Respected Sir,
I have givedn my Nokia 6300 to m/s Global Mobile Care, huda Complex Rohtak. I have paid an amount of Rs. 250/- on 27.08.2010 for repair of Reloading of Software. But no receipt provided to me. When I collect my mobile and I checked I found that there is one more problem create by Service Engineer my set key pad was not woroking. I immediate contact to the service engineer on dated 28.08.2010. He demanded an amount of Rs. 250/- more. I paid the same but no receipt given to me. I have receipt my set on dated 6.09.2010 after repair, but when I checked there is one another problem create by the service engineer, my set was not charging and enhancement was not working. I immediate contact to the service engineer. But my set was not repair uptil now. I lodge complaint with Nokia care vide complaint No. 1-[protected]. I have receipt e-mail from Nokia care that your set is repair and you can collect the same from our Authrised service centre M/s Global Nokia care Rohtak. When I visit to the shop to collect my Nokia set 6300, the set was not repair uptil now. The person on the Shop Mr. Mohit misbehave with me.

    I have purchased brand new nokia model N-79 mobile handset from your authorised dealer M/s Music world, Kolhapur on 19.10.2009. The reference nos. is as under
    1. IMEI No. [protected]
    2. Battery No. [protected]
    3. Charger No. [protected]

    However, there are few problems in the handset which are as under

    1. I vibrate sometime without any reason.
    2.Colour of the screen changes without any reason.
    3. Sometimes there is no access to the contact.
    4. Battery discharges after few hours.

    I have serviced the said handset 2-3 times by your local service centre, at Kolhapur.

    Irrespective of that the problem exists.

    Kindly replace the handset.

      I am Shailendra Singh Bhakuni.
      I have Nokia 5220, whose EMI no. is [protected].
      I have found display problem on my phone,so i have consult to the nearest Nokia service centre situated in Malviya Nagar & which is been managed by K.N. Services. After one week they have return back the set & at the time of collection they adviced me to use their warranty extended plan and i agree with them, my warranty extended amount is Rs 565 & receipt no. is 3190, signed by Mr DHANANJAY CHAUDHARY.
      But after few days I have found same problem again, when i visited their service centre they told me that my phone warranty has not been extended and they asked me about my receipt because they havnt updated in their server which is been bound to be updated in next 24 hrs, might be of some reason i.e. they have swolled all the money which i gave for warranty extended plan??
      But i dont have receipt at that time & after few days when i searched my receipt i found it and again I visited the same service centre,but i found it closed & has been shifted to some other place.
      And after that i have visited Lajpat Nagar Nokia service centre,but they refused my receipt & told me that this is not the valid proof & please talk to Nokia customer care & only they can help you.
      But its being more than 6 Months....... I am talking with Nokia cutomer care & i knw I am wasting my time & money both, but they are doing nothing inspite of asking me to wait for some more days. As per their requirement i have already faxed my mobile puschasing bill & my warranty extended receipt, but i dont understand that why these people are taking so much time in handling such a simple thing??
      NOKIA its a humble request from my side, please do something regarding my problem as soon as possible.

      Nokia Service Centre — service centre is not providing me my set

      sir, i have submitted my set on 11th of dec but till know i have not got my set.the set is made by nokia and it's model is n-81 8GB. when ever i use to go their to check my set status the service centre officals always use to make lame excuses and they give me false notes.as the set has crossed it's warranty but till know they hae not gien my set.i want my set to be replaced.

      Nokia — cheated me and taking all money

      Respected sir,
      I am a nokia mobile user. I use nokia 6270 handset. due to accident my mobile body was damage. Fist i had gone to the nearer NOKIA CARE CENTER they told me to take the mobile to NOKIA PRIORITY CARE. So as they told me i do. The costing of the body they told me was 2550 Rs. so i agree to change the body of my mobile on the same cost. I paid the money in installment coz they told me that it will take time to order the body and it will come after 2 days. so i paid 900 Rs. after that day they call me and told to collect the body. so i had gone there and paid the rest of the remaining money 1680 Rs. they took my mobile to another store and they change with the duplicate body of my mobile. it was clearly seem to me and to many people also. as i raised my voice on they they suddenly told me politely that they will replace that body free of cost and also they will give my money back, and also committed that they will send a boy to my home for the delivery.
      so please help me and also other to been cheated form this find of people who are miss using this service and creating the bad image of the NOKIA mobile in costumer view..

        sir,
        I bought a nokia 5800 on may 2nd 2010. Since then im facing the problem of loose fit of it. I visited nokia care many times, but no solution. Submitted it thrice at nokia care to be sent to nokia delhi with a hope of replacement. They fixed it but with some new problem everytime. And now the screws are also worn out due to frequent screwing and unscrewing done by nokia people. Now the major problem is that the screen is loose at one end. Since it is a touch screen phone,it is not at all acceptable. When i touch the loose spot(screen area near the green button), it goes in about half a centimeter.My phone is the worst amongst the lot of 5800. I want it replaced. Please help

          Dear Concern,

          This is with regard to servicing of my Nokia N73 model given on 13/10/2010. service station name :-INSTANT SOLUTIONS, ADDRESS 5-8, DEVI PALACE,PREM NAGAR,OLD DELHI ROAD, OPP RAJ CINEMA, GURGAON 122001.TIN NO.[protected].

          Sir my mobile had a problem that i was unable to ON the phone and the volume key was not functioning.i gave the set for repairing on 13/10/2010.and it was checked repaired and handed over tome the same day.I was charged Rs 1540 for power ic and volume key.is this a genuine charge i fear?
          Now when i started using the set i faced another problem that my voice was not heard on the other side .The mike was not working properly. and the key pad light was also not working.When on 15/10/2010 i went back to the service station with the complaint the concernedstaff said that this problem was existiog before the servicing.
          Sir 1st i know set better then your staff, and if she could say that this was an exiisting problem then why iwas not informedabout the same before handing over the set. secondly when i asked the staff formail id of nokia care she bluntly refused that she cannot give.Hope this sounds rediculous to you as well.then she called the centre manager Mr Jai Sharma, God knows how was he given the charge of a centre manager, because when i asked him for the mail id for nokia care he said he did not have and he gave the service station mail id i.e. [protected]@nokiacare.com for his convenience.It was irony that his photograph was on the notice board for any complaint or grivience and below his photograph was the mail id customercare.[protected]@nokia.com. and he was either unaware or pretending to be indifferent.Please teach mr Jai Sharma not to act smart with customers because he represents the face of nokia.When i said that if he does not know the mail id of the customer care he should remove his photograph from his notice board , in revert he asked me to put my photograph on the notice board.is this the way nokia deals with its customers?and this is the after sales service.

          Sir i want my mobile to me repaired properly as this is the engineers fault of the service station that my set was repaired with forced problem so that i again visit the service station and the service station call fill its pockets.

              Dear sir,

              I have purchased one mobile set Nokia X3-00 B.silver IMEI:[protected] from your dealer M/S Impression Gallery,Court Road , Saharanpur vide bill no. 5001 book no. 101 dt. 04.08.2010. But I am sorry to say that after using the set it becomes hot. I returned the set to the dealer but after a week the dealer informs that the battery of the set is defective and go to the customer care centre M/S Raja Tracer,Paraswanath Plaza, Saharanpur. After receiving the set from dealer I have given the set at your customer care centre and the incharge Mr. Rajeev has checked the set & informs that problem is in Battery & it will be replaced for which it will take minimum 7 days for replacement of battery. I got the new battery after a week but with the new battery the set again becomes hot and again I have contacted Mr. Rajiv and informs that the problem is same even after replacement of battery. He informs me that to again send the set for checking. After checking the set he informs that he cannot do anything and I should go to the dealer from where I have purchased this set. I again visited at dealer shop and given the set to the dealer.
              The dealer talked with Mr. Rajeev and Mr. Rajeev informs that IC is damaged than the dealer asked Mr. Rajeev how it get damaged than Mr. Rajeev given no reply to the dealer. The dealer has also asked from Mr. Rajeev that when without ELS you never receive the set & when you took the set in your workshop than what you have done with set you know better. After one week he again returns and replied that this can be replaced only at customer care. I again visited at customer care but Mr. Rajeev has clearly refused that he can't do anything. Ultimately nothing has been done and the set is lying idle even after two months. Please look into the matter & give the instructions to your dealer and customer care that they get the set replaced without further any harrasmenT..

              Nokia India Pvt. Ltd — Nokia 6708 Problem

              It is stated that I am Harikesh the owner of Nokia 6708 handset, using it from past 8 months. I have a serious concern here which I would like to share with you. i.e. when ever I have gone to outside the station i.e. on roaming (Usually Mumbai), I have faced problem with the incoming facility, that who so ever called me up, he/she gets an message that ?The no you trying is out of range? or ?switched off?, even though I have always activated my roaming facility. During this time there was no issue with my out calling. I am able to do outgoing calls. The incoming calls suddenly stops coming. Before checking it with Nokia, I have also checked the same with my service provider (Airtel, Bharti) & as per them it?s a handset problem & they also suggested me to try the same with some other handset. I acknowledged & done the same activity & found that this problem was not there with the other handset. That realized me that Airtel is not playing any part in this.

              i sir,
              I own Five nokia phones model no 6235,6265,3250,2300 and E62. I did not had any problems with it but just ten minutes back writing this mail i was really frustrated the kind of service which i got from the one of you Nokia care centers here in sector 29 Faridabad Haryana India.
              No body had a clear answer for me i lost the display of my new E62 and i went to the Nokia store and asked them how much time would it take to get my phone fixed they say that they do not know i had to leave my phone at there store and then they would send it to the Nokia team and I would again have to come back to them to enquire what is the status they wont call me or inform me about it.
              As far as i m concerned it would take a whole month for me to get my phone back from you guys as i donot have any other choice left.
              To be very honest i know that writing this email wont make any difference but if you guys are really serious about customer service you would surely look into the matter because its not the reseller who is loosing the reputation its NOKIA who is under the firing line

              Nokia India Pvt. Ltd — Poor Quality of Phones

              Hi All,

              I bought a Nokia N97 Mini on the 16th of March 2010. The only reason I bought this product was Nokia supports to take back up of messages and for being a great fan since the launch. But ever since I bought, I always had problem with my handset. The first day of my purchase, I was unable to answer calls as the handset hangs. I went back to the dealer I purchased (Brigade road, Bangalore, India ‘Nokia Priority Dealer’) to find that I will have to check for another day and if the problem continues to visit Nokia care. For next 15 - 20 days I did not have problem. Then once in a while, phone started hanging. I then decided to take the phone to Nokia care. I was informed that every thing is fine if I needed, they would reload the software for which I would lose all data stored. I preferred to take back up first. Then I was out of town with the problem persisting. To my surprise, even the handsfree did not work. I go to Nokia care at R.T Nagar, Banaglore India (Shilak Inc) who agreed to replace the handsfree. By this time I started having problem with battery backup along with phone hanging problem. I was told to take a back up and submit the phone. I told I do not have a computer to take back up and Nokia does not take in charge of phone back up. If this is the policy, its fine, customer has to respect the policy. In no time, one morning I wake up to find there is no display on my phone. I again took back to Shilak Inc and they said they do not have stock of display and the cause for this is due to water log. For heaven sake I was telling them that there is no water log and I use the phone with most care. I even spoke to the store Manager Mr. Venkatesh Gowda, who too refused to agree my point that the handset was into water. I was forced to make agree that there was water log in the phone. I was put very blunt by the service rep and the Manager saying there is water log and will not cover under warranty. With regret and dismay I had to bring back the phone and wait for a call to get display stock. I did not get a call even after a week. So I took my phone and said please keep the phone and give it back after the issue is fixed as I do not have any other spare phone and I am dependent on this phone. After 15 days I paid Rs.3500/- and got the phone back to find the same problem of hanging and battery back up issue. I took it back to Shilak Inc. Once again I get the phone saying every thing is fine and the phone is reloaded with latest version of software. Two days later I have again problem with the battery and the 4th day I have battery problem. I wake up on 31st March 2010 to find phone switched off with and not getting on even after 30 minutes of charging. Once again took the phone back to Shilak Inc. This time I am told different version of problem, Charging port is not fine or Battery is gone. I said please fix the phone, I have had enough problem. I get the phone back today, still not working.

              Please tell me, if I’ve made a mistake in purchasing Nokia SO CALLED No. 1 in Indian Market? I’ve been harassed by your Nokia branded service center and unable to tolerate the mental agony. I was using your old N6610, supposed to be one of the best among the phones ever produced.

              Now again the phone has lost its display and I don’t get any support from Nokia.

              Requesting the board to stop producing such low quality phones and cheat innocent people with huge price tag on them. I want a permanent solution for this by giving me a brand new replacement. Kindly revert to me at the earliest.

              Sir,

              I have purchase nokia c2-00 from Mon Nagaland (M/s Universal Communication), IMEI-352859/05/535894/2, on last of August/1st week of Sept, 2012. After a week, the screen light does not display even if I put on. I show it to Nokia Care Dimapur Nagaland, they told tat cell is damaged by water and ask me Rs.350/- for making charge. Actually water didn't get into my cellphone as I know problem appear itself. What shall i do now?

                Dear sir / madam

                I had purchased NOKIA 6303C IMIE code no :[protected] from local dealer on 14th of Dec 2009 .At the time of purchase the JOYSTIC was hard to use. Which was repaired by service centre after 15days of time. Now Camera of the device is not working.For which the handset is with the service centre since 5 days.Till the date I am not getting the status of my handset. I request you to getinto the matter and if the device is defective, arrange for some another handset for me.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have recently purchased a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music mobile with IMEI No.[protected]. I bought this model mainly because it has 3.2 Mega pixel camera. But I am very much upset with the image quality of this model. The camera image quality is very poor when compared with other lower cost mobiles with 2 Mega pixel camera. I have even taken this issue with nokia care but they cannot solve this problem.They have kept my mobile for 3 hours for repairing and returned back without making any repair and simply updating the software. They replied that this is the maximum image quality that can be taken from this mobile. I have also checked the image clarity of Same model with other mobile,but the clarity is same in all Nokia 5800 models.I have even shown them the comparison of image quality of Nokia 5233 and Nokia 5800, but they refused to provide any solution. I hope nokia will look into this matter seriously and revert back with appropriate solution for this problem. I expect Nokia should recall this model of mobiles from all customers and replace the camera. Hope my request will be attended with priority.

                    Dear sir,
                    I, Anil Shastri have a Nokia 6303c mobile. In the warranty period it was having problem of getting heat and not charging. When I went to Nokia care of my district i.e., Mau, the authorized person told me that this handset has to be sent for the repairing to our factory. After 20 days when i went to collect that they are telling this your handset is liquid damaged (before that they did not find and tell). After that I asked the owner to repair my handset then he told you have to give a letter that your handset is in dead condition, but when I had given them it was getting on and functioning well only heating and not charging problem was there. I asked the owner politely how it happened that time he started shout at me and threw my handset with the words I'll not do your work.

                    I have purchased new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service this phone does not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.



                    I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.



                    since the then time the mobile set is hanged problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.



                    I REQUEST U TO REPLACE MY HANDSET BECAUSE I M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF NOKIA EXPRESS MUSIC EVEN FOR A SINGLE DAY. HELP ME TO MAKE D.O THAN I CAN REPLACE MY HANDSET WHICH IS NOT WORKING INTIALLY I HAVE PURCHASE THIS HANDSET JUST BEFORE 15 DAYS AND SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING OF MY PHONE HAS ERROR AS PER NOKIA CARE.

                      I have purchased one mobile(6303 model) in December 2009. I was facing hanging problem in that mobile and gone to nokia centre. They have charged me 2000 and told that there is key pbroblem but after one week i was again facing same problem.i have gone to nokia centre again in this time they have told that software problem and they kept mobile for two days. i kept going nokia centre but my proble was not sorted out.
                      I have purchased one more mobile on[protected]f model E63 from c-126, naraina industrial area, new delhi-28 billno. 5752 of rs. 9200 and now in this phone when i was talking then phone automatically disappear diplay.I went nokia centre they advised me to go to nokia service centre where i was told to leave the phone for two days when i have gone after two days they have told me to come after seven days. I could not understand that why this is going in every mobile that i have purchased from nokia naraina my first mobile is still with me in nonworking condition and it appears that this mobile will also be not sorted out. I am going to consumer court with this complaint and mentally harrassment.
                      Please let me know if you have any other option to solve this problem.

                          Nokia 6233 Mobile — Low quality product.

                          I purchased one Nokia 6233 set on 05.10.2007 from a Nokia dealer at Kolkata @ Rs. 8090/-. The set was warranted for 1 year and to my great surprise it is experienced that just within 1 month after passing the warranty period the external memory card, received with set at the time of purchase, went defective. The battery started loosing its back up within a day and the phone is having trouble in getting the signal and networking. Mostly it is getting hanged. The battery is showing bulge and getting heated when charged. Further the LCD went defective after its warranty is over. I sent repeated request to the various levels of the company for necessary repairing/replacement of the set. But they did not bother to co-operate me in this regard. Lastly I made the LCD repaired at my own pocket. Now I have to replace the Memory Card and the Battery by myself.

                          I hope we the every consumer of India expect that when we purchase a product, it should serve our purpose at least 2 to 3 years from its purchase unless otherwise its period of wellness is clearly mentioned by its producer. In my case the cost of the product was Rs. 8090/- and it is quite expensive as per my capacity. I purchased this costly set with a hope that it would give me a trouble free service for a longer time. I choose Nokia as its brand name attracted me and now I am moaning for my decision. Neither I can throw away the set nor even I can go for its every repair with my own pocket money. A am suffering a lot for my this purchase. A company like Nokia should not sale a product like this which
                          goes on defective just after the warranty period. In this case the customer is bound to get it repaired at his own expense as it is happened beyond the period of warranty. It seems that there is some timer to look after the time of defective. It is not expected from a company like Nokia and I, a consumer of India, like to express my deep dis-satisfaction over the quality of the Nokia Mobile and like to ask the company to pay more attention to the quality of their products in future and not to cheat its customers by selling low quality products. Hope I will get the necessary support from the Indian Consumer Forum in this regard.

                            I bought a new Nokia C-300 mobile Handset at Nokia Mobile Dealer at Karimnagar District Headquarters, When I am trying to use it on 11-10-10 it was going off and on frequently. Then I immediately approched Nokia Care unit at Karimnagar. They have taken my mobile by giving acknowledgement, asked come tomorrow. Though they have taken my contact number, have not informed me the status of my mobile.

                            Till yesterday I was in belief that the best Mobile company in the world is Nokia, After this bitter experience with Nokia care / New piece (Nokia C-300). I was forced to change my opinion.

                                    I had purchased above mentioned phone from ambience mall Delhi. I am an Army officer and had taken Nokia prooduct keeping in view my nature of job and reputation of Nokia. Sadly on 18Sep2010 my set suddemly started malfunctioning and I immediatly took it to Nokia care Kharagpur(Invoice No 100920/7) and after some days I was told that this set has got motherboard problems and hence cannot be repaired now. You can buy a new set. For the same reason it has been stopped manufacturing also and we are having several complaints of this set but it is non repairable.This was not what I had in mind when I bought this set.I cannot afford new sets every now and then as advised by Nokia. If sets had some problem , they could have been replaced or atleast any person who reports a set with problem should atleast be given service support. either the set should be repaired ( at least) and given to me or if rendered unrepairable should be replaced with a set having similar faetures. Mind you the set was not ill treated and was in absolutly good shape and the same was confirmed by Nokia care persinnnel while depositing the set also. Such kind of harrasement to customers should not be done and is atleast not expected from a reputed company like yours. Sets are not built by you to survive only the Warranty period or is that the case. I am expecting a positive reply from Nokia before I am forced by you guys to go to the next step. I am very sad and dissatisfied by the unreliabilty I came across of the set and the worst is the non repair capability shown. Hoping for a positive reply soon

                                    nokia 5320 xpressmusic — Malfunctioning from the date of purchase & Poor response from Nokia Care

                                    1. Network goes off but did not come back without restarting the hand set.
                                    2. During a call don’t show the name of caller but the number is already saved with a name.
                                    3. Battery backup is very poor. According to Nokia full performance will come after 3 or 4 charging & discharging cycle. But from 9th Jan (date of purchase), I have completed several charging cycle and total call duration is only 8 hr. I listen to music approximately 15-30 minutes in a day; screen saver is in off condition, back light on time is 5 sec only, after doing all those things battery fully discharges within 1 day. If I connect the phone with computer using data cable it discharge very quickly.
                                    4. I can’t open all those songs which are supplied by Nokia within the chip. I have send the code no to 55555 and received the activation SMS but its showing file is corrupted.
                                    5. I went to Nokia care but they are not able to solve the problem and also break the facial (front cover) of my handset during opening it (my job sheet no is[protected]/090128/66, Date 28 Jan 2009 Time 17:24). They told me that I have to submit phone for two weeks then only they can change the facial.
                                    6. I have mailed to Nokia service but response is very poor and they don’t agree to change the hand set. Now they are asking to visit Nokia care again. But they are not able to solve the problem so why I submit my phone for two weeks, only for facial change.

                                    nokia 5320 xpressmusic — Invalid Music option

                                    Unable to activate the preloaded songs in my mobile as told by Nokia. I puchased the above Model ( Nokia 5320 xpressmusic) in Kolkata.
                                    As per the instructions I sent the SMS for activation of the preloaded songs as told in the phone leaflet procedure. After 2 days I checked up but no activation happened.

                                    I sent a message CONNECTIONS (secret Code) to 55555.
                                    I received 50 messages from Nokia saying that my licence is accepted.
                                    After this, but when I tried to open it, it it said, invalid licence.
                                    As per the instructions I deleted the messages, and I waited for couple of days. But still no activation of songs took place.

                                    Now, when I open Menu and go to "Songs" - the screen goes hazy. After that, starts "searching" and I can not stop this searching.
                                    What a meserable condition.

                                    Contact list is not displaying from phone memory. On receiving or dialing a number, enlisted details (Name of caller or to whom I am calling alongwith prefixed photo) are showing. Backup of contact PC also is not possible through PC Suit. showing "Contact refresh faild". Total number of contact available on my mobile can be seen from contact details --> phone memory tab. From search option few contacts (about 120 outof around 560) only can be viewed but cannot be opened. Kindly suggest. I donot want to lost my stored contact details.

                                    I've purchased a nokia 5320 mobile in 25.12.2008 which was found faulty with in 3 month .
                                    I went to nokia care at sector -v , salt lake ,kolkata-91 to repair it . they have taken the set for repair and ask me that they will repair it with in 20 days .But after when i've enquired about the cell they told that the set will be replaced with a new one .In between next 10 days they have given a new one and they have written the new IMIE NO OF THE MOBILE IN THE BILL WITH NOKIA CARE STAMP AND THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE STAMP .

                                    The fault that was there in the cell was

                                    1. Speaker sound was not clear
                                    2. Battery Backup was for only for a day or two.

                                    Now, in the new set there was a new problem .

                                    1. When the main camara is in night mode then if i'll zoom then the mobile gets hangged.
                                    2. while listning to music the mobile gets hangged.
                                    3. battery back up is only for a day.

                                    Today Ive taken the cell to nokia care at behela , kolkata.
                                    But there the service person has ask to bring the duplicate bill from where I've purchased the cell as they will not consider the stamped bill with changed IMIE no. by nokia salt lake branch ,or Ive to take the cell to salt lake branch . & the way they are handling the sets is also not to the level

                                    I'm unable to understand what dose nokia care means if one branch is not communicating with other to give service to there customer properly .

                                    If i've purchased the cell from some other city then i'll be unable to complain about the cell with in warrentee period .

Sometimes application was not opening.If I switched it OFF and then after some time switched it ON then for some hours (6 to 7 hours) it works properly.Then again the same problem persists. I took it to Nokia care. They said because of virus it may have happened. They changed the software and also formated the meory card. But after two days it shows the same problem. And this time also I have not downloaded any thing. Second time also they changed the software.They advise me that if the same problem happens then try to use it without memory card. I tried that but then also it was hanging. That memory card is working fine in other mobile so problem was not in the memory card. 3rd time they said change your sim card. It may be happening because of sim card. I changed my sim card last week from vodafone and then got the same problem once again.Forth time I went to Nokia care (Saturday 09/10/10 morning 10 o'clock) and they changed my software one more time. I was hoping that was the last time but on the same day evening I was having hanging problem with vibration and screen colour changing automatically . It was really frustrating.Buying such a high value mobile and getting hanging problem within 2 months is really frustrating. I went to Nokis care four times within one month. I changed my mobile from Motorola to Nokia because we were having trust on Nokia. But after getting this experience we can not trust any company. There is no proper resolution for our complaint from Nokia care. They are continously saying the problem is resolved but the problem again arises in next few hours.They have kept the mobile set four times and for some time more than day. Also there is no proper justification given for the same.. Now we are helpless and unable to understand the problem. Request your kind assistance for the same.
