I have lost my mobile when i was travelling from auto rikshaw on 1/10/2010,
i thaught that the aouto rikshaw driver might have stolen my mobile,
I have also loged the fir against the stolen mobile

pls, may i know if its true or false

and yeah one more thing without asking me anything Mr. Vinod (employee on nokia care dwarka) write false statement in job sheet ie "subject to technical verification for liquid logged and tampering of handset" which is offensive i think and annoying

28th May 2010:

I purchased one Nokia X6 (IMEI No [protected]) on 28 May 2010 from Nokia priority (M/s Tripathi Communication, Haridwar). I was extremely upset with the mobile phone. It does not work properly since I have purchased. Most of time when I wanted to make urgent call, it remains in hanged conditions, touch screen and virtual key either do not work or erratic behaviour is observed....

Dear Sir,
Since last week i am receiving messages from TD-55555 which are not redable as along with english alphabets, there are certain characters in a word. This type of message is creating confusion and giving a thought of would be virus threat. I am using hanset Nokia 5233.
Please look into the matter for avoiding such messages sent to the customers without ant explanations.

Hello,
I had purchased a Nokia X3 handset from Big Bazar about 12 days back. The handset is not getting network signals of any service provider after 10 days of purchase. I went to the Nokia customer care and they advised that it would take 15 days to service it and they cannot provide any standby set for that period. they also informed that the set can be only repaired from Delhi and not in Kolkata.

sir,

i purchased nokia 5233 in june from bhopal.

from the date i purchased it has been submitted for repair for more than 5-6 times and of these twice it has been sent to their HO and still it is lying with them for the third time and for the same problem.

- i have replaced the headphone.
- there is noise in the music player when volume is increased or decreased and also the songs stretches...
