Dear sir/madam,
I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 10 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends & colleagues to go for Nokia.
I had trust on it before but not now… I am sorry to say that…. Because you people made me to do so.
I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..
I never had such a worst experience from the NOKIA CARE.....
Let me explain the problem..

i have given my Nokia handset to thier service centre for repairing one month ago which I have not received it yet.

Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more.

so I request you to kindly help me to get my mobile pepaired back or please replace my mobile...

I am Ravinder Pal Singh. I am giving my feedback here because i didn't find any contact of higher authority to whomm i can send my complaint regarding Nokia's Services.
I had purchased Nokia's Handset-6233 with above IMEI Number in the month of APRIL.
I worked fine for about two weeks that the after then problem started. All the keys stopped functioning. I gave it to NRI COMMUNICATION (NOKIA'S CUSTMER CARE) in NEW DELHI. They kept it with them for 20 days. After thery rectified it, i agin found the same issue on the day when i recived it for the first time from NOIA CARE. The very Next day, i again gave it to NOKIA CARE(NRI COMMUNICATION). This time they kept it with them for 25 days. They returned it to me after rectifying it. On the very same day when i recieved it for the second time, i agaoin found the same issue. When i requested them to replace it, they refused. I have again given it to NOKIA CARE(NRI COMMUNICATION) and they said that it will again take 20 days atleast.
I have become very much frustrated as i am not able to do anything without my Phone.
Tommorrow, i am going to file a case against NOKIA in CONSUMER COURT and then we will see there whether you replace my handset or not
please tell me best nokia service centre in kolkata.my suitable location is parkstree, chadni chok.from rajib chanda.

I have given my noikia 1110 mobile phone for service to Global communication F6/A Distt. Centre Janak Puri new Delhi on 28th June 2008,
Since last one and half month they running me to their shop for getting y phone.
No body picks the phone.They give me alternate days again and again.
I become very tired to run here and there if certain action is not taken by you, I have to go in Consumer court for my consumer right.
Please Take action against them and solve my problem as early as possible.

It was regretted that my mobile phone no.[protected] was not repaired but in place when my son goes to taake the mobile they give another mobile no.[protected] which is not pertains to me I submitted the mobile on 01/7/2008 within the guarantee period it means my mobile is not repaired and replaced by old one which is not right
Is your company does not get repaired the mobile if it is not repairable then your company must give or replace by a new one. The Mobile that given to us we do not know whose mobile this is it not a stolen one because it is an old one. I again request you to look into the matter. Because after a lapse of two months an old mobile was given it means my mobile sent for repair but it is not repaired and your company issued a new one which retained by your employees and given us an old one which does not pertains to us. Please reply immediately otherwise I go to consumer court which results your liability.

Ur service center give me job sheet n tell me delivery date[protected]. after[protected] i get service center for receive my mobile then ur exicutive is tell me ur defect is not solved so u wait more 15 to 20 days... then after 15 day i call ur center then they tell me u have receive ur mobile on service center.

But i see mobile i m not satisfy, bcz my mobile body is changed (I had submit N72 Gold border) ur comnay gave me silver border mobile... whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy ... then ur care center exicutive tell me if r u not satisfied then we will send to delhi in company for exchange. u will find out after 15 days... today i called but ur coustmer care center is not send mobile for exchange in the company... now u tell hou much time i wait for my mobile...

I bought a NOKIA 6300 six month before. It has 1 year warranty. All of sudden before one month the mobile was switched off. I went to NOKIA care Malleswaram Bangalore. They told me there is some problem in hardware, it will take –10 days. Till date I have been following up for my mobile. But every time the NOKIA care people (Mr. Kameswaram and Ms. Priya) are saying we will deliver the mobile next week. Every week I am calling them but they are responding the same way and extending for next week.

I have never expected such kind of bad service from Nokia and I do not know till how many days I will suffer.

Till date I have been following up for my mobile. But every time the NOKIA care people are saying we will deliver the mobile within 3 days after getting its part from KOLKATA. Every 3 days I am calling them but they are responding the same way and extending for another three days.
The service rendred by NOKIA care at NAMTATA ENTERPRISES 2ND FLOOR SHIVAM COMPLEX BANK ROAD DHANBAD is far from satisfactory as the service centre is taking minimum 3 to four
hours for accepting mobile, situated at 3rd floor very very inconvientent for a person of my age

I have never expected such kind of poor and low quality service from Nokia and I do not know till how many days I will suffer.Please reply immediately otherwise I will left with no alternative except to move consumer court which results your liability.

I have a problem in my nokia N72 mobile that it is not switched on, so I
Submitted my mobile phone for service center, which was in warranty, to Care point green park Delhi. Job sheet No – [protected] on 29 July 2008.
On date 11 Aug 2008 nokia care return me new phone in replace of previous one. but after checked my mobile I came to know that there is new problem in my handset, its not charging now So I have submitted my mobile again and my job sheet no is [protected] and nokia care return to my handset after 15 day and said it is working fine but when I checked my handset in front of nokiacare engineer mr.sandeep, narender, and I was shocked that my problem still same. Sandeep and narender submit my mobile again and provide me a new job sheet no 80814 date 01 Sep 2008(this job sheet no is small because some technical reason nokia care server down. after few day when I visit again, they gave me job sheet no-[protected].BUT TILL DATE MY CALL PENDING
Nokia management should listen to the problems and grievances of the customers. Sorry to say but NOKIA services are worst & careless... seriously!!! They don’t care about their brand.

[Feedback:I purchased the phone on 1.3.2008. It got spoilt in 6.7.2008. The phone would not come on. AFter that I have gone to the service centre 5 times. Each time they tell me they will repair and to come back. I am tired of this and would like a replacement of my phone. Service centre contacted: NOKIACARE Sector 27. Job sheet number:[protected]/080825/19 I am deeply upset with my experience and would now like to demand a replacement for my phone. The latest complaint number is placed at Service centre in C4 Sector 2, complaint number[protected]/081006/87 dated 6.10.2008. I have spent many hours since July, 2008, in queues at the complaint office, after spending 7, 500/- of my hard earned money. If my request is not heard this time, I will consider taking legal action against NOKIA. Please replace my phone without further delay.

gave my Nokia handset for repairing on Sep 17, 2008 in Nokia Care Centre.The address of submitted my handset is --SHRJEE ENTERPRISES, B-5 R.D.C RAJ NAGAR GHAZIABAD--. Latest Job sheet number and date of submission of the handset[protected]/080917/65.
Previous Job Sheet numbers and their respective dates of submission---Same, but till now no satisfaction is given to me.Still my hand set is in Nokia care for repairing.
They had replaced my old handset but the problem is same.its already 2months old.so telme me how much time it will take more to change my hand set.Otherwise i will take a another action against it.i am very dis satisfied by Nokia service And Nokia care centre.
i went in nokia care in moulali, one of the branch of kolkata on 3rd november 2008...this is the most astonishing thing despite not finding out the problem of my nokia 5610 express music.. they just deleted my all contacts without giving any information to me, and returned on the very next day to me..shamelessly..very disheartneing poor service...
One Nokia N70M mobile set which was purchased in March, 2008 got defective within one month's usage. I am really repenting for purchasing Nokia' N Series phone which are becoming very infamous for their defects day-by-day.

Since 1.7.2008, this phone set has been sent for repair six times, but despite assurance I have got zero satisfaction. Still this phone is not working. You can see from the Job Sheet Nos. (given herewith) 1.7.2008 (Job sheet not available), 2.8.08([protected]), 12.08.08 ([protected]), 29.08.08 ([protected]) & 23.09.08 ([protected]) that this phone has been given at NOKIA CARE five times since 1.7.2008 but your Centre is not able to repair it.

Finally, on the Jobsheet No.[protected] given on 23.09.08 Nokia Care has mentioned that "Hand Set may be changed". But it is deeply regretted that despite my repeated requested they have handed over the same DEFECTIVE MOBILE SET NO.[protected].

I am really very-very upset with the treatment that I am getting from NOKIA India. You are requested to kindly replace this N70M phone with a new set at the earliest, otherwise I will send my grievance to higher authorities of Nokia as well as to the CONSUMER FORUM.

Nokia 5310-1G — poor incoming

Respected Sir,
I am an engineer by proffession with Govt of Delhi.I have purchesed a nokia phone model no 5310-1GB from TELE TALK, R-50, Mangalam, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092(India) On[protected]. The bill no of the nokia priority dealer is[protected]/7576 dated[protected]. Soon after purchasing the phone there was a problem of poor incoming voice. I approached to the nokia priority on[protected] and told them the problem, they misleaded me that you have talked more than 2 hours in 2 days otherwise we could have change the setand they told me to go to nokia care . I approached to the nokia care namely MAA COMUNICATION B-36 GURU NANAK PURA OPP. V3S MALL RADHU PALACE ROAD LAXMI NAGAR, after inspecting the set they adviced that ringer problem is there better to get new set from nokia priority as the set is of 2 days old and they don't have the ringer with them. I again approached to the nokia priorty but they refused to attened. I then again approched to nokia care then they toled that you may enquired on[protected] about the ringer. I again approched to nokia priority on[protected] as the nokia care does not have the ringer till now, the owner of the nokia priorty refused to attend me and even refused to attend my telephone on the no[protected]. With the utmost harrassed state of mind I once again approched to the nokia care and requested him to send my phone to the company's authorised center for repair or replacement, then I got the job sheet no[protected]/081126/30 dated[protected] at 17.46 . Sir after so much of harrasement from your above said nokia priority I would reguest you to take some displiniry action as the owner even refused to listen the problem and is forwarding attendents and I as a custemer who has investeed Rs 8500 was standing like a begger? I would also request to repair or replace the set at the earliest and do inform me about the action you have taken at your end.My phone nos are [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected].
Unfortunately, I have purchased a Nokia 6500s ( Slider) on 9th Aug/08. After 2 months it started giving problem like phone hang, reboot, power off automatically. I visited Nokia Care showroom ( TELESPHERE, SCO-385, SECTOR-8, PANCHKULA). They given me Job Sheet(No.[protected]/081129/16) and told me to wait for 15 mins. After 1 hr. they said they will will send it to Delhi (Head Office-which is i guess not Delhi). I told them to change my mobile delivery date which they changed by the pen and written that 10 -15 days.

Now after 15 days, when i m contacting them they are saying that my mobile is still in process.

Kindly anyone Check and take the responsiblity to act professionally not like LALAJi's Shop.

I have already paid Rs. 400/- but no incoming & Outgoing voic received I contacted nokia care third time with my phone on 12/02/09 then they told me your phone will be repaired in two days, but even after 15 days I have not received it yet.Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more.

This is causing me great inconvenience and mental stress affecting my daily work.

Please look in to the matter and help me by doing the needful at the earliest.

My freind Ujjal sarkar bought a nokia 3110clissic.After use few mount it show battari problem so he so his near service center Berhampore in west bengal .After when he collect it it not open but preview it was open .and they sad that for good serviceing it will sent to delhi for 45 days, he not agree .But the intersting word that when he go near mobile serving shop they said the ...main IC change.It occured not only ujjall ..many other .If you want to complan for this service center i will give the suffer own hand writting complain. Pls take a neccary step for Berhampore Nokia service center.

I can't save the configuration settings that is send by provider. when i press the save button my phone will shows only 70 sets allowed, your setting is discarded. my phone is nokia 3110c. there is no settings currently in the settings . i have deleted all the one that i don't want. how can i over this problem. i am hoping a fast reply to my e-mail ID ([protected]@gmail.com)_ or to my cell no. Nokia N-72 — their service

i rabindra sah gave my nokia n-72 for repair at nokia care centre situated at shop no4, green mart complex, model town road jalandhar (dated on 12 March '09) as my backlight went off but my cellphone ws still working. they gave me a slip and called me after 3 days i got my phone repaired with 2 months warranty period of the component being replaced.but within 2 hour the same problem arise and i had to rush to the care centre i gave my phone again to be maintained but since then they always call me after 3 days but they havent made my phone work properly.i have been calling to them since that day and asking about the status of my phone and they keep replying conform about it in next 3 days ...i dont know how many 3 days have passed but i havent received my phone yet ... i am a foreign student studying at nit jalandhar. and thanks to them i have not been able to contact my home since i gave my phone to these people ..hope you understand my situation..please help me find out the solution...and lastly this nokia care has the lowest consumer service in jalandhar and the staff over ther are a big lier... i want a quick action on this care center ...nokia company really sucks...

With due respect I want to inform you that i have purchesd nokia 6300 on 03 Feb 2009 from A R Communication, main bazar, gandhi Chowk, Pathankot. ( TIN No [protected]) and moblie no of the shop is [protected] & [protected].

Last one month i am facing the problem against nokia 6300. Problem is that when by cell is in ON condition on that time suddenly, the display of the handset can crashed it means that the screen blank of hand set nokia 6300. And my IME is [protected]

My Mobile is N-95 1GB & I Want a new Diplay
i had deposited my nokia set Model No. 7610S to Telesphere ASC code :- 164_433527 against Job Sheet No, .[protected]/090906/29 on dated 06.09.09 but as of now it is one month over due to non availaibility of Spare part as per confirmation from Nokia Care center & Nokia Call Center, I has also locked a complaint to Nokia Care Center :- 1-[protected], but still did not get any solution regarding the same. Simply dont know whether Nokia ppl are looking into this complaint box or not, as this is not a outdated mobile so this is only the attitude of the company for not resolving the problems of the customer
I HAD MY NEW PHONE REPLACED BY NOKIA THEY SENT A RECON AND IT DOES NOT WORK AS WELL...AT LEAST THEY CAN SAY THEY ARE TRUE TO FORM...USELESS, NASTY GITS

This is to inform you that I went to Nokia service center, begumpul meerut, India for making my phone repaired.At that time my phone was dead with in 3days they repaired my phone and gave that to me with 1month warranty.But after 2days my phone again starts malfunctioning, its screen becomes out of order & i went again to nokia service center to claim against warranty.Then they denied to repair it in warranty & asked me to give money again for the fault.This is a humble request to you please take neccesary action against it.

In last June-09 I purchased a Nokia-6300 cell phone at Davanagere. From 1 month, on the mobile screen one black spot showing and the size is increasing day by day.. Same cell I take to The nearest service center naming of Sri siddivinayakas, (#19, Sri murugarajendra complex, Opp. DDPI Office.Davanagere.).
And i show the set. They are telling this is happen by pressing the cell. But I assuring that the mobile was never pressed. And they telling it will not cover the warranty period. And they asking Rs-2000.00 for repairing the same.

Please help me to solve the same.
And give me a reference to again i can handover the cell at your service center.

Complain on Nokia Mobile Store

Dear Sir may name is DS Sisodia, residence of Agra (UP). I painfully intimate to you that the following……
(1) On 13/12/09 at 16.07 hrs I purchase a Nokia Mob Model No 1661 & EMEI No [protected] from The Mobile Store-4, Taj Rd, Sadar Bazar, Agra. On the same day at 22.30 hrs the mob automatically off & not to be On.
(2) On 14/12/09 I went to the store & requested to replace the mob, but they told irstly you take a DO from Nokia Service Centre & then we replace your set .
(3) On 15/12/09 I went to the service centre, Sanjay Place, Agra & intimated the problems and also requested to make a DO as advise the mobile store for replacement of my set. They told the service centre is not authorized to the same. The responsibility of the DO is given to the Dealer/ mobile store. Please return back to the mob store & told them the same. I reach the mob store & intimated the above matter. The mobile store checked the set & it On. The set was functioned on full day, but at the time of approx 2300 hrs the set again Off.
(4) On 17/12/09 I went again to the store & intimated that the same problems are coming in the set. They have advise to go to the M/s Simran Electronics, 65, Nehru Nagar, Agra, Nokia Service Centre, Agra for DO/repair.
(5) On 18/12/09 I went to the above service centre, but they will not attend due to a party organize in the centre on the occasion of ……. .. & advised to come on next day.
(6) On 19/12/09 I went again to the above service centre & intimated to all problems also requested to make a DO for my set as advice the mobile store. They told me that your set is not opening due to major problems & we are not authorised to make the DO. It will be responsible the dealer where are you purchase the set. You are our advice to deposit the set for long time, then I deposited in above service centre against their Job Card No 4358 dt 19/12/09 & given for delivery date is 04 Jan 2010.

It is not understood who will be responsible for the above case & who will be authorised to prepare the DO on which cases/sets/dealer etc. at that time. As per general instructions may mobile should be replaced by the dealer/mobile store, but …..

In view of the above, it is requested to give the instruction to the above mobile store to issue a new mob instead of this, which is admitted in above repair centre.

Problems - In Starting First I faced the side light problem, when I get rid of this problem after some days I
faced Vibrating Prolem and when the Engineers of Head Office did not repair my Set then they

I got replaced Set on 09 Dec. 2010 and from the Date when I received replaced Set its Video Calling and Ringing was not working. After that I have Shown my Set in Nokia care but they are helpless.


So this my request please the Kind action in my Favor and Change the Model. Because from the date when I have purchased this Set, Problems are Continuous with it. Head Office have Changed the Set but Problems are Still. They were not removed. So as I and Nokia Care people think, that the Set have Some Problem.

If your Company have any commitment then you have to complete it, in this way how will you connect People with Nokia. You have to Change my Model.

    i have purchased E72 the day it was launched in india. (4th december)



    but within few months , the keypad has started to come out of the facia.

    Subsequently i have visited the nokia care centre at mudhyali (south kolkata)

    to my shock , they simply put a cello tape around the keypad and handed over the same to me.

    After spending rs 20000/- for this phone. This is a kind of service i a have got from nokia

        I had purchased a Nokia 5130 XpressMusic handset in April 2009. For many months it had the recurrent problem of hanging while i played music, but that would be resolved when i restarted the phone. However, in September 2010 it got stuck and when I tried to restart it, all I got was a white screen with the words Contact Service.
        When I took it to the Nokia care center in Dehradun, they said it will cost Rs. 1500 and they will have to send it to Delhi to be repaired, and even then there is no guarantee of repair. In case it could not be fixed, nothing would be charged.
        I took a few days to get back to them and this time they said that they can't assure when they will send it to Delhi, so I may get it repaired by any other dealer. I took it to another dealer who took 20 days but could not fix it.
        Does this mean my handset is useless after only 1.5 years of service? It is out of the warranty period but it does not mean the company can palm off substandard handsets on the customers. I am extremely disappointed with Nokia. I had planned to buy only Nokia handsets but this experience has changed my perception. They are cheating customers. Ethically, they should replace this set.

        7th december2009 i buy a nokia-5130 model and 8th december 2009 it not shown memory card and always said phone memory is full.
        true. even mine is useless after 1.5 years. I lost each and every data. now the themes and all graphics are deleted. I do not know how. Luckily I have a back up but I do not think it is of anyuse on other mobile.

          nokia 1661 — about repairs

          Dear Sir,

          My name is MANOJ M. LANKE.I had complained about my new phone NOKIA 1661 a day before yesterday.I also complained about PSK MOBILINK, KOLHAPUR.The service engineer of company is not working properly.They had'nt got a problem even after 25 days.They promised me that i shall get my mobile within 15 days.But i did'nt receive my mobile yet.He is ignoring me whenever i meet him.The service provided to customer is very bad.The staff is also not good.If mobile is not get repaired, then please replace the same by new one, otherwise i will take help of consumer court.Please take my complaint seriously.

          Nokia — Model 1661

          I wish to express my disappointment that I had faced recently. I had bought a new NOKIA handset(model no 1661) at Rocky agencies, Alwarpet Chennai on 6th Sep 09. Initially, the handset was working fine and within a week of the purchase, the handset used to come to a standstill and this increased in the due course of time. I had reached out to the agency mentioning the issue, however the member had restored the factory settings. I had again visited the agency on the same day with the proof of the issue. They had agreed to replace the model but they required the box which was given when I had bought the set. I had asked them to replace the set with the bill and the handset, however I was refused and they counter argued that it will not be replaced.I was not informed that I had to retain the box during my purchase or explained in the box itself so that I would have retained it. However they were asking me to bring the box to exchange the handset.

            I am currently owing a Nokia N97 model.
            I bought it for Rs. 30,000/-. But I am really sorry to say that I am really tired of this model from The Nokia Team.
            I am having too much issues with it.
            1) It takes too much time to open gallery (photos)
            2) Music,
            3) Messages,
            4) It never catches GPS signals in less than 20 to 30 minutes. And still never sure if it will catch after that or what.
            5) The camera has flash on half of the photo.
            Too much time taken to go to menu, Contacts and i think almost everywhere.

            Nokia — N97 Model

            This complaint is regarding my new Nokia Mobile handset - N97(IMEI # [protected])- that i purchased from an outlet of Mobile Store at Shopper's Stop in Luckhnow.

            The cost of this mobile is Rs.29,349/- But it started giving technical problems just after two days from the date of purchase. After searching a little bit over the internet, I have come to know that some problems are hardware related
            problem and others are software related problems. The silliest among all the problem being, the phone restarts itself automatically after a glitch, which is very annoying.

            Currently, I am located in Bangalore. I took this mobile to Nokia care center - twice. Those people told me that its a software related issue and took the phone from me to upgrade the software. They returned the mobile to me after doing that. But when they handed the phone back to me, at first time I found physical damages on the phone like scratches and second time, the slide screen had become loose from one side.

            When I reported this to respective Nokia Care Center Managers, they replied that this has not happened by their employees.

            When I asked the manager about the scratches, he argued with me and didn't even hand me the documents like job sheet etc.

            This behaviour of the product as well of the sales persons is not acceptable for any user. Specially when I have spent such an amount on this phone.

            The job sheet no of the second service is[protected]/100106/5 and date of service is 06/01/2010.

            Well, after two times service and given them for long time. Problem not yet resolved. Still mobile restarts itself and hangs no of times. When I requested for replacement of the same, Nokia people refused the same. I paid very high amount for this mobile and really not willing to continue with that piece which has lot of issues.

            I prefer, either I get my money back from the organisation or they should provide me brand new mobile.

            I request you to let me know what documents you need from my side and all those information which will help you to make the case.

                The phone I use is Nokia 7210 supernova. Most of the messages have become invisible due to a virus. I have been able to remove the virus but not to recover the data. Checking the memory status I can understand that the messages have NOT been deleted. Somehow my phone is unable to show them. I cannot update phone software as it may result in the messages getting deleted. Any back-up procedure fails to access those invisible messages. What should I do? Thanks in advance for the help.

                nokia 7210 supernova — memory

                my phone 7210 supernova has a 31mb internal memory. Out of this i have used 3mb so logically it should have 28 mb free but it is showing it has only 5oo kb free space...
                Hii my mobile 7210 memory is 31 mb but it shows that only 5.2 mb. Pls provide the solution...

                  I am from India . I got my Nokia N8 3days back. on the second day i really disappointed. I had faced a various problems in my handset(N8). The problems which i faced is "Restart and Hanging". So I went to Nokia care center and upgraded to a new version. On the same day itself I got the same problem along with a new problem. My phone got restarted several times. In one stage it died(Cannot able to start it). So again i went to the care center again the process repeated . Again i came up with a new problem My display keys did not work at all and phone got totally hanged up. Even i cant able to restart it. So, I am really disappointed with this handset. I believe Nokia is seeing this and soon provide a good solution for the problem. I think there is a Bug with Symbian ^3 Os.

                  some times my nokia 5610d-1 gets restarted on its own and also sometimes works very slow, sometimes i can not run a video properly nor can take a photo or video, it gets restarted when i take a video recording or start a video, sometimes it acts like 1 megapixel camera phone and is unable to take a photo

                  I gave my mobile for repair at Nokia Care center at the following address on 05/07/08:

                  I am owning a Nokia N73 ME (Serial : [protected]) and was dead probably due to moisture in it. After receiving the delivery I found that my 2GB memory card was not there. The memory card was taken while I gave it for repair as it was not coming out of the slot.
                  The customer care executive told me that we had to break the memory card and take it out of the slot while repairing. I really don't understand how can Nokia person break the memory card to take it out. And after everything it was not mentioned on the Bill receipt that I received about the memory card breakage.

                  I am writing this mail to let Nokia know that they are a well established and trusted company in the area on mobile phones and they must give a clear picture to the customer (in written) on what has been done to the set in the repair procedure. I don't know whether I will be surprised to see no camera in my set next time it comes back from the repair.

                  I wd like to bring your kind attention That I bought this set in may'08 and I have used this set for a month only and Iam facing Problems from Month of june to till date.I reported to Nokia care (Sheetla communication)-Super Mart 1st, gurgaon and they concluded with a liquid problem and It got ok but it worked for 4 days! I again Reported at Nokia care they again concluded it to a Liquid problem and asked to either repair the connector or replace it, I Gave them rs. 250 and got it repaired but again it worked for 1 day. Mobile got switched off...! I again reported to Nokia Care, and Then they sent it to Main Nokia service centre on 10th july'08 And It came after 1 month 10 Aug'08 but It didnt work next day they sent it again On 12th Aug'08 SECOND TIME REPEAT CASE, (Infact it was fifth time)and Iam still waiting for that to come, its 2 weeks now...!
                  So You Can very well count from the date i purchased my phone in may'08 how many days i have kept it with me and how much i have used...Its so pothetic about nokia care and handset also i have never faced such problem ever in my lifetime regarding handsets...! How can it be a Liquid Problem everytime, do I Put Liquid there ? I have used earlier many nokia sets they got drown in water completely still they worked and When it was not into any moisture how can there be a liquid problem ?
                  Is this the way to earn extra Money from Customers, ITs very far from my home...its very difficult to rush up at nika care just to ask whether my cell got repaired or not as when we call they dont pick our phones...? If Nokia is not able to run such care centres, how do they give permission or frenchise to to run nokia care ? I HAVE SPENT MUCH MORE THAN THE COST OF THE MOBILE !AND Iam totally dissatisfied with NOKIA CARE wd not even give a single point out of ten if asked...Just coz of the problems i have faced for my mobile. I dont know whether their would come any fruitful result to my complain or not but still registering with that.

                  Nokia — Restart and hang most often

                  I am Raj from Kalyan, India had purchased a Nokia 5610 Xpressmusic phone on 26th Jan 2008 from Mobile T store (Dombivili East), which started giving issues like used to restart and hang most often, etc. in not more than 2 months from the date of purchase.

                  I had been complaining in the local Nokia care centre (Dombivili East) about the issues of the phone all the time. The care centre advisors only take the phone and keep it for 6 to 7 days and give it the way it is. It is more than 2 to 3 times they have taken away my phone to replace and return the same phone stating the issues have been resolved by doing software up gradation.

                  I am totally upset by the way Nokia is caring for their customer. I have advised the people about replacement of my phone or they should take it away, where I would be more than happy to take this complaint to public by source of media and police.

                  Recently, I hav e-mailed regarding my nokia n70 functionality problem (i.e, working slow or getting hang while opening the files) there, I forgot to mention one thing.That is, at a time of purchased my nokia n70-1, I got 256mb MMC card but now I purchased 1GB of MMC card(brand is kingston) and I'm using it.Is because of this my phone is working slow or hang? I would like to know your answer regarding this.

                  samsung & nokia — Problem to choose.....

                  Sir I am a student now.Want to buy a multimedia phone(within next 3-4 months) within Rs.5500,which will have lots of fecilities,and performence must be very good,it's camera qualiy,screen resolution,music sound and battery back up must be satisfactory.I know my budget is very low.But I have chosen FOUR models, Nokia 2700 classic,Nokia 2730 classic,Samsung Metro S3310 and Samsung Metro S3500.But I am totally confused that among these four mobiles which will serve all my needs very efficiently,which will be the best choice.
                  Considering all my needs,please suggest me which one is best option.

                  Nokia — SET KEEPS HANGING

                  I purchased NOKIA E 63 handset during September 2009. I noticed that the handset keeps hanging particularly when a call is being received. The frequency of hanging have of late been increased.

                  Being a die-hard fan of nokia handsets, it is thoroughly disappointing and shall be glad if the company can replace the handset...

                  Future Nokia buyers are advised to be wary of this problem, before making a decision of this particular model....

                  Nokia — Nokia mobile screen issue in 2 months after purchase

                  I purchased Nokia 6303i classic mobile in Apr, 2010 and within two month problem started with Mobile screen. I was able to observe dead spot on mobile screen which are increasing day by day. Gradually deadspot become big. I contacted nokia care and they said that this is physical damage to screen and it doesn't come under warranty. By nokia care representative it was clear indication that they wanted to make money out of screen change. I would be little ok if mobile is more than 1 year old but since problem started on new handset i was bit upset since i was feeling like i was given low quality mobile.

                  I fought a lot but then i did not find any solution to get my mobile repaired. Nokia care says we will replace with new screen but then you have to pay change of 1600/- and warranty for that new screen would be 60 days which is not sufficient.

                  since i was not able to see anything on few area of my screen, i changed screen on 1st sep, 2010. When i asked my original screen back first they were hesitate to give and when they gave me back they tear flexi cable on screen so that i could not do anything by saying it's company policy. Since item was solely mine how come a company policy come into picture to damage my original screen. I was completely not happy with mobile and customer care behavior. I feel like being cheated and no value of money spent by me.

                  Nokia — Set getting hang from 2nd day onwards

                  I have purchased on Nokia 2690 set on 31 dec 2008 from the 2nd day of purchase itself set getting hanged. so I went shop(VIVEKS RETAILS) replace new by having bill. But no response at shop too, ten finally I went to (Anna Nagar)Nokia care, but they were saying that the network only is the problem. I tried the sim the other set its works. then they did something on the set an gave off without any response to the consumer, again after two days the same problem started the set. Again went to Nokia care they didnt response. Still now the problem exists with set. when its hangs i used to remove the battery and again inserts it. then its works. So dont ever go for Nokia mobiles even they give for Rs. 100.

                  Nokia N8 — No delivery after advance booking and advance

                  I booked an N8 on 20/10/2010 with Rajdhani Communication at Raipur vide R. No. 7592 and paid Rs. 2000/- as an advance . The priority owner confirmed me to deliver the set on 22/10/2010 @ 23800/- but today he is saying that he will confirm tomorrow when he can deliver the set. Actually today is my daughter’s big day as she is studying in BITS – PILANI and she got some remarkable achievement there which is being rewarded at OASIS a great celebration of BITS. So we also sending N8 to her, but our promise ruined due to breach of contract by a dealer of your esteemed institution .
                  It is shameful and disgusting for a renowned company to make false commitment and caused sorrow of little hearts .

                  I am Sekhar Roy from Kolkata. I also purchased a Nokia N8 on 03.11.2010 but after a day I faced same problem and I contact to Nokia customer care. They told me to upgrade the software from any Nokia care center. But my question is why company should release the product without updated software. I think for this hang up problem Nokia is loosing market and Samsung is gaining market. I have both Nokia(N8) and Samsung Corby. I think Samsung is the best phone. I dont not know the problem will solve or not or we have to through the phone to dust bin.

                  I have got my Nokia N8-00 on 05th Nov and the phone went dead inside 5 days. I have contacted Nokia Priority centres and they have advised me to contact Nokia Care.
                  I think i have just wasted 23K on this as i don't want to use a repaired phone.

                  Nokia N8 — Collection of more money from consumers by the authorised dealers than the market price

                  In 14th November 2010 I bought a N8 from Nokia Priority center Bolangir, Orissa for 25000 and after that went to buy a Nokia safety cover and after inquiry I found that the market price of N8 is 22641 and it is available at all other store at not more than 23000. I returned to the Nokia priority center and asked them to return the extra amount of money taken from me but they refused and tried to misguide me with their words like the N8 available at other stores are duplicate and so on. They too checked the official website of Nokia and the MRP of N8 was less than that of I paid for. But they refused to return the excess money paid by me or the product.

                  Got it on 12th Nov and with in a week it started showing problems like hanging, difficulty turning it on. As the case with others it is with the Nokia Care for the past two weeks ...Every time I Go there there is a different story...Picked up the phone after wiating for one year...Highly Disappointed...I hope nokia will stand by its word and At least REPLACE the Handset if not able to repair.

                  I have purchased a nokia N8 on 21 nov and on using the GPRS and internet on the device, the phone is getting restarted. My request to resove the problem to Nokia and the Mobile store from where I have purchased the phone has fallen on deaf ears. They are just passing the time away and keep on extending the time limit for the resolution. And on speaking to the customer care of the Mobile store; an extra charge of 15% will be levied if I plan to return the device. As per them I will have to buy a new phone in exchange of that phone of the same cost and 15% of the cost will be deducted as a penalty. I mean why the hell should I pay the penalty due to incompetency of the device.

                  Nokia N8 — restarting of mobile

                  after installing application the phone is restarting everytime in 2 minutes, its a costly mobile but poor satisfaction due to this
                  I had problems with my handset. Headphones not working, wifi not disconnecting, gps not locking, they have it back for replacement today, hoping that I will get a new handset.
                  My n8 died after 2 weeks. it refuses to start up. still with nokia care after 1 week.

                  My nokia n8 is also the same... it hanged and was like that untill i took it to nokia care ... they told me that there is a software update required and after one hour they gave it back... and today it again hanged and i am freaking out now ... lets see whats happens next...
                  I bought N8 (baby) after waiting for 1 year for a smart phone. As being a brand loyal and fan of NOKIA i m really dissappointed with the handset and as well as service. I bought it on 11 dec, 2010 and within 2 days i got my baby reastart more often while watching video and using other application.

                  Service:
                  I had been to NCC and got checked my baby. Surprisingly they said its application problem and would take 2 hours to reslove it. Now my concern is, when they know its an application problem why does it take 2 hours, you can even reset whole set within 10 to 15 min. I do understad that if customers are there then it would take little time but hardly there were 2 customer including me and they had six counters to adress the issues.

                  After waiting for 2 hours, the lady (CSR) gave a pretty smile and said it is resolved. I was happy and came back to home and uploaded only the videos but it was not resolved (they had only resetted the set and gave it back).

                  I will have to go to CSS this weekend again if the issue is not solved then i need a replacement of set. I had spent 24K not to buy a defected set or to spend my time in CSS that too within a week time from buying it.
                  The worst handset till date I have bought... Yesterday I replaced my entire music lib and refreshed it, there were couple of playlist which were not clean, today when my mistake I select one of them the phone went dead.. I mean literally it Dead no light nothing... Not sure what to do with it. The hard power on off switch is of no use. with the touch screen once it hangs it a piece of scrape metal... I should have gone for iPhone

                  N8 — Pathetic Customer care

                  Nokia Customer care Is pathetic, We call them, spend almost 30 mins talking to them and they literally dont know anything to address my issue. At last I ask them to give me a call back, and they say they would after 2 hours, which they never did!

                  I had placed an advanced order to buy Nokia N8. I truly regret that decision. The brand new Nokia N8 is giving problem right from day one. I fully subscribe to the view expressed here in this forum that Nokia must relace the defective handset and not torture the customer by making him visit repeatedly to the Nokia Care Center and be without any instrument for months.
                  It is claer Nokai is cheating the customers. My best suggestion to teach Nokai a lesson is that we must conduct a mouth publicity campaign about the trouble and the recurrent problem of the set hanging and just going blank.
                  My nokia also hanged and Nokia care has been very insensitive towards customers.
                  Please conduct a mouth publicity campaign to spread the news that the Nokia N8 is faulty and Nokia is very indifferent in solving the problem and even admitting that they have a problem with the set. Nokia management is also shameless that they are just not replacing the faulty set.
                  my handset C3 is hanging even though i had not inserted memory card....
                  the main problem is automatic msg editor is opened and again automatic msg starts typing in it....like any alphabet is typed for many times like that....

                  I have purchased a new Nokia N8 set from sangeetha store indiranagar on 17/2/2010. From the day one, the phone started hanging and screen goes blank. Blue tooth is gtg disconnected very frequently and the same blue tooth, i mapped with the other phone the blue tooth started working. This test was conducted at Nokia Care center indiranagar and they told me to take the back up and come for further analysis. The Sangeetha, Indira nagar has raised their hand ..they told me to visit only Nokia Care center and they refused even to attend my case. I feel Nokia is taking people for a great ride and it is not worth paying Rs.23K.                   Even I have the same issue and I am really pissed off with how the things are going. The Nokia Customer care doesn't take the issue seriously and it is driving me crazy by the day. I mailed the customer care and I am yet to get reply on the proceedings. Make sure you keep in touch with the customer support and get your phone replaced. Hope they fix my issues with the Phone. N8 hardware is very good. The only problem that i come across is The phone hangs when I play songs in music player and when i am on call. Now a days it started restarting on its own. I am trying hard to push the things with Nokia to get the phone in full and proper working condition.

                  I also have the same reboot / hanging / shutdown problems, like everybody else. Nokia should have been proactive and just recalled the defective batch but there strategy is keep fooling you unless you just leave them alone. This is not one of the issues where trouble shooting can help. This is about some defective lots. I have been a nokia fan for a long time but this has changed everything. Unpredictable issues can happen any time with anything, but it's the Nokia's repose to the issue that has tarnished it's name. I think Nokia's response to the issue is because of some self centred exective who has the brain of a dinosaur and is more interested in current fiscal years financial statements than the long time health of the company. Now Nokia shoud forget about beating Apple start worrying about NOKLA. From now on I can even buy a NOKLA but will not waste my money on Nokia because if I am to get this kind of response then why shouldn't I save some money and buy NOKLA instead.

                  Money is the universal language. Bycott their products and they will understand in no time.

                  Nokia N8 — I've been cheated by Nokia.

                  i would like inform you that Nokia Care (Satyam Electronics, AAk Complex, Fateh Maidan Club, Abids Hyderabad) manager Mr. Manoj Kumar has provided me a so called new N8 handset with IMEI #: [protected] on 22ND March at 8.00 PM which was supposed to solve my problem but instead now i'm facing even more problems than before.The so called N8 set that i got has the same issue of the reddish screen that i had complained about and in addition to that it also i'v noticed that on using the zoom option for the images they are becoming blurred whereas this isn't supposed to happen. Pictures are looking horrible when zoomed. Another most important thing is that this N8 handset provided to me isn't new either....they claim its brand new but it isn't thats because when I was connecting to the internet through WIFI i saw Satyam Electronics access point already there in the phone where as they were saying this is brand new sealed handset. This is very surprising as this so called new N8 handset was collected by me near my house and i never went to Satyam Electronics to collect it.Strange and even shocking that inspite of waiting for so much time all what I get is a So called new N8 with even more problems than before.I really feel cheated and frustrated. I never expected to face this problem again but i was wrong...This has been probably happening for I don't know how many times till now still the same problem. I wanted to buy an Apple I phone 4 but my trust on Nokia never permitted me to migrate anywhere else and now my trust has been shattered and i am convinced never to buy Nokia handsets again. I have to leave for Doha Qatar on Saturday Night and I require your immediate attention on the issue and i request you to take the appropriate action on the people involved in causing me and probably many consumers like me so much trouble after taking new handsets. I have this wonderful and unforgettable experience with Nokia to share with my colleagues and to all 3000 employees working in our company at Doha Qatar in case they considering of buying a Nokia Brand handset.

                  Nokia N8 — Phone Dead Terrible service of Nokia

                  i am priya verm , i purchased Nokia N8 27th oct'10. I strated always had the hangging issue. but in march my phone got dead, for which i had to visit the nokia care,they rectified the problem in 1 hour, but on 17th mar, i again faced the same problem, i again went to the nokia care & they told me that they need to send this phone on higher level which will take around 7 to 10 days time. i gave my phone to nokia care on the same day. on 27th i received a call form nokia care that the phone has been despetched from nokia & issue has been resolved & i can collect my phone from nokia care. but on the very same day i again faced the same issue, so on 25th i called up to nokia cust care,i was surprised when cust care excutive told me that this IMEI's no phone was never sent to the higher level, i requested to forward my complaint, & asked to replace my phone but now 7 days have been passed,but nethier the nokia cust care nor nokia care & dealer is ready to tell that in how many days i would get my phone back, & will it be replaced or i would get the same phone.it is very pethetic service provinding by nokia

                  Now my problem has been resolved..i got a replaced phone.But for this i had to mail to the CEO nokia, after that my complaint was entertained. Otherwise no one was giving the appropriate resolution of this issue.

                  But i would must leave the feedabck about Nokia Care & Nokia priority dealer (Vishali-Gupta Associates & Areana Mobile) that they lie to the customers. First they told me that my phone was sent to higher level, which wasn't, , i confirmed it from Nokia cust care.

                  Centre Head of Gupta Associates doesn't know the way of speaking to the customers.

                  also the person sitting at nokia priority(Vishali-Areana Mobile) told me at the time of taking my phone for repairing that i would get replaced phone withhin 7 to 10 days.but when i called him on 6th day he told me that process could also take 12 days.

                  Then i mailed at the higher level, & got replaced phone withhin 2 hour of complaint.

                  Thanks to the person who resolved my problem, but overall the experience of Nokia care & priority is never forgettable.

                  I got my N8 in November. within a week from purchase, i faced the hanging and restarting problem...i cant use the fone in any fast mode...useless, I spent 200 Kuwaiti Dinars to get it, i regret so much.                   Hi, My name is Prashant. I am from India . I got my Nokia N8 5 months back. Now I am really disappointed. I had faced various problems in my handset(N8). The problems which i faced is "Hanging". After 2 days, it gets better. Now, after 2 months it has reoccurred. My phone just hangs unable to do anything i.e. at one stage it dies(Cannot able to start it). My display keys did not work at all and phone got totally hanged up. Even i cant able to restart it. So, I am really disappointed with this handset. I believe Nokia is seeing this and soon provide a good solution for the problem. I think there is a Bug with Symbian ^3 Os.
                  My Nokia N8 is also behaving on similar lines but one more problem is that it has gone too slow to switch to the next application.

                  Nokia — Nokia N8-00 Screen issue

                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                  As per the purple screen issue and symptoms which I have detected in my Nokia N8-00 cell phone from the time I have purchased my cell phone dated : 31/05/2011 which has yet not been solved from Nokia care. The day when I have purchased my handset, I got to know the purple screen issue after an hour and the very same day I visited Nokia care center at the address mention below. The Executive of Nokia care center told me that there is no such issue regarding purple screen. After the reply from the executive of NCC I have send a mail to Nokia India(contactcentre.[protected]@nokia.com). As per Nokia India instructions and reply which they have forwarded to me through e-mail. I visited NCC again with the same issue which I had before for my handset. As I have showed them the reply which I got from Nokia India(contactcentre.[protected]@nokia.com) they agreed to see and check about the defect and they told me that they will let me know within two to three days about the problem which I have in my handset dated : 03/06/2011 Timing : 13.01 pm.
                  The details of Nokia care where I have given my cell phone N8-00 are as follows (New India Telecom, 209, Adinath Shopping Center, Near City Pride Multiplex, Pune-Satara Road, Pune.) and my Job Sheet Number: [protected]/110603/32.
                  As I was waiting for the call from the executive from NCC they did not turn back to remind me about the problem for my handset. After waiting for the time period which was given to me from NCC finally I have called them on 08/06/2011 Timing: 01.00 pm they told me that your handset is ready and the problem has been solved. When I visited to NCC and asked for my handset to check whether the problem has really been sorted out I found that the purple screen issue is not yet solved till now. As NCC confirms that my device has excessive purple tint but they do not know how to deal with the situation and I came to know this
                  I did not take my handset N8-00 from NCC because I am not satisfied and happy from the service and reply which I am getting from the executive of NCC. As I do own more two N8-00 which don’t have this type of problems and issues (purple screen issue) As I have showed my other two N8-00 to the executive which do not have any issues like this and I have proved them keeping both the handset in front and have locate the errors which I have in this new handset. Am not going to take my handset back from NCC till my issues and problem related to my handset is completely solved.
                  As I visited to Nokia home page where they have mentioned that if your problems do not sort out from NCC you can email us back and we will see the problems and will solve it out without any delay. As going through Nokia India web page in Nokia Support Discussions. I have found that Respected Mr. Michaels who is a Community Manager have written about solving the Purple Screen Issue. It has clearly mentioned from Mr. Michaels is:
                  (We have, however, given assurances that your local Nokia Care point should have access to the information that they need to make repairs to N8 and C7 devices that exhibit the symptoms of the purple screen, and we have also made a commitment to our members that if any NCP claims otherwise, we will ensure that this situation is appropriately addressed.)
                  I really feel sorry for myself as I’m not able to use my handset N8-00 which has a name in own and which is a major brand in the world. I hope that after going through my queries and my problem Nokia HQ will solve my problem. As am the e customer for purchasing Nokia handset from past Ten Years. I have already Nokia 5800,N-73,N-82, N-85, N-97, N-8-00 (three).
                  As I am the advanced user of the Nokia handset and am not at all happy and satisfied by the reply and service which I have got from NCC for my N8-00. As I am complaining for the first time in so many years and that also specially for the higher end handset which have captured many people hearts N8-00.

                  hi, i too face the same issue with N8. its only 5 months after i bought this handset and during many instances the phone used to get hung. now the phone got totally dead and the phone is not rebooting. i had taken this to Customer Care Nokia. the funniest part is that they are not able to fix the problem and that they need to despatch to Delhi for software upgradation. also the other fact is that they cannot backup the contents and all the contents will be erased. with lot of expectation i bought this mobile, but to my disappointment, the software part crashes and this phone cannot compete with its counterparts. unless and until Nokia restores faith in this machine, it will be difficult for customers to recommend this.

I got it rectified in 7 days. I got " camera not functioning" problem in November 2012. I have given for repair and got it back after 1 month. The same problem has arisen in January 2013. I have given the set again for repair. They sent to controlling office and got it repaired. I got it back after 2 months. I used again for 10 days. Now I am facing another typical problem like- incoming problems are coming but not outgoing calls. Now I am ashamed of complaining against foolish product to a fooling company. Now I am happy with another Samsung cell phone.

                    Subject:-Defect in my Nokia phone X-6.
                    Sir,
                    I have purchased a Nokia X-6 phone on 05/07/10 from Heena Corporation,Bokaro . On 02/10 /10 this phone set developed a problem and it was not identifying Network. This phone was shown to dealer and finally to Nokia Customer Care, Bokaro on 08/10/10.I was told that handset will be send to Delhi and it will take minimum 12 days to get it repaired. On enquiring on 20/10/10 I was told that the handset has been replaced by new Set. I received the handset on same date.
                    After receiving the handset I was again facing problem. My grievances are as follows:-

                    1) While dialing numbers from set numbers like 0,1,3 appeared twice(not always but many times). For example if I press 0 button then only one 0 should come but two 0 appears in the screen. Same is with 1 and 3 also and if I try to cancel one digit sometimes both digits vanishes. It means the screen is too much sensitive.
                    2) At the time of delivery the back cover of set was deffective and was replaced by service Engineer .
                    3) In new set special screen for protection of top display glass is provided which is missing here. Games(company feeded) folder is empty here. Many other software is missing which I got in my old set at the time of delivery
                    From above reasons it seems that my new(replaced) mobile set is not new.

                    Moreover the number of my old set was [protected] and the number of new set is[protected] (which is 4 months newer). This difference is more than 40 lakh which means NOKIA company gives new numbering in descending order. This is possible only when a defective piece is loaded with new software at the time of repair. FROM ABOVE FACTS IT SEEMS THAT NOKIA CARE CENTRE IS INDULGE IN GORAKH-DHANDA OF MIXIMNG THE MOBILE OF CUSTOMERS.
                    It is therefore requested from you to look into the matter and replace this phone with new one at the earliest. I am already deprived off the OVI facility since last one month. Other old repaired set is not acceptable to me. If this model is vulnerable to defects then please get it replaced by some other model.

                      there is a network problem
                      I went to service center at jailroad,delhi but they open my handset & said it cost Rs 950 for repairing I came back home
                      On the very next day I went over there with my brother then they said your phn will be repaired free of cost for this u have to submit it for 5-10 days

                              i am venkat ramana , i purchased 5235 mobile bearing IMEI No[protected] . there is a problem in sensor at the timing of calling touch screen is not working properly and i approached nokia care raipur ansu communications,11&12,basement lal ganga shopping mall raipur, they checked the mobile and informed me that there may be software or hardware problem and asked me to take the backup of contacts so that they will update the software first of all and even if problem is not solved then the mobile has to be sent to Headoffice delhi for Hardware related problems. i accepted and given my mobile on 29/9/2010 to check and they told me that this is a hardware problem and the mobile has to be sent to delhi and on the same day i have given the mobile to them the job sheet no is[protected]/100929/44 and the delivery date is 15th oct 2010 i waited for them and i got a call on 19th oct that there is moisture in the mobile and waranty is not covered . i asked them to tell me the approximate expense to repair my mobile and i will confirm you to do the job or not.to tell this they asked me one day time and i repeatadly called to nokia care for 4 days and on 26th they told me that the approximate expense will Rs2500/- and i told them dont repair it and give back my mobile with the same condition the day how i given to them. They have given me the mobile and they did some thing that the problem of my mobile spread from touch not working to Display not working i urged them to give my mobile in the old condition and they have given it to me after one day and the problem is also not solved. i am very dissatisfied with the way the executive is giving response to the customers.He is simply arguing that the mobile is ok if you want the mobile sign here and take otherwise do what you can do .

                              Nokia 5235 handset — Not meeting specifications

                              I bought a Nokia 5235 today. I was planning to buy 5230, but after comparing both the products ON COMPANY'S WEBSITE, I found additional feature of video calling in 5235. So I bought it for paying additional Rs.1500.00. But this feature is not working. I want a refund of money with penalty on Nokia for misguiding people.

                                i have a nokia 7210 . The displye of mobile was broken. I was conform the displye price of nokia 7210 from Bala Ji Telecom Abohar .They ask me very high price but then i conform the displye price from anoter nokia care they tell me low price of same accossory .The service of Bala Ji Telecom Abohar is very bad . I am very sad about this please take fast action against Bala Ji Telecom Abohar . I shall thanful to you.

                                  I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia 1208 to Nokia Care ANAND INTERNATIONAL,233,Diamond Harbour Road, Behala, Kolkata-700034 Branch for display light problem on 5/10/2010. From there I got Job Sheet(job sheet no. 1005/46) and had collected my handset on 8/10/2010.But it was having some other new problems which was not in it.When I visited the Nokia Care branch they do not accept my set to repair.
                                  I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and the customer care of Nokia didn't even respond to my complain and but sorry to say that the service of Nokia which they provide to the customers is really pathetic.....

                                  Sir, I am facing a very serious problem, which has been occoured by your NOKIA CARE, KAITHAL(phone no-[protected]).
                                  I have submit a set of mine at your NOKIA CARE, KAITHAL on 7th October. They told me that you will get the set in 15days. After 15days, I called your NOKIA CARE, and they said to me, your set has been repaired, so you can come any time and take it.
                                  Then, I go to your center for taking my set, but what I saw, set did't repaired yet.
                                  Then they said to me give us some more time and I gave. After some day I called again, then they said to me, come and pic your set. When I went there, the same thing happened again with me and continuously they are doing me again and again.This time again, they asked me for some more time, and when I denied properly, then they said to me, (ki ja nahi hota thik tere mobile, jo kar skta ho kar le).
                                  What the is going that?

                                  If this problem is still persist after 24working hour, then I am bound to go to under the shelter of CONSUMER COURT.

                                    this phone hang 10 time per day and i m not used function properly because when i use it then phone is hang.those time phone screen and function are hanged and it necessary to remove battery from phone.

                                    I bought nokia 2626 last may with in 45 day thier was a problem regarding hanging.so tht i went the nokia center they simply update the s/w .again after 2 months i recoeved same prb then they again update the s/w.now again i recieved tht type of problem plz tell me how many times i will go to nokia center.plz give me a proper solution .                                     Please regard this draft as a complain letter to NOKIA due to its POOR
                                    service and DEFECTED product.

                                    I had purchased NOKIA 6303i classic on September 2010 which started
                                    heating problem and it was a dead mobile at the month of April 2011. I
                                    submitted my mobile to Nokia Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.)
                                    Mulund, Mumbai. After 4 days it was informed to me that my mobile has
                                    been sent to Delhi for servicing and it will take another 8 to 10 days,
                                    so after two weeks I got my mobile back which after using two days it
                                    had the same heating problem so I had to return it back again to Nokia
                                    Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.) Mulund, Mumbai. It was
                                    returned to me after a week and now its working, but the battery
                                    performance is not so good. So it was a bad experience from your
                                    service.

                                    Meanwhile I purchased Nokia C6 on May 7 from the same store Nokia
                                    Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.). Within two weeks it had
                                    touch screen problem which used to get hanged. I submitted Nokia C6 to
                                    the same store and they took one and a half week to do the servicing.
                                    When they returned my mobile back, I checked my mobile in the store
                                    itself and it had the same touch screen problem. It was really very
                                    frustrating. Again I returned it back to store which took another five
                                    days. I also complained to Nokia Bangalore call centre. And after five
                                    days I got my mobile back and I checked the touch screen which was
                                    working fine but I found the alignment of the sliding panel was bit
                                    dislocated. Next day I wanted to click some snap so I pressed the side
                                    camera button which didn’t respond, this was the end of my patience.

                                    Now I had submitted my Nokia C6 to the same store, after two days I was
                                    informed that my mobile will be sent to Delhi for servicing. So this
                                    time I am not going to tolerate anymore and I will not take that mobile
                                    (IMEI No[protected]--) back even if it is in working condition. I
                                    need a REPLACEMENT or MONEY BACK. I hope this complain letter will be
                                    considered and right action will be taken.

                                      It has been more than 20 days that my mobile phone (Nokia 6700S) has been in repairs after it was given to the Future-Axiom Park Street Kolkata Retail Shop for in-warranty repair (within 3 months of purchase). I was informed about 12 days ago that the set would be replaced with a "brand new set" from Nokia. Does a fresh replacement also take 20+ days to execute ?

                                      Though I have tried to be reasonable in making my escalations with the company, I think I am not being able to reach out to the right kind of customer service representatives.

Thereafter, I took it to your retail shop on the 8th Oct 2010. Mr. Kaushik took the set in (I was carrying photocopies of the invoice) and said it might take between 2-9 days to resolve. 9 days in case the set would require to go to delhi. In all probability since it is such a new set, the same may just be replaced by the company after inspection within 2-3 days.
