buy a nokia phone. Because you are not going to get any warranty. Stay away from nokia india. It is not the nokia before 5-7 years. It’s one of the biggest fraud company which come to loot india. Please keep your money safe, and never ever invest in any nokia product

        I bought nokia phone 7 plus. My phone is under the warranty. Since april mobiles charging port is not working and mobile was not charging properly, and suddenly charging got stopped.

        I visited service center in kolkata, ananya infotel on 1st june and submitted my phone they tried to get the charging port replaced but after 10 days they informed charging port is not available and they got approval for replacement of my phone.

        Now it is already 24th da, y they does not have any update about replacement of my phone.

        Today again i called the customer care number with the complain id, the customer care executive named falguni said there is no approval of replacement, so same can not be possible and suggest me to get in touch with the the service center.

        Again i called ananya infotel and as per them they have got the approval but does not know when the phone can be available.

        It is very much irritated to hear such thing, no one has any information regarding my phone. The brand like nokia is such a poor and pathetic customer service is really unexpected. Either you replace my phone or return back the money.

        Hi, Even I have submitted my Nokia 7 plus, but when i asked customer service support they don't have any update.

        they are just telling me to wait that i will get Nokia 8.1 as a replacement.

        i stay in Bangalore they are not confirming is under replacement process or not, they are not sure it been received by warehouse also and they say ware is in Bangalore.

        no use of contacting a service center or chat support, and customer support or email.

        is any other way to get it done fast

          I bought nokia phone 6.1 plus. My phone is under the warranty. From last 3 months mobiles charging port is not working and mobile is not charging properly. I visit service center in trivandrum but service is taking 10-15 working day to resolve my problem. My phone status pending for changing charging port it's take a longer time. They are saying that the part is not available its yet to come and all stuffs and my mobile is there with them and its been more than 10 days and the problem is still not resolved. Really not satisfied with the service that nokia is providing to their customers.

            I purchased nokia 5.1 plus in feb 2019. I was facing issue in fingerprint sensor lock system.
            I went to nokia care c/o star communication, school block shakarpur mother dairy road.

            First the executive said they will charge 150 rs to check the issue though my phone is under guarantee.

            They asked me to submit the phone for 7 days as they do not have sensor part available. They said it will take 6 to 7 days to get the part from bangalore.

            I was not ready to submit my phone for 7 days but the executive said if i do not submit my phone then your complaint will not registered. 7 days is a long time without phone m facing problem in my work

            I submitted my phone as i did not have any other option.

            But this is not acceptable in any situation that if phone is under guarantee period then the mobile should be replaced.

            I m very unhappy with nokia service n it's service centre.

            This kind of services are not acceptable and creating problem for customers

            Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                I have a Nokia 8sirroco set which was purchased on 25jun 2018 .from the last one month a issue of black half moon shaped black spot is appearing on right centre side of mobile. When I went to customer service centre srerampore West Bengal the service manager simply told this is physical damage I said there is not a single scratch or screen deformation then how could it be a physical damage he said power button is being pressed so it might happen .so I want to know does this happen usually then it should be mentioned on manual that power button should not be pressed . If such a thing happens with a premium set will any body purchase such type of expensive set not myself and ofcourse the Nokia set.

                    Sir I have brought this Nokia 7 plus in last year June and I already got charging issue with my phone just in one year, I don't understand if they are providing worst quality of charger so that we have to buy next year or what ? I don't understand their Trend then again I am having lagging issue it's the worst issue I have ever faced.even it laggs when I try to open WhatsApp and UC browser, , during every update I wait for the problem to be resolved but it never happened the phone is getting worst day by day . Please hear my complaints and resolve my problems .. or else Nokia is the worst company I will consider

                        Sir, I purchased Nokia 6.1 plus on last November 2018. At now I am Facing Sim 1 & 2 both slots gets not working & mobile gets locked & Mobile gets hot
                        My mobile haven't any physical damage or broken parts . But service centre or midiator is say me to pay RS. 8300+ service tax. But my phone is under warranty so why should I need to pay. I m requesting you to do further help.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am using Nokia 7 Plus model. Recently I was receiving issues pertaining to charging, so I went to nearby service centre of Nokia on 29th May 2019. After checking, they kept the phone saying that some part needs to be replaced. After 3-4 days time, I have contacted the service centre but they told that part has yet not arrived. Then on 7th June 2019, I called up Customer Service of Nokia, they have taken account of issue and generated a complaint no. 1054869 and assured me that issue will be resolved within next 48 hours. Since 7th June, 3 days has passed but till date I have not received my phone back. Today is my target delivery date.

                          I am really upset with the service of Nokia. I am afraid, is with this kind of service, Nokia is going to make a comeback in Indian Market ??

                          Can you please check at your end, what is a reason for this delay, why I am not getting my phone back, even after so many days.

                            I have a problem with my nokia 6.1 plus phone where the vibration stopped working after upgrade to Android 9 pie. This is clearly software issue and service centre also acknowledged that it will be fixed after software upgrade, but they asked to pay for it even when my phone is under warranty (9 months old, having valid invoice).
                            When I asked them that it is under warranty then why i have to pay for software upgrade, they said that phone is physically damaged that is why we won't consider it under warranty. And the truth is that phone has 2 very minor physical marks on back glass panel (little more than scratch but not big as a dent)
                            Basically service centre is finding reasons to charge me for software upgrade of a phone under warranty.
                            Pathetic service by Nokia, totally lost trust in brand, good products but [censored] customer service.

                              Im having Nokia 6.1 plus . I came with a complaint that the phone automatically switches off.

                              They told that rain water entered the phone.
                              They took the phone in and called me in a day .
                              Told me that the board got damaged...and the display..and charged me Rs 15000 .

                              The display was working and the phone was switching on when I submitted .

                              What is the point of having service centres that charge the price of a phone for service .

                                    Nokia 6.1 plus model has charging port issues.I changed charging port within first 2 month. And again got same issue after 3 months. Now I have changed it and I think there is still the same issue. Additionally it takes lot of time for service. We have to wait for at least 15 days. Authorized service center didn't stick back panel properly, for that small issue I had to visit center for 3 times. Plus I faced some software related issues, luckily those got resolved automatically after trouble for some time.

                                      I have given my Nokia 7 plus handset for repair in an authorized Nokia service center named K.R.K Solutions, Marathahalli, Bengaluru (Ph. [protected]).
                                      I gave it on 27/5/2019 and it is been 16 working days and still they have not given any update on the service yet. When i called them, they told me that they have been waiting for Nokia India's approval to give a replacement.
                                      It is because they could not find the spare for the handset, which is a charging port. I don't think that it is a healthy gesture to give away a whole new replacement mobile just for a spare part.
                                      Now the important thing is that the service center could not provide a replacement mobile until unless the Nokia India approves the replacement. They have told me to wait for another 15 working days and let us see whether the Nokia India approves the replacement or not.
                                      This is a shame that the service provider expects a customer to wait for one whole month and still does not give any confirmation on the date either.

                                        My Nokia 7 Plus is Not working good Condition. I am compliant for service issue. Service Provider told me this Mobile Parts is not available. so sir its very shame full of Nokia i am Regular costumer on NOKIA Phones. Still i am waiting for last month. But not any other support for Nokia. Now this is service center is said to me Your Phone is Out of warranty. Sir Please tell me what about my fault.
                                        Please Revers me as soon as possible.
                                        I am waiting for your response.
